Abstract

Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah harus selalu beradaptasi dengan teknologi informasi di era revolusi industri. Modul digital merupakan modifikasi dari modul konvensional dengan memadukan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, sehingga modul yang ada dapat lebih menarik dan interkatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa terhadap modul digital berbasis gender sebagai suplemen pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul digital berbasis gender mendapatkan respon positif dari siswa dan guru. Modul digital berbasis gender ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keberhasilan siswa dalam belajar yang responsive gender. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah guru selalu beradaftsi dengan teknologi informasi untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang inovatif di kelas

Abstract

Emergency events include situations where the victim stops breathing and stops the heart. Another worst situation is if you experience an accident and require immediate assistance, for example bleeding. It is true that certain things do not immediately claim an individual's life, but if they occur if they are not treated immediately, they can cause the victim to suffer disability or even death. The aim of this research is to determine the level of community knowledge about Basic Life Support (BHD) in the Jatiluhur Purwakarta Community Health Center UPTD Work Area. This research uses a quantitative type of research with a descriptive research design, and uses a purposive sampling technique to collect sample data that is adjusted to the predetermined inclusion criteria, namely 1). Respondents are people in; 2). Respondents were willing to fill out the questionnaire and become research respondents, which consisted of 123 samples. The results of the research show that the level of insight of residents of Jatiluhur Purwakarta Community Health Center UPTD Work Area regarding basic life support is generally good with results (66.7%) The level of knowledge of respondents based on age, there are 33 respondents (26.8%) in the early adult category with good knowledge and 1 respondent (0.8%) final adult category with less knowledge; The level of knowledge of respondents based on gender, there were 47 respondents (32.2%) women with good knowledge and 1 respondent (0.8%) woman with poor knowledge; Respondents' knowledge based on education level, there were 42 respondents (34.1%) with a high school/vocational school education with good knowledge and 1 respondent (0.8%) with a D3 education with poor knowledge. Through this research, the author concluded that the level of knowledge of respondents based on age was 33 respondents (26.8%) in the early adult category with good knowledge; The level of knowledge of respondents based on gender, there were 47 respondents (32.2%) women with good knowledge; Respondents' knowledge based on education level, there were 42 respondents (34.1%) with high school/vocational school education with good knowledge

Abstract

Thalassemia is a congenital disease caused by red platelet anomalies. Thalassemia sufferers will experience blood deficiency because red platelets do not contain enough hemoglobin,And it will rupture without any problems and cause blood deficiency, thalassemia disease. Thalassemia patients have the same problem, namely dry skin that causes clinical manifestations so that problems arise with damage to skin integrity. The number of thalassemia sufferers is estimated to reach 156.74 million people or around 20% of the total world population. At the Karawang Regional Hospital, to be precise, in the thalassemia polyclinic in the last 6 months, the number of patients was 160 child cases or around 69.57% and the average patient was school age children. Management of damage to skin integrity can be done by administering olive oil. The purpose of giving olive oil is to reduce damage to skin integrity. The subject used was 1 thalassemia pediatric patient with impaired skin integrity. The application of olive oil is applied all over the body for 2 consecutive days with a frequency of 3 times a day, and with an adequate dose (1 - 2 teaspoons or 5 - 10 ml). The results of the application showed an increase in skin integrity with an initial score of 15 with a percentage of 4.5% and a final score of 21 or around 6.3% and an increase with a score of 6 of around 1.8%.

Abstract

Hospitalization can cause anxiety and stress in children while being treated in hospital. Anxiety is a response to something that is influenced by negative feelings about oneself, excessive fear is defined as feelings of anxiety. World Health Organization (WHO), the percentage of children undergoing hospitalization reaches 45%. Based on data taken from interviews with the Head of the Room and the parents of children at the Karawang Regional Hospital, the prevalence of children who experience anxiety levels is 85%, in children aged 4 years 80% every year children experience anxiety when they are in a new environment and are afraid of it. farewell. Brain gym is an activity that can stimulate the brain through a series of simple body movements and is carried out regularly every day and is useful for increasing human brain activity. This research uses observation sheets and HARS scale assessment sheets. The subject used was a 4 year old child who experienced levels of anxiety. Based on research in An. A conclusion was obtained, namely the results of the first assessment with a score of 27 in the moderate anxiety category. After implementing brain gym therapy for 3 days, changes occurred until the last day to a score of 14 in the mild anxiety category. So it can be concluded that brain gym therapy is effective in reducing anxiety levels in children

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the effect of giving EM4 fermented soybean epidermis in feed on protein digestibility in Peking ducks. This research was carried out on Jl. Sawi, West Binjai District, Binjai City. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments given were as follows: P0: basal ration (ducks without soybean epidermis), P1: 98% basal ration + 2% soybean epidermis, P2: 96% basal ration + 4% soybean epidermis, P3: 94% basal ration + giving 6% soybeans epidermis and P4: 92% basal ration + giving 8% soybeans epidermis. Observation parameters carried out included: Protein Consumption, Protein Digestibility, Nitrogen Consumption, Nitrogen Retention. The results of the research after statistical analysis showed that the treatment of giving soybean husks fermented with EM4 in feed had no significant effect on protein consumption, protein digestibility, nitrogen consumption and nitrogen retention.

Abstract

Gagal Ginjal Kronik merupakan kondisi dimana ginjal seseorang tidak lagi melakukan fungsi utamanya yaitu menyaring darah dan menghasilkan urin. Hemodialisis merupakan terapi untuk penatalaksanaan gagal ginjal kronik yang dilakukan 2-3x seminggu dan bersifat pengobatan jangka panjang untuk mempertahakan kehidupannya. Peran perawat sebagai edukator menjadi satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan klien dalam menjalani hemodialisa. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui peran perawat sebagai edukator terhadap kepatuhan pasien melaksanakan hemodialisis di Rumah sakit Dewi Sri Karawang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien hemodialisis di ruang hemodialisa rumah sakit dewi sri karawang sebanyak 30 pasien. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik total sampling yaitu sebanyak 30 pasien. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p-value dengan uji Fisher’s Exact yaitu 0,000 dimana pvalue <0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara peran perawat sebagai edukator dengan kepatuhan menjalani hemodialisa di ruang homedialisis Rumah sakit Dewi Sri Karawang

Abstract

Trauma is a profound emotional and psychological wound resulting from violent or distressing events. It impacts individuals of all ages, leading to long-term effects on behavior and relationships. This study aims to explore the trauma experienced by Lily in Colleen Hoover's It Ends With Us and examine its impact on her behavior and social interactions. Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory as well as neuroses, repression and the compulsion to repeat as supporting theories for types of traumas are used in this study. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method to analyze the data. The data in this study were obtained from conversations, statements and relevant sentences from Lily Bloom in the novel through actions and dialogues. The results of this study indicate that Lily Bloom experienced a combination of acute, chronic and complex trauma. Which affects her psychological and emotional well-being but also her social life that makes it difficult to trust relationships and have social isolation.

Abstract

Work from home (WFH) merupakan sistem kerja yang diterapkan beberapa organisasi di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penerapan bekerja dari rumah merupakan sebuah tantangan, khususnya di sektor publik. Hal ini menimbulkan sejumlah dampak potensial, antara lain terhadap motivasi, Work Family Conflict (WFC), Work Life Balance (WLB), dan kinerja. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membandingkan skor kontribusi pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung WFC terhadap kinerja karyawan. WFC dipilih sebagai faktor moderating karena kemungkinan besar terjadi ketika bekerja dari rumah, karena tugas terhadap keluarga dan perusahaan dilakukan di lokasi yang sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Untuk mengumpulkan data digunakan pendekatan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan informasi dilakukan dengan memberikan 50 kuesioner kepada setiap KPU (Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Bandung). Orang yang bertugas memantau siapa yang berhak memilih dalam pemilihan umum dikenal sebagai KPU. KPU melakukan survei lapangan sebagai bagian dari tugasnya. Namun KPU akan menjalankan kewajibannya pada pertengahan tahun 2021 hingga pertengahan tahun 2022 ketika Covid-19 tinggi (Work From Home). WFH memberikan dampak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan, begitu pula dampak sekunder melalui WFC. Pengaruh langsung mempunyai skor lebih tinggi dibandingkan pengaruh tidak langsung. Ketika bekerja dari rumah, WFC sebagai variabel moderasi menghasilkan penurunan kinerja karyawan. Konflik yang paling signifikan berasal dari dimensi Family Interference with Work (FIW) dan berbasis waktu.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL) strategies in elementary English classes within the context of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum at Yogyakarta Independent School (YIS). The research highlights the urgency of transitioning from traditional teacher-centered approaches to student-centered learning models. Through a qualitative approach, this study identifies various challenges and opportunities faced by teachers in implementing IBL, as well as evaluates the effectiveness of this method in creating a more dynamic and participatory learning environment. The findings provide strategic insights for enhancing teacher readiness and developing strategies that schools can adopt to optimize the implementation of IBL, with the ultimate goal of fostering a more transformative and meaningful educational experience for students.
