Abstract

To win competition in business world, all businessman must have selling method effective efficiently in order to get right target and low east, to reach the target, the company should have same index parameter. To measure quality of service that be given to customer, many company try to implement service excellence, but fail, meanwhile the company is given out cost, time, power no so a little to do some training for his employees, what problem ?, actually, just giving training is not one solution because, familiarization, and manner to save customer is not so enough will be paradigm and skill for front line to save the customer, but seriously, high commitment at each of organization especially top management service excellence must be implemented in structural oriented at each of company.

Abstract

Working and studying from home is a demand that must be done at this time, since the Covid-19 pandemic due to the Corona virus. Schools were closed, teaching and learning activities were transferred online at home. Due to these demands, many teachers and parents are required to start adapting to distance learning activities, using technology. Bridging this, Google Indonesia launched the Teaching from Home initiative. Google provides a special website for teaching and learning activities for school students, in the Indonesian version. With this facility, anyone, including teachers, can create internal project hubs, team sites, publicly displayed sites, and more. Everything is done without the help of designers, programmers and IT. With the new Google Sites, creating a site is easy. This training is intended for teachers who are still not clear and looking confused how to create Google Sites to support distance learning between teachers and students to make it more interesting and fun.

Abstract

The development of telecommunications technology has grown very rapidly. This is in line with the extraordinary increase in internet data traffic. The use of the internet has been used in all layers of the age segment, both the older generation to the younger generation. Global competition in the future is very tight and knowledge of technology, especially telecommunications technology, is needed. 5G technology stands for 5th Generation which refers to the fifth generation of mobile phones. 5G technology has incredible data capabilities and has the ability to unify unlimited call volume and unlimited data broadcasts in the latest mobile operating systems. Currently, Indonesia is lagging behind in the application of 5G technology. Indonesia is currently still preparing regulations and the frequency spectrum used in the implementation of 5G technology. Abstract

The National Health Insurance (JKN) Program is part of the National Social Security System (SJSN) which is organized using the principle of mandatory social health insurance based on Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 40 Tahun 2004. The implementation of the National Social Security System aims to provide guarantees for the fulfillment of the basic needs of a decent life for each participant and their family. In the use of JKN services, participants are required to follow the referral service procedures as stated in the regulations. During the Covid-19 pandemic, various service channels have been launched which are expected to make it easier for participants when they want to take advantage of the JKN program. So it is felt necessary to socialize to the community to understand the benefits and procedures of JKN services so that this program can be utilized as well as possible. This community service activity is carried out by providing education to private workers in Gianyar Regency. Education is carried out in the form of online webinars by utilizing zoom meeting media. After socialization, the results were obtained that there was an increase in participants' knowledge of JKN.

Abstract

Learning activities outside the classroom (Outdoor Study) and outside reading book texts will create a different atmosphere and understanding. One of the ways to study outdoors is to visit museums, the museum informs the public, especially students and teachers, about history classes. Museums are the best place to find historical sources, feel more grateful, get to know the world more broadly. The purpose of this community service writing is to disseminate information about the existence of the OSF Semarang Mission Study House as an alternative to visit, as an interesting place and provide additional knowledge. The methods used in this activity are preparation, visit and evaluation. The result of this dissemination is that the OSF Semarang Study house is an interesting place to visit with relics of interesting items to be known by students and the visiting public. Arrangement of items in a neat and attractive room will make students and the public feel at home and will visit again

Abstract

Tenaga medis dan non medis merupakan ujung tombak penyelenggaraan pelayanan di laboratorium medis pratama. Laboratorium medis pratama salah satu tempat yang wajib menerapkan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (SMK3). Tujuan diterapkannya K3RS adalah terciptanya cara kerja, lingkungan kerja yang sehat, aman, nyaman, dan dalam rangka meningkatkan derajat kesehatan karyawan. Data Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan, hingga akhir 2015 telah terjadi kecelakaan kerja sebanyak 105.182 kasus di Indonesia. Kecelakaan kerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh lama kerja, usia, dan pendidikan seseorang. Penerapan K3 di Indonesia diatur oleh Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Pengetahuan K3 yang baik diharapkan mampu menekan angka kecelakaan kerja karena individu tersebut dapat menerapakan tindakan yang sesuai dengan pengetahuan K3 yang dimilikinya. Tingkat pengetahuan K3 bagi tenaga medis dan non medis sangat penting dalam menjaga keselamatan pasien dan diri karyawan itu sendiri. Berdasarkan hasil pre dan post test, dan pengamatan langsung selama kegiatan berlangsung, kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini memberikan hasil yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta tentang K3 dan implementasinya.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan merumuskan strategi mengembangkan citra Desa Wisata dan potensi daya dukung kegiatan ekonomi desa yang terletak di wilayah Dusun Karangjoho Kelurahan Gondoriyo, Kecamatan Ngaliyan, Kota Semarang, dengan produk utamanya, Curug (air terjun). Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis participant observation dan wawancara baik terstruktur maupun terbuka, dengan menekankan pada keterlibatan masyarakat lokal. Untuk tujuan ini, peneliti melakukan kegiatan: 1) mengidentifikasi atmosfer desa wisata, 2) mengidentifikasi budaya lokal, 3) arah pelestarian lingkungan. 4) kegiatan perekonomian Desa Wisata. Adapun hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menemukan identitas geografis berupa: curug /grojogan, sungai irigasi, sawah, goa mistis, hutan taman, jembatan comblang, produk kearifan lokal nasi bledug dan wedang sinom, serta seni budaya lokal tabuh lesung yang dapat mengubah citra desa wisata khas Gondoriyo Ngaliyan. Selain itu juga adanya obyek wisata ini dapat meningkatkan kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat Gondoriyo dilihat dari bertumbuhnya warung-warung jajanan dan toko ritel.

Abstract

Menyadap karet merupakan salah satu mata pencaharian utama di Desa Ranah Sungkai. Dalam dunia perkebunan, dibutuhkan sesuatu yang baru. Demi perkembangan dunia perkebunan, diperlukan terobosan-terobosan terbaru yang sangat berpengaruh di sektor perkebunan. Karena terbentuknya permasalahan dalam dunia perkebunan memunculkan ide untuk menciptakan sesuatu yang baru yang biasa disebut dengan inovasi dan dengan pemikiran tersebut maka ada kemajuan bagi sektor perkebunan. Melihat dari hasil observasi tersebut, dalam rangka menumbuhkan semangat kerja petani karet maka perlu diadakan Sosialisasi Pembuatan Payung Pelindung Karet Karet di Desa Ranah Sungkai. Payung karet adalah alat untuk melindungi getah karet dari air hujan agar hasil yang didapat lebih optimal. Saat musim hujan tiba, getah karet akan bercampur dengan air sehingga mudah menyebar dan sulit mengental. Hal ini sangat mempengaruhi pendapatan masyarakat, karena masyarakat tidak dapat memungut getah karet yang berakibat pada berkurangnya pendapatan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam rangka memperkuat ketahanan pendapatan masyarakat di masa New Normal ini yang berdampak pada perekonomian masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan praktek langsung pembuatan payung karet.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh petani lele di Desa Sruwen Kecamatan Tengaran, Kabupaten Semarang adalah harga pakan lele yang mahal sehingga keuntungan yang diperoleh sangat tipis. Petani lele tersebut pernah mencoba membuat pelet  ikan secara mandiri namun hasilnya belum sesuai yang diharapkan, pelet yang dihasilkan tenggelam sehingga kurang efektif. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk memberikan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan pelet ikan dan pemberian alat  pembuat pelet ikan (extruder) pada mitra. Dengan adanya alat extruder serta pelatihan dan pendampingan diharapkan petani lele dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pelet ikan secara mandiri. Metode pelaksanaan diawali dengan mengajak perwakilan mitra ke tempat produksi pakan ikan mandiri “Jali Lele”  sekaligus pembuat alat extruder di Desa Tlogowaru, Kabupaten Demak untuk melihat proses produksi pellet ikan sesuai standar. Setelah alat extruder yang dipesan jadi, selanjutnya dilakukan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan pelet ikan secara mandiri. Di dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melibatkan 6 orang mahasiswa untuk kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan sebagai implementasi MBKM. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan penghasilan petani ikan lele setiap bulannya serta dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga, dengan peningkatan penghasilan  sebesar Rp 15.000.000 untuk 4 bulan atau Rp 3.750.000 perbulang atau kenaikan sebesar 19,24%.

Abstract

Today there are various kinds of social media for business. Some examples social media for business including Facebook, Youtube, Blogs, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat. From a variety of social media that are often used by business actors is facebook. Facebook users in Indonesia reach 129.9 million in early 2022. This figure is derived from advertising reach sources Facebook to Indonesian users. Thus, the percentage of users Facebook in Indonesia is equivalent to 46.8 percent of the total population in early 2022. In the world of marketing, social media plays an important role is very important in building a strong customer base for a brand. One of the biggest in Indonesia, of course, is Facebook. In to increase marketing channels, there are recommendations for tools and software Free Facebook marketing at its best. We don't need to spend money to subscribe or buy existing Facebook marketing tools is wrong one is Facebook Canvas.
