This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Interest in Grade 10 Students at Wira Buana Vocational High School, Bekasi. To obtain data, the variables of Economic Education and Entrepreneurial Interest were used in the form of a Likert scale. This study used a quantitative approach, with data sources obtained from a sample of 30 students at Wira Buana Vocational High School. The data analysis technique used was Simple Linear Regression using the SPSS 22 application. Based on the results of the linearity test output conducted using SPSS 22, the data above shows a significance value of Deviation from Linearity of 0.201 > 0.05 and a calculated F value contained in the Deviation from Linearity of 1.686 and an F table value of 2.798 (The F table value is obtained from a = 0.05; df1 = 18; df2 = 10 is 2.798) with a significance of 0.05, the F table is found to be 2.798, because 1.686 < 2.798, it is concluded that there is a linear relationship between the Entrepreneurship Education variable (X) and the Entrepreneurial Interest variable (Y) is linear. Based on the Determination Test results table above, the Adjusted R Square (coefficient of determination) is 0.982, meaning the influence of the entrepreneurship education variable (X) on entrepreneurial interest (Y) is 98,2%.

Abstract

Internship programs constitute experiential learning that enables students to connect theoretical knowledge with real workplace practice. This study examines the role of the internship program at LPD Desa Pakraman Sesetan in enhancing student competencies. A descriptive qualitative approach with a case-study design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation and were analyzed thematically. The findings show that the internship improved students’ technical competencies in financial administration, service, and data management, while also strengthening soft skills such as communication, teamwork, discipline, and problem-solving. The program further deepened students’ understanding of a customary village-based financial institution. However, its effectiveness was still influenced by students’ initial readiness and the quality of supervision. Therefore, more systematic pre-internship briefing and mentoring are needed to optimize the program’s impact.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of strategic partnerships in promoting the independence of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through collaboration with retail figures. MSMEs play a crucial role in regional economic development and reducing unemployment; however, they often face challenges such as low product quality, limited innovation, and restricted market access. Strategic partnerships with retail figures are believed to help MSMEs enhance product quality, expand market reach, and strengthen economic independence. The research was conducted through a systematic analysis of data obtained from MSME actors, retail figures, and local government officials, including field observations and document studies, to understand the forms of partnership, opportunities, and challenges faced by MSMEs in improving product quality and market access. The findings indicate that strategic partnerships can significantly improve MSMEs’ product competitiveness, innovation, and market networks. However, the success of these partnerships heavily depends on a balance of power between MSMEs and retail figures, as dominance by one party may limit independence and innovation. In conclusion, effective and equitable strategic partnerships are key to strengthening MSME independence, enhancing product quality, and expanding market access, thereby supporting sustainable local economic growth

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teachers' strategies in overcoming low student learning outcomes in economics at SMA Negeri 2 Banjar. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with economics teachers as subjects. Data were collected through focused interviews and learning documentation. The results of the study show that the average economic score of students is 64 with a minimum passing grade of 75. The learning completeness rate reaches 40 percent, while 60 percent of students have not yet completed the course. The learning completeness rate reaches 40 percent, while 60 percent of students have not completed the learning. These findings indicate that students' learning outcomes in economics are still low. The interview results show that economics learning is still dominated by a teacher-centered approach, which has an impact on the low level of student activity and understanding of concepts. Teachers began to apply a variety of learning strategies such as trigger questions, group discussions, and the use of contextual economic case studies, but their application was not consistent. The main obstacles faced include limited learning time, passive learning habits among students, differences in motivation and readiness to learn, and limited learning resources. Teachers' efforts are carried out through learning reflection, adjusting methods to classroom conditions, more focused time management, and the use of evaluation as a basis for learning sharing. The research findings confirm that teacher strategies play an important role in improving the quality of the economics learning process, but require consistency in implementation and support for learning conditions so that student learning outcomes can be maximized

Abstract

Educational management in economics at the junior high school level plays a strategic role in shaping both learning quality and students’ character development. However, economics learning practices are still largely oriented toward cognitive achievement and have not systematically integrated moral values. This study aims to examine economics education management oriented toward Jnana Dharma in balancing students’ cognitive and moral competencies. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach conducted at SMP Negeri 6 Denpasar, involving economics/IPS teachers, eighth grade students, and learning documents as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation studies and supported by questionnaires. The results indicate that the application of Jnana Dharma oriented economics education management effectively integrates economic rationality with moral values in the learning process. Questionnaire findings show that economic honesty achieved the highest average score, followed by understanding of economic concepts and social responsibility. These results suggest that moral values are more effectively internalized when systematically managed through educational planning, implementation and evaluation. This study concludes that Jnana Dharma oriented economics education management is a relevant strategic framework for developing junior high school students who are not only cognitively competent but also morally responsible in economic decision making
