Abstract

Observation of the conditions and situations of people's lives from the psychological aspect through Islamic education methods has not found satisfaction with religious awareness. In fact, the prophet Muhammad SAW. In guiding and directing the lives of his people, he always emphasizes on psychological factors that are in accordance with the methods and trends of progress in the development of society. This research is inspired by the problems that are now emerging. Related to the problem of the method of Islamic education which in fact conveys the values ​​of akhlakul karimah but the approach does not pay attention to psychological aspects. Therefore, this study will attempt to reveal the role of Islamic education methods in inculcating religious awareness in Islamic psychology. This research is library research through data collection with a variety of literature. The data that has been collected is analyzed using content analysis as an analytical tool so that a variety of views can be found that can complement each other between disciplines that the researcher wants to explore. The results found in this study are Islamic education has a psychological foundation that is Islamic-oriented which is guided by the Qur'an and al-Hadith as its source. So that the end of the purpose of the role of Islamic education methods in instilling religious awareness in Islamic psychology is that it can be realized and create happy human beings in the world and the hereafter. The gap in this research is that regarding the concept of views and the direction of trends in community development, it is necessary to direct the psychological aspects towards the safety of their lives, although the success or failure of the method has not been determined.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of enthusiasm for student learning at university Arabic kalam courses that do not optimize the use of existing technology to support the activities of kalam or Arabic conversation. Using vlogger media such as YouTube is considered a forum for improving kalam skills with collaborative activities in the form of drama. It is field research by applying a qualitative approach. It takes place at Hasanuddin University. The data collection technique was carried out by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Research results Optimization of "vlog" based on Hikayah and Masrahiyah improves the freshmans' Kalam ability. The results are explained in three aspects of language improvements. First, the media usage of vloggers is quite favorable and interesting for language proficiency improvement. Second, Video presentation short drama scenes are entertaining and far from dull. Third, add vocabulary without a complicated process of memorizing. The results of the research above indicate that learning Arabic for improving kalam skills by utilizing vlogger media is considered very good and feasible to be developed in the future. Besides, it can add to new vocabulary as well as stimulate student creativity in playing a scene or role that is far from the element of saturation and adds motivation to improving language skills. هذا البحث هو الافتقار إلى الحماس والحماس لتعلم الطلاب في دورات اللغة العربية على تحسين استخدام التكنولوجيا الحالية لدعم أنشطة الكلام أو المحادثة باللغة العربية. يعتبر استخدام وسائط مدونات الفيديو مثل YouTube بمثابة منتدى لتحسين مهارات الكلام من خلال الجمع بين الأنشطة في شكل أنشطة الدراما. هذا البحث هو بحث ميداني ذو منهج نوعي. سيتم إجراء هذا البحث في جامعة حسن الدين. تم تنفيذ تقنيات جمع البيانات من خلال تقنيات المراقبة والمقابلة والتوثيق. نتائج بحث تحسين "مدونة الفيديو" على أساس الحكاية والمصراحية في تحسين مهارات كلام لطلاب تعليم اللغة في جامعة حسن الدين ، هناك ثلاث نقاط رئيسية ، 1) يعتبر استخدام وسائط مدوِّن الفيديو جيدًا جدًا ومثيرًا للاهتمام من حيث الزيادة إجادة اللغة. 2) عرض الفيديو على شكل مشهد درامي قصير ممتع جدا وبعيد عن الملل. 3) زيادة المفردات دون صعوبة عملية الحفظ. بناءً على نتائج البحث أعلاه ، يُظهر أن تعلم اللغة العربية لتحسين مهارات الكلام من خلال استخدام وسائط مدونات الفيديو يعتبر أمرًا جيدًا للغاية ويمكن تطويره في المستقبل ، إلى جانب القدرة على إضافة مفردات جديدة ، كما أنه يحفز إبداع الطلاب في اللعب. مشهد او دور بعيد عن عنصر التشبع ويضيف دافعا للتعلم.زيادة مهارات الكلام.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate the influences of the Islamic work ethic to increase the working motivation of academics at the Academy of Foreign Languages, Universitas Muslim Indonesia. It employs quantitative research by applying an explanatory research model. Using saturation sampling involved all the lecturers and academic staff assigned to the Foreign Language Academy at the Universitas Muslim Indonesia, Makassar, Indonesia. The target participants in this study were 34 people. The data was collected using a questionnaire compiled based on Islamic Working Ethic, Islamic Working Motivation, and Working Performance variables. The results showed that the Islamic working ethic has a favorable and substantial impact on academics' working performance in learning. Based on the aqidah tauhid, the state suggests that all indications of work ethic influence enhancing job performance so that lecturers get His joy. The work ethic with an Al-Mujahadah attitude or optimal hard work will motivate the academics to work harder, thereby improving their performance.

Abstract

Resilience is one of the important constructs in human positive functioning, especially in facing the challenges from various walks of life. Chinese Reverted Muslim (CRM) in Malaysia is a minority group in both the population of Malaysian Chinese as well as in the Muslim community, which falls under the category of double minorities. In the need of facing chronic stressors such as discrimination, racism, and prejudice as double minorities, thus to be in the double minorities status (DMS), CRM requires a great deal resilience to overcome all these negative circumstances. Past studies regarding CRM is of little, especially in Malaysia context. Globally research also focused more on Chinese Muslim but not CRM. The trace of literature on resilience in CRM also cannot be found in either overseas or local research. Malaysian unique polarized racial structure and history provides a worthy paradigm in studying the population of DMS also probe on the strength and resilience from the religious and cultural perspective. Numerous CRM national exemplary from various society background had been exercising the resilience throughout the years since the independence of Malaysia in the year of 1957. By understanding the mechanism of resilience behind CRM dealing with DMS, it will be helpful in personality building especially in resilience for the oppressed groups.

Abstract

Human resources are a crucial factor in achieving targets and goals in business. One of the businesses overgrowing today is the Muslim beauty salon business. Employees mainly support the success of this business with good performance. However, employee performance is influenced by various factors. This study aims to determine the influence of Islamic work ethic, motivation, and environment on employee performance at the Muslimah beauty salon in Samarinda. This study is a quantitative study with a study population of 15 employees. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The study's results found that motivation affects the performance of employees in the Muslimah beauty salon in Samarinda. However, Islamic work ethic and environment have no bearing on employee performance. Simultaneously, Islamic work ethic, motivation, and work environment influenced employee performance at the Muslimah beauty salon in Samarinda with an influence of 78.6%. Other factors outside this study influenced the remaining 21.4%.

Abstract

The Ministry of Education and Culture has issued an emergency curriculum to deal with pandemic conditions, which has become a reference for MAN Insan Cendekia Paser in distance learning. The government provides three curriculum options that can be chosen by educational institutions, namely, continue to apply the national curriculum, implement the emergency curriculum, and simplify the curriculum independently. This attracted researchers to research the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum during the COVID-19 Pandemic Period at MAN Insan Cendekia Paser. This study uses a qualitative research approach with the subjects studied, namely teacher representatives, waka curriculum, and school principals, which were carried out with data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the researcher's data used the triangulation method. The data in this study were analyzed by data condensation steps, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study are that all teachers have prepared curriculum plans by compiling annual programs and semester programs based on the COVID-19 emergency curriculum. In preparing the lesson plan, all MAN IC Paser teachers have also adjusted their preparation according to the guidelines for the COVID-19 emergency curriculum. Moreover, online learning was implemented for the Presentation and learning at MAN IC Paser at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. In August 2021, the implementation of learning was carried out in a limited face-to-face manner. It was carried out face-to-face in October while implementing the COVID emergency curriculum. The challenges and barriers in implementing the 2013 curriculum during a COVID-19 pandemic include less than optimal learning using practicum methods, student saturation, and difficulty in assessing student attitudes.

Abstract

مازال طلاب العلم خاصة في مجال اللغة العربية يواجهون صعوبات كثيرة في تعلمها، لكن منهم من تفوقوا فيها وحصلوا على نتائج مقنعة في المواد الدراسية المتعلقة بالمهارات اللغوية (القراءة والكلام والاستماع). فهدف هذا البحث هو تحليل استراتيجية تعلم اللغة العربية لدى الطلاب المتفوقين في قسم تعليم اللغة العربية لجامعة سلطان أجي محمد إدريس الإسلامية الحكومية سمارندا. يستخدم هذا البحث المدخل الكيفي مع نوع الدراسة دراسة الحالة. ويتم جمع البيانات من خلال الملاحظة والمقابلة والتوثيق. أما موضوع البحث هم الطلاب في المستوى الرابع وعينة البحث الطلاب المتفوقون حسب نتائجهم في المواد الدراسية المتعلقة بالمهارات اللغوية من قسم تعليم اللغة العربية لجامعة سلطان أجي محمد إدريس الإسلامية الحكومية سمارندا. تشير نتائج هذا البحث إلى أن أغلب الطلاب المتفوقين لهم خلفية دراسية في اللغة العربية إما في المتوسطة أو الثانوية أو كلاهما ، بينما تختلف استراتيجيات التعلم عن بعضهم البعض ، لكن الشيء المشترك بين الجميع هو أنه يجب أن يكون هناك حب للمواد المدروسة ، بأهداف واضحة ، وقت ومكان خاصان للدراسة. Abstract

The majority of people in Indonesia have periodically attended elementary school, junior high school, high school, and university-level formal education programs. It should go without saying that those who have previously gotten education do not generally have good moral character. There are currently a growing number of offenses that transgress religious principles. As a result, character education for both students and teachers is required, and this can be done by including character traits into the formal curriculum. The implementation of learning processes, execution procedures, and assessment processes can accomplish this. The 2013 curriculum includes character education. The emphasis on learning includes affective and psychological learning in addition to cognitive learning. Due of this, character education is required. As a result, character education must be incorporated into every topic taught in formal schools, including the study of Arabic. The goal of this study is to ascertain the planning for integrating character education into the study of Arabic, the actual integrating of character education into the study of Arabic, the evaluation of that integration, as well as the effects of that integrating character education on the students at Muhammadiyah 4 Samarinda Elementary School. A descriptive qualitative approach is used in this study. Observation, interviewing, and documentation are the methods used to acquire data. Miles and Huberman theory is employed in the data analysis. According to the study's findings, the planning process should have 13 character values, the implementation and evaluation processes should have 13 character values, and the implications should have 11 character values.

Abstract

The implementation of bureaucratic reform in the educational institution system in Indonesia has carried out many substantive transformations in various dimensions. This is because it can be reviewed through the implementation of bureaucratic reforms that focus on services in order to monitor and evaluate performance in the organizational and human resource dimensions. This research is a descriptive qualitative research obtained from interviews. Data collection techniques were carried out by triangulation and data analysis using inductive data reduction, presentation, and verification techniques that emphasized meaning. This study explains that the implementation of bureaucratic reform at IAIN Palangka Raya has gone well in terms of the organizational and human resource dimensions. Although there are several notes such as ease of access to service information at IAIN Palangka Raya which can be improved so that it is right on target. This is expected to generate benefits for the implementation of bureaucratic reform as an effort to develop goal-oriented competencies and skills. In addition, the draft road map on the implementation of policy reforms can be used as a guide and direction for policy or decision makers in implementing bureaucratic reforms.

Abstract

The majority of EFL students lack adequate vocabulary knowledge and become frustrated when they cannot comprehend the meaning of key vocabulary terms in a passage. The study aims to determine whether short Islamic stories can improve the vocabulary acquisition of novice EFL learners. It uses quantitative research by applying a pre-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test. The study involves 30 novice EFL students enrolled in the Basic Translation course at the English Language Education department, Islamic State University of Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris Samarinda. To determine the significance of the short Islamic study to the student's vocabulary significance, the study applied a vocabulary test containing a matching test, a word meaning test, a vocabulary test, and a pronunciation and spelling test. The findings of the study revealed a significant difference between the pre-test and post-tests due to the treatment. The study's results refuted the null hypothesis. It was determined that there was substantial evidence regarding the effect of Islamic short stories on vocabulary acquisition. Further studies related to this study are needed considering the data provided in this pre-experimental design is still limited to the number of treatment groups.
