Abstract

Stunting adalah permasalahan kesehatan yang masih menjadi perhatian pemerintah, termasuk di Kabupaten Gianyar. Desa Kedisan, Kecamatan Tegallalang menjadi salah satu lokus stunting dengan angka yang cukup tinggi. Di Desa Kedisan terdapat 34 balita stunting dengan jumlah yang tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan desa lainnya di Kecamatan Tegallalang. Pemerintah Kabupaten Gianyar dengan diterbitkannya Perbup No 77 Tahun 2021 tentang Percepatan Penurunan Stunting di Kabupaten Gianyar, melalui Tim Percepatan Penurunan Stunting (TPPS) telah mengimplementasikan berbagai program, termasuk peningkatan gizi dan edukasi pola gizi, guna menekan angka stunting. Namun, efektivitas program ini masih menjadi pertanyaan mengingat masih terdapat balita yang mengalami stunting meskipun intervensi telah dilakukan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas program peningkatan gizi dan edukasi pola gizi yang dilaksanakan oleh TPPS di Desa Kedisan. Fokus utama adalah mengevaluasi implementasi program serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penghambat dalam menurunkan stunting. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 13 informan yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data menurut Miles & Huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Evaluasi efektivitas program dilakukan dengan menggunakan empat indikator dari Budiani (2017), yaitu ketepatan sasaran program, sosialisasi program, tujuan program, dan pemantauan program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program peningkatan gizi dan edukasi pola gizi yang dilakukan oleh TPPS telah memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya gizi seimbang. Namun, efektivitas program ini masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat, dan koordinasi antarinstansi yang perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Program Posyandu di Desa Jeblok Kecamatan Talun, Kabupaten Blitar, merupakan ujung tombak pelayanan kesehatan dasar bagi ibu hamil, balita, dan lansia. Namun implementasi belum optimal karena tingkat partisipasi masyarakat masih rendah. Hambatan yang teridentifikasi meliputi keterbatasan waktu akibat beban domestik, rendahnya literasi kesehatan, persepsi manfaat kunjungan rutin, ketidaksesuaian jadwal layanan dengan waktu luang warga, serta koordinasi yang belum padu antara kader, tenaga kesehatan, dan pemerintah desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tingkat partisipasi warga dalam penyelenggaraan Posyandu serta menganalisis faktor penghambat dan pendorong partisipasi. Studi dirancang dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang mengacu pada tipologi partisipasi masyarakat; data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kader, tenaga kesehatan, perangkat desa, dan warga sasaran, observasi kegiatan Posyandu, serta telaah dokumen operasional. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik melalui tahapan kondensasi data, penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan guna menjamin kredibilitas temuan. Luaran diharapkan memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai keterlibatan warga pada tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pemantauan Posyandu, sekaligus merumuskan strategi peningkatan yang kontekstual antara lain penyesuaian jadwal layanan, penguatan kapasitas kader, dan penguatan kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk mengoptimalkan mutu dan jangkauan pelayanan kesehatan desa

Abstract

One of the most important components in the provision of public services is service quality. Reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles are the main components of high-quality public services. This study aims to analyze the quality of public service in population administration at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bima City, as well as to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. Population administration services represent one of the government’s basic services to the community, such as the issuance of Family Cards (KK), Electronic Identity Cards (E-KTP), and Civil Registration Certificates. The method used in this study was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the interactive approach of Miles and Huberman, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the quality of public services in Bima City has not yet been fully optimized. Based on the five dimensions of service quality proposed by Zeithaml, Berry, and Parasuraman namely tangibles.

Abstract

Technological advancements and globalization have driven the transformation of public services through e-Government, including the digitalization of business licensing in Indonesia via the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. OSS aims to integrate licensing services across ministries, agencies, and local governments; however, its implementation faces challenges such as limited digital literacy, uneven network infrastructure, and geographic constraints, particularly in remote areas. This study examines the transformation of OSS in Sintang Regency, from its initial implementation to the broader context of improved service access, with the Mall Pelayanan Publik (MPP) mentioned as a supporting facility. A qualitative case study approach was employed using secondary data, including regulations, OSS implementation documents, DPMPTSP Sintang performance reports, and relevant literature. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. Findings indicate that OSS transformation progressively enhances service quality and user satisfaction, supported by organizational capacity, clear SOPs, and staff training, demonstrating an adaptive model bridging social, technical, and geographic gaps in digital public services.

Abstract

The phenomenon of sustainability is currently a major concern in the business world, as there are increasing demands for companies to not only be profit-oriented but also responsible toward the environment and society. Green accounting and environmental performance are two essential elements that reflect a company’s commitment to sustainability principles. This study aims to analyze the influence of green accounting and environmental performance on the profitability of companies listed in the SRI-KEHATI Index during the 2022–2024 period. Green accounting is proxied by environmental disclosure based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards 2021 indicators, environmental performance is measured using the Program for Pollution Control, Evaluation, and Rating (PROPER) ranking, and profitability is measured by Return on Assets (ROA). The analytical method employed is panel data regression using the Random Effect Model (REM) approach, preceded by a series of classical assumption tests and logarithmic transformations to meet the normality assumption. The results show that, partially, neither environmental disclosure nor environmental performance significantly affects company profitability. However, simultaneously, both variables have a significant influence on profitability, supporting legitimacy theory and emphasizing the importance of integrating sustainability aspects into business strategies. These findings imply that companies and investors should pay greater attention to sustainability as part of long-term financial objectives while contributing to the development of environmental accounting literature in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of implementing Good Governance principles within a digital-based logistics management system at Warehouse OPT Zone 4A of PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan as part of the broader digital governance transformation in Indonesia’s State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN). Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through field observation, in-depth interviews with four key informants, and analysis of digital documents from the SAP (System Application and Product) system during June–August 2025. The findings indicate that SAP implementation has significantly improved operational efficiency and accountability, with 94% material receipt accuracy, 82% audit compliance, and only 2.7% delivery delays. The system enhances internal accountability through automated reporting and audit trails while improving coordination across divisions. However, external accountability and public transparency remain limited, as data openness has not yet been institutionalized. Key challenges include limited warehouse capacity, uneven human resource readiness, and dependency on digital infrastructure. Theoretically, this study contributes to the integration of Good Governance and digital governance concepts within State-Owned Enterprises. Practically, it provides strategic recommendations to strengthen data-driven logistics governance, expand open data policies, and enhance digital literacy to achieve greater transparency and accountability in public sector management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand the level of consumer sensitivity, particularly among university students, towards corporate social responsibility, which influences their shopping choices on the e-commerce platform Shopee. In today's modern era, consumers in online shopping consider not only product price and quality, but also the moral and ethical values ​​​​embraced by the seller. This study used a descriptive quantitative method. The research sample consisted of 72 respondents, namely Public Administration students of Tidar University class of 2024, determined by the Slovin formula. Primary data were obtained through a closed questionnaire using a Likert scale, focusing on indicators of consumer sensitivity, corporate social responsibility, and purchasing decisions. The research findings revealed that student sensitivity to corporate social responsibility is very high. Most respondents are willing to pay more for products from sellers who implement good environmental practices, ensure gender equity for female employees, and contribute to job creation. Students also showed significant rejection of unethical businesses, with the percentage of agreeing/strongly agreeing reaching 86.2% to avoid stores with bad reputations and 73.6% to boycott sellers who are not socially responsible. The conclusion of this study confirms that social responsibility and ethics in business have become the main factors, more important than price and quality, in influencing student loyalty and purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Gila Marketing and product innovation on purchase intention and their impact on the sales turnover of aromatherapy candles in Surabaya. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 93 respondents who had purchased aromatherapy candle products. Data were collected using structured questionnaires measured on a Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS to test both partial and simultaneous effects among variables. The results indicate that Gila Marketing has a positive and significant effect on sales turnover, while product innovation does not have a significant effect. Purchase intention also shows a positive and significant influence on sales turnover and is identified as the most dominant variable in the regression model. The regression equation obtained is Y = 0.271 + 0.368X1 + 0.144X2 + 0.462X3 + e, which demonstrates that an increase in purchase intention contributes more strongly to sales turnover compared to other variables. These findings confirm that creative and unconventional marketing strategies are effective in stimulating consumer purchase intention, which subsequently enhances sales performance. Conversely, product innovation does not directly influence sales turnover, indicating that consumers place greater emphasis on product functionality, scent quality, and usability rather than design innovation. Overall, the study highlights that the integration of effective marketing strategies and strengthened consumer purchase intention plays a critical role in improving sales turnover, while product innovation functions as a supporting factor for long-term competitiveness in the aromatherapy candle market.
