Abstract

Quality service plays an important role in shaping customer satisfaction, but it is also closely related to creating profits for the company. The purpose of the study is whether service quality affects customer satisfaction, whether price affects customer satisfaction and whether service quality and price affect customer satisfaction. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. This research was conducted in relation to the context (implementation of service quality, price and customer satisfaction). In addition, the theoretical gap (detailed perspective on each dimension) left by previous research. The results showed that service quality and price affect customer satisfaction at Café Gartenhutte Trawas. Quality and price show a multiple correlation 0.809 which shows a strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. This research has implications for businesses that should use their websites to convey information and offer the best customer service to increase perceived value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implications of business law on business ethics practices in Indonesia. The research method used is library research, where data is collected from various sources of literature that are relevant to the research topic. The results of the study show that business law has an important role in shaping business ethics practices in Indonesia. Business law regulates rights and obligations arising from agreements and engagements in business practices. In addition, factors such as developments in national development, business ethics, internal and external factors, and legal awareness influence the implementation of business law in ethical and responsible business practices. Therefore, the solutions and recommendations provided to improve the implementation of business law and ethical business practices in Indonesia include strengthening regulations, effective law enforcement, education and awareness, collaboration between the government and the business world, transparency and accountability, and the establishment of a supervisory body. independent. Implementation of this solution is expected to create a business environment that is fair, transparent and with integrity, as well as making a positive contribution to economic development and people's welfare in Indonesia.

Abstract

Economic growth is an achievement that must be considered in various regions, where one of the inhibiting factors is the unemployment rate. The high level of unemployment is a problem faced by various regions, including in NTT, precisely in the City of Kupang. The magnitude of the problem and the impact of unemployment is one of the urgency of research, where increasing entrepreneurial intentions is the right solution. This solution is based on Theory of Planned Behavior. This theory is based on Background factors which focus on 3 factors. These three factors are studied using a quantitative approach to the survey method. The data obtained by using a questionnaire (valid and reliable). The sample consisted of 82 respondents. Then the data (fulfilling the classical assumptions) were analyzed using SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis. Based on this analysis, the results show that income expectations and personality have a positive and significant effect, while social media has a negative and significant effect. Based on these results, researchers emphasize the importance of income expectations in encouraging entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, this study emphasizes personality as the dominant factor. Finally, the researcher emphasizes evaluating the use of social media (have fun).

Abstract

Milk is an animal product produced by mammals.The world community, including Indonesia, needs the nutrients contained in milk. The milk commodity can be cultivated by the people of Indonesia. West Java Province is included among the three largest milk-producing provinces in Indonesia. One of the fresh milk producers in West Java Province is Cipta Rasa Farm (CRF). CRF was founded in 2001 in Karang Asem Barat, Citeureup District, Bogor Regency. CRF is capable of producing 100 liters of fresh milk. However, lately, CRF has left 20 liters of milk that are not sold out. In order to gain additional income, CRF plans to make frozen yogurt using leftover milk. This study aims to determine the non-financial feasibility analysis of establishing a frozen yogurt business unit on CRF in the form of a non-financial feasibility analysis consisting of analysis of product planning, marketing planning, production planning, organizational and management planning, and collaboration planning.The data used in this research are primary and secondary.This research's data analysis method is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Based on the results of the non-financial analysis, it was concluded that the plan to establish a frozen yogurt business at Cipta Rasa Farm, Bogor Regency, was feasible.

Abstract

The growing LPD Kesiman faces various problems, especially the risk of non-performing loans. Efforts made to improve the smoothness of credit payments are by providing rewards and punishments for credit customers. This research was conducted to determine the application of reward and punishment for credit customers and the implications for LPD Kesiman. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach, collecting data by observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were LPD Kesiman credit employees. The results showed that the implementation of reward and punishment for credit customers at the LPD Kesiman had gone well, rewards were given in the form of ease in managing credit, priority was given to credit, service and faster credit disbursement. Provision of punishment in the form of warning letters up to three times, summons to the LPD Kesiman office regarding bad credit constraints, as well as withdrawing credit collateral to be sold/auctioned to cover the amount of bad customer debt. The application of reward and punishment provides two types of implications for the Kesiman LPD, namely: the impact on credit development and the impact on the level of discipline of customers/debtors at the LPD Kesiman.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that can influence the perception of staple food traders in the Tanjung market about interest in using BRImo through attitude towards using, using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) approach. These factors include perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude towards using as Intervening variables. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to food traders in Tanjung market, Jember regency. Sample determination in this study used the Simple Random Sampling method.  The questionnaire was distributed to 109 food traders in Tanjung market who qualified as samples and analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences).The test showed that: (1) perceived usability had a significant effect on interest in use; (2) perceived convenience has a significant effect on interest in use; (3) attitude toward using has a significant effect on interest in use; (4) perceived usefulness of interest through attitude toward using has a significant effect; (5) The perception of ease of interest through attitude toward using does not have a significant effect.

Abstract

ALIO (name abbreviated for confidentiality) is one of a medium-scale enterprise in Indonesia that engaged in the chicken trading business in Jakarta with the store name is ALIO. This business sells broiler, red, and parent stock chickens. Even though it has been established since 1976, it turns out that the business is still managed in a traditional way so that there were no breakthroughs. Our study aims at analyzing the business model canvas of chicken ALIO. We conducted the study between December 2022 and March 2023. We conducted a business model evaluation based on the SWOT questionnaire (Osterwalder and Pigneur 2020). The findings show that the strength-opportunity level is around 71% and the weakness-threat level is around 63%. This indicated gaps in both sides. The 71% SO needed enhancement. The 63% WO needs reductions. The business coaching approach has resulted in better formation of the business model canvas. The improvement in SO level has become 84% and the improvement of WO level has become 24%. This improvement is a manifestation of adaptive business model to respond to the changing business environment and to enhance business performance. This case study with a business coaching approach has facilitated the process of solving business problems in a focused and involving related entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Opportunity-seeking behaviour is a function of a company's entrepreneurial strategy. Through seeking opportunities, companies are expected to develop competence in identifying opportunities to encourage innovation and create new values in business activities. This study examines the influence of opportunity-seeking behaviour on innovation capability and value creation in craft SMEs in the Madiun area. The research method uses surveys with online and offline questionnaires to further explore craft SMEs' perceptions regarding opportunity-seeking behaviour, innovation capability and value creation. Data analysis using Smart PLS version 3.0. The results show that opportunity-seeking behaviour and innovation capability significantly and positively affect value creation. The existence of the company's opportunity-seeking behavior can increase the ability to transform existing knowledge into an innovation and make the company more effective in creating value. In addition, innovation is considered a strong predictor of creating new value that is beneficial to improving company performance The mediating role of innovation capability plays a role as a mediator and is supported in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the antecedent factors that led to decreased sales of cosmetic products by GRS Rendy Company. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to company owners and consumers aged 17 years and over and having purchased at least once. The results of the research questionnaire from the owner stated that it was true that the sales of cosmetic products had decreased over the last five months, and the number of consumers had also decreased during that time. The respondents were 111 people. The data is then processed using factor analysis techniques. This study found two factors causing a decrease in the sales of cosmetic products at GRS Rendy: weak product features and innovation and attractiveness in markets that are less able to compete

Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kepemimpinan kewirausahaan transformasi digital dan kinerja UMKM. Data dikumpulkan dari 150 responden wirausaha di berbagai sektor bisnis di Depok. Metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kepemimpinan kewirausahaan memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan transformasi digital. Selanjutnya, transformasi digital juga memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Ditemukan bahwa kepemimpinan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, serta pengaruh tidak langsung melalui transformasi digital. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang pentingnya kepemimpinan berorientasi kewirausahaan dalam mendorong transformasi digital dan meningkatkan kinerja bisnis UMKM. Implikasi manajerial dan saran untuk penelitian lebih lanjut juga dibahas dalam penelitian ini.
