Jurnal Admnistrasi Pendidikan & Konseling Pendidikan adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah antar peminat ilmu Administrasi Pendidikan & Konseling Pendidikan yang terdiri dari dosen, pakar dan praktisi, mahasiswa dan lain sebagainya. Jurnal ini mengangkat tulisan/karya ilmiah seputas Administrasi Pendidikan dan Konseling Pendidikan. Artikel-artikel yang dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ini merupakan kajian ilmiah atas masalah-masalah yang berkembang dalam Sekolah, masyarakat, gagasan-gagasan orisinal dan juga ringkasan hasil penelitian yang dituangkan dalam bahasa Indonesia. This research aimed at knowing the effectiveness of Role Playing technique on Group Counseling service in increasing student interpersonal communication. The problems at State Junior High School 4 Siak Hulu were the students who had low social interaction, whodaydreamed, who were closed, unconfident, and alone. Quantitative approach was used in this research by using pre-Experimental research with the on group Pretest-Posttest design. The object of this research was the effectiveness of using Role Playing technique on Group Counseling service in increasing student interpersonal communication The subjects of this research were students having low interpersonal communication and they were 10 students. Technique was used in this research.The techniques of collecting the data were questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The technique of analyzing the data was Wilcoxon’s Signed Ranks Test. The research findings showed that student social interaction before being given Role Playing in Group Counseling was on low category and the mean score was 65.5. After being given Role Playing technique on Group Counseling service in increasing student interpersonal communication increased to the high score and the mean score was 91.5. Based on the hypothesis test result using Wilcoxon test, it was obtained that the probability score 0.005 was lower than 0.05, it meant that Null hypothesis was rejected and Alternative hypothesis was accepted.

This study aims at analyzing (1) the imlementation of individual counseling therapy approac to increase students’ learning motivation. A descriptiveresearch methot was conductet involving one theacher counselor and the thee students of SMPN 3 Tambang. Intervew data collection on techniques were used and the narrative, After analyzing the data obtained in the field, it could be concluded that the students’ who derectly visited by teacher counselor and got direct guidance tended to be better behavior, the praktice of individual counseling using client centered therapy approach mostly be able to motivate the low-motivated lerners became better lerners, evalutionalisys was applied by the teacher counselor on the low motivated students and the developed relevan communication whit other counseling parties, the students whose lerning motivation was low became more motivatedlernwrs after being treated with clien centered therapy approach, a short term evaluation was cariied out in the order to know the client’s positive changes. The low attainment level of students’ lerning motivation was the major factor influencing the inplementation of guidance and counseling. In addition, there was a good relation between students’ and counselor in case of finding solution to overcome the low motivated learning students’ by using client centered therapy.

This study aims to find out in real terms about the existence of a positive or significant influence between Professionalism possessed General Functional Position (JFU). The method used is survey method by applying Grounded Research. The population in this study is all JFU in the environment of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Padang City with the number of 200 JFUs comprising JFU in Madarasah Aliyah in Padang City, Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and Office of Religious Affairs of Padang City. Sample in this research is counted 50 people with random sampling technique. Data Collection Technique uses questionnaire. The variables measured are independent variables, namely: Professionalism (X), while the dependent variable is Work Achievement (Y). The results of this study show that professionals affect job performance of General Functional Position (JFU). This is seen in the value of tcount> ttable (2.53 > 2). Furthermore, professionalism also affects the effectiveness of ASN work with tcount> ttable (3.79 > 2,002). By parsila influence of JFU professionalism to performance achievement of JFU with result of analysis that is Fcount > Ftsbel (14,15 > 3,15). Based on these analysts can be concluded that professionalism in parsila mempenguruhi performance JFU work at the Office of the Ministry of Religious City of Padang.

Hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran guru Bimbingan Konseling dalam mengatasi kejenuhan belajar online siswa dimasa pandemi covid-19 dan mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi peran guru Bimbingan Konseling dalam mengatasi kejenuhan belajar online siswa. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 9 Tapung. Informan penelitan ini adalah satu orang guru bimbingan konseling dan dua orang siswa menjadi informan tambahan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang terdiri dari wawancara dan dekomentasi. Tringulasi data yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahawa peran guru bimbingan konseling sangat penting dalam mengatasi kejenuhan belajar online siswa yaitu dengan mengembangkan bidang bimbingan dan layanan konseling yang didalam konsep bimbingan dan konseling seperti bimbingan kelompok dan layanan konseling individual. Guru bimbingan konseling berperan sebagai fasilator dan konsultan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Faktor yang mempengaruhi peran guru Bimbingan Konseling dalam mengatasi kejenuhan belajar online siswa yaitu banyak tugas-tugas yang menumpuk, materi pembelajaran sulit dipahami, kelelahan pada diri peserta didik, dan kurang motivasi siswa yang menyebabkan peran guru bimbingan konseling dalam mengatasi kejenuhan belajar tidak terlaksana.

The aim of this research was to find out the effectiveness of group counselling with self management techniques to increase students’ learning discipline. The research design was quasi experiment with non-equivalent control group design. This research was conducted to the students of SMPN 1 Keritang in academic years 2018/2019. The subjects of this research were 10 students who had low learning discipline. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling technique. The techniques of collecting data were observation, closed questionnaire and documentation. In this case, the validity and reliability test used was SPSS for window release 23.0. The implementation of group counselling with self-management technique was based on the research indicators. The data analysis used to prove the hypothesis was Wilcoxon’s signed ranks test. The result of this research showed that the students’ learning discipline before they were treated on group counseling with self-management technique was categorized into low level with the average 41,3, and after the technique was applied, the students’ learning discipline increased into high categorization with the average 123,1. It can be said that there was a difference between pre-test and post-test scores. Therefore, it can be concluded that group counselling with self-management technique was effective to increase the students’ learning discipline that can be seen from the probability score Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) 0,005<0,05 with the result that Ha was accepted.

This research was instigated by the low of student career planning ability at State Senior High School 1 Kubu Rokan Hilir. It aimed at knowing student career planning ability, the implementation of Mind Mapping technique on Group Guidance service, and the effectiveness of Mind Mapping technique on Group Guidance service in increasing student career planning ability at State Senior High School 1 Kubu Rokan Hilir. Quantitative approach was used in this research, and it was an experimental research with one-group pretest-posttest design. Questionnaire, observation, and documentation were the instruments of collecting the data. Wilcoxon test was used to analyze the data. The research findings showed that student career planning ability before being given Mind Mapping technique on Group Guidance service was on low category and the mean was 51. After being given Mind Mapping technique on Group Guidance service, it increased to high category and the mean was 81. So, it could be known that there was a difference between pretest and posttest. It could be concluded that Mind Mapping technique on Group Guidance service was effective in increasing student career planning ability, it could be seen from the probability score of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.005 that was lower than 0.05, so Alternative hypothesis was accepted.

This research aimed at knowing the effectiveness of Rational Emotive Therapy approach on group counseling service in overcoming student emotional disturbance. Quantitative pre-experimental research method was used in this research with pretest posttest one group design. The subjects of this research were the students experiencing high emotional disturbance, and the object was Rational Emotive Therapy approach on group counseling service in overcoming student emotional disturbance. Questionnaire, observation, and documentation were the techniques of collecting the data. Pearson product moment was used to test the questionnaire validity and Alpha Cronbach was for testing the reliability. The data were analyzed by using Wilcoxon test to know whether Rational Emotive Therapy approach on group counseling service in overcoming student emotional disturbance could be implemented. The research findings showed the mean score of student emotional disturbance before the treatment (pretest) was 112.9, and the mean score after the treatment (posttest) was 76.5. Based on the hypothesis test using Wilcoxon test, it was obtained that the probability score of Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.005 was lower than 0.05, it meant that Null hypothesis (H0) was rejected and Alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. It could be concluded that Rational Emotive Therapy approach on group counseling service could be implemented to decrease student emotional disturbance.

I carried principal supervision management on teacher performance out to motivate teachers in teaching. This study describes the supervisory management of school principals on teacher performance. The research method uses a Literature Review design. I do this in order to critically evaluate information, ideas, or findings in the academic literature and plan theoretical and methodological contributions to themes related to supervisory management, principals and teacher performance. The results show that supervision is a form of professional help offered to teachers to improve learning performance. This structure will create contact between principals and instructors who will accept the abilities and shortcomings that are assessed in supervised activities. Therefore, the role of the principal is very important in motivating teachers to develop their professionalism by maximizing supervision activities through effective management.

Di tengah munculnya pandemi Covid-19 khususnya di Indonesia yang mengakibatkan terganggunya beberapa kegiatan khususnya proses belajar mengajar yang kemudian diputuskan untuk dilaksanakan secara online agar pembelajaran tetap dapat dilakukan. Penelitian dilakukan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 3 Kerinci yang merupakan salah satu sekolah yang juga menerapkan sistem pembelajaran online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem evaluasi seperti apa yang diterapkan di MAN 3 Kerinci pada masa tanggap darurat Covid-19. Aspek yang akan diteliti adalah dari model evaluasi yang digunakan, indikator penilaian, sistem evaluasi yang digunakan dan kendala yang ditemukan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa model evaluasi yang digunakan dari evaluasi konteks, evaluasi masukan, evaluasi proses dan evaluasi hasil sudah berjalan sesuai dengan teori. Begitu juga dengan indikator penilaian yang dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur juga sesuai dengan konsep yang ada. Sistem evaluasi dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan sistem online melalui media komunikasi WhatsApp. Dan ditinjau dari sisi kendala hanya ditemukan Adaya keterbatasan kuota internet karena tidak hanya kegiatan evaluasi yang membutuhkan kuota internet tetapi juga proses monitoring dan lain sebagainya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respons siswa terhadap Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Remaja dalam Layanan Bimbingan Konseling di SMPN 9 dan SMPN 20 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penentuan subjek menggunakan purposive sampling, yang terdiri dari seluruh pengurus PIK R di SMPN 9 dan SMPN 20 Pekanbaru dan Guru Bimbingan Konseling di SMPN 9 dan SMPN 20 Pekanbaru. Untuk mengumpulkan data digunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data wawancara dianalisa dengan cara mendeskripsikan dalam bentuk narasi untuk memperoleh kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) pelaksanaan PIK R di SMP Negeri 9 dan SMP Negeri 20 Pekanbaru sudah cukup berjalan dengan baik 2) guru BK dan siswa mempunyai respons positif terhadap keberadaan PIK R di SMP Negeri 9 dan SMP Negeri 20 Pekanbaru, karena keberadaan PIK R membawa manfaat bagi guru BK dan siswa.
