Abstract

Management in learning must be programmed according to the approach to behavior change in order to increase student motivation. This was done at SMP Negeri 3 Pademawu Pamekasan. This research approach is qualitative with the type of case study research. The results of the first study planning a behavioral change approach in increasing student motivation in Pademawu Pamekasan Middle School 3, including: 1) Teachers use the PAKEM learning model. 2) Implement a system of approaches, giving motivation, uswah or examples and spiritual support, rules in the form of 5S and school order; 3) Application of the rules and regulations of the institutions that get positive responses from students. The second is the application of the behavior change approach in increasing student motivation in Pademawu Pamekasan Middle School 3, including: 1) The teacher provides motivation for students such as order notes and uswah or examples. 2) The teacher uses the PAKEM learning model; and 3) Teachers apply reward and praise strategies for students who excel in both the academic and non-academic fields. These three factors support the behavior change approach in increasing student motivation in Pademawu State Yunior School 3 in increasing student motivation in Pademawu State Pamekasan Yunior School, including: 1) active students in the classroom; 2) The existence of a mosque is also an existing library. While the inhibiting factors, including: 1) If the teacher is too close to students, the student will lower the teacher and students who are naughty will talk more and more without being noticed by students; b) Not all teachers apply the behavior change approach.

Abstract

The results of the study indicate that: a. the quality of the assignment teacher preparation program at the Mambaul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Panaan Palengaan Pamekasan, namely 1) The curriculum that is used combines the pesantren curriculum, pesantren programs, and activities and the Madrasah Aliyah curriculum in general, 2) The existence of Islamic boarding school support for the applied curriculum, 3) The creation of a single teaching staff so that the term M2 co-ordinates prospective teacher assignments, 4) The existence of regional programs or blocks, 5) Suitability of the background of the teaching staff with their education, 6) Form of quality improvement resulting from the application of existing curriculum, development what has been done, and ask for input from the teacher who has carried out their duties. b Constraints of Mambaul Ulum Islamic Boarding Schools in Panaan Palengaan Pamekasan in implementing teacher preparation tasks, namely, 1) Less skilled and creative teaching staff in presenting interesting programs, thereby reducing students' interest and motivation in participating in the program, 2) The lack of interest of santri to learning causes the pesantren programs to run less optimally, 3) The lack of facilities and finance makes the programs implemented less varied.

Abstract

Discipline is defined as an important exercise and character with the intention that all actions always obey the order, obedience, and rules of the order. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type is descriptive. The results of the study show that: (1) Management of disciplining students in participating in religious activities in the Islamic Boarding School of Nurus Shibyan Ambat Tlanakan Pamekasan is effective in accordance with applicable rules and regulations while fostering religious discipline activities for all students must participate in religious ritual activities, prayer in congregation, book deliberations, and from every student has a companion cleric, and regulated by the pesantren curriculum, (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors in fostering student discipline in participating in religious activities at Nurus Shibyan Islamic Boarding School Ambat Tlanakan Pamekasan, are supporting factors related to the potential of students, teacher / religious teacher readiness to keep fighting, and religious enthusiasm to fight by Allah while the inhibiting factors are some naughty students, laziness of children to participate in activities in the cottage, facilities which are partially inadequate, and lack of funds.

Abstract

Independent character is something that must be formed and developed in educating. This research is about the implementation of pesantren curriculum management in forming the independent character of santri in the Nurus Shibyan Ambat Tlanakan Pamekasan Islamic Boarding School by using a qualitative approach with descriptive types through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that: First the management of the pesantren curriculum in shaping the character of the santris' independence is using planning, organizing and evaluating. Secondly, the formation of the independence character in the Nurus Shibyan Islamic boarding school is more for coaching, namely through fostering exemplary, fostering advice or encouragement. Third, supporting factors in forming the independence of santries are team cohesiveness, teacher involvement in forming the character of independence, and santri motivation in training or activities. The inhibiting factors are minimal facilities and infrastructure of Islamic boarding schools, financing factors, and the behavior of santries who are sometimes undisciplined.

Abstract

This study attempts to understand the implementation of the principles of Islamic education management to make changes towards the advancement of an organization in the industrial era 4.0, that work culture and work productivity in an organization specifically in the field of educational services can be approached by growing the character of leader of change based on values spirituality. That aspects of changes in performance and work productivity can be influenced by the spiritual culture of an organization, especially in the pattern of leadership that is carried out. Also exploring leadership in this article can be seen, namely: a), how leaders create change; b) Characteristics of Leader of Changes based on spirituality; c), the Role of the Leader of Change in the formation of work culture and work productivity based on spirituality. The research method used uses a qualitative design in a descriptive way to understand deeply about leadership at KPI Surabaya, whose data is extracted through observing work dynamics and institutional performance, interviews with key informants (Executive Directors) in carrying out agency activities and efforts to document performance products KPI. Furthermore, the data obtained is processed in accordance with the theme and sub-themes obtained in the field. The research results obtained are; The way leaders create change, i.e. a) keep their employees in an uncomfortable zone, with work targets in programs that are made realistically every year so that it is measured in productivity of institutional performance, b) that the leadership character is based on the performance of the leader of the leader that partnerships. The character of leadership is more to the partnership as if there are no limits. Then personal excellence (personal excellence). Likes to explore and develop knowledge so that he at KPI is called a multy talent. as well as the most visible spiritual character of the power of honesty (integrity) and c) The Indonesian Educational Quality (KPI) Surabaya, which is forming the culture of "IMPROVE", Integrity, Mathurity, Professional, Rare, On Fire, Vastly and Ethics at Kualita Pendidikan Indonesia (KPI) Surabaya, and as a designer of the formation of productivity programs.

Abstract

The quality of education is realized through a quality learning process. Quality learning outcomes are quality student learning outcomes as well. Quality learning outcomes are learning outcomes in the form of critical thinking skills, innovative creative, communicative, and collaborative. This school action research was conducted to overcome the low quality of learning in UPey SDN Keleyan 1 Socah District. Sopimesem strategy was chosen as an alternative to overcoming the problem. With the research objectives: 1) Assessing the application of the Sopimesem strategy to improve the quality of learning; and 2) Explores the forms of improving the quality of learning through sopimesem strategy. The result Sopimesem Strategy can improve the quality of learning; and 2) Improving the quality of learning is characterized by a form of awareness and understanding the importance of changing learning paradigms as outlined in the lesson plan (RPP) and the implementation of quality learning by utilizing and applying various strategies, models, methods and innovative media in a good quality learning process in the natural environment and social environment while still paying attention to the principles of learning that favor learning through, relating, experienting, actuating, contextual, transferring.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial interest of each individual arises along with one's efforts to gain an understanding of entrepreneurship obtained through daily activities of doing business independently in the surrounding environment, through knowledge from lectures both aspects of entrepreneurial theory and entrepreneurial practice as academic demands so that it impacts on the growth of entrepreneurial motivation. This research was conducted qualitatively by tracing the lecture activities of study program students at the Faculty of Business Economics IAIN Madura. The results showed that; first, designing lectures as well as possible that refers to the syllabus, preparing references and theories, students are encouraged to take an active part in class. Second, the implementation of entrepreneurship courses, namely the existence of discussion activities and field practice. During the discussion the students were equipped with knowledge about entrepreneurship, business, which was then strengthened by holding business practices outside the classroom. Third, the level of success of the entrepreneurship course courses is the emergence of creative and innovative ideas for students to carry out small entrepreneurial activities on campus such as selling food cakes to other students as a form of entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

This study aims to, (1) determine the cost effectiveness analysis of UM dormitory students, who are in the faculties of the State University of Malang (UM); (2) knowing student achievement in UM environment faculties; and (3) knowing the relationship between cost effectiveness analysis of UM dormitory students to study achievement in UM faculties. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational research design. The instrument of this study was to use the Google form survey assistance with respondent are students of UM dormitory in UM environmental faculties. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and correlation. The results of this study indicate: (1) the level of cost effectiveness analysis of the occupants of UM student dormitory residing in the faculties of the State University of Malang is classified as a rarity that uses cost effectiveness analysis in managing finances for dormitory and educational needs; (2) the level of learning achievement that is spread in all faculties at the State University of Malang tends to be poor; and (3) the results of the study show that there is a relationship between cost effectiveness analysis of UM student dormitory students on learning achievement.

Abstract

This article aims to understand pedatren holistically as a technology-based paperlessoffice boarding school management solution. This article uses qualitative research with the types of case studies conducted at Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, Paiton, Probolinggo. Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School is one of the pesantren in East Java which has been established for 69 years. This is an indicator that the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School is able to survive, be responsive and dynamic towards changing times, without abandoning religious values as a whole. Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School is also one of the cottages that responds well to the presence of technology. Pedatren is the solution to the pesantren management system which is starting to transform towards a paperless institution. Pedatren is designed using the node.js programming language with the jami 'wal mani' design system.

Abstract

Service is an activity whose implementation is carried out by holding relationships, both directly and indirectly. The service referred to here is how the service process is implemented and carried out in the library of IAIN Madura to facilitate information retrieval of library materials for students, especially MPI study program students in class 2018. This is evident from the results of statistical analysis showing that the work r 0.622 is consulted with product criticism moment at the value of N = 32 with the value "r" of work is greater than the "r" table of product moment both at 95% intervals and at 99% intervals where it shows a value of 0.349. Thus it can be said that there is a positive correlation between the two research variables. how big is the relationship between the quality of library services to the speed of obtaining library material information for MPI study program batch 2018 in Madura IAIN r work is consulted with a product moment correlation interpretation table, where r work is in the range of values between 0.600 to 0.800 which means the second correlation or urgency the variable is at a sufficient level of significance.
