Abstract

The number of online transportation companies in Indonesia is growing due to advances in technology that enable everything to be done online. This study used quantitative methods to determine the impact of word of mouth and price variables on consumer satisfaction with the Maxim application. A questionnaire was distributed to 115 users of the Maxim online transportation application, and the data was processed using SSPS with multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, r-test, R2 test, Validity test, and Reliability test. The results showed that word of mouth and price had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction with the Maxim application. A number 78.3% of consumer satisfaction was influenced by the independent variables, namely word of mouth (X2) and price (X2) while the remaining 21.7% is influenced by other variables in this research.

Abstract

Village Community Empowerment (LPMK) is an independent community social institution as a forum for participation by residents and Village partners to realize the aspirations of community needs in the field of development. The implementation of Musrenbang must be carried out by supporting efforts to prevent corruption, so that it is hoped that the targets in the focus of State Finance can be achieved well. After presenting the results of the research and discussing them, it can be concluded that the Musrenbang process has been running with fairly good community involvement. Even though the Musrenbang is already quite large, namely approximately 50% - 70%, efforts are still needed to increase the role of RT, RW and LPMK in area B in the Musrenbang process. Pramusrembang needs to involve mass organizations/institutions/associations and business actors in the region as a form of regional cooperation and a form of channeling to complement the realization of physical/non-physical activities that cannot be handled by budget implementers from Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD). Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price variables and promotion variables on consumer loyalty among Grab-Food users in Yogyakarta. The variables used in this study consist of independent variables, namely price (X1) and promotion (X2), as well as the dependent variable, which is consumer loyalty (Y). The data was analyzed using descriptive analysis, instrument quality testing (validity and reliability tests), and hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression (t-test and R² test), with a total of 100 respondents. The results of the analysis using the multiple linear regression equation show that price has a significant effect on consumer loyalty among Grab-Food users in Yogyakarta. This means that price significantly influences consumer loyalty and has a simultaneous significant effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer loyalty of Grab-Food users in Yogyakarta is influenced by price (X1) and promotion (X2), while the remaining factors are influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

UMKM batik yang sudah go digital lebih mudah mencapai efektivitas dan efisiensi sehingga kinerja penjualannya akan meningkat. Meningkatnya kinerja penjualan akan berdampak pada laba usaha UMKM yang semakin meningkat. UMKM batik yang mempunyai peran penting dalam perekonomian masyarakat tidak bisa lepas dari berbagai macam permasalahan. Beberapa masalah yang sedang dihadapi oleh UMKM batik di Banyumas adalah penurunan penjualan yang mengakibatkan turunnya laba usaha UMKM batik Banyumas. Dengan menggunakan 97 responden dan data analisis menggunakan smart PLS dihasilkan bahwa penelitian ini adalah e service quality, citra merek, dan transformasi digital mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadapkinerja UMKM secara langsung dan tak langsung sehingga perlu dibuat strategi yang mampu meningkatkan kinerja UMKM batik.

Abstract

Para pelaku UMKM tahu kalisari tentunya tidak pernah lepas dari berbagai permasalahan yang ada. Mulai dari permasalahan yang terjadi di dalam perusahaan yaitu turunnya penjualan yang berdampak pada pendapatan bulanan bahkan tahunan sehingga mengakibatkan penurunan laba usaha. Para pelaku UMKM tahu ini juga masih dikelola sebagian besar oleh masyarakat dengan tingkat pendidikan menengah kebawah sehingga membuat kurangnya kemajuan dalam transformasi kinerja UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja UMKM Tahu Kalisari. Dengan menggunakan 97 responden pelaku UMKM tahu Kalisari dihasilkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap orientasi pasar dan kinerja UMKM. Orientasi Pasar berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja UMKM serta menjadi mediasi antara orientasi kewirausahaan dan kienerja UMKM.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, pemberdayaan, kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. Rahmajati dengan jumlah responden 56 karyawan (di luar pimpinan), teknik sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh (sensus). Metode pengumpulan data melalui survey dengan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis linear berganda, uji F dan uji uji t. Hasil penelitian secara parsial: 1) Keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan, artinya semakin baik keseimbangan kehidupan kerja akan menyebabkan perilaku inovatif karyawan menurun. 2) Pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan, artinya setiap kenaikan pemberdayaan akan meningkatkan perilaku inovatif karyawan. 3) Kepemimpinan spiritual berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan, artinya ketika kepemimpinan spiritual membaik akan menyebabkan kenaikan perilaku inovatif karyawan. 4) Nilai F hitung sebesar 159,907 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0.000, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua variabel independen yaitu keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, pemberdayaan dan kepemimpinan spiritual berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of price on purchasing decisions at the Nirwana Store in Mamuju Regency, the influence of location on purchasing decisions at the Nirwana Store in Mamuju Regency, the influence of price and location simultaneously on purchasing decisions at the Nirwana Store in Mamuju Regency.This type of research is quantitative with primary data taken using a questionnaire. The respondent population is Nirwana Store consumers. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique. The number of samples used was 50 people. Data from the questionnaire was analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques and t tests and F tests using SPSS tools. The results of this research show that the price variable has no partial effect on purchasing decisions and the location variable has a partial effect on purchasing decisions at the Nirwana Store. The results of the F test show that the price and location variables influence simultaneously (simultaneously) on purchasing decisions at the Nirwana Store. From the results of the analysis, suggestions can be made that Nirwana Stores should be able to use more pricing strategies to increase purchasing productivity.Originality of this research lies in the fact that research has never been conducted on Nirwana Shop Consumers in Mamuju Regency.

Abstract

This study base on few islamic banks those aplicate syariah law in runing their business. And the question is what the reason the principal of syaria would be executed? Which human resources those will be prepared to for running syariah bank activities? How the application of technology in assistance of bank syariah performance? The results of study are those; many syaria bank run its system not much different from commercial banks. Just change many terms in arabic language. This happen cause the commercial bank system easier and safer than syariah system. To run the syaria system, so be required better quality resources in running of businesss more than comercial banks. So, it need some analysis experts and business supervisors those more professional, to reduce the level of loses. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the role of social norms in tax compliance in Indonesia. This study draws on Cialdini & Trost, (1998), taxonomy of social norms to descriptive norms, injunctive norm, subjective norm and personal norm. Hypotheses this study is regarding the direct and indirect influences of social norms. This study use 128 participants, the participants are college students who took courses in taxation dan SMEs management and they had business activities. The hypotheses testing in this study used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The SEM analysis tool used SEM PLA (Partial Least Squares) WarpPLS 7.0. Result of the path analysis show that descriptive norm, injunctive norm, subjective norm each have a direct influence on tax compliance. Descriptive norms are indirectly influence to tax compliance through injunctive norm and subjective norm. Subjective norm direct influence but not indirect influence on tax compliance. personal norm are not directly influence to tax compliance
