Jurnal ilmiah berkala yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAI) Al Falah Banjarbaru. Jurnal ini dikhususkan untuk memuat tulisan dalam bentuk hasil penelitian pendidikan Islam, atau gagasan tertulis dalam bentuk karya ilmiah dengan bidang kajian yang serumpun. Tujuan dari jurnal ini adalah untuk menampung ide dan gagasan tentang pendidikan Islam dan untuk memudahkan civitas akademika pada umumnya untuk memperoleh angka kredit dalam menunjang eksistensinya di dunia akademik. Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study discusses "the application of strengthening character education (PPK) and counseling guidance in shaping the personality of students who have good morals at SMP NEGERI 1 HANAU Pembuang Hulu". is to find out the application of strengthening character education (ppk) and counseling guidance in shaping the personality of students who have good morals at SMP NEGERI 1 HANAU Pembuang Hulu and what factors influence it. The subjects in this study were three people, namely two from Islamic Religious Education teachers and one from BK (counseling guidance) teachers, while the object in this study was the Application of Strengthening Character Education and Counseling Guidance in shaping the personality of students with good morals at SMP NEGERI 1 HANAU Upstream Disposal and the factors that influence it. In extracting data, the researcher used interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data management techniques are carried out by data collection, editing, data classification and data interpretation. Furthermore, it was analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis and concluded inductively. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of Character Education (PPK) and Counseling Guidance in shaping the personality of students who have good morals at SMP NEGERI 1 HANAU Pembuang Hulu has been well implemented side by side. The factors that influence schools are school factors: based on teacher experience, infrastructure factors, student factors, as for environmental factors: human resources (human resources), social media, culture (culture), parenting patterns, relationships.KEYWORDS: Akhlakuriamah, Counseling Services, Strengthening Character Education.ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini membahas tentang “penerapan penguatan pendidikan karakter (PPK) dan bimbingan konseling dalam membentuk kepribadian siswa yang berakhlakul karimah di SMP NEGERI 1 HANAU Pembuang Hulu”. adalah untuk mengetahui Penerapan Penguatan Pendidikan karakter (ppk) dan Bimbingan Konseling dalam membentuk kepribadian siswa yang berakhlakul karimah di SMP NEGERI 1 HANAU Pembuang Hulu  serta apa saja faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Subjek dalam penelitian ini ada tiga orang yaitu dua dari guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan satu orang dari guru BK (bimbingan konseling), sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Penerapan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter dan Bimbingan Konseling dalam membentuk kepribadian siswa yang berakhlakul karimah di SMP NEGERI 1 HANAU Pembuang Hulu serta faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Dalam penggalian data, peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengelolaan data dilakukan dengan koleksi data, editing, klasifikasi data dan interpretasi data. Selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan ditarik simpulan secara induktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa Penerapan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) dan Bimbingan Konseling dalam membentuk kepribadian siswa yang berakhlakul karimah di SMP NEGERI 1 HANAU Pembuang Hulu dalam pelaksanaannya sudah baik secara berdampingan. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi disekolah adalah faktor sekolah : berdasarkan pengalaman guru, faktor sarana prasarana, faktor siswa, adapun faktor lingkungan : SDM ( sumber daya manusia ), media sosial, budaya (culture), pola asuh orang tua, pergaulan. KATA KUNCI: Akhlakuriamah, Layanan Konseling, Penguatan Pendidikan Karekter.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the assessment of the results of the study of Islamic religious education by applying a cooperative model of Make a Match type in students of Grade VIII SMPN 3 Bati-Bati subdistrict of Bati-Bati of Tanah Laut Regency and to know the implementation of a cooperative learning model of Make a MACTH in Islamic religious education. This research is qualitative descriptive research with a type of action class research participant. The subject in this study was all students of grade VIII SMPN 3 Bati-Bati. While the object in this study is improved assessment of learning outcomes and the process of implementing cooperative learning model type Make a Match. Based on the results of the research, it is noted that through the implementation of the type of cooperative learning model of Make a Match can improve the assessment of learning outcomes of Islamic education in grade VIII students SMPN 3 Bati-Bati. This can be known from the successful research indicators that are qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators. The process of applying a cooperative learning model of the Make a Match type in Islamic religious education in grade VIII students SMPN 3 Bati-Bati runs effectively and efficiently according to the steps specified. This is evident from the increasing active students in following the learning process of Islamic religious education. Abstract

ABSTRACT: Home ownership financing is short, medium, or long-term financing to finance the purchase of a residential home, either new or used. Akad Musyārakah Mutanāqishah is a new alternative applied in home ownership financing products by Bank Syariah Mandiri Pusat. Customers who have applied for home ownership financing are required to pay an allowance every month. However, if the customer delays the payment until maturity, the customer will be given a ta'zīr in the form of a fine. The method used by the writer in this research is qualitative research which is a case study. Using primary data sources, that is data obtained from interviews with the Central Bank Syariah Mandiri. Secondary data sources is data of supporting data such as DSN-MUI fatwas, related books, journals, and others. The results of this study state that the permissibility of giving ta'zīr to customers who are able but deliberately delay the payment of installments at the maturity sat based on the fatwa DSN-MUI No. 17 /IX/2000, which is the purpose of giving this ta'zīr to cause a deterrent effect for customers and make them disciplined and responsible for their obligations. The fine funds that have been paid by customers should not be recognized as an opinion by the Central Mandiri Sharia Bank but rather become a social fund managed by LAZNAS BSM UMAT.KEYWORDS: Home Ownership Financing, Musyārakah Mutanāqishah, Ta`zīr. ABSTRAK: Pembiayaan kepemilikan rumah merupakan pembiayaan jangka pendek, menengah, atau panjang guna membiayai pembelian rumah tinggal, baik baru ataupun bekas. Akad Musyārakah mutanāqishah merupakan alternatif baru yang diterapkan dalam produk pembiayaan kepemilikan rumah oleh Bank Syariah Mandiri Pusat. Nasabah yang telah mengajukan pembiayaan kepemilikan rumah diwajibkan untuk membayar anggsuran setiap bulannya. Akan tetapi jika nasabah menunda-nunda pembayarannya hingga jatuh tempo, nasabah akan diberikan ta`zīr berupa denda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang bersifat studi kasus, dengan sumber data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan pihak Bank Syariah Mandiri Pusat. Sumber data sekunder antara lain adalah data-data pendukung seperti fatwa DSN-MUI, buku-buku terkait, jurnal, dan lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa diperbolehkannya pemberian ta`zīr kepada nasabah yang mampu akan tetapi sengaja menunda-nunda pembayaran angsurannya pada saat jatuh tempo berdasarkan fatwa DSN-MUI No. 17/IX/2000, yang mana tujuan pemberian ta`zīr ini untuk menimbulkan efek jera bagi nasabah dan menjadikan mereka disiplin serta bertanggung jawab atas kewajibannya. Adapun dana denda yang telah dibayarkan oleh nasabah tidak boleh diakui sebagai pendapat oleh pihak Bank Syariah Mandiri Pusat melainkan menjadi dana sosial yang dikelola oleh LAZNAS BSM UMAT.KATA KUNCI: Musyārakah Mutanāqishah, Pembiayaan Kepemilikan Rumah, Ta`zīr.

Abstract

This study is an attempt to find out the influence of social competence of teachers with students learning interactions in the SMP 15 Banjarbaru. Formulation of the problem in this research is how high social competence of teachers, and how high the interaction of student learning in 228 15 Banjarbaru, and what factors affected it. It is aimed at teaching and learning in the process in order to get success, for it is very necessary competence of teachers in social inclusion students in the subjects taught to pay attention resulting in the process of teaching and learning desired. The goal in this research are (1) to find out how the social competence of the teacher against the subjects of Islamic education at SMP 15 Banjarbaru, (2) to find out how the interaction of student learning against the subjects of religious education Islam in 228 15 Banjarbaru, (3) is there any significant influence of social competence among teachers towards interaction students can study subjects of Islamic education at SMP 15 Banjarbaru. The study of quantitative analysis techniques with a statistics product moment. Data collection in the field by using the technique of the now, the population in this research is the most students who are in class IX as much as 15 people from the total to 82 people. Based on the results of research performed can be concluded that there was significant influence between the Social competence of the teacher against Student Learning Interactions in the SMP 15 Banjarbaru well enough, or significant. This can be seen from the test results correlation product moment. With the results of calculation show that xy is greater than rtabel5% (0.514 > 0.686) and greater rtabel1% rxy (0.686 > 0.641) then the hypothesis: there are causal relations Ha due to Social Competence among Teachers Towards students ' Learning Interactions in the SMP 15 City Long Beach received. Abstract

The background of this research is based on the thought of educational problems characterized by the elementary level. Among the causes is that the education applied does not have a good concept of character education, so it has implications for the low level of education. Character education is chosen as an educational model because it is believed that this model will improve education and facilitate the achievement of character education goals. The Problem Formulation of this research is how character education and what factors influence character education in the effort of developing education and improving character education in accordance with the expectations and desires of education in Pemurus Dalam 7 SDN Banjar Indah II Kec. The South Banjarmasin City of Banjarmasin. The aim to be achieved in this study was to find out the character education in SD Pemurus Dalam 7 Banjar Indah II Kec. The South Banjarmasin City of Banjarmasin and the factors that influence it. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing is done by editing techniques, data classification and data interpretation, while data analysis techniques use qualitative descriptive analysis, by describing each data obtained and to get a conclusion, researchers use inductive methods of character education in the research location. Based on the results of research that has been done, it is known that overall character education in SDN Pemurus Dalam 7 can run well and effectively enough in accordance with the values of character education developed by schools in Pemurus Dalam 7 Elementary School. The factors that support character education are factors teacher, student factors, time factors, and environmental factors greatly support the implementation of character education. Abstract

This study discusses the active learning strategies of Islamic education in the Bantuil State Elementary School 1 Marabahan. The problem formulation in this study is how the active learning strategy of Islamic education in the Bantuil State Elementary School 1 and the supporting aspects of active learning strategy of Islamic education in the state elementary school Bantuil 1. This type of research is field research using qualitative descriptive methods. The subject in this study was the principal, the teacher of Islamic education, the administration and students at the Bantuil State Elementary School 1. While the object in this research is an active learning strategy of Islamic Education and its visitor aspects. The techniques used in data collection are observations, interviews, and documentation with the principal's data sources, Islamic religious education teachers, administration and students at the Bantuil State Elementary School 1. The results of the study showed that the active learning strategy of Islamic education in the Bantuil State Elementary School 1 was well carried out, this can be seen from the preparation by the teacher before the study, sorting the content presentation Lessons, the use of learning methods and the evaluation of learning outcomes. While the supporting aspects found in the form of a competent teacher aspect, students who are familiar with Islamic educational lesson materials, and the environment that pays attention to the student's future. Abstract

Abstract: Teachers are a very influential factor in the world of education, especially aqidah akhlak teachers play a very important role in instilling akhlakul karimah in students. Aqidah akhlak teachers must pay more attention and improvement in instilling akhlakul karimah in order to have good behavior in accordance with Islamic law. Therefore, it is necessary to nurture and knowledge students in order to have good morals, especially behavior. The problem is about the morals of students where there are still some students who have not been able to show the direction of good moral change, which is classified as lacking. The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of teachers and factors in instilling akhlakul karimah in MA Al-Istiqamah Pekapuran Raya Banjarmasin. This research uses a type of field research (field research) with a qualitative approach. The research method used is descriptive research. The subjects of the study were 1 teacher and 10 learner people. The object of the study is the role of aqidah akhlak teachers in instilling Akhlakul Karimah at MA Al-Istiqamah Pekapuran Raya Banjarmasin.Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data processing techniques used are data reduction, data interpretation and editing. Meanwhile, data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of this study, it is concluded that the role of aqidah akhlak guru akhlak instilling akhlakul karimah in MA Al-Istiqamah Pekapuran Raya Banjarmasin is: 1) teachers as educators show exemplary attitudes, discipline and habituation that are able to provide good examples and can be imitated by their students, 2) teachers as mentors for example by guiding their students when there are lessons that are difficult to understand can improve the way students learn in a more effective and efficient direction, 3) teachers as motivators so that students are enthusiastic in carrying out learning, 4) teachers as evaluators have an important role in assessing not only in quantity but also the quality of students in emphasizing the importance of giving honest assessments. Factors supporting the role of aqidah akhlak teachers in instilling akhlakul karimah are: 1) parental factors, 2) environmental factors, and inhibiting factors 1) self-awareness factors, and 2) gadget factors. Keywords: Factors Supporting and Inhibiting, The Role of Teachers. Abstrak: Guru merupakan faktor yang sangat berpengaruh dalam dunia pendidikan, terlebih guru aqidah akhlak memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam menanamkan akhlak kepada anak didiknya. Guru aqidah akhlak hendaknya lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan indoktrinasi akhlak untuk perilaku yang baik sesuai dengan syariat islam. Oleh karena itu, perlu memberikan bimbingan dan pengetahuan kepada siswa untuk mengembangkan karakter yang baik, terutama perilaku. Permasalahannya sekarang adalah tentang moralitas siswa, dan ada juga beberapa siswa yang tidak menunjukkan perubahan moral yang baik, yang tergolong kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran guru dan faktor pendukung penghambat dalam menanamkan akhlakul karimah di MA Al-Istiqamah Pekapuran Raya Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif penelitian lapangan (field research). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian yaitu 1 orang guru dan 10 orang peserta didik. Objek penelitian yaitu peran guru aqidah akhlak dalam menanamkan Akhlakul Karimah di MA Al-Istiqamah Pekapuran Raya Banjarmasin.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Adapun teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah Reduksi data, Interpretasi data dan Editing. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peran guru aqidah akhlak dalam menanamkan akhlakul karimah di MA Al-Istiqamah Pekapuran Raya Banjarmasin adalah: 1) guru sebagai pendidik memperlihatkan sikap contoh teladan yang baik, kedisiplinan dan kebiasaan baik yang mampu memberikan contoh dan dapat ditiru oleh peserta didik, 2) guru sebagai pembimbing misalnya, ketika ada anak peserta didiknya yang belum memahami pelajaran maka arahkan, sesuai dengan  cara yang efektif dan efisien, 3) guru sebagai motivator, hal yang juga penting sebagai guru harus memotivasi peserta didiknya agar semangat dalam belajar atau menuntut ilmu, 4) guru sebagai evaluator, selain memberikan penilaian tentang hasil belajarnya, seorang guru juga harus memberikan penilaian sikap terhadap peserta didik untuk perkembangan afektifnya maka dari itu hal utama yang harus diterapkan oleh seorang guru yaitu kejujuran dalam melakukan penilaian apapun yang terkait dengan peserta didik. Selain peran seorang guru, disini juga ada faktor pendukung peran guru aqidah akhlak dalam menanamkan akhlakul karimah yaitu: 1) faktor orang tua, 2) faktor lingkungan, dan faktor penghambat 1) faktor kesadaran diri, dan 2) faktor gadget atau gawai. Kata Kunci: Faktor Penghambat dan Pendukung, Peran Guru.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the concept of teacher etiquette towards students from the perspective of Imam al-Ghazali in the Bidāyah al-Hidāyah book and its relevance to the current educational context. This type of research is library research, with data collection through documentation techniques. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach and using content analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, the concept of a teacher's adab towards students from Imam al-Ghazali's perspective there are fourteen, namely: Iḥtimāl (ready to bear the burden), al-Ḥilm (being polite), being seated with authority, avoiding arrogance, being Tawāḍu' ( humble), not fond of playing games and joking, gentle to students, guiding students with low IQ to the maximum, not scolding students with low IQ, not ashamed to say "I don't know", focusing on people asking questions, accepting arguments/arguments, preventing students from studying dangerous knowledge, warning students in seeking knowledge that is not pleasing to Allah, preventing students from being busy studying fard kifayah science before completing their obligation to study fard 'ain science. The concept of the adab of a teacher towards students which has been outlined by Imam al-Ghazali in the book Bidāyah al-Hidāyah, in general is still relevant to the current educational context, because the concept is still in line with educational theories that apply at this time. Keywords: Etiquette of Teachers and Students, Imam al-Ghazali, the Book of Bidāyah al-Hidāyah. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep adab guru terhadap murid perspektif  imam al-Ghazali di dalam kitab Bidāyah al-Hidāyah serta relevansinya dengan konteks pendidikan saat ini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research), dengan pengumpulan data melalui teknik dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriftif kualitatif serta menggunakan teknik analisis isi (Content Analysis). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, konsep adab seorang guru terhadap murid perspektif Imam al-Ghazali ada empat belas, yaitu: Iḥtimāl (siap menanggung beban), al-Ḥilm (bersikap santun), bersikap duduk dengan penuh kewibawaan, menghindari sikap sombong, bersikap Tawāḍu‘ (rendah hati), Tidak gemar bermain-main dan senda gurau, lemah lembut kepada murid, membimbing murid yang rendah IQ-nya dengan maksimal, tidak memarahi murid yang rendah IQ-nya, tidak malu berkata “Aku tidak tahu”,  memusatkan perhatian terhadap orang yang bertanya, menerima hujah/argumen, mencegah murid mempelajari ilmu yang membahayakan, memperingatkan murid dalam menuntut ilmu yang tidak diridhai Allah, mencegah murid sibuk mempelajari ilmu fardu kifayah sebelum selesai kewajibannya mempelajari ilmu fardu ‘ain. Konsep adab seorang guru terhadap murid yang telah digariskan oleh Imam al-Ghazali di dalam kitab Bidāyah al-Hidāyah, secara umum masih relevan dengan konteks pendidikan saat ini, karena konsep tersebut masih sejalan dengan teori-teori pendidikan yang berlaku pada saat ini. Kata kunci: Adab Guru dan Murid, Imam al-Ghazali, Kitab Bidāyah al-Hidāyah.

Abstract

Abstract: The skill assessment carried out by the teacher plays an important role in the learning process. Moreover, the assessment is devoted to Jurisprudence subjects which have a contribution in motivating students to practice and apply Islamic law in everyday life as a manifestation of harmony, harmony, and balance in human relations with Allah swt., with humans themselves, with others. humans, other creatures or the environment. This study aims to describe the implementation and problems of skill assessment by teachers of fiqh subjects at MAN 2 Tapin. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data collected was then analyzed in three ways, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the skills assessment applied by the teacher includes giving detailed assignments, explaining aspects and rubrics of the assessment, as well as implementing the skills assessment. The problem is that there are many values that need to be averaged, because the assessments made are based on KD, while in report cards the values are presented in the form of loads. Keywords: Fiqh Subjects, Problematics, Skills Assessment, Teachers. Abstrak: Penilaian keterampilan yang dilakukan oleh guru berperan penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Terlebih penilaian tersebut dikhususkan pada mata pelajaran Fikih yang memiliki kontribusi dalam memberikan motivasi kepada siswa untuk mempraktikkan dan menerapkan hukum Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sebagai perwujudan keserasian, keselarasan, dan keseimbangan hubungan manusia dengan Allah swt., dengan diri manusia itu sendiri, sesama manusia, makhluk lainnya ataupun lingkungannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan dan problematika penilaian keterampilan oleh guru mata pelajaran Fikih di MAN 2 Tapin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang dikumpulkan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan tiga cara yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan penilaian keterampilan  yang diterapkan guru meliputi pemberian tugas secara rinci, menjelaskan aspek dan rubrik penilaian, serta pelaksanaan penilaian keterampilan. Problematikanya yaitu banyaknya nilai yang perlu dirata-ratakan, karena penilaian yang dilakukan diambil berdasarkan KD sedangkan pada raport nilai disajikan dalam bentuk muatan. Kata Kunci: Guru, Mata Pelajaran Fikih, Penilaian Keterampilan, Problematika.
