Abstract

This study discusses the change project in the form of coaching activities carried out in order to further increase the readiness of potential SMEs to become prospective participants of the Export Coaching Program at the Indonesia Export Training Center (IETC) - Ministry of Trade. The model used is the First Phase (stage I) of the 3 Phase Export Coaching Program activities carried out since 2010 by PPEI colaborate with the Trade Fascilitation Office, Canada. In this first stage, the participants went through is the Identification of the Company's Internal Potential and the Market Potential of the Export Destination Country. From the identification of the company's internal potential, it will be known the strengths and weaknesses of the company to be able to export, while from the identification of market potential will be known opportunities and challenges in realizing export plans. Identification of these two factors, followed by a SWOT analysis, preparation of an action plan and a Business Plan. The method used is coaching as well as research applied through a series of consultancy activities, observation, direct guidance and distance guidance. Research subjects were 7 company owners located in the city of Depok, West Java. Data collection is done by recording observations, interviews, consultancy and giving direction. The analysis uses descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that among others: a) the level of attendance and participation of the participants reached an average of 91.75% b) the level of satisfaction of participants in participating in this activity: 5 people (71.43%) expressed satisfaction and 2 people (28.57%) expressed very satisfied; c) about the readiness to take part in the export coaching program at PPEI: 4 people (57.13%) said they were ready, 3 people (42.47%) said they were neutral, d) on the question of whether they were ready if currently getting buyers: 3 people ( 42.86%) said they were ready, 3 people (42.86%) said they were not ready and 1 person (14.29%) said they were neutral.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the significant direct effect of Substantive Technical Training Learning Competency Improvement PKG and PKB which was followed to Self Efficacy, knowing the significant direct effect of Substantive Technical Training Learning PKG and PKB Competency Improvement which was followed to achievement motivation, and knowing the direct influence Significant Substantive Technical Training Learning Competency Improvement PKG and PKB were followed for achievement motivation through self-efficacy. The population of the study was the alumni of the Substantive Technical Training of PKG and PKB Competence Improvement, with a total sample of 60 people. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed and analyzed by SPSS. The results showed that a) there was a significant direct effect of Substantive Technical Training Learning Competency Improvement of PKG and PKB which was followed for Self Efficacy. b) There is a significant direct effect of Substantive Technical Training Learning PKG and PKB Competence Improvement which is followed to Achievement Motivation. c) There is a significant direct effect of Substantive Technical Training Learning Competency Improvement on PKG and PKB followed by Achievement Motivation through Self Efficacy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out a) the process of implamantation pancasila values ​​by non-civil servant Islamic religious instructors in East Java, b) the process of implamantationthe values ​​of the Constitution 45 by non PNS Islamic religious instructors in East Java, c) the process of implamantationvalues -value of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia by non-civil servant Islamic religious instructors in East Java, and d) the process of implamantationthe values ​​of Bhineka Tunggal Ikaby non-civil servant Islamic religious instructors in East Java. The researcher used a type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. Sources of data are taken through interviews, observation and document analysis. The analysis techniques in this study are 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation, and 4) conclusion. Data validation uses triangulation and extension of participation. From the analysis of research data concluded: a) the process of implamantation Pancasila values ​​is carried out in accordance with technical instructions. The implementation of Pancasila is easier to implement because the object of guidance is already accustomed to hearing the Pancasila. b) the process of implamantationthe values ​​of the 1945 Constitution is carried out in accordance with technical instructions. The implementation of the Constitution 45 is more difficult to implement because the object of guidance is heavy with the discussion of articles which are multi-interpreted. c) the process of implamantationthe values ​​of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is carried out in accordance with technical instructions. d) the process of implamantationthe values ​​of Bhineka Tunggal Ika is carried out in accordance with technical instructions. The constraints in the implementation of the four pillars include understanding different worshipers, varying ages, and limited learning media. The solution is for the instructor to coordinate with the head of the group and the leader of the Pokjaluh, namely by repetition of the material, group discussions according to age, methods that match to the characteristics of the audience and try to prepare the appropriate media.

Abstract

As a unit that provides education and training services, Health Training Center (BBPK) is supposed to measure trainees’ attitudes through a survey so that education and training managers can listen to trainees’ voices regarding their wants, needs, and expectations towards the implementation of education and training at BBPK Ciloto. This research is conducted to find out the description of the trainees’ attitudes, and supporters and inhibitors of AMTC Training in 2019 using the ‘sandwich’ method which is somewhat different from the usual trainings because it has long hours of learning that are intermittently alternated between on-class and off-class. This training uses descriptive qualitative quantitative approach to obtain the information through participatory observation and in-depth interviews that generate descriptive data in order to reveal the causes and processes of the events under study. The information is collected from respondents using a questionnaire. Results shows that the training using the ‘sandwich’ pattern reveals the attitude of the trainees being able to prioritize problems, analyze problems deeper, find solutions, share and coordinate well, work more carefully, more thoroughly, more directly and on target, think systematically and be able to be leaders. In this study, it is also noticed that Leaders and Teams formed by the trainees are very supportive of the implementation in the field. While the number of daily work in the office makes it difficult to divide time between office assignments and training assignments when off class. It is expected that in the future BBPK Ciloto will be able to provide and give better services in terms or organizing education and training in accordance with the wants, needs and expectations from all training participants.

Abstract

This study aims to find: 1) the influence of organizational culture on the success of Cooperative Albasiko II in Pasaman Barat, 2) the effect of member participation on the success of Cooperative Albasiko II in Pasaman Barat, 3) the influence of communication on the success of Cooperative Albasiko II in Pasaman Barat 4) the influence of organizational culture, member participation and communication on the success of Cooperative Albasiko II in Pasaman Barat, The type of research conducted is Expost-Facto, The study population was 698 people from the Albasiko II Cooperative. The sample is 175 people. Primary data was collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale model that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of the study are: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on the success of Cooperative Albasiko II in Pasaman Barat, 2) There is a positive and significant influence of member participation on the success of Cooperative Albasiko II in Pasaman Barat, 3) There is a positive and significant influence of communication on the success of Cooperative Albasiko II in Pasaman Barat 4) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture, member participation and communication on the success of Cooperative Albasiko II in Pasaman Barat.The results of the analysis show that Indigo R2 (R-Square) is 0.759, this means that the influence of organizational culture, member participation and communication on the success of Cooperative Albasiko II in Pasaman Barat is 75.9% and the remaining 24.1% is influenced by variables others not included in the research model.

Abstract

The learning approach that used in basic training for civil servants, leadership training, technical training and functional training are adult learning approach or andragogy that popularized by Malcom Knowles (1913-1977) which are generally positioned as vis a vis with pedagogical learning approaches. This positioning occurs because the position is only viewed from its etymological meaning. This study then intends to review the position of its philosophical aspects where the result of the study show that the origin of andragogy is not vis a vis opposite with pedagogy as long as the pedagogy refers to the critical pedagogy that popularized by Paolo Freire (1921-1997). In fact, some philosophical identities are found between andragogy and critical pedagogy.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and to analyze the inpassing program for functional position to support the competence development of civil servants in Natuna Goverment. This type of research used qulitative descriptive approach. Data collected was primary and secondary datas. Data collection in this study using observation, documentation, interview and literature study. Based on the analysis that just little of Natuna civil servants passed the inpassing program in 2018.

Abstract

The realization of Village Fund distribution from the State Treasury Account to the Regional Public Account (RKUD) and from the RKUD to the Village Cash Account in 2017 and 2018, generally is slowness, so the realization of Village Fund absorption and output achievements not on targeted. This study aims to knowing causative factors the slowness, especially in the villages in Kecamatan Membalong Kabupaten Belitung, so that it is entitled "Analysis of Factor Causing Slowness in Village Fund Distribution: A Case Study in Kecamatan Membalong Kabupaten Belitung." This study is qualitative explorative. From the study it was concluded that the slowness in distribution Village Funds over there occurs because the slow submission of Village Fund distribution requirements documents from the village head to bupati, so that the submission of Village Fund distribution requirements documents from bupati to the head of the State Treasury Office was late. The root of the problem is first, the communication factor. Second, attitude factors. Third, a resource factor. Fourth, a bureaucratic factors. Fifth, regulatory factors. Than, the six other factors, namely the difficulty of geography, demography, and public facilities owned by the Village.

Abstract

This research was aimed at obtaining a picture of teacher’s perception of their school principals’ instructional leadership and the impact gender might has on those perceptions. The Assessment Instrument of Instructional Leardership by Fanani (2013) was used to collect data from 120 teachers who attanding the principal candidate training for measuring teacher’s perception of their school principals’ instructional leadership in 3 districts in South Kalimantan. The main results suggensted at a good category in the four dimensions of instructional leadership. The lowest rated dimension was supervising instruction whereas the highest rated dimension was developing learning vision. There were significant different in the rated learning vision dimension based on gender in favor of female teachers.. This research result contributes to dicision making in developing the school principals’ capacity in conducting instructional leardership.

Abstract

Section or division jobs which is handling technic in animal health are almost the same as vets of veterinary. If there were any available trainings and educations, they were attended by structural officials in that section division. So vets of veterinary which are at remote area had little chance to attend courses. That is why and in knowing the fit trainings and educations for Riau vets of veterinary, it is needed to hold training need analysis for vets of veterinary. The purpose of this research is to idetificate competency or training needs of vets of veterinary. Research methods and techniques are Focus Group and Nominatif Group and DIF (Difficuties, Importancy, Frequency) Technique. Analysis gives 15 training and eduction for vets of veterinary.
