Abstract

Gout arthritis is the desease which attack Joint excess purin in blood that causes pain, swelling and redness in Joints. This research was conducted to identify the effect before and after in giving red ginger compression in decreasing pain level of Gout Arthritis on elderly. Research design used Quasy eksperiment Pre-test post-test with involved control group and treatment control. Population are all of erderly suffered Gout Arthrtis at puskesmas Tolangohula Kabupaten Gorontalo there are 20 respondents. Red ginger compression done 2 times a day on pain Joints, red ginger compression assessment before and after treatment which used independent T-test on significance level 95 % (a=0,05). The result showed there is differences on pain level before and after in giving red ginger compression with p value 0,000<a-0,05.

Abstract

The aim of this reseach was to know the effecting of abulation about incidence of insomnia on elderly in social rehabilition of Tresna Werdha (PSTW) at Gorontalo city. Design of research used Quasi Experiment with design of Non Equivalent control group pre - post test. Taken of sample through accidental sampling with the total 30 respondent that used statical test paired samples T-tes. The result of this research showed that on experiment group has effecting of abulation about incidence of insomnia on elderly that found the significant value in the beginning and the end P = 0.000 ≤ α 0,05 while the control group there not has ablution effecting on incidence of insomniain elderly got the significant value at the beginning of the meeting P = 0.334 ≥ α 0.05 and the end of the meeting of P = 0.054 ≥ α = 0.05.

Abstract

Breastfeeding is the first food, main, and best for the baby, and natural. Breastfeeding  contains a variety of nutrients needed in the process of growth and development of the baby. Unfortunately, the understanding of mothers, families, and communities about the importance of breastfeeding for the baby is lack. As the result, the program of exclusive breastfeeding is not optimum. Breastfeeding is one way to connect the inner soul between mother and children. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between mother’s knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding and mother’s behavior on exclusive breastfeeding in the work area of Mongolato Medical Center, Telaga District, Gorontalo Regency. The study design used was a descriptive cross-sectional design. Population and sample are all mothers with infants aged 1 to 2 years who live in the work area of Mongolato Medical Center, Telaga District, Gorontalo Regency. The number of population was 53 mothers and the sample taken was 44 mothers. Sampling technique used was total sampling technique. The result show that there is a relationship between mother’s knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding and mother’s behavior on exclusive breastfeeding in the work area of Mongolato Medical Center, Telaga Disctrict, Gorontalo Regency.This study is expected to add the experience and insight of the researcher especially in terms of research on mother’s knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding and mother’s behavior and also as a reference and comparison for future researches.

Abstract

Asuhan keperawatan dengan metode tim bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kerja sama dan koordinasi perawat dalam melaksanakan tugas, memungkinkan adanya transfer of knowledge dan transfer of expriences do antara perawat serta meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan metode asuhan keperawatan tim dengan tingkat kepuasan kerja perawat. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 35 orang dengan tehnik penarikan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar MAK tim optimal dengan tingkat kepuasan kerja perawat rata-rata perawat puas, hasil analisis data menunjukan nilai pValue=0,002<0,05. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara metode asuhan keperawatan tim dengan tingkat kepuasan kerja perawat. Saran untuk perawat saling menghargai sesama perawat dan aturan yang diterapkan oleh ketua tim agar MAK tim dapat berjalan dengan optimal. Untuk RSUD dr. Hasri Ainun Habibie memperhatiakan perawat yang bekerja serta meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat agar pelayanan yang diberikan optimal.

Abstract

Hand hygiene is activities to clean hands with alcohol-based soap and water (hand wash) or (hand rub), washing hands also acts as a breaker of disease transmission chain. Nurse hand hygiene behaviour can affect the health of nurses and clients in preventing the transmission of HAIs (Health care associated infection) infection. The objective of research was to determine correlation of nurse knowledge level with the compliance implementation of hand hygiene. The design used quantitative analytic with cross sectional method. The samples were 34 respondents used total sampling technique. The variables researched include the dependent variable is compliance with the implementation of hand hygiene and the independent variable is nurses' knowledge. The method of collecting data used questionnaire with the observation and analysis used chi square test with significance value α=0,05. The result showed there are significance correlations with P value=0,003 which means small than α value=0,05. Concluded there is correlation of nurse knowledge level with the compliance implementation of hand hygiene in interna room of RSUD Toto Kabila.

The objective of this research is to find out Soak Feet on Warm Water Therapy with Combination of Dzikir on hypertension Incidence at Puskesmas Dungaliyo. Design of research used pre-eksperiment design with one group pre test-post test approach. Abstract

The immunization activities conducted every month, while the problem is the implementation of immunitation in the social health centers of Tolangohula has not been achieved with UCI (Universal Child  immunization). The  purpose  of  the  this    research  was  to  determinate the  relationship of immunization and air pollution with the incedence of ISPA to baby in the social health centers of Tolangohula.The analiyze of the data that used in this research is the analiysis of univariate anad analiysis of bivariate. Based on the results of this research concluded that (a) the immunization status and air pollution related with the incidence of ISPA to baby in the social health centers of Tolangohula. (b) has a relationship of significant between  immunization status and air pollution with incidence of ISPA to baby in the social health centers of Tolangohula.

Abstract

Merokok merupakan salah satu masalah yang sulit dipecahkan. Sehingga merokok harus ditangani sebagai usaha sedini mungkin dengan pemberian informasi kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh informasi kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang bahaya merokok. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan quasy eksperimen pre-pos tes dengan rancangan Two Group pre-pos tes.  Populasi pada penelitian ini  berjumlah  87 siswa dan sampel 32 responden dengan pengambilan sampel secara  random dan analisis data menggunakan uji paired t-tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kelompok eksperimen  0,001 (p<0,05) dan kelompok kontrol 0,164 (p<0,05). Kesimpulannya terdapat pengaruh informasi kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan remaja di MAN 1 Pohuwato.

Abstract

Diabetes Melitus merupakan suatu penyakit menahun yang ditandai oleh kadar glukosa darah melebihi normal. Observasi awal yang dilakukan di Poliklinik Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Otanaha Kota Gorontalo diperoleh informasi bahwa 6 penderita diabetes melitus (37,5 %) tidak pernah melakukan kontrol gula darah, 2 penderita diabetes melitus (12,5 %) mengatakan bahwa tidak ada pengawasan dari keluarga dan 8 penderita diabetes melitus (50 %) tidak patuh dalam menjalani diet. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor apa yang berhubungan dengan ketidakpatuhan diet pada penderita diabetes melitus di Poliklinik Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Otanaha Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian survey dengan pendekatan cross sectional study dengan jumlah 38 responden, menggunakan accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner di ruangan Poliklinik Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Otanaha Kota Gorontalo. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa 20 responden (52,6 %) mempunyai pengetahuan kurang, 24 responden (63,2 %) tidak ada dukungan keluarga dan 20 responden (52,6 %) memanfaatkan sarana kesehatan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari ketiga variabel yakni pengetahuan tentang penyakit diabetes melitus, dukungan keluarga dan pemanfaatan sarana kesehatan mempunyai hubungan dengan ketidak patuhan diet pada penderita diabetes melitus di Poliklinik Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Otanaha Kota Gorontalo.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Talaga Jaya Health Center, Gorontalo District. The purpose of is to identify the effect of health promotion using counseling methods to increase pregnant women comprehension about immunization. The design of research was quasi one group pretest-posttest experiments. The population was all pregnant women with trismester I & II those are 98 people. The sample was 19 respondents. Health promotion was carried out 21 times in 3 weeks, an assessment of knowledge improvement before and after treatment using the Dependent T-test at a significance level of 95% (α = 0.05). The results showed an improvement of pregnant women comprehension before and after health promotion, with a p value of 0.001 <α-0.05. it can be concluded that there is an effect of health promotion using counseling methods to increase the comprehension of pregnant women about basic immunization.
