Abstract

The management of natural/agrarian resources in the reformation era influence the governance of the governmentafter Amendment of the 1945 Constitution. The article is aimed at analyzing the crusial problems related to the right of thecentral government on managing (the land, forestry, mining, and taxation) problems. Yet, at present, those duties are implementedby the provincial and regional governments. The result of the analysis showed that the implementation caused thedecrease of the environmental quality, overlapping of services and so forth. Therefore, to make the regulations accord with theconstitution, the break law by the judges of the constitutional court was badly required.Keywords: dilemma, implementation, management natural/agrarian resources.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The quality of land data is a very important part to prepare for the implementation of electronic land certificates, so the purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of land data, especially at the Semarang Regency Land Office. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to see the precision of spatial data so that the data can be categorized as valid data. The results showed that the criteria for valid land parcel data were fulfilling the aspects of the correctness of the location, shape, area and numbering standards, but there were still land parcels with valid status in the Computerized Land Activities (KKP) application that did not meet the criteria set out in the Technical Guidelines. Thus, it will affect the implementation of electronic land certificates, because between the quality of data and the implementation of electronic land certificates is a unity, good land data will produce quality electronic land certificates that can provide a sense of security and legal certainty and are not easily sued, because the resulting land data from transfer of media as electronic documents. Keywords : Land Data Quality, Electronic Land Certificate, Spatial Data   INTISARI Kualitas data pertanahan merupakan bagian yang sangat penting untuk mempersiapkan pelaksanaan sertifikat tanah elektronik, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah hendak menganalisis kualitas data pertanahan, khususnya di Kantor Pertanahan kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk melihat presisi data spasial sehingga data dapat dikategorikan sebagai data yang valid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria data bidang tanah yang valid yaitu memenuhi aspek kebenaran letak, bentuk, luas dan standar penomoran, namun masih terdapat bidang-bidang tanah yang berstatus valid di aplikasi Komputerisasi Kegiatan Pertanahan (KKP) belum sesuai dengan kriteria yang diatur dalam Juknis. Dengan demikian akan berpengaruh pada pelaksanaan sertifikat tanah elektronik, karena antara kualitas data dan pelaksanaan sertifikat tanah elektronik merupakan satu kesatuan, data pertanahan yang baik akan menghasilkan kualitas sertifikat tanah elektronik yang dapat memberikan rasa aman dan berkepastian hukum serta tidak mudah digugat, karena data pertanahan hasil dari alih media sebagai dokumen elektronik. Abstract

Abstract : The right through the yard of another is a form of social function of land rights that reflected in Article 6 of the UUPA. The social function of land rights itself tends to shift toward individual concepts, leading to the non-fulfillment of the social function of land rights. This can lead to disagreements, such as disputes over road access of yard. This study aims to determine the problems encountered in the settlement of access of yard disputes and the pattern of settlement through Mediation, State Administrative Court and General Courts. The research method used is empirical law research method with case approach done to 3 (three) cases related to access of yard disputes. The results showed that the problems faced in the settlement of access of yard disputes is the lack of detailed regulations on the dedication of the yard, and the unoptimal implementation of the provisions related to the access of yard in the first land registration. In relation to its implementation, dispute settlement through Mediation can be said to solve the problem more thoroughly than the handling of disputes through the judiciary, especially related to the maintenance of land registration data. Keywords : Dispute Resolution, Access of  Yard, Social Function of Land Rights Intisari : Hak melalui pekarangan orang lain merupakan salah satu wujud fungsi sosial hak atas tanah yang jiwanya tercermin dalam Pasal 6 UUPA. Fungsi sosial hak atas tanah sendiri cenderung mengalami pergeseran menuju konsep individual, yang berujung pada tidak terpenuhinya fungsi sosial hak atas tanah. Hal tersebut dapat memicu perselisihan, seperti sengketa mengenai akses jalan bidang tanah pekarangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui problematika yang dihadapi dalam penyelesaian sengketa akses jalan bidang tanah pekarangan serta pola penyelesaiannya melalui Mediasi, Peradilan Tata Usaha Negara dan Peradilan Umum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum empiris dengan pendekatan kasus yang dilakukan terhadap 3 (tiga) kasus terkait sengketa akses jalan bidang tanah pekarangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa problematika yang dihadapi dalam penyelesaian sengketa akses jalan bidang tanah pekarangan adalah belum tersedianya peraturan detail mengenai pengabdian pekarangan, serta belum optimalnya pelaksanaan ketentuan terkait akses jalan bidang tanah pekarangan pada pendaftaran tanah pertama kali. Terkait pelaksanaannya, penyelesaian sengketa melalui Mediasi dapat dikatakan menyelesaikan masalah secara lebih tuntas dibandingkan dengan penanganan sengketa melalui lembaga peradilan, terutama terkait dengan pemeliharaan data pendaftaran tanahnya. Kata kunci : Penyelesaian Sengketa, Akses Jalan Bidang Tanah Pekarangan, Fungsi Sosial Hak Atas Tanah

Abstract

The provision of compensation for land acquisition for the construction of runway 3 at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport found problems that made the implementation of the development not complete according to the determined target. The research objective is to determine the implementation of compensation, the problems that occur and the solutions in solving them. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Research results: problems in the provision of compensation, namely differences in community understanding regarding deliberations to determine compensation, objections to the amount of compensation, parties who have the right not known their whereabouts, payment of separate compensation for land and buildings that have been consigned and disputes over ownership of land acquisition objects. The settlement of the problem of giving compensation is carried out by referring to the land acquisition law, while matters that are not regulated and/or incomplete in the regulation are resolved by the policy of the land acquisition executor.

Abstract

Keberadaan unit rekam medis pada suatu rumah sakit sangat penting. Hal ini karena sebagai sumber informasi yang berasal dari data rekam medis, oleh sebab itu perlu adanya manajemen mutu yang baik dalam penggelolaan rekam medis sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai landasan perencanaan dan untuk menilai kinerja unit pelayanan medis. Permasalahan pengelolaan rekam medis masih terjadi di RSUD Drs. H. Abu Hanifah Kabupaten Bangka Tengah yaitu penempatan petugas rekam medis belum sesuai dengan kompetensinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana penerapan manajemen mutu Sumber daya Manusia di unit rekam medis RSUD Drs. H. Abu Hanifah Kabupaten Bangka Tengah. Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Cara pengumpulan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber melalui wawancara terstruktur dengan kepala seksi penunjang klinis, kepala ruang rekam medis serta koordinator pengelolaan data rekam medis dan pelaporan RSUD Drs. H. Abu Hanifah Bangka Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan RSUD Drs. H. Abu Hanifah Bangka Tengah telah melakukan perencanaan terhadap rekrutmen petugas rekam medis dengan baik. Pelaksanaan Monitoring dari perencanan karyawan dengan melihat kepatuhan terhadap SOP dan kedisiplinan. Identifikasi dari permasalahan yang timbul adalah ketidakpatuhan terhadap SOP serta kedisiplinan. Tindakan dan solusi yang telah dilakukan adalah memberikan teguran lisa, rotasi karyawan, surat peringatan hingga pemutusan kontrak kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price variables and promotion variables on consumer loyalty among Grab-Food users in Yogyakarta. The variables used in this study consist of independent variables, namely price (X1) and promotion (X2), as well as the dependent variable, which is consumer loyalty (Y). The data was analyzed using descriptive analysis, instrument quality testing (validity and reliability tests), and hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression (t-test and R² test), with a total of 100 respondents. The results of the analysis using the multiple linear regression equation show that price has a significant effect on consumer loyalty among Grab-Food users in Yogyakarta. This means that price significantly influences consumer loyalty and has a simultaneous significant effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer loyalty of Grab-Food users in Yogyakarta is influenced by price (X1) and promotion (X2), while the remaining factors are influenced by other variables not included in this study.

This study examines the effect of motivation, organizational cultureand compensation on employee performance. The results of motivationresearch on employee performance showed no significant, There is asignificant influence between organizational culture on employeeperformance. And there is a significant influence between the provision ofcompensation on employee performance, employee compensation programsdesigned to motivate (high morale) in their work achievement achievements.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan pada Rating Penilaian dan Ulasan Online terhadap Kepercayaan Konsumen pada toko online Shopee. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni mahasiswa di Yogyakarta dan merupakan pengguna/pernah berbelanja di Shopee dengan sampel 110 orang konsumen yang mengetahui dan menggunakan Shopee. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan regresi linear berganda. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 26 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Rating Penilaian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan Konsumen, sedangkan Ulasan Online tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepercayaaan Konsumen. Secara simultan variabel Rating Penilaian dan Ulasan Online berpengaruh terhadap Kepercyaan Konsumen. Selain itu, faktor Rating Penilaian dan Ulasan online berkontribusi sebesar 58,6% terhadap Kepercayaan Konsumen sedangkan sisanya 41,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Rating Penilaian, Ulasan Online, Kepercayaan Konsumen ABSTRAC This study aims to examine the effect of partial and simultaneous Rating Ratings and Online Reviews on Consumer Confidence in Shopee's online store. The population in this study are students in Yogyakarta and are users/have shopped at Shopee with a sample of 110 consumers who know and use Shopee. The sampling method used purposive sampling and multiple linear regression. Data processing is done using SPSS version 26 software for windows. This study's results indicate that the Rating variable partially has a significant effect on Consumer Trust, while Online Reviews have no significant effect on Consumer Trust. Simultaneously, the variables of Rating Rating and Online Reviews have an effect on Consumer Trust. In addition, the online rating and review factor contributed 58.6% to consumer confidence while the remaining 41.4% was influenced by other variables outside of this study. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh produk, harga, tempat danpromosi terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian produk di SwalayanPamella Yogyakarta. Dimana dalam penelitian ini objek yang akan diteliti adalahcustomer/pelanggan yang melakukan pembelian lebih dari 3 kali di Pamella 1Kusumanegara Yogyakarta. Jumlah sampel yang akan diteliti adalah sebanyak 100responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu sampel diambil didasarkanpada pemilihan anggota populasi atas dasar pertimbangan tertentu.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa variable produk(x1), harga(x2), tempat (x3) serta promosi (x4) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen(y) dalam melakukan pembelian di Supermarket Pamella Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurial motivation and the environment on students' interest in entrepreneurship. The population in this study were students of AMA YPK Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was Convenience sampling. Which means that the researcher sees the reality and the respondent gets it. The results of this study indicate that the variables of entrepreneurial motivation and the environment have a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. The limitation of this study is the limited number of respondents so that the results of the study do not provide an overview of respondents who are truly interested in entrepreneurship.
