Abstract

The value of the firm is determined by several factors such as funding decisions and financial performance of the company. The capital structure is the key to improving productivity and performance while the company's financial performance is a measure of the success of a firm in generating profitability. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure on firm value and financial performance as a mediating variable in the property and real estatecompany in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study population was the whole property and real estatecompany listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2010 to 2014 as many as 42 companies. Method of sampling with purposive sampling method is based on criteria with a total sample of 23 companies in the property and real estate. The research data is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) in 2010 to 2014. The variables used indicator is the Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), and Price Book Value (PBV). The analytical method used is path analysis using SPSS version 20.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that (1) the capital structure (DAR) has a positive and significant impact on financial performance (ROE). (2) the capital structure (DER) has a negative and no significant effect on the financial performance (ROE). (3) the capital structure (DAR) has a positive and no significant effect on firm value (PBV). (4) the capital structure (DER) has a positive and no significant effect on firm value (PBV). (5) financial performance (ROE) has a positive and asignificant effect on firm value (PBV) and is able to mediate the relationship between the capital structure with firm value.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh variabel stress kerja yang meliputi stress kerja yang berasal dari dalam organisasi dan stress kerja yang berasal dari luar organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Bank Mega Tbk, Cabang Kendari baik secara simultan maupun parsial, serta untuk mengetahui variabel stress kerja yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Bank Mega Tbk, Cabang Kendari. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 58 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik sensus dari jumlah populasi pegawai pada PT. Bank Mega Tbk, Cabang Kendari yang diolah menggunakan SPSS 15 sebagai alat analisisnya Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel stress yang berasal dari dalam organisasi dan stress yang berasal dari luar organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Bank Mega Tbk, Cabang Kendari, demikian juga secara parsial variabel stress yang berasal dari dalam organisasi dan stress yang berasal dari luar organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Bank Mega Tbk, Cabang Kendari dimana variabel stress yang berasal dari dalam organisasi memberikan pengaruh yang lebih dominan dari variabel stress yang berasal dari luar organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to identifity and explain the effect of transformational leadership, work discipline and morale of the performance of members of the Hubdam Unit VII/ Wirabuana. The population in this study are all members of the Hubdam Unit VII / Wirabuana totaling 163 people. This study uses linear regression analysis. The results showed that : (1) Transformational leadership, work discipline and morale affect the performance of members in Hubdam Unit VII / Wirabuana. (2) Leadership transformational effect on the performance of members of the Hubdam Unit VII / Wirabuana. (3) Discipline influential work on the performance of member in Hubdam Unit VII / Wirabuana. (4) Morale affect the performance of members in Hubdam Unit VII / Wirabuana.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: The impact of workplace culture on the competence of employees BCA KCU Kendari, Effect of workplace culture on employee performance BCA KCU Kendari, Effect of human resources development for the competence of employees of BCA KCU Kendari, Effect of human resource development to performance BCA KCU employees Kendari, Effect of competence on employee performance BCA KCU Kendari. This research of employee performance BCA KCU Kendari. The population in this study are all servants of Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Parliament Secretariat totaling 68 people. Analysis of data used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study concluded that: (1) Work culture positive and significant effect on the competence. (2) Work culture positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Development of human resources and a significant positive effect on the competence. (4) Development of human resources is not significant positive effect on the performance of BCA KCU Kendari (5) Competence significant positive effect on employee performance BCA KCU Kendari.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the role of the democratic leadership style, work environment and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously to the employees of the office of Crops and Horticulture in Southeast Sulawesi. The unit of analysis is the study of office workers Crops and Horticulture Department of Southeast Sulawesi Province. Respondents were sampled as many as 61 employees. Data was collected by questionnaires followed by in-depth interviews. The analytical method used in testing hypotheses is multiple linear regression. Qualitative information is used to dig additional information related to the results of hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: there is significant influence simultaneously between democratic leadership style and motivation impact on improving the performance of employees. No significant difference between the working environment to increase employee performance. Improved democratic style of leadership can significantly affect employee performance improvement as well as increased motivation to work can significantly affect employee performance improvement.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) Effect of accounting systems for the competence of the manager at LPP TVRI Salawesi Tenggara, (2) The effect of the accounting system of the effectiveness and efficiency of budget management at LPP TVRI Salawesi Tenggara, (3) Effect of competence budget administrator of the effectiveness and efficiency at LPP TVRI Salawesi Tenggara. The object of this research was the effectiveness and efficiency of budget management at LPP TVRI Salawesi Tenggara. The sample in this study were 38 civil servants at LPP TVRI Salawesi Tenggara who knows of the accounting system, the management competence and the effectiveness and efficiency of budget management. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and document research. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS). The study concluded that: (1) The accounting system significant positive effect on the competence of managers at LPP TVRI Salawesi Tenggara. This means that the better the accounting system that is fast, safe and economical, the competence of the manager is also getting better. (2) The accounting system significant positive effect on the effectiveness and efficiency of budget management. This means that the accounting system may affect the effectiveness and efficiency of budget management significantly. In this case fix and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of budget management. (3) Competence manager is positive but not significant effect on the effectiveness and efficiency of budget management. This means that the knowledge, skills and attitudes of financial operators who either do not follow the improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of budget management significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze: 1) The effect of work climate on work motivation of personnel, 2) Effect of work ability on work motivation of personnel, 3) Effect of work environment on the performance of the apparatus 4) The effect of the ability to work on the performance of the apparatus, 5) The effect of work motivation on performance of the apparatus. 6) Work motivation in mediating the effects of work climate on the performance of the apparatus and 7) Motivation in mediating the effects of work on the performance capability of the apparatus to the Parliament Secretariat General Section of Southeast Sulawesi province.The population of this study was 37 personnel on Parliament Secretariat General Section of Southeast Sulawesi province were selected by census / total sampling. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and document research. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of this study concluded that: 1) The climate of positive effect but not significant to the work motivation of personnel 2) The ability to work significant positive effect on work motivation of personnel 3) The climate of significant positive effect on the performance of the apparatus 4) Ability to work significant positive effect on the performance of the apparatus 5) work motivation is positive but not significant effect on the performance of the apparatus 6) Motivation does not mediate the effect of climate on the job performance of the apparatus and 7) Motivation does not mediate the effect of the ability to work on the performance of the apparatus at the parliament Secretariat General Section of Southeast Sulawesi province.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of the application of e-tendering and e-purchasing application to the procurement of goods and services in Sulawesi Tenggara Province Local Government.This research method is a kind of correlation as to determine the relationship of e-tendering application variable, the implementation of e-purchasing, and the procurement of goods and services. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and documentation study. The data analysis technique is descriptive statistical analysis and analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS).The test results concluded that: 1) The implementation of e-tendering positive and significant impact on the procurement of goods and services at the Provincial Government of Sulawesi Tenggara, 2) The implementation of e-tendering positive and significant impact on the procurement of goods and services at the Provincial Government of Sulawesi Tenggara.

Abstract

Respondents were sampled as many as 44 employees. Data was collected by questionnaires followed by in-depth interviews. The analytical method used in testing hypotheses is multiple linear regression. Qualitative information is used to dig additional information related to the results of hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: there is significant influence simultaneously between transformational leadership style and motivation spiritual impact on improving the performance of employees. Improved transformational leadership can significantly affect employee performance improvement as well as improvement of the spiritual motivation can significantly affect employee performance improvement.

Abstract

The aim of this research is for knowing, identificating and effectiveness analyzing, autonomy and economic growth of the goverment of North Buton Regency.This research is using financial data of income Budget expenditure Region (APBD) and Product Domestic Regional Bruto(PDRB) percapita of the North Buton Regency in year 2010-2015.The data that has used in this research is quantitative data with using Statistic destcritive method in the analyzing of processing data. Statistic descriptive analyzing is technique data analyzing for summaring and description numeric data in order to easy to interpret. Based on the result of analysis that has done it, got the result as follows : 1) effectiveness ratio of financial of the government of North Buton Regency during the six years has rerate 96,76 % that include effective. The effectiveness trend of financial region, the highest gotten in year 2013 namely 133,66 % and the lowest is in year 2010 namely 11,53 %; 2) The autonomy ratio financial of the government of North Buton Regency during the six years rerate 1,96 % still among (0-25) % that include is very low. The trend of autonomy financial region, the highest is in year 2012 namely 2,81 % and lowest is in year 2010 namely 0,34 %; and 3) The result of counting of economy growth trend of the goverment of North Buton Regency in year 2010-2015 was showing the good growth with rates persentace 8,31 %. The highest trend of economy growth in year 2011namely 9,54 % and the lowestis in year 2015 namely 4,04 %.
