The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that influence the decisions of POLBAN students in using digital banks. This research was conducted at the Bandung State Polytechnic with 121 respondents from engineering and non-engineering majors. Data was collected through a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using the factor analysis method to find out what factors influence the decision to use digital banks among POLBAN students. The results of this study are that the decision to use digital banks among POLBAN students is at least influenced by three factors, namely reputation and security factors, convenience factors, and social factors.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of digital wallets on the consumer behavior of students. This study was conducted at the Bandung State Polytechnic (Polban with a total of 110 respondents from engineering and non-engineering majors, both who have or are still using the GoPay digital wallet. This study used descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, correlation test, and simple regression. Data collection techniques through questionnaires with the media in the form of Google Forms that are distributed through social media and directly to respondents who meet the criteria. Based on the results of the research, it was obtained that 16.7% of consumptive behavior was influenced by the use of GoPay digital wallets, while 83.3% of consumptive behavior was influenced by other variables that were not discussed in this study. The results of this study show that the influence of the use of GoPay digital wallet on the consumptive behavior of Polban students is relatively low.

This research aims to determine the influence of digital marketing content on consumer purchasing decisions of TikTok users among students in the city of Bandung, Indonesia using data collection techniques using Google Form media which was distributed to 105 respondents. The results of this research show that Content Digital Marketing has a significant influence on Consumer Purchasing Decisions of TikTok Users among students in Bandung City, Indonesia.

The purpose of this study was to test and prove the effect of the QRIS payment method on purchasing decisions for Bandung State Polytechnic students. The population in this study were all active students at the Bandung State Polytechnic who had used QRIS with a sample of 110 respondents. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method, validity and reliability test, normality test, and simple linear regression analysis. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires through the Google Form media to respondents. The results showed that the QRIS payment method had an effect on purchasing decisions for Bandung State Polytechnic students.

This study examines the impact of website quality on consumer purchase interest, focusing on ease of use, interaction, and information quality as key assessment components. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing data from 107 respondents residing in Greater Bandung who had interacted with the Rumahweb website. Data was collected via questionnaires distributed through Google Forms to obtain primary data. The analysis revealed that website quality positively influences consumer purchase interest, accounting for 64.4% of the variance in purchase intent. Simple regression analysis was conducted to test the hypothesis, confirming the significance of website quality in driving consumer engagement and purchase decisions. This research underscores the importance of maintaining high-quality websites to enhance consumer interest in products and services.

The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for companies to improve the performance of their employees by analyzing the relationship between the variables in this study, namely work environment and job satisfaction with performance. This research was conducted at PT. Faco Global Engineering is a steel fabrication company that will continue to support the needs of steel construction manufacturing and engineering services. This research is quantitative research with a survey approach. The number of samples used in the study was 81 people who were employees of PT Faco Global Engineering. The method for processing and analyzing data uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant direct effect of the work environment on employee performance. There is a positive and significant direct effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. There is a positive and significant direct effect of the work environment on job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant indirect effect of the work environment on employee performance. Through job satisfaction. This study shows the effective role of the intervening variable, namely job satisfaction.

The rapidly evolving technology and information have driven society into the digital sphere. This phenomenon has been leveraged by businesses to capture consumer attention, particularly among students, utilizing the social media platform Instagram's feed displaying food and beverage products to boost purchasing interest in the business realm. Based on this premise, this study aims to investigate the extent to which Instagram feeds showcasing food and beverage products influence students' purchasing interest in the Bandung Raya region, Indonesia. The research methodology employed is quantitative descriptive, involving data collection through questionnaire surveys. A total of 126 respondents, who are students in the Bandung Raya area, participated in this study, with data analysis conducted using mean tests and regression analysis. The findings of this research illustrate that the portrayal of food and beverage products on Instagram significantly impacts students' purchasing interest.

This study aims to analyze impact of modern retail implementation through the Alfagift application on consumer satisfaction in the Bandung Raya region. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, the study involved 103 respondents who had made purchases through Alfagift. The results of simple regression analysis indicate that 74.6% of consumer satisfaction is influenced by the implementation of modern retail through Alfagift. Hypothesis testing confirms a significant influence between modern retail, the Alfagift application, and consumer satisfaction. This study offers a comprehensive insight into the correlation between modern retail and consumer satisfaction, with Alfagift as a case study. Although 25.4% of other influences remain unexplained, these findings lay the groundwork for further exploration of additional factors affecting consumer satisfaction in the context of modern retail through Alfagift.

This study aims to determine the effect of the QRIS digital payment tool on the consumer behaviour of Generation Z. The research involved 120 respondents who are students of the Bandung State Polytechnic, Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative descriptive, with data analysis techniques including descriptive and regression tests. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed via social media platforms and face-to-face interactions with the respondents. The study results indicate that QRIS has a 25.4% influence on the consumption behaviour of students at the Bandung State Polytechnic, who are part of Generation Z. In contrast, 74.6% of the influence on their consumption behaviour is attributed to other variables not examined in this research. These findings suggest that although QRIS influences the consumption behaviour of students, this influence is classified as low. Thus, this study provides insights into the role of QRIS in shaping the shopping habits of students in the current digital era. The results of this research can be a reference for marketers and digital product developers in designing more effective marketing strategies for Generation Z and understanding how they interact with digital payment technology.

This study aims to outline the indications of the influence of artificial intelligence technology on Shopee's chatbot service on customer satisfaction. Involving 111 respondents scattered across the Greater Bandung region, the research focuses on those who have used or frequently used Shopee's chatbot service (Choki). The analytical methods employed include a descriptive approach, utilizing correlation and multiple regression as tools. The research findings indicate that artificial intelligence technology in Shopee's chatbot service has a significant influence of 48.2%, while the remaining 51.8% is influenced by other factors.
