Abstract

Nies World's learning house is a place where several youths gather to hone their skills. Some of the classes that were opened were music, language, photography and so on. As for some youths who are experiencing financial constraints, they are given capital for entrepreneurship such as selling squeezed oranges and raising pigs. Graphic design class is one of the activities that have been carried out at the Nies World Learning House with the aim of improving soft skills for young people. This activity began with a discussion with the youth regarding the interest and interest in design. The activity was continued by designing T-shirts and digital invitations through their respective cellphones. The content in the design consists of writing combined with lines, images and text. The results of each youth's design are printed on the selected T-shirts. It can be seen that the soft skill potential of the youth is very good if it continues to be developed and sharpened again so that it can improve the quality of designs that have economic value.Keywords: design; digital; enterpreunership; skill; t-shirt

Abstract

This activity is a form of application of science and technology which is carried out through counseling entitled "Smart Using of the Internet during the COVID-19 Pandemic" carried out in the Abepura GMAHK Church, PGRI Jayapura High School and Asei Kecil Village in Jayapura Regency with the target of counseling participants attending are children school age to adolescents and youth. The purpose of holding this service is to provide an understanding of the need to use the internet intelligently during the Covid-19 pandemic, various efforts to avoid cyber-crime, as well as legal sanctions related to crime in cyberspace. In the counseling activities carried out, it can be seen that the extension participants felt enthusiastic in receiving the material provided, indicated by various responses and good responses from the participants who asked questions during the counseling. It is hoped that this activity can be carried out routinely, not only for teenagers and young people, but also for parents as a form of prevention against internet abuse behavior by unwise actions such as spreading hoax news, hate speech, and fictitious transactions by unscrupulous and irresponsible actors. Keywords: Cyber-crime; Cyber-ethic; Internet; Law; Youth

Abstract

This service is carried out under the title Application of Science and Technology, Law Number 10 of 2020 concerning Stamp Duty. The partners in this service are lecturers and students at Muhammadiyah Papua University, with the aim that lecturers and students have knowledge and skills regarding the application of Law Number 10 Year 2020 regarding Stamp Duty. Stamp duty is a label or strip in the form of a sticky, electronic, or other form that has characteristics and contains a security element issued by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, which is used to pay tax on Documents. The application of science and technology to Law Number 10 of 2020 concerning Stamp Duty is carried out on Tuesday, June 14 2022, activities starting from 1). Preparation, work program, coordination; 2). presentation of the material. The method of implementing this service is carried out by way of lectures, discussions, questions and answers related to the function of stamp duty, documents that do not need to be given stamp duty, documents that must be given stamp duty, legal sanctions in violating the Stamp Duty Law, taking into account the protocol covid-19. as well. Abstract

The service was carried out on Saturday, 13, August 2022 virtually by zoom. The participants present consisted of several differences in ethnic background, educational work and age. The results with devotion show good participant satisfaction, it is characterized by some questions from an excellent audience regarding the topic of devotion. The service material consists of the topics of Vitamin D, Covid-19 and the relationship between the two. The Covid-19 material includes a brief history, characteristics of the Covid-19 virus, signs of infection, common symptoms, how to prevent and how to wash the hands with 6 steps correctly. After that, it was continued with an exposure between the role of Vitamin D and Covid-19 infection which consisted of an explanation of the general molecular mechanism and some recent studies on covid-19 and vitamin D. activities in general went smoothly and according to the activity plan.Keywords: covid-19; vitamin D; hijab woman; infection

Abstract

This Floods occur frequently in Indonesai also in Jayapura, one of the negative impacts being felt on the world of education, namely the damage to educational facilities and infrastructure, including damage to the tools used to carry out physics practicums at SMA Negeri 4 Jayapura. Efforts to continue to carry out practicum activities are by utilizing applications found on smartphones as practicum media including the EveryCircuit application and Logic Circuit Simulator in electrical experiments. In carrying out the activity, no significant obstacles were found because the students were accustomed to using smartphones and easily understood the use of the given application because a practicum guidebook was available. The EveryCircuit application and Logic Circuit Simulator can be used as a tool to be used as a virtual laboratory in carrying out physics practicums in schools, especially in the learning process during the post-disaster period and for schools that do not yet have a laboratory or special equipment in the electronics field. Keywords: the everycircuit application; logic circuit simulator; educational facilities and infrastructure; education

Abstract

One of the problems at GKI Lembah Jordan Congregation is monitoring the security of the church building's environment which is often visited by irresponsible people. This is done to avoid various crimes such as destroying church facilities, scribbling on church walls, stealing church assets, and so on. The purpose of this service activity is to provide training to the multimedia team and church guards at the GKI Lembah Jordan congregation, so they can understand how to use environmental security monitoring of church buildings with Android-based Smart Home Camera C6N technology devices. Abstract

The problem with the Youth Fellowship at GKI I.S Kijne Abepura congregation is that they do not have the skills and abilities to use information technology for digital marketing. The purpose of the Uncen PNBP service in 2022 is to transfer science and technology for PAM at GKI Congregation I.S Kijne Abepura so that they can increase innovation, skills and abilities in conducting digital marketing. Community service activities are carried out using lecture, discussion, question and answer methods, practice, and evaluation. The stages of implementation include planning, conducting training, evaluating activities, and reporting. Abstract

SD YPK 1 Imanuel Hamadi is one of private schools which was established by the Christian Education Foundation (YPK) in Papua. The purpose of this service activity is to recharge the understanding of the concept of fractions in teachers in the school such that they can explain fractions to their students more easily. The method used in this activity is the presentation about fractions and fraction operations accompanied by several examples that can help the teachers to better understand the concept of fractions. The teachers were also given the opportunity to directly ask questions when there was material they did not understand. Abstract

This service will be carried out under the title Application of Science and Technology Use of Information Technology and Electronic Transaction Information Law at YPPK Taruna Darma Kotaraja High School, activities that will be carried out to partners due to lack of student knowledge about the use of information technology and Electronic Transaction Information Laws, which now have many children students are not wise in using information technology media and do not violate the law through social media. The obstacle is that students do not understand and master the use of information technology and the Electronic Transaction Information Law so that with the expertise possessed by servants, they can implement the science and technology. The method of implementing this service is carried out by applying science and technology and providing assistance to partners. Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at Inpres Koya Tengah State Elementary School, Muara Tami District, Jayapura City with the aim of assisting teachers in determining strategies for achieving minimum competencies in the New Normal era at Inpres Koya Tengah State Elementary School, Muara Tami District, Jayapura City. The target audience for this activity are school principals, teachers, both class teachers and subject teachers at SD Negeri Inpres Koya Tengah, Muara Tami District, Jayapura City, including honorary teachers. The method we use in carrying out this activity is the lecture and mentoring method with systematically designed stages consisting of preparation, activity implementation and evaluation stages.
