Abstract

Based on preliminary observations on Thursday, October 3, 2019 in RA Syihabuddin, Landungsari, Malang, that the fine motor skills of group A1 children have not yet been very developed. It is known that 7 out of 13 children are not yet skilled in using fine motor skills seen during cutting activities. So in this case, the researcher intends to conduct research, namely regarding activities using plasticine in improving children's fine motor skills, efforts to improve children's fine motor skills through plasticine media, and children's learning outcomes through activities by using plasticine of group A1 children in RA Syihabuddin. The purpose of this research is to describe activities using plasticine media in improving children's fine motor skills, efforts to improve children's fine motor skills through plasticine media, and children's learning outcomes through activities using plasticine media of children in group A1 in RA Syihabuddin.In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach and type of case study research. The source of the data obtained in this study is the primary data source. The primary data source obtained in this study is a written data source in the form of a structured interview guide sheet to the homeroom teacher RA Syihabuddin, Landungsari Malang. In this study, researchers collected data using interview techniques and then researchers analyzed the data qualitatively by following the concepts given by Kirk and Miller.In this study the results obtained from the statement of Mrs. Bint Khoirun Ni'mah which can be concluded that a PAUD / RA teacher must always be enthusiastic, cheerful when dealing with children and have a variety of creative ideas.

Abstract

Kemampuan berbahasa anak merupakan suatu hal penting karena dengan bahasa tersebut anak dapat berkomunikasi dengan teman atau orang-orang disekitarnya, permasalahannya yaitu kurangnya wawasan guru dalam memilih metode dan media pembelajaran yang tepat, sehingga didapat penggunaan metode bercerita untuk meningkatkan bahasa anak pada penelitian ini..Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), dilaksanakan dalam bentuk proses pengkajian berdaur empat tahap yaitu: tahap perncanaan;  tahap tindakan; observasi serta refleksi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan penerapan metode bercerita di Ra Muslimat NU 26 Malang  dikatakan berhasil dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa anak di kelompok karena terjadi peningkatan prosentase anak yang memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan bahasa anak dari siklus I 42% naik menjadi 82% pada siklus II yang masuk pada kriteria sangat baik, dan terjadi kenaikan sebesar 95%. Sehingga dari pengamatan dari siklus I dan II dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan bahasa anak mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

Montessori method is an educational method that emphasizes the concept of playing while learning and learning to be. RA Tunas Mulia Dua applies Montessori method which is integrated with Islamic understanding or Islamic Montessori Activity. Formulating the problem in this study is how the application of Islamic Montessori Activity on learning, impacts and factors that support and inhibit it. The purpose of this study is to identify its application, impact and supporting and inhibitory factors. This type of research uses qualitative approach in the form of case studies. Data collection procedures are carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study of the application of Islamic Montessori Activity in RA Tunas Mulia Dua can be found in the lesson plan implemented in seven areas of Montessori namely Islamic studies, practical life, sensorial, language, mathematic, culture, art &carf. The props used are the creations of teachers and guardians. Every activity in learning is always associated with the understanding of Islam.

Abstract

How are teacher’s profesionalism in RA.Habibie Singosari Malang and how are the headmaster’s effort to improve teacher’s profesionalism in RA.Habinie Singosari Malang because some teachers are still not qualified. The headmaster has been, trying to make the teacher the profesional by attending workshop and training, but the profesionalism still unqualified. This research takes place in RA Habibie Singosari Malang. Also, this research used qualitative research method. In this research, the data collection is not numbers but in form of words and thought. The data collection form interview, documentation, intitution’s document and etc. The result, half of the teachers in RA Habibie Singosari Malang still unqualified as a teacher, especially in education field. So, it needs a competency test as a path to improve the quality. The headmasters also has been trying to improve its teacher profesionalismby including to participate in routine meetings, workshops, training, supervision as well as comparative studies between institutions to improve teacher profesionalism.

Abstract

This study amis to describe the use of audio-visual media in the introduction of reading and prayer movements of students of RA Syihabuddin Landungsari Malang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were kindergarten A and B, homeroom teachers, curriculum teachers, and students guardians. The results of this study indicate that the ability to recognize reading and prayer movements that have been achieved by each student varies according to the age level of students. The results of the process of using videos in the introduction of reading and prayer movements are carried out through sending learning videos through the whatsapp group which are procedures for introducing reading and prayer movements demonstrated by educators. The results of the obstacles in the use of learning videos to introduce reading and prayer movements are (1) students are less focused in learning and are bored. (2) educators are less able to introduce perfect prayer movements. (3) lack of adequate mobile phones and cellular networks. (4) parents who have not been able to guide their children in doing school assignments. So it can be concluded that the use of learning videos to introduce reading and prayer movements has not been able to be understood by students.

Abstract

Religious character education that is applied to early childhood becomes very important because at this age the child's brain will record everything they see or hear from the surrounding environment. These religious habits will become a strong foundation for the child's mental development in the future. Rapid technological advances have positive and negative impacts on children's mental development. Moral decline that is now happening among adults, adolescents and children is our common concern as educators. Religious character education will be the basic solution to instill moral character for children. Because what happens nowadays children will determine their personality in the future. This early childhood religious character education includes positive habits that are carried out daily from activities from waking up to going to sleep again, including habituation of children at school such as giving and answering greetings, sharing, accustomed to praying before and after activities and others etc., but the research was only conducted at school hours by using descriptive qualitative research methods using a case study approach.

Abstract

This research has a background on the professionalism of teachers in educational institution. So that it is the task of the principals’s efforts to foster teachers to achieve superior educational servicer. So that the focus of this research problem is what effort can be made by school principals in fostering teacherprofesionalism ar Raudhatul Athfal Diponegoro, as well as factors that occur during the coaching process for teachers. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. To find out the answer to the focus of the problem, the discussion was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the date is dones through triangulation. The conclusion from the result of this study, that the teacher at Raudhatul Athfal Diponegoro has not met the competence as a teacher. Efforts made by the principal are always consistent in carrying out learning supervision actions every Saturday, providing facilities for teacher self-development by involving, technical guidance, training and in the IGRA/IGTKM KKG group. In addition, there are supporting factor for school principals in their coaching effort, including: teachers have high motivation in learning and have good facilities and infastructure. While the existing inhibiting factors are the limitations and limitations of knowledge about aspect of pedagogic competence.

Abstract

The kid's world is playing, activities are the children's natural activities, playing is also instrumental in early childhood development because by playing children feel excited, Learn new things, build creativity to the fullest, and can stimulate various aspects of development. Researchers find learning facts That some language proficiency is especially in understanding the early literacy is quite low, Because it often uses LKA cause passive children, teachers can not attract attention Child's interest in learning, and the element of playing in learning  the least so the kid bored quickly, Based on it Researchers use Dice Game aims to improve various aspects of development. But researchers focus only on one aspect of development language aspect. With Game dice letters children are able to recognize the sound of alphabet which has been arranged according to the picture card. Using the game Then student language skills Group B RA Al-Fattah experience increased Where at the beginning of the pre observation cycle reaches 0%, However, after implemented class action research practice using the first character dice game experienced an increase 26,3%, and experienced improvements in the study of the 89,5% that have reached the indicator prescribed by researchers.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Free Drawing on Early Childhood Creativity in Group B in TA Al Kautsar Malang City. The background of this research is about teaching children to draw freely according to their ability and imagination to express ideas and channel their feelings through pictures and creativity. This study uses several stationery as well as by coloring pictures according to the needs of each child. Development data were obtained through questionnaires in TA Al Kautsar Malang City and from various instrument test results through questionnaire data with the help of students' parents. So the results of this study were obtained through the parents of students by filling out the questionnaire.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Problems of Home Visit Learning at Raudlatul Atfal Darul Falah Karangploso Malang. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research which emphasizes more on explanations through words. The research subjects were early childhood children aged 5-6 years, classroom teachers, and parents. The data collection procedure was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Each analysis is narrated descriptively and then concluded according to the research focus. Based on the data exposure and research findings, it was found that homevisit learning at Raudlatul Atfal Darul Falah Karangplso, was carried out on Monday-Saturday at 07.00 - 09.00. Learning activities are carried out semi-formally where all students do not wear school uniforms, the clothes used are free, neat and polite. Before the implementation of Home Visit learning begins, a teacher must prepare, including grouping students based on where they live. The group division is done with the aim of facilitating the learning process. The number of students in one class is fifteen children divided into three groups, where one group consists of 5 children. The problem faced by teachers, parents and students is the lack of cooperation and communication so that Home Visit Learning cannot be carried out properly. The involvement of parents in the success of the school program is needed for the smooth learning process. The form of cooperation carried out by a teacher is the teacher as the person who plans activities and assesses learning outcomes while parents as educators of children at home which aims to determine the learning process, this is done to determine the development of children during learning. Communicating with each other between parents and teachers is also very necessary because it is to know the development of students both when learning at school and learning at home.
