Abstract

Based on Permendikbud Number 22 two thousand and sixteen, it is stated that every teacher in the education unit is obliged to prepare a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) in a complete and systematic manner. So that each teacher is required to prepare and prepare an integrated and integrative Learning Implementation Plan. Unfortunately, not a few teachers have difficulties in determining the RPP model that really fits the needs of students. This study offers a software application that is able to analyze Basic Competencies (KD), matching suitable learning models, and integrating in the RPP format in accordance with the applicable provisions. Text mining methods are used to analyze the linearity of KD3 - KD4 and recommendations for learning models based on Operational Words (Revised Bloom's Taxonomy KKO, Dave-Simpson). While the application development model uses the Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluation (ADDIE) development methods that are integrated with the prototype development model at the design stage. The results of this study produce desktop-based RPP Generator software that can assist teachers in preparing K-13 lesson plans. The feasibility testing of this software includes the testing of material experts, media experts, and teachers obtained percentages with an average of 95.8%, thus the RPP Generator software can be used by teachers in making systematic K-13 RPP.

Abstract

This research is motivated by important benchmarking into best practices in supporting the success of Level III and IV Leadership Education and Training participants so that participants are able to support and adapt organizational excellence that has best practices in organizational planning and implementation in the form of lessons, which ultimately needed as input for preparing the Change Project through innovation planning and change management. organized by the Regional Human Resources Development Agency of Central Sulawesi Province. Based on the above background, the problem solving benchmarking problem is formulated to best practice by measuring 1. Clarity of objectives to be achieved; 2. Clarity of goal completion strategies; 3. The process of analyzing and formulating conversations; 4. Planning; 5. Compilation program; 6. The availability of facilities and infrastructure; 7. Supervision and control system. This research method is qualitative descriptive combined with interviews with Leadership Training and Education Level III and IV participants in the Central Sulawesi Regional Human Resources Development Agency. The results of the study are to measure the implementation of benchmarks that have been carried out by the Regional Human Resources Development Agency of Central Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

In factual, the integrity zone has been proclaimed to all institutions in Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs and training. The intention of implementing this integrity zone is to create a corruption-free and clean-serve territory. In practice, there are several obstacles that impede the process of developing this integrity zone. This research aims to obtain a relatively complete picture of various problematics faced by the Education and Religious Training Halls when implementing the integrity zones development in their environment. At the same time, this study was also intended to obtain an overview of the measures taken in addressing the problems of integrity zones implementation over their work environment. This study was conducted in four Education and Religious Training Halls in the environment of The Agency of Research, Development, Education and Training, Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs. They are located in Aceh, Bandung, Makassar, and Papua. The method used in this study is qualitative with a multicase approach. Because it is a qualitative study with a multi-case study design, this research does not intend to generalize as quantitative research. The method revealed various problems that impede the implementation of integrity zone development. The results showed that the application of integrity zones in the environment of Education and Religious Training Halls encountered various obstacles, namely: (1) An incomplete socialization that implicates the lack of insight and understanding of what, why, how and in what way the integrity zone is implemented to the environment of their work units; (2) There is no periodic evaluation that can identify early on various potential issues as well as potencies identification that can be covinated to optimize integrity zone implementation; (3) The lack of supporting infrastructure makes the implementation of integrity zone development can not run optimally; (4) The organizational commitment to integrity zone implementation is relatively low. (5) The peak leadership that has not yet emerged strongly becomes the role model for the basic principles implementation over the institutional integrity. The recommendations offered by this study are: (1) to establish "Integrity Court" suchlike in every education and religious training hall; (2) to develop integrated literacy infrastructure through cyber literacy; (3) to make a litation of the integration as an individual training; (4) to take an institution as a benchmark outside the Ministry of Religious Affairs which has been designated as WBK and WBBM by the Ministry of PAN RB.

Abstract

The author’s observations during conducting research in the lecture process, especially semester III students of the 2018 class of Social Psychology, Departemen of Educational Outside of School most of the students have different abilities, especially in interacting with lecturers in terms of expressing opinions and fellow participants when discussing or listening to lecture material so that from such conditions surely each student has a different level of unserstansing. From these data it is known that applying the learning model of Andrgogical Content Knowledge (ACK) is very important to support the contions of student learning in class to be optimal so that it can lead to optimal learning outcomes as expected. This study aims to find out and study about the Application of The Learning Model of Andragogical Content Knowledge (ACK) in Social Psychology Subject (Studies in the Department of Outside Education, Makassar State University). Data collection is done by using interviews, observation and documentation. The application of the Andragogical Content Knowledge (ACK) Learning Model in Social Psychology Subject (Studies in the School of Education Department of the Faculty of Education, Makassar State University) can improve students ability to engage in social interaction so that they can be directly involved actively participating as long as the program is implemented. This learning model, is very effective to be applied in learning and training activities especially for students and adults as trainees who need additional experience to increase learning independence.

Abstract

Many of Indonesia’s Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have potential products for export. Among them, some are supplying exporters or selling products to overseas buyers who come directly to them. Not much profit they get by means of indirect exports. Therefore, since 2010 the Ministry of Trade has held an Export Assistance Program. This program applies a mixed method between activities in the classroom, mentoring in the field and consultation both directly and online. Thefacilitator or coach is Widyaiswara and practitioner, with various expertise in the field of export. This program apparently has not produced optimal results even though the curriculum has repeatedly been refined. Therefore we need a study of what the causes are. Using qualitative descriptive methods, this research traces data and documents, distributes questionnaires and conducts interviews with many parties involved. The results lead to the conclusion that the obstacles to the implementation of this program are due to the unavailability of standardized work mechanisms or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that are understood together and are binding on all parties. Intensive and maximum cooperation from all stakeholders has not yet been realized and the progress of the participants’ progress to become an exporter has not been seriously worked on so that this program does not get maximum encouragement to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

This paper discusses the development of the implementation of one of the DPP IWI Work Programs for the 2019-2023 period, namely the development of the Widyaiswara profession through the holding of conferences, seminars, scientific meetings, community service, and providing consultancy and assistance with books or scientific journals. The method used is level one development that is researching but not proceeding with making products and not conducting field testing. Widyaiswara profession with the main material about making papers in the field of education. Requirement Analysis, Design, its implementation is carried out between the DPP IWI and LAN as a guiding institution. Using the 70-20-10 blended learning model by utilizing the LAN website or the DPP IWI website, couching, guidance, Community Practices, and integrated action learning in the workplace to submit to accredited journals or exhibited at Widyaiswara’s Annual Scientific meetings that try to go hand in hand with the Widyaiswara Annual Congress. This model can be used as a learning model in ASN Corporate University.

Abstract

A training generally begins with group dynamics which the philosophical basis is an effort toaccelerate the stages forming, stroming, norming, performing (The Tuckman Stages of TeamDevelopment ) through the intervention of games that usually have trait of antics. However, notinfrequently, the opposite trait is actually owned by trainees with introverted personality types which Hans Eysenck called shy, unfriendly and serious. This study then aims to see what impact will result when these two opposing traits are viewed from the perspective of William Ogburn’s Culture Shock theory. The method that been used is library research where the findings indicate that trainees with introverted personality will potentially be left behind from extroverted trainees in following the rhythm of dynamics group training so that the performing stage marked by flexible collaboration is essentially difficult to realize or even though it appears to be a collaboration, the collaboration is merely a formality.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to measure the effectiveness of using the Student-Centered Learning (SCL) approach in supporting the academic achievement of trainees in topographic survey training programs compared to the Teacher-Centered Learning (TCL) approach on aspects of knowledge and skill. The study was conducted quantitatively using a quasi-experiment method with a control group. The research sample is high school and vocational high school graduates in Bandung City and Bandung Regency with details of 20 people for the experimental group and 20 people for the control group. The study was conducted by comparing the learning outcomes of the experimental group and the control group on aspects of knowledge and skills. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and t-test. The results showed that the implementation of the SCL approach was effective in improving the learning achievements of topographic survey training participants both in terms of knowledge and skills when compared to the TCL approach. The results of this study can be information for educators, especially Widyaiswara to strengthen their learning management competencies, so that training programs become more effective.

Abstract

People are very fond of consuming satay, grilled ribs, grilled/fried chicken/duck because it is very delicious but consumers still do not understand that there are carcinogenic consequences of heterocyclic aromatic mines (HAA) which are harmful to health. This paper aims to explore HAA and various ways that have succeeded in minimizing HAAs levels so that consumers can still enjoy these foods safely and comfortably. This paper was compiled based on a systematic literature review, the authors conducted a content analysis on 41 peer-reviewed journal articles. Thermal meat processing is an important process to ensure microbiological safety, eliminate antinutrical factors, improving digestibility and bioavailability of nutrients and develop the profile of the color, aroma and flavor attributes that we want. However, this process also turns out to bring about carcinogens (cancer triggers), HAA and others by-product that are potentially harmful to our health in the long run. Their formation is highly dependent on various factors such as cooking method, cooking time, cooking temperature, type of meat, fat contents, moisture contents, pH and creatinine contents of meat. Many studies conclude that these HAAs are responsible for causing cancers in humans and animals. The results of this literature review provide practical information that can be applied by producers or housewives to minimize HAAs levels in finished products, which is choosing the right sugar for marination; addition of synthetic antioxidants; addition of natural antioxidants; addition of phytochemical and herbal extracts; and pretreatment using a microwave.

Abstract

This study aims to find first, knowing respondents’ perceptions of the implementation of BasicTraining for Prospective Civil Servants, secondly knowing the results of competency development after respondents take the Basic Training for Prospective Civil Servants, and thirdly knowing the effect of the implementation of Basic Civil Servant Candidate Training on competency development. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sample used in the study were all 92 Basic Training alumni at Sofifi General Hospital. Data collection techniques used in the study were the distribution of questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique was performed using the Simple Regression method. The results of the study note that, firstly in general the implementation of Basic Training for Prospective Civil Servants in the Human Development Agency of North Maluku Province has run well or is in accordance with National Institute of Public Administration The Republic of Indonesia Regulation No. 12 of 2018 concerning Basic Training for Prospective Civil Servants. Second, the training output has been effective in making a real contribution in increasing the competency of Sofifi General Hospital employees in improving organizational performance. While the third effect of basic training of prospective civil servants on competency development has a contribution of 24.5% while the rest is influenced by other variables.
