Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana keadilan organisasi mempengaruhi loyalitas kerja dan komitmen organisasi pada UMKM. Karyawan yang loyal dan berkomitmen dengan organisasinya kemungkinan akan berkontribusi lebih terhadap keberlangsungan organisasinya. Menggunakan data 108 karyawan dari 23 UMKM yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda hierarkis, penelitian ini menguji hipotesis bahwa praktik keadilan prosedural dan distributif berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas kerja dan komitmen organisasi pada UMKM. Temuan penelitian mengkonfirmasi hipotesis: praktik keadilan prosedural dan distributif secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi loyalitas dan komitmen karyawan UMKM terhadap organisasi mereka. Hal lain yang menarik adalah bahwa pengaruh praktik keadilan distributif terhadap loyalitas dan komitmen karyawan lebih tinggi dibanding pengaruh keadilan prosedural; pengaruh praktik dua jenis keadilan tersebut terhadap loyalitas lebih tinggi dibandingkan pengaruh mereka terhadap komitmen kepada organisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris tentang dampak positif praktik keadilan organisasi dalam konteks UMKM. Oleh karena itu, UMKM perlu mempraktikkan keadilan distributif dan prosedural karena praktik-praktik tersebut mengarah pada peningkatan loyalitas dan komitmen karyawan.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has succeeded in causing panic in people all over the world. Changes in consumer spending behavior globally occur simultaneously, including in Indonesia. The level of consumer awareness to always increase their immunity by consuming fresh food ingredients also encourages online grocery shopping activity. However, amid pandemic situation, there is a dilemma between frugality in order to maintain consumer household stability or maintain the health of each family member. Research on the impact of COVID-19 on changes in online grocery shopping behavior and seafood consumption for the people of Surabaya is expected to answer the question of whether the impact of COVID-19 on changes in online grocery shopping behavior and whether this has an impact on consumer priorities in consuming seafood. The methodology used in this research is qualitative methods with phenomenological approach, namely through in-depth interviews. Respondents of this study are 8 women who are stay-at-home-mother and career women. These 8 women have responsibilities as decision makers in family spending. The results obtained from this study are the upper middle-income households in Surabaya made shift not only to shop offline, but also online during pandemic Covid-19.  Most of them have added the number of internet gadgets in their home to participate in Study-From-Home method for their children’s school activity. They bought more health supplements, better food ingredients, and fresh ones to maintain their health conditions during Covid times. The seafood consumptions is perceived as one of the ways to build better immunities, thus some of these households have increasing their seafood buying.

Abstract

The development of digital payment transactions through the adoption of e-wallets has a significant impact on the utilization of big data by companies and user data security systems. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how providing users with financial incentives and control over data use will enhance their willingness to divulge personal information to businesses. Additionally, assessing the variables that may affect a person's willingness to divulge personal information. 130 members of Generation Z in Surabaya who have utilized ShopeePay provided the data for this study. To evaluate the suggested hypotheses and examine the correlations between variables, the data were analyzed using SEM-PLS modeling with Smart-PLS 3 software. According to the study's findings, providing financial incentives and control over data use as compensation can make people more ready to divulge personal information. However, perceived data sensitivity does not reduce the willingness to share personal information. The mediation relationship was identified, where perceived data sensitivity did not mediate control compensation. This shows that providing compensation in the form of control compensation and monetary compensation has a major influence in motivating individual preferences for sharing user personal data.

Abstract

Resource Advantage idea in business competitiveness promotes the development of competitive advantages by enterprises through their better possession of resources. MSME need to retain and improve their competitive advantage through cost leadership strategy. To achieve the competitiveness, MSME have to pay attention to their resource advantage. In terms of cost leadership,  MSMEs must also assess the quality and superiority of their available resources. Resource superiority is a significant concern when it comes to competition based on low prices. This study aims to investigate the tactics employed by micro enterprises in addressing sudden increases in the costs of production inputs in order to preserve their competitive edge. The study utilised a sample of organisations who successfully maintained company continuity following instances of price surge since 2022. There were a total of 30 businesses that took part in this research. The chosen methodology is a qualitative approach that involves conducting content analysis on the interview results. Typically, corporations choose raising the prices of their products as the input is rising. MSME is prefer to raise the price while retaining the quality rather than lower the quality to keep the price in check.

Abstract

Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali serves as a critical gateway for tourists, especially in the post-pandemic era. This study evaluates the service quality of the airport using the Fuzzy Servqual and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. A sample of 100 respondents was analyzed to assess five dimensions of service quality: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The findings indicate that several attributes of the service require improvement, particularly in terms of adequacy of infrastructure, service clarity, and responsiveness to passenger feedback. The IPA analysis identified two attributes as high-priority areas for improvement. Recommendations for enhancing service quality are proposed to better align with passenger expectation and satisfaction.

Abstract

The Balikpapan City Population and Civil Registration Office must certainly serve the community well. The provision of good service is certainly inseparable from skilled and reliable human resources. This quantitative research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Balikpapan City, using a purposive sampling technique totaling 40 employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Balikpapan City. Data collection in this study was done by distributing questionnaires and using SmartPLS in processing the data. The results of the study show that work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction of employees of the Balikpapan City Population and Civil Registration Office, while work discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on the job satisfaction of employees of the Balikpapan City Population and Civil Registration Office.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the mediating role of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the context of Grabbike services in Kendari City. This study is important for application providers, especially in responding to the challenges of online transportation competition, especially online motorcycle taxis. In addition, for the government, this study is an input in formulating urban transportation planning based on community needs. This study involved a population of 160 respondents who used Grabbike services in Kendari City. and used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test the hypothesis. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction is proven to have an effect on loyalty, while price does not have a significant impact.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk implements sustainable entrepreneurship (SE) by using the triple bottom line (TBL) approach, find challenges to implementing it, and evaluate how it impacts the sustainability and performance of the company. The qualitative research used content analysis and descriptive analysis. Secondary data sources used were annual reports, sustainability reports, and scientific articles. The results of the analysis show that Sido Muncul successfully reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 80.3% and achieved renewable energy use of 88%. In addition, the company increased employee training hours by 5.4% and improved community collaboration. The company focused on product innovation and operational efficiency in order to maximize profit, despite revenue fluctuations. Climate change, strict regulations, and limitations in internal and external sustainability management are the main obstacles. This study helps improve our knowledge of how sustainable entrepreneurship (SE) fits into corporate entrepreneurship (CE), especially in the traditional herbal medicine industry in developing countries that depend on local knowledge.
