Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes to marketing strategies, including in the healthcare sector. Klinik Pratama Asera Cantika Sumbawa faces increasingly intense competition, requiring effective marketing strategies to enhance competitiveness and attract more patients. This study aims to analyze the implementation, challenges, and solutions of digital marketing mix strategies to attract and retain customers at Klinik Pratama Asera Cantika Sumbawa. This research employs a qualitative approach using observation and focused interviews. The study's informants include the marketing team and social media team of Klinik Pratama Asera Cantika Sumbawa. The researcher focuses on the implementation of the P-based digital marketing mix strategy, as well as the factors that hinder and support its success in reaching the target market. The findings indicate that Klinik Pratama Asera Cantika Sumbawa has comprehensively implemented the digital marketing mix strategy using the P approach, covering product, price, place, promotion, process, people, and physical evidence. However, internal challenges such as budget constraints in marketing communication, difficulties in building customer loyalty due to intense competition, and accessibility and service convenience issues remain major obstacles in optimizing digital strategies. To address these challenges, the clinic has adopted various solutions, including online consultation systems, social media and influencer-based promotional strategies, and improvements in facilities and services to enhance customer experience. By implementing more focused and adaptive strategies, the clinic aims to strengthen its competitive advantage and maintain customer loyalty amid the increasingly competitive beauty industry.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of corporate governance and financial performance, as measured by Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Current Ratio (CR), Return on Equity (ROE), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), in influencing stock returns, with dividend policy acting as a mediating variable. Using panel data from 12 automotive and component manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over the period 2014 to 2023, the study adopts a quantitative approach, employing panel regression techniques and the Sobel test for mediation analysis. The findings reveal that some of the research variables have a statistically significant and positive effect on stock returns, while one shows no significant direct impact. All the independent variables significantly influence dividend policy, which in turn has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. Furthermore, the mediation analysis confirms that dividend policy significantly mediates the relationship between the research variables and stock returns. These results highlight the important role of dividend policy as a transmission mechanism through which internal company factors affect market performance. The findings support both signaling and agency theories and offer practical implications for corporate managers and investors in aligning governance and financial strategies to maximize shareholder value.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Enterprise Risk Management, Intellectual Capital, and Sustainability Report on firm value, with profitability measured by Return on Assets as a moderating variable. The research is motivated by the increasing importance of non-financial disclosure in assessing firm value, particularly in high-risk industries such as pharmaceuticals. The objective of this study is to evaluate whether Enterprise Risk Management, Intellectual Capital, and Sustainability Report contribute significantly to firm value and whether profitability enhances this relationship. The research was conducted on pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2017 to 2023. This study applied a quantitative approach using panel data regression to analyze direct relationships and moderated regression analysis to assess the moderating effect. The findings indicate that Enterprise Risk Management, Intellectual Capital and Sustainability Report each have a positive and significant impact on firm value. However, none of these variables shows a significant effect on profitability. Furthermore, return on assets demonstrates a positive and significant influence on firm value, but does not moderate the relationship between Enterprise Risk Management, Intellectual Capital, and Sustainability Report with firm value. These results suggest that although non-financial indicators such as enterprise risk management, intellectual capital, and sustainability reporting are critical in enhancing market valuation, they do not automatically translate into short-term financial performance, nor are their impacts conditioned by profitability levels. The study highlights the importance of aligning non-financial strategies with financial performance to ensure long-term value creation.

Abstract

This study investigates the interrelationship between TikTok addiction, perceived social support, and academic stress among university students in Surakarta. Grounded in the stress-buffering framework, the research explores the direct and indirect effects of compulsive TikTok use on academic stress, with social support examined as a mediating variable. A cross-sectional design was employed, using purposive sampling to collect data from 452 TikTok users enrolled in higher education. TikTok addiction, social support, and academic stress were measured using adapted and validated scales. Structural equation modelling with SmartPLS revealed that TikTok addiction significantly increases academic stress, while social support reduces it. Interestingly, TikTok use was positively associated with perceived social support, though its mediating role in buffering academic stress was limited. The findings underscore the complex psychosocial dynamics of digital behavior and suggest that enhancing social support systems may help mitigate the academic strain associated with social media overuse.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of the educational supervision program in improving the quality of learning at SMPN 1 Ibun, Bandung Regency, through the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach. The research approach used is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that the supervision program is implemented systematically through four stages: planning, execution, evaluation, and follow-up. The planning stage involves teachers in preparing schedules and supervision instruments. In the execution stage, supervision is conducted collaboratively through classroom observation and reflective discussions. Evaluation is based on learning data and teacher reflections, which are then followed by corrective actions in the form of training and mentoring. The entire PDCA-based supervision process has proven effective in improving teachers' competencies, the quality of learning, and a reflective culture in the school environment. Abstract

This paper intends to explore how trading volume, financial leverage, and dividend distribution strategies influence fluctuations in stock prices. The study utilized a quantitative approach, incorporating both descriptive and verification analyses. Out of 44 listed companies, a purposive sampling technique yielded a sample of 12 firms observed over a five-year timeframe. Findings reveal that trading volume, leverage, and dividend policy collectively contribute to stock price variability. Moreover, each of these variables individually exerts a positive and statistically significant impact. These insights may serve as a reference for prospective investors considering equity investments, highlighting the importance of understanding price volatility to anticipate market trends. Recognizing these fluctuation patterns enables more informed and strategic investment decisions, while also helping investors to manage potential financial risks effectively.

Abstract

The phenomenon of cross-border migration between Indonesia and the Philippines, particularly in the Southern Mindanao region, has given rise to a significant Indonesian diaspora community. 65% of female migrant workers are undocumented, 80 cases of wage theft. However, this community often faces marginalization, especially in terms of access to fundamental labor rights and legal protection. This article analyzes the gender-based inequality experienced by Indonesian migrant workers, focusing on women employed in informal and domestic sectors groups that are particularly vulnerable to exploitation. The study examines public policy gaps at both national levels between Indonesia and the Philippines and the regional level, ASEAN. Highlighting the weak implementation of cross-border labor protections. Using a descriptive-analytical approach grounded in policy review and the theoretical framework of gendered labor, this article underscores the urgent need for inclusive, rights-based policy reform to promote fair and gender-responsive migration governance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of financial reconciliation in improving the accuracy of monthly and annual financial statements at CV X, a machinery distribution company that does not have an internal accounting staff and relies entirely on a Public Accounting Service Office (Kantor Jasa Akuntan or KJA) for its financial reporting process. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques carried out through interviews, direct observations, and documentation review. The research findings show that the implementation of financial reconciliation, which includes bank reconciliation, accounts receivable and payable reconciliation, inventory reconciliation, and tax reconciliation, significantly improves the reliability of CV X’s financial statements. Before the application of reconciliation procedures, the company’s financial statements were inaccurate, unsystematic, and failed to reflect the actual financial condition. After the periodic implementation of reconciliation, there was a notable increase in transparency, accuracy of recording, and ease of tax reporting processes. Although the process faced challenges such as delays in the submission of data and discrepancies in transaction names, reconciliation proved to be effective in enhancing the company’s financial reporting system. This research recommends the development of a digital reconciliation system and the placement of an internal accounting staff to further strengthen the effectiveness and sustainability of financial management.

Abstract

The National Health System (SKN) is a key pillar in achieving equitable public health, but its implementation still faces obstacles in the form of unequal access to services, uneven distribution of health workers, and inefficient financing. This study aims to examine the main challenges in implementing the NHC in Indonesia, formulate relevant strategies to overcome them, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the national health budget within a performance-based policy framework. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review with data sources including government regulations, official reports, and international publications. The results show that SKN is still limited by fragmented governance, low allocation for promotive-preventive efforts, and the dominance of curative spending. However, opportunities for strengthening exist through six pillars of health transformation, including strengthening primary services, improving referral services, system resilience, financing reform, human resource development, and health digitization. The discussion emphasizes the importance of reorienting budget priorities, improving performance accountability, and diversifying funding sources to support the achievement of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study shows that performance-based budget optimization, governance strengthening, and equitable distribution of resources are key to building a more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable national health system.
