Abstract

Beberapa tahun terakhir pergolakan dan penolakan terhadap syariat Islam di Aceh semakin gencar disuarakan, selain itu banyak pertikaian berbasis agama muncul dalam masyarakat Aceh, ini menunjukkan ada masalah akut dalam penerapan syariat Islam di Aceh. Tulisan ini diawali dengan uraian fakta bahwa multikultural merupakan konsep klasik di dalam Islam yang telah ada sejak lama bahkan sejak negara Madinah lahir sebagai negara Islam pertama di dunia. Sedangkan dalam konteks Aceh, multikultural juga telah lama dikenal mengingat Aceh merupakan daerah pluralis dengan keragaman identitas masyarakatnya. Tulisan ini merupakan hasil penelitian penulis yang menunjukkan bahwa syariat Islam di Aceh seolah belum mampu memayungi aspek multikultural masyarakat Aceh. Bahwa implementasi syariat Islam di Aceh membutuhkan kepada pendekatan berbasis lokal dengan mengedepankan multikultural sebagai muara dari penetapan kebijakan. Konflik multikultural di Aceh dapat diselesaikan melalui pendekatan pendidikan melalui 2 (dua) substansi. Pertama, Substansi Teoritis, yang berhubungan dengan kurikulum pendidikan, metode pembelajaran, materi pelajaran dan lembaga pendidikan. Kedua, Substansi Praksis, yang berhubungan dengan penelitian sosial, budaya, ekonomi dan agama yang akar masalahnya bermuara pada multikulturalisme, selanjutnya dicari solusi praktis dan bijak berbasis pendidikan. Penulis merumuskan konsep Islam persuasif melalui 4 (empat) prinsip, yaitu: (1) dakwah berbasis kultur budaya, (2) mewujudkan partisipasi aktif umat, (3) dakwah berbasis psikologis, dan (4) dakwah yang bernilai optimis. Keempat prinsip tersebut diharapkan mampu menjadi solusi dalam upaya resolusi konflik agama yang terjadi di Aceh. In the last few years, the upheaval and rejection of Islamic law in Aceh is voiced intensively, besides many religion-based disputes arise in Acehnese society, this issue indicates to an acute problem in the application of Islamic law in Aceh. This paper begins with a description of the fact that multicultural is a classic concept in Islam that has existed for a long time even since the state of Medina was born as the first Islamic country in the world. While in Acehnese context, multicultural also has long been recognized in view of Aceh is a pluralist society with multiple identities. This paper is the result of a research which showed that Islamic law in Aceh as yet able to accommodate multicultural aspect of the Acehnese. Implementation of Islamic law in Aceh need to locally-based approach in promoting multicultural as the aim of the policy- setting. Multicultural conflict in Aceh can be resolved through a educational approach in two substances. First, Theoretical Substance, the substance related to curriculum, teaching methods, learning materials and educational institutions. Second, Practical Substance, the substance related to the study of social, cultural, economic and religious where the root of the problem based on multiculturalism, subsequently sought practical solutions and instant-based education. The author formulates the concept of Islamic persuasive through four principles, namely: (1) cultures-based preaching, (2) embodies the active participation of the umat, (3) psychological-based preaching, and (4) optimistic preaching. These four principles are expected to be the solutions to religious conflict resolution in Aceh.

Abstract

Education must continue to adapt to changes to educate the younger generation for the dynamics of industrial revolution 4.0. Religious moderation is practiced in a variety of ways, most notably in education. Reintroducing the Indonesian nation's old writings is one technique to impart religious moderation instruction to the younger generation. With the richness of cultural works that Indonesia has such as ancient manuscripts, it should be able to lead people to live in harmony and peace. However, as a result of the growth of the industrial revolution 4.0, what is happening in our Indonesian life nowadays reveals that many deeds lead to violence and criminality in the name of religion. This study aims to investigate the concept of religious moderation education in the era of manuscript-based education 4.0, which is done using Serat Wedharaga's hermeneutic analysis approach. Researchers will use all available data and analysis to demonstrate how Serat Wedharaga, the work of Raden Ngabehi Ranggawarsita, presents a concept linked to moderation education, which is critical in today's society in the education 4.0 era. This research is based on qualitative data. The data sources in this study consist of two kinds of data, namely primary data sources in the form of Serat Wedharaga manuscript, and secondary data in the form of books, photos, documents, journals, and previous research results that are relevant or related to primary data and research themes. After conducting an in-depth study, it is found that Serat Wedharaga incorporates educational principles such as andragogy education and the value of self-regulation, which includes honesty, tepasalira (tolerance), awas lan eling (cautiousness), and rejecting rumor. The educational values in Serat Wedharaga are relevant to the concept of religious moderation in the education 4.0 era.

Abstract

Al-qur’an adalah firman Allah SWT yang digunakan sebagai pedoman bagi seluruh umat manusia. Al-Qur’an, aleh karenanya, bukanlah sebuah karya akademik maupun karya fiksi. Dari segi pandangan, Al-qur’an mengandung seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia, seperti aspek sosial, politik, dan ekonomi. Fakta bahwa ada banyak ayat-ayat Al-qur’an berhubungan dengan isu-isu tersebut di atas, menunjukkan peran penting Al-qur’an dalam Islam. Karena Al-qur’an diyakini menjadi sebuah pedoman untuk manusia menuju jalan yang benar. Dengan adanya ayat-ayat tentang hukum, contohnya, manusia dipedomi untuk menjalankan dalil dan untuk menegakkan hokum dan keadilan untuk kepentingan mengembangkan peradaban berdasarkan norma-norma dan nilai Islam secara keseluruhan. Tulisan ini mencoba memamparkan dan menguji ayat-ayat Al-qur’an yang berhubungan dengan aspek-aspek kehidupan mausia, khususnya dalam aspek- aspek pendidikan, di dalam konteks global. The Qur’an is God sayings which serve as guide for all humankind. It is therefore neither an academic work, nor fiction. The Qur’an contains all aspects of human life, for example, social, cultural, political, and economic points of view. The fact that there are many Qur’anic verses dealing with such issues shows its significance in Islam because the Quran is believed to be a guide for human to go on right path. With the existence of verses on law, for example, human are guided to enforce law and just for the sake of developing civilization based on universal Islamic values and norms. This article tries to describe and examine Qur’anic verses dealing with the aspects of human life, especially in educational aspects, in global context.

Abstract

This paper describes the construct of Islamic character education based on the local culture of the indigenous Lampung people. Four constructs of character education are presented in the Piil Pesenggiri, namely Nemui Nyimah which contains the character of a sense of acceptance, including; hospitality, hospitality, generosity, courtesy, mutual respect, respect, love for friendship, submission and submission to the Creator of the Universe and His creations. Nengah Nyappur contains adaptive character values ​​in interacting, including; willingness to open up, have a high tolerance, like to deliberate, have an attitude and sociable behavior, easy to get along with, familiar or friendly, and a sense of family. Sakai Sambaiyan contains high solidarity character values, including; mutual assistance, please help, work together, give each other something that is needed by the other party. Juluk Adok contains the spirit of achievement character values, including; persistent and hard working, likes to participate, has an honorary degree. In the context of education, Piil Pesenggiri becomes an inseparable part of the realization of the nation's character education. Piil Pesenggiri becomes a principle of self-esteem which is the culmination and reflection of the accumulation of noble and noble forms of activity amid society. In the context of geneology education in the character of Lampung indigenous people, Piil Pesenggiri can be a measure or dignity for someone amid their life activities. Substantially, Piil Pesenggiri in the context of character education becomes the "pillar of the teacher" that teaches the principles of consistency, acceptance, and equality. Abstract

Era globalisasi telah membawa dampak negative terhadap suatu budaya lokal tertentu. Kecenderungan budaya global telah mengikis banyak kebijaksanaan lokal yang dipertahankan pada setiap tahun. Tulisan ini fokus terhadap pentingnya pendidikan multicultural sebagai upaya untuk mempertahankan budaya nusantara Melayu hidup. Budaya Melayu itu sendiri sangat penting dalam pengertian yang mana memuat banyak nilai-nilai Islami didalamnya. Tulisan ini merupakan kajian pustaka yang mana faktanya telah dianalisa secara kualitatif. Hasil penemuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya budaya Melayu seharusnya dipertahankan dengan memperkuat dasarnya dengan demikian akan bisa bersaing dengan budaya global.Seperti upaya yang seharusnya diperoleh melalui pemasukan konsep percaya diri dan penciptaan kebanggaan terhadap budaya lokal. Untuk hal ini, pendidikan multicultural untuk masyarakat melayu dibutuhkan pendidikan formal dan informal. Dan juga, upaya ini seharusnya didukung dengan peneliti-peneliti kebudayaan dan dengan adat istiadat lembaga. Hal ini akan lebih efektif ketika teknologi informasi modern dimanfaatkan secara baik. The globalization has brought about a negative impact toward a certain local culture. The global culture trends have eroded much yearly preserved local wisdom. This writing focuses on the importance of multicultural education as an effort to keep the Malay Archipelago cultures alive. The Malay Archipelago culture itself is very important in the sense that it contains many Islamic values within. This writing is a library research in which the data is analyzed qualitatively. The findings of the research show that the Malay Archipelago culture should be preserved by strengthening its foundation so that it can compete with the global culture. Such effort could be gained through inserting the self-confident concept and creating pride toward the local culture. For this, a multicultural education for the Malay society is needed both in formal and informal education. Also, this effort should be supported by the cultural observers and by the custom institution. It would be much more effective when the modern information technology is utilized as well.

Abstract

Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu provinsi yang mempunyai hubungan kuat dengan sistem kepemimpinan kerajaan lokal. Keberadaan Yogyakarta selalu dihubungkan dengan peran kharismatik dari dua raja lokal yaitu Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono dan Sri Paduka Paku Alam. Sejarah menyebutkan bahwa kedua pemimpin lokal tersebut sangat memengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat Yogyakarta. Sebab itu, kepemimpinan keduanya sebagai raja daerah bukan saja menunjukkan kearifan lokal tetapi juga berpengaruh terhadap kepemimpinan dalam pemerintahan yaitu sebagai gubernur dan wakil gubernur. Selain itu, Keraton Yogyakarta mempunyai nilai-nilai sakral yang sangat kuat karena raja lokal itu dan menjadi pusat peradaban masyarakat Yogyakarta. Demikian juga, Yogyakarta mempunyai karakteristik tersendiri sebagai salah satu Daerah Istimewa di Indonesia. Karakteristik itu menunjukkan keistimewaan Yogyakarta dari sisi tradisi dan kepemimpinan lokal yang bersifat patron-klien. Regulasi keistimewaan Yogyakarta itu juga berpengaruh terhadap dinamika kehidupan beragama masyarakat Yogyakarta yang berbentuk penerimaan terhadap pluralitas. Yogyakarta is one of the provinces that has a strong correlation with local royal system. The existence of Yogyakarta is always associated with the charismatic roles of the two local kings namely Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono and Sri Paduka Paku Alam. Historically, both the local kings have major influence on the struggle of the Yogyakarta people. Therefore, the leadership of both the kings as head and deputy cover not only the issue of tradition but also affects the formal leadership of the governor and deputy governor of Yogyakarta. In addition, Kraton Yogyakarta has a sacred value which is very strong because it is the king’s residence of Yogyakarta and also becomes civilization and the struggle symbols of the Yogyakarta people. Thus, Yogyakarta has certain characteristics as one of the areas in Indonesia than other regions. That characteristic has became the privilege elements of Yogyakarta on tradition and local leadership that has patron- klien character. Regulation of the status of that privilege is also affecting the various dynamics of religious life that occurred in the life of the Yogyakarta people with their acceptance of plurality understanding.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang islam dan integrasi sosial dalam cerminan masyarakat nusantara. Melalui perspektif agama, Indonesia merupakan bangsa yang beragama Islam terbesar di dunia, tetapi berdasarkan agama, politik dan ideologi, Indonesia bukanlan negara islam. Akan tetapi, Islam di Indonesia tidaklah asli. Ajaran dan nilai-nilai keislaman telah memberikan kontribusi pada pembentukan budaya bangsa. Agama sebagai sistem realitas yang praksis memiliki fleksibilitas, apresiasi, dan properti tradisi dan budaya yang berkembang. Integrasi sosial adalah proses sosial dari anggota masyarakat tertentu terlepas dari keragaman budaya dan keyakinan agama. Mereka sadar akan kewajiban untuk membangun solidaritas berdasarkan hubungan yang kuat dalam membangun bangsa. Dalam interaksi ditunjukkan dengan kontak dan komunikasi satu sama lain. Interaksi yang dapat dilihat dari budaya yang ada di masyarakat dengan akomodasi serta alkulturasi dan kerjasama dalam masyarakat, seperti, penerapan ajaran dan masuknya budaya luar, pembentukan budaya baru dan perpaduan dua budaya.This article discusses the Islamic and social integration in a mirror of society archipelago. Through a religious perspective, Indonesia is a largest muslim nation in the world, but in religion, politics and ideology, Indonesia is not an Islamic state. However, Islam in Indonesia is not genuine. Teachings and values of Islam has greatly contributed to the formation of the nation's culture. Religion as a living reality system that praxis has a flexibility, appreciation and property of the tradition and culture that flourished. Social integration is a social process of a particular member of society regardless of the diversity of cultures and religious beliefs, they are aware of the obligation to build solidarity based on a strong relationship in building the nation. In the interaction indicated with contacts and communications eact other. The interplay that can be seen from the cultures that exist in the community with their accommodation and acculturation and cooperation in society, such as, the inclusion of the teachings and the entry of outside cultures, forming a new culture and a blend of the two cultures.

Abstract

Political dynamics in Muslim countries experienced turbulence after the collapse of the Ottoman Empire. In the midst of uncertainty about model of Islamic politics in Muslim countries, sometimes they even deny each other, this has prompted the birth of an offer of Islamic political thought by the great Muslim thinker, Zaki Naguib Mahmoud. This study aims to reveal the ideal political model of Islam in the context of the contemporary nation state. The researcher examines Zaki's thinking as a representation of contemporary Muslim scholar who have a long scientific anchor in the Muslim tradition. This research is qualitative research with a discourse analysis method. As a result, Zaki offers a political concept that is not only oriented to the struggle for power, but a political concept that liberates, prospers, and always tries to build a better life order. Zaky is here to oppose the tyranny of power and the hegemony of the majority over the minority. For the Arabs, the realization of such a political vision is not impossible, considering that they have a noble heritage in the form of a spirit of nationalism rooted in the era of their predecessors. It is this spirit that should be able to create a political order capable of liberating the entire Arab nation from backwardness, decline, and moral degradation.

Abstract

Abstract Language is very important and the impression that Nahwu is a difficult science to learn, especially by Muslims. As one of the basic sciences in Arabic, Nahwu's science cannot be ignored because without Nahwu's knowledge, Arabic will become chaotic and the order of words and sentences will be disorganized. Therefore, in learning Arabic, it is important to know Nahwu's knowledge, even though this method of teaching science is quite widely practiced by nahwu teachers, but students continue to face difficulties in learning it. Therefore, it is necessary to use suitable teaching methods and appropriate steps and subject matter that must be prioritized to be taught to students, so as to facilitate them in learning Nahwu science.[1] Related to this, there are a number of issues that need to be discussed, namely: What is the importance of learning nahwu, especially by students who want to communicate in Arabic ?; What method should be used so that students can learn nahwu easily? Abstract

Abstract This article is aimed at analyzing the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in lecture evaluation at Science Department of the Teacher Training and Education Faculty of IAIN Salatiga. The qualitative research was used whereby the primary data were taken from the results of research subject’s questionnaires, while the secondary information were derived from data that had been processed by other researchers. The subjects of this research were the lecturers of the Science Departmen of IAIN Salatiga. The data analysis technique used was the descriptive qualitative. The implications of analysis for applying the principles of Good Corporate Governance at Science Department of IAIN Salatiga in the evaluation of lectures are as follows: the aspect of transparency principle, which means that the head of the Science Department conveys information on lecturer evaluation results in coordination meetings; the aspect of accountability principle, which means that accountability of lecturer evaluation results on their lectures have been established periodically; the aspect of responsibility principle, which means that the department team reports the implementation of lectures evaluation regularly to the Dean and Quality Control Unit; the aspect of fairness principle, that all lecturers are entitled a justice in the assessment in carrying out lectures in the classroom; and the aspect of independence principle, which means that the evaluation of lectures is done without any influences from any party. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Lecture Evaluation, and Science Department Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penerapan Good Corporate Governance dalam evaluasi perkuliahan dosen Tadris Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan (ftik) Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Salatiga. Jenis penilitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data data primer dari hasil kuesioner subjek penelitian dan sekunder informasi dari data yang telah diolah pihak lain. Subyek penelitian ini dosen Tadris IPA FTIK IAIN Salatiga. Teknik analisis data secara deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun Analisis penerapan prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance pada Program Studi Tadris IPA FTIK IAIN Salatiga implikasinya dalam evaluasi perkuliahan adalah sebagai berikut: Aspek prinsip transparansi, Ketua Program Studi Tadris IPA menyampaikan informasi hasil evaluasi dosen dalam rapat koordinasi. Aspek prinsip akuntabilitas bahwa pertanggungjawaban hasil evaluasi dosen dalam perkuliahan telah ditetapkan secara periodik. Aspek prinsip responsibilitas bahwa tim program studi melaporkan pelaksanaan evaluasi perkuliahan kepada dekanat dan Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu secara rutin. Aspek prinsip fairness, bahwa semua dosen berhak sebuah keadilan dalam penilaian dalam melaksanakan perkuliahan di kelas.
