Abstract

Pelestarian pakaian adat tradisional melibatkan upaya untuk menjaga, merawat, dan menghidupkan kembali keberlanjutan pakaian adat dari satu generasi ke generasi berikutnya, salah satunya dengan mendorong partisipasi aktif komunitas lokal dalam pelestarian pakaian adat. Rumah Tenun Bakunase (RTB) adalah Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang berfokus pada produksi dan pelestarian kain dan baju adat Nusa Tenggara Timur. UMKM RTB merupakan penyedia jasa penyewaan pakaian adat tradisional dan kain tenun. Proses transaksi penyewaan tenun dan baju adat di UMKM RTB masih dilakukan secara konvesional. Pihak pengelola kesulitan mengatur penyewaan dikarenakan banyak data penyewaan masih dicatat secara manual. Pihak pengelola juga kesulitan mendapatkan informasi aktual mengenai stok barang. Penyimpanan dokumen menjadi salah satu kendala, karena pada saat ingin mencari salah satu dokumen harus mencari dari tumpukan dokumen. Dari analisa situasi dan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra, maka akan dibuat sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen inventaris, penyewaan pakaian adat tradisional UMKM “Rumah Tenun Bakunase”. Pembuatan aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen inventaris, mengurangi resiko kesalahan yang dilakukan, mempermudah proses transaksi dan melihat ketersediaan barang , menyediakan pelacakan yang akurat terhadap pakaian adat tradisional yang dipinjam sehingga dapat menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM RTB yang dibuktikan dengan prosentase nilai User Acceptance Test sebesar 97.7%.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam dunia pendidikan dan pekerjaan semakin meningkat, dan salah satu perangkat lunak atau aplikasi yang paling umum digunakan adalah Microsoft Word. Namun, masih banyak orang yang belum memanfaatkan perangkat lunak ini secara optimal termasuk para pelajar dan para pekerja. Oleh karena itu, kelompok pengabdian masyarakat mengadakan pelatihan penggunaan Microsoft Word di Desa Tanglapui Timur, yang di ikuti oleh siswa siswi SD Inpres Tanglapui II Kobra. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa siswi dalam mengetik, membuat dokumen, format teks, membuat tabel, dan penggunaan fitur-fitur lainnya. Metode yang diggunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah pembelajaran langsung, peraktek dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari pelatihan tersebut adalah para siswa siswi mengalami peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan mencapai 85% dalam menggunakan Microsoft Word. Harapan kami dalam pelatihan ini adalah semoga pelatihan ini dapat membantu siswa siswi di hari esok dan semoga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja dan kualitas dokumen yang dibuat.

Abstract

understanding of grade 5 and 6 students of Kunatena State Elementary School regarding the importance of computer maintenance and repair through computer hardware and software training activities. This training activity was carried out at the Kunatena State Elementary School building. This activity lasted for 1 day on Saturday, November 15, 2024 at 13.00-16.00 WIT. The resource person provided material on the various main components of a computer and how to perform maintenance and repair on the computer. In addition, this community service activity also discussed maintenance and repair on various hardware such as laptops, printers, monitors, mice, keyboards, hard disks, RAM, motherboards, power supplies, processors, CD/DVD drives, sound cards, video cards, BIOS, and OS. The results of this training activity are to improve the understanding and abilities of grade 5 and 6 students of Kunatena State Elementary School in maintaining and repairing computers and their hardware, so that they can save time and money and extend the life of the device.

Abstract

Lerry Fashion, a tailoring business, faces challenges in managing customer data manually, leading to difficulties in record-keeping, increased risk of information loss, and slower data retrieval. This impacts operational efficiency and customer service quality. This study proposes the development of a computerized information system to address these issues, aiming to reduce errors, speed up data retrieval, and support strategic decision-making. The developed system is capable of recording and analyzing customer data more effectively, replacing the manual method, reducing the risk of data loss, and improving operational efficiency. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) shows a satisfaction level of 98%, indicating that the system is well-received by the owner and admin of Lerry Fashion. The implementation of this system is expected to serve as a reference for other small and medium-sized enterprises in effectively managing customer data, as well as improving performance and service through efficient use of information technology.

Abstract

Sosialisasi penggunaan google family link digital parenting control di PKBM Tinta Ilmu BSD, Tangerang Selatan menandai sebuah langkah inovatif dalam menyelaraskan tradisi pendidikan dengan perkembangan teknologi. Perkembangan teknologi digital membawa dampak signifikan pada kehidupan anak-anak. Akses yang mudah terhadap perangkat digital berpotensi menimbulkan berbagai masalah, seperti kecanduan gadget dan paparan konten negatif. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital orang tua di PKBM Tinta Ilmu, Tangerang Selatan melalui pelatihan penggunaan fitur kontrol parental pada perangkat digital, khususnya Google Family Link. Pelatihan ini dapat membantu orang tua dalam memantau aktivitas online anak, membatasi waktu penggunaan gadget, serta memberikan perlindungan terhadap konten yang tidak sesuai. Dengan demikian, sosialisasi dan pelatihan ini dapat menciptakan lingkungan digital yang lebih aman dan kondusif bagi tumbuh kembang anak. Dengan pemanfaatan fitur-fitur yang ada pada Google Family Link, orang tua dapat lebih efektif dalam melindungi anak dari konten negatif dan menjaga keamanan anak saat beraktivitas di dunia maya.

Abstract

The ease of internet access has changed the behavior of Indonesian society, driving the transformation from traditional marketing to digital marketing. To optimize digital marketing strategies, workforce training is essential to meet the demands of the industry. However, there are already competitors offering online training programs for professionals, necessitating an evaluation of services to enhance the offerings of PT AMD Academy. This program assesses satisfaction levels and the quality of electronic services provided by PT AMD Academy’s digital marketing training. A mixed-method approach was employed across three stages: interviews with the company (internal perspective), participant questionnaires, and follow-up interviews with questionnaire respondents (external perspective). Data was collected using E-SERVQUAL, encompassing variables such as website design, reliability, responsiveness, trust, personalization, overall service quality, and customer satisfaction. The findings of the program indicate that overall, participants were highly satisfied with the training services they received, with satisfaction driven by the adequate platform support, appealing and user-friendly website and LMS design, adherence to SKKNI standards, and the responsiveness of the instructors in guiding participants through a training process that was easy to follow for beginners. Additionally, the certification is aligned with professional requirements and current industry trends.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology requires teachers to present learning materials in a creative and visual manner. Informatics teachers at SMA Bringin face challenges in creating visually engaging teaching materials due to limited graphic design knowledge, which results in low student engagement and less effective delivery of content. To address this issue, a community service activity in the form of Canva training for informatics teachers at SMA Bringin was conducted. This activity followed a participatory and hands-on approach (learning by doing). The training took place over two days in the school's computer lab and was attended by 15 informatics teachers as well as several other subject teachers. Evaluation results showed 35% improvement in participants' understanding of Canva, based on a comparison of pre-test and post-test scores. Participants also displayed high creativity and enhanced visual skills in their final tasks, which involved creating educational materials using Canva. The satisfaction survey revealed that 93% of participants found the training highly beneficial and expressed their intention to adopt Canva in regular teaching. Overall, this training successfully improved the digital literacy of teachers, particularly in designing visual teaching media using Canva. Participants provided feedback suggest the organization of follow-up training focusing on animation or interactive video-based learning.

Abstract

The PKK group has an important role in community empowerment, especially in administration and management of activities. However, many members still do not have basic skills in using Microsoft Office, which can improve their work efficiency. This training activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of PKK members of RW 5, Gisikdrono Village in using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word. The training method includes material presentation, direct practice, and question and answer sessions to ensure participant understanding. The evaluation results showed that this training succeeded in improving participants' ability to process documents with good layouts and ease of use. With this training, it is hoped that PKK members can be more independent and productive in carrying out administrative tasks and social activities in their environment

Abstract

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a challenge that must be met in the era of digital transformation in the health sector. The implementation of EMR has a positive impact on recording administrative and clinical information to be more efficient and effective. The presence of EMR in addition to providing benefits is also faced with several challenges related to the protection of sensitive patient data. This community service aims to improve the competence of officers at the North Perumnas Health Center regarding data security principles including confidentiality, integrity and availability which have been regulated in the Minister of Health Regulation Number 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records. The method used was mentoring 8 participants, with evaluation through pre-test and post-test. The results showed an increase in the average score from 74.87 to 84.25 with a difference of 9.37 points or an increase of 12.5%. Based on these results, it is clear that the mentoring provided has a positive impact on developing the competence of officers regarding the data security aspect in EMR management.

Abstract

Giri Sembung Paragliding Hill, located in Banjarasri Village, Kulon Progo, is an emerging tourism destination managed independently by the local community. To support the capacity development of tourism actors, this community service program aims to design a modular and practical training model. The model consists of three complementary phases: (1) tourism communication training (English language), (2) digital promotion and content creation training, and (3) tourism management and service training. The implementation method adopts a participatory approach, grounded in field observations, discussions with local partners, and reflections from the initial phase of training. The developed model is flexible and can be implemented in stages according to the readiness of the community. Initial validation shows that the model is relevant, beneficial, and potentially replicable in other community-based tourism destinations with similar characteristics. This initiative is expected to contribute meaningfully to the professional development of community-based tourism actors and to enhance the competitiveness of local tourism destinations.
