Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui serta menganalisis pengaruh strategi penetapan harga, kualitas produk dan digital marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian di UD Ragil Diesel Kepanjen. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan 205 responden dan kuesioner sebagai media pengumpul data utama dengan menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 205 responden dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0 for windows sebagai alat analisis. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil olah data menunjukkan sudah valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1). Harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. 2). Kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. 3). Digital marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. 4). Harga, kualitas produk, digital marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dengan adanya hasil penelitian tersebut disarankan untuk UD Ragil Diesel Kepanjen agar mempertahankan atau meningkatkan kualitas produk dan digital marketing. Sedangkan untuk strategi penetapan harga lebih ditingkatkan sesuai dengan deskripsi produk dan kualitas produk sehingga dapat menarik konsumen lebih luas.

Abstract

The price of an agricultural product significantly influences the enthusiasm of farmers in managing their agricultural land. Good or standard prices will lift the farmer's economy in certain products. In this study focused on the position of coffee farmers and coffee prices in Dampit Market, Malang Regency. The classic problem that arises is the absence of a definite benchmark price so that coffee farmers have no bargaining value for the agricultural products they produce. There is a custom, at the beginning of the harvest the price tends to improve but during the main harvest the price will drop or drop. Most of the existing coffee farmers are Muslim, thus the situation in the dampit market is interesting to study from the side of buying and selling that is legal according to Islam. Of course, because it is closely related to halal or haram assets obtained from the sale of coffee products produced by farmers. The purpose of this research will be to focus on whether or not the determination of the selling price of coffee in the dampit market is correct or not from the point of view of Islamic buying and selling. The method used is field interviews then energized with references and conclusions are drawn. In terms of outcomes, it is hoped that the target research results can be published in economic journals so that many people can read them. The resource persons who will be interviewed consist of coffee farmers and market players in Dampit Market Malang

Abstract

This research only focuses on examining the influence of Human Relations, communication between employees and the work environment on employee performance at the SALMAN SHOP which is located in the Pondok Pesantren area, Jl. Raya Ploso Ploso Hamlet, Ploso Village, Mojo District, Kediri Regency. In this research sampling technique, researchers used a saturated sampling method. The questionnaire was used as the main data collector with multiple linear regression as analysis. The results of calculations using SPSS show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Human Relations variable on employee performance. However, employee communication and work environment variables do not have a significant effect on employee performance. For this reason, Salman's shop must pay attention to the human relations of its employees so that performance is maintained

Abstract

In this research, the author intends to test the influence of employee training and development programs on the employee performance of PT Astra Internasional Tbk., AUTO2000 Malang Sutoyo. Data was collected using a questionnaire, distributed to 50 service employees. Testing was carried out using quantitative methods, especially multiple regression analysis. The research results show that partially the training program has no influence on employee performance. This is different from development programs which are proven to influence employee performance positively and significantly. However, simultaneously, the employee training and development program that has been carried out by PT. Astra Internasional Tbk., AUTO2000 Malang Sutoyo in the service section has been proven to influence employee performance. Keywords: Training, Development, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Prosocial behavior refers to genuine actions to provide assistance to others. The aim of this research is to explore the correlation between the need for affiliation and prosocial behavior tendencies within the Study Program Student Association at the Islamic State University of Raden Rahmat Malang (UNIRA Malang). This research method is quantitative with a correlational design, using accidental sampling techniques. A total of 134 student association members participated in this research. Data analysis was carried out using Pearson product moment correlation. The results of the research show that there is a very strong positive relationship (rxy = 0.857) between the need for affiliation and prosocial behavior in the UNIRA Malang Study Program Student Association. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a close relationship between the need for affiliation and prosocial behavior. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that the need for affiliation has a very strong positive relationship with prosocial behavior in the UNIRA Malang Study Program Student Association

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of CV Aneka Graphics Malang employees. The population of this research is 158 CV Aneka Graphics Malang employees, using a sample of 62 respondents. The sampling technique uses random sampling technique. The research methods used are quantitative methods and questionnaires for collecting data directly from respondents. Data analysis techniques in this research are using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test). The research results show that partially leadership has no significant effect on employee performance while work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, leadership and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study is to analyze the rate of return on capital in the DuPont Model System, in the Industrial Sector Companies of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative method which explanatory research, about the causal correlation relationship to determine the relationship between net profit margin, total asset turnover, and financial leverage to the rate of return on equity measured through Return on Equity, with a sampling of the population of the top ten constituents industrials. The results of the study, showing the rate of Return on Euqity, using the equation allow companies to see more clearly what drives the rate of return on equity and what is the relationship between net profit margin, asset turnover and debt ratio. Seven companies; ARNA, HEXA, IMPC, BNBR, ABMM, BHIT, BMTR ensure that the business that is being run is able to run well and get the expected profits. Three companies were able to record a return on capital based on the DuPont formula; ARNA, HEXA, and IMPC. The three companies were able to generate a return on equity from optimizing asset turnover, net profit, and equity indicators. The DuPont model concludes that companies can increase their return on equity by maintaining high profit margins, improving asset turnover, and utilizing their assets more effectively. The DuPont model approach gives the company's management two options; First, by increasing the overall asset turnover ratio through sales and operating income, which ultimately has an impact on the company's net profit level. Second, by increasing the company's assets through capital, both its own capital and capital obtained from debt

Abstract

Facing intense competition for similar services, GraPARI Telkomsel branch Jl. Letjen S. Parman No. 47 Purwantoro, Blimbing District, Malang City implements a marketing strategy through SWOT analysis by analyzing the internal and external environment. The aim of this research is to find out the right competitive strategy based on SWOT analysis. (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) which is implemented at GraPARI Telkomsel branch Jl. Letjen S. Parman No. 47 Purwantoro, Blimbing District, Malang City. The data collection method used by the author is observation and interviews to obtain primary data and secondary data, with descriptive analysis discussion techniques. Based on the SWOT Analysis Results, GraPARI Telkomsel branch Jl. Letjen S. Parman No. 47 Purwantoro, Blimbing District, Malang City is in the Strength-Opportunity Strategy (SO Strategy) position. This strategy uses internal strengths to make the most of opportunities. The results of the research above are the reason for providing advice that GraPARI Telkomsel branch Jl. Letjen S. Parman No. 47 Purwantoro, Blimbing District, Malang City needs to carry out an internal and external environmental analysis process considering the tight competition between companies with similar products

Abstract

Research on Conventional Commercial Banks aims to explore whether financial performance can be influenced by factors such as Non-Performing Loans, Operating Costs, Operating Income, and Cash Ratio. This study was conducted on Conventional Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2019-2022 period. The research method used was descriptive quantitative, with sample selection using a purposive random sampling method, which resulted in 10 commercial banks as research subjects. Data analysis was carried out using Financial Performance Assessment, Partial Least Square and Structural Equation Modeling techniques with the help of SmartPLS-3 statistical software. The research results show that there is a direct and positive influence, namely: 1) Non-Performing Loans  on Return on Assets  and Return on Equity, 2) Operating Costs Operating Income  on Return on Assets, Return on Equity, and Cash Ratio. On the other hand, there is a direct and negative influence, namely: 1) Operating Costs Operating Income on Non-Performing Loans, 2) Cash Ratio  on Return on Assets  and Return on Equity. Apart from that, the research results show that there are indirect and negative influences, such as: 1) Operational Costs Operational Income influences Return on Assets  through Non-Performing Loans and Cash Ratio, 2) Operational Costs Operating Income influences Return on Equity through Non-Performing Loans and Cash Ratio   Keywords: Non Performing Loans, Operational Costs Operational Income, Cash Ratio, Profitability

Abstract

This research aims to describe and discuss the influence of leadership on motivation and its impact on the work performance of the Hasyim Asy'ari Turen Malang Foundation employees. To be able to answer these objectives, this research uses a quantitative approach with path analysis. The research results show that: leadership has a significant effect on motivation; leadership has no significant effect on work performance; work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and; Leadership does not have a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation. For this reason, the Hasyim Asy'ari Turen Malang Foundation must maintain employee work motivation because it has been proven to have a significant effect on performance, but leadership which can influence employee behavior must be improved
