Jurnal HUMMANSI (Humaniora, Manajemen, Akuntansi) adalah jurnal berskala nasional yang mencakup kajian ilmu humaniora, manajemen dan akuntansi. Berdasarkan SK Ketua STIKOM Yos Sudarso No.18/STIKOM-YOS/KP/VI/2018 dan Surat Kepala Pusat Nasional ISSN PDII LIPI No. 0005.26231069/Jl.3.1/SK.ISSN/2018.09 bahwa Jurnal HUMMANSI merupakan media online diterbitkan 2 kali setahun pada bulan Maret dan September. Ruang lingkup dalam Jurnal HUMMANSI yaitu: Humaniora, topik yang mempelajari tentang cara membuat atau mengangkat manusia menjadi lebih manusiawi dan berbudaya. Manajemen, topik yang mempelajari tentang proses-proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengkoordinasian, dan pengontrolan sumber daya untuk mencapai sasaran secara efektif dan efesien demi tujuan suatu organisasi. Akuntansi, topik yang mempelajari tentang pengukuran, penjabaran, atau pemberian kepastian mengenai informasi yang akan membantu manajer, investor, otoritas pajak dan pembuat keputusan lain untuk membuat alokasi sumber daya keputusan di dalam perusahaan, organisasi, dan lembaga pemerintah.

Abstract

Banyumas Regency is supported by several business sectors and the largest contribution from the trade sector. To improve the trade sector, infrastructure improvements are carried out through market revitalization. Banyumas Regency has 92 modern markets and 26 traditional markets. The formulation of the problem is how the factors of the tendency of the millennial society towards the quality of traditional market services and how infrastructure can strengthen or weaken the tendency of millennial society towards the quality of traditional market services in improving the functioning of the market. The research method is descriptive qualitative analysis with the type of field research Primary data obtained from questionnaires as many as 310 respondents with purposive sampling as a sampling technique. Secondary data is obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, books, theses, theses, journals. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), Coordinate Kartesius and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) as data analysis techniques. The results of the study are that service quality has an influence on the factors of the tendency of millennial society and infrastructure to strengthen the influence of the factors of millennial society's tendency towards service quality in improving market function. The results of this study were obtained from a survey analysis of millennial visitors in traditional markets in Banyumas, namely the perception of millennial society can change towards traditional markets if the quality of service for market managers and traders can be improved in a better direction. Thus it will encourage millennial communities to visit and shop in traditional markets.

Abstract

The existence of a going concern opinion is an important thing in the auditing report and is of concern to the auditor. In addition to conducting audits with companies by conducting fairness checks on financial statements, giving their opinions on going concern is of concern to the auditor. The company and can be one of the determinants of shareholders to make decisions. This research aims to see several factors, namely auditor quality and company growth as independent variables have a positive influence on the existence of going concern opinion. This study uses the financial statements of LQ45 companies for the period 2012-2016 which are published on the IDX in a row. The researcher used logistic regression as the testing method in this study which resulted that the alternative hypothesis namely auditor quality had a positive effect on acceptable going concern opinion, and the results of the testing of the second hypothesis regarding the growth of the company had a positive effect on the going concern opinion unacceptable.

Abstract

Kegiatan intermediasi bank memerlukan penilaian terhadap faktor karakteristik penentu tingkat kecukupan modal yang bisa berpengaruh pada jumlah distribusi kredit, agar tidak terjadi kegagalan atau risiko terhadap aktivitas intermediasi yang dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis interaksi pengaruh Dana Pihak Ketiga, Pinjaman, Efisiensi Manajemen, Profitabilitas terhadap intermediasi bank yang di proksi oleh Variabilitas Kecukupan Modal dan Jumlah distribusi Kredit dimoderasi Kualitas Kredit bank. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui data Keuangan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Salatiga telah terdaftar dan dipublikasikan bagi umum oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan(OJK) tahun 2013 – 2017. Pengujian menggunakan analisis regresi linear dan metode uji interaksi MRA(Moderated Regression Analysis). Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan terdapat interaksi parsial dengan pengaruh negatif antara Dana Pihak Ketiga, Pinjaman, Efisiensi Manajemen serta Profitabilitas signifikan terhadap Kecukupan Modal bank. Kecukupan Modal mencerminkan tidak memberi pengaruh terhadap Jumlah distribusi kredit. Variabel Kualitas kredit dapat menguatkan atau memoderasi secara signifikan hubungan antara Kecukupan Modal terhadap Jumlah distribusi kredit.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of destination images on word of mouth (WOM) mediated by visitor satisfaction and moderated by gender in tourism places in Purwokerto. Data collection was carried out by questionnaires, using a Likert Level Scale 7. This study sampled 125 respondents who had traveled to Purwokerto. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that destination image has a positive effect on word of mouth (WOM). Destination image has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction. Visitor satisfaction has a positive effect on word of mouth (WOM). The effect of visitor satisfaction mediates the relationship between destination image and word of mouth (WOM). Gender influences the relationship between destination image and word of mouth (WOM). Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui impulse buying pengguna Aplikasi e-commerce Shopee. Penelitian ini untuk membuktikan bahwa tidak semua dimensi visual merchindising mampu menstimuli impulse buying sesuai dengan gap dari beberapa penelitian sebelumnya. Sampel pada penelitian ini 192 responden masyarakat kebumen pengguna aplikasi Shopee yang aktif melakukan pembelian. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah online visual merchandising: online produt presentation (X1), web/aplication design (X2), web/aplication advertising (X3), promosi penjualan online (X4) dan impulse buying (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan statistik meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, analisis regresi berganda. Dari 3 dimensi online visual merchandising, terbukti hanya web/aplication advertising yang berpengaruh, kemudian promosi penjualan online juga berpengaruh positif terhadap impulse buying. Terbukti bahwa presentasi produk dan disain aplikasi tidak mampu menstimuli impulse buying. Sehingga seller di aplikasi Shopee untuk dapat memanfaatkan iklan dan promosi yang dilakukan Shopee dengan sebaik mungkin.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financing schemes in the creative industries in Indonesia. The Government through the Creative Economy Agency has implemented various program activities to support the development of the creative economy sector, especially on access to finance. A model for facilitating access to non-banking financing with creative economy actors has also been carried out by the Creative Economy Agency. The existence of financial institutions still does not take sides with the creative economy. This is because financial institutions are constrained by the problem of the availability of physical collateral owned by creative economic actors.

Abstract

Bank Muamalat as one of the national private banks faces the same challenges as other banks. Namely increasingly fierce competition between banks in attracting third party funds (TPF) from customers or customers. One way to collect third party funds is through savings. To attract banking customers must know the characteristics and desires of the community. That way the products offered can be accepted by prospective customers. Banks must identify how consumers decide to choose savings products. Then formulate the right marketing strategy. This study aims to determine how much influence the behaviour of consumers on savings decisions. Second, knowing the effect of brand equity on saving decisions. And find out the influence of consumer behaviour and brand equity together on saving decisions. The study was conducted on customers at Bank Muamalat Indonesia, XXXXX Branch through a descriptive analytic survey using a Likert scale model. The results showed that there was an influence of consumer behaviour on the decision to save. Likewise, it can be concluded that promotion or band equity by banking marketing has the most significant influence on consumers' decision to save.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor kecenderungan pengguna layanan transaksi digital terhadap Financial Technology (Fintech) dengan Model E-Money Go-Pay di Purwokerto. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan metode angket (kuisioner) dan wawancara (interview) dari responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara nonprobabilitas (nonacak) berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan oleh peneliti dan dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang dihimpun sebanyak 518 responden dari 4 Kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Banyumas yaitu Kecamatan Purwokerto Selatan, Barat, Timur dan Utara dengan ketentuan bahwa responden adalah pengguna Go-Pay di Kabupaten Banyumas. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu masyarakat kota Purwokerto telah banyak menggunakan E-Money Go-Pay dalam melaksanakan aktivitas hariannya terutama dalam hal bertransaksi secara digital. Terdapat hubungan model pembayaran, durasi pemakaian FinTech E-Money Go-Pay di kota Purwokerto, jumlah karakteristik responden sebagai pengguna dengan Useability, Reliability, Functionality, Efficiency dari fitur FinTech E-Money Go-Pay.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Kejelasan Sasaran Anggaran terhadap Kinerja Manajerial. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan kuesioner. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada Kepala Dinas, Kepala Bagian, dan Kepala Sub Bagian Staf (SKPD) Kabupaten Kebumen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai (SKPD) Kabupaten Kebumen. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan dari penelitian ini menunjukan hanya Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Manajerial karyawan di unit kerja daerah (SKPD) Kabupaten Kebumen sedangkan Kepuasan Kerja dan Kejelasan Sasaran Anggaran tidak mempengaruhi Kinerja Manajerial unit kerja daerah (SKPD) Kabupaten Kebumen.

Abstract

The main threat to modern organizations today is work stress, which has the potential to have a negative impact on employees and the organization. The impact of work stress, among others: work stress tends to make employee performance will decrease. Second, employee performance will not be optimal if experiencing heavy pressure at work. Third, work stress tends to make employees lazy to work so often absent. Fourth, employees often leave work without permission due to uncomfortable working conditions. Fifth, employees have a desire to leave the job because the workload is quite heavy. The purpose of this study is to prove that organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) affects work stress. The role of Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in reducing work stress in PT MK employees is significant, this is indicated by the influence of OCB on work stress, with a regression test with y = -0,756x + 60,038 with y = job stress and x = OCB, P value = 0.00 also means that the correlation between OCB and work stress is very significant. Contribution of OCB's influence on work stress by 77.9%. OCB's dominant behavior on employees will reduce work stress so that organizational goals will be achieved, namely optimal performance.
