Abstract

Oyster mushroom is a type of wood fungus that originally grew naturally on tree trunks that had undergone weathering in forest areas. To increase the production of white oyster mushrooms, have to added nutrients from outside in the form of mood boosters as a supporting ingredient for growing media. This study used a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two factors. The first factor is various mood booster: rice washing water, coconut water, and sugar water. The second factor is mood booster dose: 0 ml / baglog, 50 ml / baglog, 100 ml / baglog and 150 ml / baglog. Based on the results, it can be concluded as follows: (1) The treatment of various mood booster rice water has effective in providing the best results on the parameters of the number of hoods and fruit weight, (2) Mood booster dose treatment of 100ml/baglog gave the best effects on the parameters of mycelium fulfillment time, pinhead emergence time, fruit weight, and the number of white oyster mushroom hoods, (3) there was an interaction between the rice water mood booster and the 100 ml/baglog mood booster dose against all parameters. Abstract

Crop cultivation using the hydroponic method is one of the urban farming trends in metropolitan areas and aims to fulfill food security. Lettuce is one of the horticultural crops which have high economic value. Quality and the yield of several lettuce varieties (Lactuca sativa L) could be raised through the appropriate concentration of AB mix nutrients. This research aimed to determine the concentration of AB mix nutrients on the growth and yield of lettuce. The research design used in this research was Randomized Block Design (R.B.D) with the first single factor consisting of 3 levels, red leaf lettuce, green leaf lettuce, and curly lettuce. The second single factor is the concentration of AB mix solution consisting of 4 (four) levels, such as non-nutrients, 4 ml/liter, 8 ml/liter, and 12 ml/liter. The results showed that lettuce varieties had an effect on the plant length, stem diameter, root length, wet crop residue, and dry crop residue. The concentration of AB mix solution also affected the plant length, number of leaves, root length, wet crop residue, and dry crop residue. The relationship between the combination of several types of lettuce and the concentration of AB mix solution provided differences in leaf width, wet crop residue, and dry crop residue. Abstract

This research aims to determine the characteristics of oyster mushroom consumers in Semampir Market, Probolinggo Regency. This research was carried out at the Semampir Traditional Market by taking oyster mushroom consumer respondents. The research was carried out in August 2023. The analytical method used in this research refers to analytical techniques in reasoned action theory, namely the model developed by Fishbein. The results obtained from this research are that 92% of oyster mushroom consumers are female. Mushroom consumers are mostly distributed in the age group 35 – 44. Formal education is high school graduation. Consumer characteristics based on income can be seen that consumers who buy the most oyster mushrooms have an income ranging from 1.5 million - 3 million or as much as 50%. Consumer attitudes towards purchasing oyster mushrooms are positive with a score of 4.104, which overall shows the consumer's attitude. of oyster mushrooms in the Semampir Market, Probolinggo Regency is on a "good scale". Consumer behavior in purchasing oyster mushrooms shows positive results with a value of 279.06, which means that consumer purchasing behavior towards oyster mushrooms is good.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan strategis dalam perspektif Pelayanan Publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Analisis penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif yang diawali dari perencanaan strategi pelayanan publik menurut berbagai ahli, kemudian analisis dilanjutkan dengan menganalisis perencanaan kualitas pelayanan dan perencanaan strategis dalam perspektif pelayanan publik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa perencanaan stategis berdasarkan perspektif pelayanan publik harus memenuhi empat unsur utama, yaitu 1) Akuntabilitas; adanya kewajiban bagi aparatur pemerintah untuk bertindak selaku penanggungjawab dan penanggung gugat atas segala tindakan dan kebijakan yang ditetapkannya; 2) Transparansi: kepemerintahan yang baik akan bersifat transparan terhadap rakyatnya, baik ditingkat pusat maupun daerah; dan 3) Keterbukaan: menghendaki terbukanya kesempatan bagi rakyat untuk mengajukan tanggapan dan kritik terhadap pemerintah yang dinilainya tidak transparan. Aturan hukum; kepemerintahan yang baik mempunyai karakteristik berupa jaminan kepastian hukum dan rasa keadilan masyarakat terhadap setiap kebijakan publik yang ditempuh

Abstract

Bisnis Konvensional merupakan bisnis yang dijalankan secara manual dimana semua proses bisnisnya masih dilakukan secara offline. Manajemen Proses Bisnis adalah sebuah ilustrasi bagi para pelaku usaha yaitu pihak-pihak yang saling berinteraksi untuk mengatur bisnis yang dijelaskan secara tertentu. Proses Bisnis adalah kumpulan projek saling terhubung untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur yang mengkaji manajemen proses bisnis pada aspek pemasaran bagi para pelaku UMKM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah utuk menganalisis penerapan transformasi digital pada bisnis di sektor UMKM. Hasil dari penelitian ini, efektifitas proses bisnis dari model pemasaran konvensional yang bertransformasi dengan menggunakan aktivitas pemasaran digital diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing, membuka peluang baru, dan mencapai pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan dalam era digital.

Abstract

Agriculture can be interpreted as an asset by carrying out organizational or management activities and agricultural activities. Agricultural activities also regulate agricultural production facilities and technology in businesses related to agriculture. Likewise, farming refers to commercial or business activities that involve managing land, plants, animals. , or other agricultural resources with the aim of producing agricultural products for sale and purchase. This includes various activities such as protection, maintenance, harvesting, and marketing of agricultural products. The aim of this research is to analyze production costs in apple farming and to analyze the influence of factors production for apple farming, in this research using the R/C Ratio analysis method and for production factors using multiple linear regression (Cobb-Douglas) with the SPSS application. The determination uses a simple random sampling method, which involves taking samples randomly from the entire population with the same probability for each individual. The number of farmers we can take is 33 farmers. The results of this research are analysis of farming income by calculating the R/C ratio of 2.333. So, every additional Rp. 1 will increase revenue by Rp. 2,333,-. The factor that influences apple farming is land area because the significant value is less than 0.5. Farmers' suggestions are expected to further optimize the costs incurred in the use of production factors so that there is no waste of costs. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on housing purchase decisions at PT. Samawa Property Probolinggo. The population used from the results of this study are consumers who have bought a house at PT. Samawa Property Kabupaten Probolinggo , who is located Karanggeger totaling 52 people. The sampling technique has been carried out using saturated samples. The method of data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The test results show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision making at PT. Samawa Property Kabupaten Probolinggo; (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision making at PT. Samawa Property Kabupaten Probolinggo; (3) product quality and service quality have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decision making at PT. Abstract

Sengon plants today are often found in rural areas. With a fairly short harvest period, but the harvest is quite a lot. Often processed into raw materials for furniture and other home needs. This research was tried in the 4th to 7th month of 2022 located in Krajan Village, Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency. This study chose RAK as the method. The factors used are two, namely the 1st factor (4 levels) and the 2nd factor (3 levels). This studies intends to: 1) Recognize the consequences of the type of seed irrigation device on the development of sengon seeds. 2) Recognize the consequences of sowing media arrangement on the development of sengon seeds. 3) Recognize the relationship between the consequences the kind of seed irrigation media & the arrangement of sowing media in the growth of sengon seeds.

Abstract

Supply chain management is the activity of processing raw materials into goods in process or semi-finished goods and finished goods then sending these products to consumers through the distribution system. The supply chain itself is a complex network consisting of complex suppliers, producers, distributors, retailers and consumers. This research took place at SG'S Mushroom which is located at Sumbergondo sub-district. Bumiaji, Batu City. The aim of this research is to determine the flow and mechanism of the supply chain at SG'S Mushroom so that it can be used as input in determining the appropriate supply chain channels and mechanisms for SG'S Mushroom. The data used is primary data and secondary data and analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The conclusion of this research is that the supply chain flow at SG'S Mushroom consists of the flow of goods, the flow of money and the flow of information which are interconnected. The supply chain mechanism at SG'S Mushroom consists of suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers and consumers. Suppliers at SG'S Mushroom consist of sengon powder suppliers, lime suppliers, rice bran suppliers, plastic suppliers, seed suppliers, and ring and cap suppliers. The manufacturer at SG'S Mushroom is SG'S Mushroom itself. Distributors at SG'S Mushroom consist of collector distributors and CV Arjuna partner distributors. Retailers at SG'S Mushroom consist of ratailer melijo and shop retailers get oyster mushrooms from distributors and souvenir shop retailers get oyster mushrooms from partner distributor CV Arjuna. Lastly is the final consumer, SG'S final consumer gets oyster mushrooms that have been processed or raw. If oyster mushrooms have been processed, consumers get them from gift shops. If oyster mushrooms are still raw, consumers can get them from melijo retailers and stall retailers or get them directly from SG'S Mushroom. Keywords: Supply Chain Flow, Oyster Mushroom

Abstract

Kegiatan pemasaran merupakan hal penting bagi perusahaan dimana hal ini mencakup kegiatan distribusi yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertempat di Royal Florist yang terletak di, Jalan Rusman Gg losmen Pendowo Rt 2 Rw 3 Punten, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu, Profinsi Jawa Timur. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui bagaimana saluran pemasaran Bunga Mawar yang digunakan oleh Royal Florist dalam mendistribusikan produknya pada konsumen akhir agar dapat menjadi bahan masukan dalam menentukan saluran distribusi yang tepat bagi Royal Florist. Saluran Pemasaran yang digunakan pada Royal Florist adalah bentuk saluran pemasaran langsung dan tidak langsung. Adapun data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder serta dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif . Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah \Royal Florist menggunakan empat jenis saluran pemasaran untuk mendistribusikan Bunga Mawar. Jenis saluran pemasaran satu produsen – konsumen, saluran pemasaran dua produsen – pengecer – konsumen, saluran pemasaran tiga produsen – pedagang besar – pengecer – konsumen, saluran pemsaran empat produsen – agen – pedagang besar – pengecer – konsumen. Dari empat saluran pemasaran tersebut, Royal Florist lebih sering menggunakan saluran pemasaran 1 dan 3 karena mengeluarkan biaya yang lebih sedikit dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Kata Kunci : Saluran Pemasaran, Bunga Mawar
