This study aims to determine, test, and explain the effect of Leverage, Liquidity, and Profitability on Disclosure of Annual Financial Statements in Property Companies and Real Estate in Periods 2013-2016. This Study used quantitative approach, by testing classic assumptions, statistical analysis tools use multiple linear regression analysis. This study used secondary data types obtained through documentation techniques. Regression analysis used is multiple regression analysis and sampling techniques using a purposive sampling method, so 31 data samples from 49 Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2016 were obtained. The results are conclude that partially and simultaneously or together leverage, liquidity, and profitability affect the disclosure of annual financial statements on the Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2016.

Kemampuan belajar matematika siswa memerlukan peningkatan dari sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan. Selain itu, ini penting untuk secara maksimal mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter yakni minat belajar dalam pembelajaran matematika. Salah satu upayanya adalah mengimplementasikan komik matematika sebagai bahan ajar melalui pembelajaran kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keefektifan bahan ajar komik matematika dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi baris aritmatika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen yang melibatkan desain kelompok kontrol non-ekuivalen. Populasinya adalah XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Bilah Hulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahan ajar komik matematika efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa. Pada awalnya, hasil belajar keduanya termasuk dalam kategori baik, dan setelah diberi perlakuan terjadi peningkatan dalam kategori sangat baik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat digunakan oleh guru sebagai acuan dalam mengoptimalkan pembelajaran berbasis komik demi mendapatkan hasil belajar yang diinginkan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode role playing dan untuk mengetahui penggunaan metode role playing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam siswa kelas VIII MTs DDI Bontang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, artinya data penelitiannya menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penerapan metode role playing di MTs DDI ini diterapkan oleh guru Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam dengan tahapan pembelajaran yaitu pendahuluan, inti, dan penutup serta sesuai dengan perencanaan yang telah dibuat. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran tersebut, guru menerapkan metode role playing setelah pemberian materi pelajaran. Guru dapat menceritakan peristiwa yang diperankan, sambil memberikan contoh adegan yang diperankan. Setelah itu, guru memanggil para siswa yang sudah ditunjuk untuk memerankan tokoh yang sudah dipersiapkan. Sebagai tindak lanjut siswa dapat berdiskusi kemudian melakukan tanya jawab. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, bisa dikatakan berhasil. Hal ini dilihat dari grafik peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan metode role playing, dari hasil wawancara dengan guru mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayan Islam dan siswa kelas VIII serta hal ini dibuktikan juga dengan hasil jawaban siswa yang tepat pada saat tes tanya jawab setelah selesai menerapkan metode role playing di kelas.

The lack of knowledge of the community and the younger generation about folklore in their own area makes the life values contained in them just get buried. This study aims to describe the values of life in the folklore of Rejang Lebong. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a content analysis approach. Value data collection techniques, namely documentation studies and literature studies with data sources in the form of documents from the Rejang Lebong folklore in the form of quotations showing life values which are analyzed by reading, identifying, classifying, describing, and presenting research results based on life-values theory according to Haris Supratno. The results showed that twenty Rejang Lebong folktales reflected life values which included educational values (motivation (spirit), interest (aspirations), high curiosity), religious values (grateful, praying, worshiping), moral values (attitude qanaah, persistent, patient, never give up, tolerance, warm-hearted, honest, responsible, polite, confident, trustworthy), leadership values (good leader attitude, wise, realistic, creative, innovative), heroic values (warrior nationalism spirit valiant), the value of courage (trying new things, defending the truth), the value of simplicity (simple in living life without exaggeration), the value of mutual cooperation (help, cooperation), the value of sacrifice (voluntary in fighting for the truth, family, lover).

This study aims to analyze the impact of the existence of the Muara Fajar Waste Disposal Site (TPA) in Pekanbaru on the income of the surrounding community. The research method employed is a qualitative approach, with data collection through in-depth interviews with community members involved in activities at the TPA, including scavengers, waste managers, and other economically impacted residents. The results show that the presence of Muara Fajar TPA has a positive impact on the increase in income for the surrounding community, particularly through waste management activities such as sorting, collecting recyclable items, and processing organic waste. Most informants reported an increase in income after being involved in TPA activities, although difficulties remain in meeting basic needs such as school fees, especially for higher education. This study concludes that while the TPA contributes to the economic well-being of the community, significant challenges remain in managing family finances and meeting educational needs. Therefore, it is recommended to develop sustainable community empowerment programs and provide educational support for low-income families to improve their overall well-being.

This study aims to describe the values of life in the Rejang Lebong folklore, which is based on the community and the younger generation who do not know folklore in their own area so they do not know the values in it. This is due to the many media that attract more attention to be heard and seen, such as television, cell phones, social media; facebook, instagram, tiktok and so on. In fact, there are actually many benefits that can be drawn from various folklore that are still alive in society. Through folklore, we can find out the values of life that are very useful for the present because these values are related to each other in living life and can be instilled in us to become even better human beings. This type of descriptive research uses a content analysis approach. Data collection techniques used library research, data analysis techniques by reading, identifying, classifying, describing and presenting research results based on Haris Supratno's theory of life values. The results showed that the nine values contained in the Rejang Lebong folklore are in accordance with Haris Supratno's theory of life values, namely educational values, religious values, moral values, leadership values, heroism values, courage values, simplicity values, mutual cooperation values and sacrifice values. This research aims to develop e-modules of Pancasila Education based on Project- Based Learning (PjBL) with the help of AI-Powered Interactive Content to support the strengthening of the character of high school students. The development process follows the ADDIE model which consists of the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The analysis stage was conducted through teacher interviews, student questionnaires, as well as curriculum and literature studies to identify the need for relevant teaching materials, student characteristics, and materials that support character value learning. The product was developed in the form of a flipbook-based interactive digital e-module that contains materials, collaborative project activities, QR-code learning videos, and character reflection elements. Validation was conducted by material, media, and language experts, with the results showing a very high level of validity in the aspects of content, language, and visual design. The practicality test involved three teachers and thirty students, resulting in an average score of 3.810 and 3.646 which indicated that the e-module was classified as very practical to use. The effectiveness test through pretest and posttest in the experimental class showed a significant increase in learning outcomes (p < .001), with Cohen's d of 3.393. In addition to cognitive improvement, character values such as caring, responsibility, and cooperation were also strengthened based on teacher assessment and student self-assessment. Based on these findings, the e-module is declared valid, practical, and effective as an alternative learning media that is contextual and relevant to the needs of the digital generation

Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di Indonesia terus meningkat. Kematian ibu disebabkan oleh perdarahan pasca persalinan, pre-eklampsia dan sepsis.. Ketidakpuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan Antenatal care menjadi penyebab tidak langsung dari tingginya angka kematian ibu. Kepuasan pasien terbagi menjadi 5 dimensi yaitu tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan antenatal care di Praktek Mandiri Bidan Delima di Wilayah Sumatera Barat. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kombinasi (Mix Methode) dengan model urutan pembuktian (sequential explanatory). Penelitian dilakukan di beberapa Praktek Mandiri Bidan Delima di Wilayah Sumatera Barat pada bulan September-Oktober Tahun 2023. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner secara online oleh responden. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 106 responden dengan metode Accidental sampling. Informan pada penelitian kualitatif ini adalah 3 orang ibu hamil yang melakukan ANC dan 3 orang keluarga ibu hamil. Dilakukan analisa data dengan metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebagian besar Ibu hamil yang menerima pelayanan Bidan Delima di wilayah Sumatera Barat sangat puas dengan pelayanan ANC yang diberikan. Tingkat kepuasan yang baik menunjukkan mutu pelayanan yang baik. Hasil penelitian kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan Bidan Delima sudah baik.

Calcaneus spur is a cartilage disease that occurs in the heel area so it can affect the sufferer's activities. The symptoms felt are pain, limited range of joint movement, and decreased muscle strength. The physiotherapy examination carried out in this case included pain examination with the Visual Analogue Scale, range of motion with a goniometer, muscle strength with Manual Muscle Testing and functional activity with the Foot Ankle Disability Index. The modalities used are ultrasound (US) therapy and exercise therapy. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of physiotherapy management on the condition of left calcaneal spurs using Ultrasound (US) and Exercise Therapy modalities. The research was conducted at the Kajen General Hospital, Pekalongan Regency with a descriptive analytical research design. The research subjects were patients with left calcaneus spur conditions with Ultrasound (US) and Exercise Therapy modalities. Data collection and analysis methods use the autoanamnesis method, as well as pain examination instruments, examination of joint range of motion, and functional activities. The results of the study were 4 treatments: (1) pain decreased (2) there was an increase in range of motion (3) there was no increase in muscle strength. (4) there is an increase in daily functional activities. The research concludes that physiotherapy intervention using Ultrasound (US) and Exercise Therapy can reduce the problems caused by the condition of the left calcaneus spur, namely reducing pain, increasing joint range of motion, and increasing functional activity.
