Abstract

This research aims to analyze discounts as a marketing strategy at PT Jaring Abadi Retailindo. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, namely by studying or researching aspects of written or oral speech which will produce descriptive data. The data collection technique was carried out using triangulation and data         analysis was inductive. The results of this research indicate that the marketing strategy used at PT Jaring Abadi Retailindo through providing discounts is to attract consumer attention. This strategy is used with the aim of generating consumers' desire to shop for products that are being discounted, furthermore consumers are also interested in looking at other products so that a desire to buy arises or what is usually referred to as an unplanned purchase (impulse purchase). Providing discounts is always associated with events organized by PT Jaring Abadi Retailindo, including discounts for members, discounts in the form of vouchers, discounts when it rains, discounts in the form of vouchers, discounts in the form of buy one get one, discounts at Eid al-Fitr events, Christmas, and the end of the year. Discounts are still very relevant to be used today by PT Jaring Abadi Retailindo, as a company strategy in positioning consumers as an important component that must be considered. This of course has an impact on the company's success in maintaining market position, product value and consumer loyalty so that it is not easily transferred to competing companies

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Media Sosial dan Dukungan Selebriti terhadap Keputusan Pembelian yang di mediasi oleh Kepercayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua teori yaitu Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk menguji hubungan antara media sosial dan keputusan pembelian serta Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB)  untuk menguji hubungan antara dukungan selebriti, kepercayaan, dan keputusan pembelian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen e-commerce Shopee di Kabupaten Malang. Adapun Analisa pada pengujian statistik menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan menggunakan bantuan alat berupa software SmartPLS version 4.1.0.0. Setelah dilakukan pengolahan olah data menunjukkan hasil bahwa: dukungan selebriti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen e-commerce Shopee di Kabupaten Malang. Dukungan selebriti tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada e-commerce Shopee di Kabupaten Malang. Kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada e-commerce Shopee di Kabupaten Malang. Media sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada e-commerce Shopee di Kabupaten Malang. Media sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen e-commerce Shopee di Kabupaten Malang. Media sosial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi variabel kepercayaan konsumen e-commerce Shopee di Kabupaten Malang. Dukungan selebriti berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi variabel kepercayaan konsumen e-commerce Shopee di Kabupaten Malang. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan agar lebih cermat lagi dalam menentukan strategi pemasaran, sehingga mengefisiensi strategi yang akan dirancang ke depannya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, leverage dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap financial distress yang dimoderasi oleh ukuran perusahaan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji MRA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap financial distress, leverage secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap financial distress, secara parsial sales growth tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress, secara simultan likuiditas, leverage dan sales growth berpengaruh terhadap financial distress, firm size memperlemah pengaruh likuiditas terhadap financial distress, perusahaan size memperlemah pengaruh leverage terhadap financial distress, dan firm size memperlemah pengaruh sales growth terhadap financial distress.

Abstract

Retribusi daerah merupakan salah satu penyumbang pendapatan daerah, terutama dengan pungutan terminal. Pemerintah daerah harus dapat mengelola pungutan terminal secara bijak dan efisien sehingga dana retribusi dapat disalurkan dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan penerimaan pungutan terminal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan solusi atas permasalahan terkini berdasarkan data yang ada. Pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan mendapatkan gambaran potensi, efektivitas, dan efisiensi retribusi terminal di Dinas Perhubungan Kecamatan Kepanjen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah data primer dan sekunder. Berdasarkan analisis potensi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa potensi retribusi terminal di Dinas Perhubungan Kecamatan Kepanjen termasuk dalam kategori primadona dan merupakan sektor andalan bagi pemerintah Kabupaten Malang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, efektivitas penerimaan retribusi terminal di Dinas Perhubungan Desa Talangagung Kecamatan Panpanjen belum efektif. Sementara itu, berdasarkan analisis proyeksi tren, proyeksi penerimaan pungutan terminal di wilayah Kecamatan Kepanjen Kabupaten Malang untuk tiga tahun ke depan memiliki tren positif atau tren yang cenderung meningkat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product completeness (X1) and price (X2) variables on consumer loyalty (Y) at CV. Pramita Kediri. This type of research is quantitative research which is used to test the relationship of a variable to other variables which emphasizes the analysis on numbers processed using statistical methods. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection used a purposive sampling method, the number of samples in the study was 83 respondents from CV. Pramita Kediri. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. From the results of the research, it shows that the variables Product Completeness and Price influence Consumer Loyalty to CV. Pramita Kediri. The research results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.569 + 0.574 Price has a partially significant effect on consumer loyalty with a sig result of 0.000 < 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that product completeness and price have a simultaneous and significant effect on consumer loyalty to CV. Pramita Kediri.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the variables discipline (X1) and work ethic (X2) on work effectiveness (Y) at CV. Pramita Kediri. This type of research is quantitative research which is used to test the relationship of a variable to other variables which emphasizes the analysis on numbers processed using statistical methods. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection used the saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the study was 35 respondents from CV. Pramita Kediri. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. From the results of the research, it shows that the Discipline and Work Ethic variables have an influence on Work Effectiveness at CV. Pramita Kediri. The research results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y = - 8.752 + 0.834 Work Ethic has a partially significant effect on work effectiveness with a sig result of 0.003 < 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that Discipline and Work Ethic have a simultaneous and significant effect on Work Effectiveness at CV. Pramita Kediri

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of workload, work environment, and work motivation on nurses' job satisfaction at Wava Husada Hospital. To achieve this goal, this research uses quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that workload partially has a significant effect on the job satisfaction of Wava Husada Hospital nurses, the work environment partially has a significant effect on the work satisfaction of Wava Husada Hospital nurses, work motivation partially has a significant effect on the job satisfaction of Wava Husada Hospital nurses. Workload, work environment, and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of nurses at Wava Husada Hospital. For this reason, the management of Wava Husada Hospital can still balance the workload of nurses with their abilities and maintain the work environment and work motivation of its nurses

Abstract

This study examines the marketing strategies employed for the iB BSR deposit product at BPRS Bumi Rinjani Kepanjen, amid intense competition from other financial institutions. Adopting a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and literature reviews. The findings reveal that the marketing strategy encompasses an inclusive target market determination, the application of the 4P marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion), and promotional efforts via social media, official websites, and direct services. The iB BSR deposit, grounded in a mudharabah mutlaqah contract, offers competitive profit-sharing ratios (31%-34%), flexible tenors (1, 3, 6, and 12 months), and security guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS). Supporting factors include customer trust and digital accessibility, while challenges involve limited customer education and competition from conventional banks. These findings are expected to enhance customer acquisition and strengthen BPRS Bumi Rinjani Kepanjen’s position in the Islamic banking market

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of social support, employee engagement, and work life balance both partially and simultaneously on the job satisfaction of employees of PT Dian Indah Logam Palembang branch. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The total employee population at PT Dian Indah Logam Palembang branch is 80 respondents. The technique for determining the number of samples uses saturated sampling. Data analysis used data quality tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis with t-test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and R-test. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Social support, employee engagement, and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Dian Indah Logam Palembang branch.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of providing incentives and work discipline both partially and significantly on employee performance at the South Sumatra Regional Civil Service Agency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population used in the inbi study is the total number of employees of the South Sumatra Regional Civil Service Agency. The technique of determining the number of samples uses saturated sampling which is the entire population used in the research sample, which is as many as 70 respondents. Data analysis used data quality tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis with t-test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and R-test. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of used car employees at the South Sumatra Regional Civil Service Agency. The provision of incentives and work discipline simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the South Sumatra Regional Civil Service Agency.
