Abstract

Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning villages as an affirmative policy so that villages can carry out various forms of development in all fields, both the village government sector, the village development implementation sector, the village community development sector, and the village community empowerment sector. So that villages can freely shape themselves and their respective images in accordance with the identity of the villaget. The research was conducted using qualitative methods through, namely: 1. Primary data 2. Secondary data. It can be through documents, reports and other sources that have relevance to the object of research, namely data that is already available in Palaan Village, Ngajum District, Malang Regency. is supporting data obtained indirectly by informants.The results of this study are that the role of local wisdom in Palaan village with the ongoing development of the village community will have a very significant relationship. This has become part of the customary beliefs and traditions that have developed in society so far, so that preservation is needed for future continuation, as modernization continues to develop. Local wisdom that is cultural in nature such as traditional ceremonies is carried out in the context of pre-implementation of activities for infrastructure development, while the values ​​contained in this culture have not received a formal budget portion in the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) in Palaan Village

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job insecurity, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention at PT.Glow Kediri. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population used in this study are employees who work at PT. Glow Kediri who are still actively working until 2022 are 74 people. The sample used in this study is daily/volume employees in the sewing department who are still working until February 2022 with a total sample of 47 people. The sampling method used in this study used purposive sampling. Data processing in this study uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test and F test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this study is that job insecurity has a partially negative effect on employee turnover intention with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Job satisfaction has a partial negative effect on turnover intention with a significance value of 0.004 <0.05. Organizational commitment has a partial negative effect on turnover intention with a significance value of 0.047 <0.05. job insecurity, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a simultaneous negative effect on turnover intention with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Keywords: Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) The positive effect of product quality on customer loyalty, 2) The positive effect of price on customer loyalty, 3) The influence of product quality and price simultaneously or together on customer loyalty Cigarettes Gudang Baru, Kepanjen, Malang Regency. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires about product quality, price, and customer loyalty to 100 respondents. Data analysis using Multiple Regression Test. The results of the study show 1) Service quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty, 2) Price has no effect on customer loyalty, 3) Service quality and price simultaneously or jointly affect customer loyalty for Gudang Baru cigarettes

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan banyak terjadinya pelanggaran dari para pelaku bisnis yang berusaha mempertahankan usahanya dengan menghalalkan segala cara untuk mendapatkan hasil yang diharapkan termasuk dalam menentukan strategi pemasarannya, sehingga mengandung perilaku tidak Etis atau keluar dari prinsip Etika Bisnis Islam. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan strategi pemasaran untuk mengembalikan eksistensi para pelaku bisnis pasca pandemi Covid-19. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara , dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi data, memaparkan data (display data), dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan CV. Setia pasca pandemi yaitu menggunakan model bauran pemasaran 7p yang mencakup product, price, promotion, place, people, process, dan physical evidence, 2) CV. Setia Reksa Amanah dalam menerapkan strategi pemasarannya sudah sesuai dengan etika bisnis islam, hal ini dibuktikan dengan sudah terpenuhinya prinsip etika bisnis islam yang diterapkan, yang meliputi prinsip kesatuan, keseimbangan, kebenaran, tanggungjawab dan kehendak bebas. Namun yang menjadi kekurangan yaitu terdapat pada prinsip kesatuan, lebih tepatnya pada strategi promosi yang mana dalam promosi melalui media online belum secara maksimal menyampaikan informasi secara detail dan terperinci terkait produk yang ditawarkan dan hal lain terkait perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan komparasi portofolio saham berbasis CAPM dan APT. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah saham BUMN yang konsisten termasuk dalam indeks saham IDX BUMN20 periode pengamatan tahun 2018 - 2021. Hasil penelitian ini adalah nilai beta mempengaruhi expected return. Berdasarkan CAPM, expected return tertinggi ditunjukkan oleh saham ANTM ditunjukkan oleh saham BBTN yang memiliki nilai beta terendah. Berdasarkan APT, saham ANTM memiliki nilai beta faktor serta expected return tertinggi sedangkan, nilai beta faktor dan expected return terendah ditunjukkan oleh saham BBRI. Pembentukan portofolio dapat memperkecil risiko dan mengoptimalkan return investasi. Portofolio kombinasi lima sekuritas terbaik berdasarkan CAPM menghasilkan return sebesar 148% dengan risiko sebesar 6,09 yang mana risiko tersebut lebih kecil dari pada risiko investasi pada saham individual. Sedangkan portofolio yang terdiri dari kombinasi lima sekuritas terbaik berdasarkan model APT menghasilkan return portofolio sebesar 29% dengan risiko yang menyertainya sebesar 0,03, risiko tersebut juga lebih kecil dibandingkan risiko pada saham individual. Investor sebaiknya memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pergerakan saham, dalam hal ini adalah pergerakan pasar modal dan faktor makroekonomi. Pemodal risk averter disarankan mengimplementasikan model CAPM dan pemodal risk indifference sebaiknya menggunakan model APT dalam memprediksi saham

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of socialpreneurship and technopreneurship simultaneously on product development, to determine the influence of socialpreneurship on product development, and to determine the influence of technopreneurship on product development for MSMEs in Karangrejo village, Malang Regency. The research method is quantitative research using a questionnaire. The respondents of this research are MSME entrepreneurs in Karangrejo Village, Malang Regency. Data mining was carried out using data collection techniques using a Likert scale, with 80 respondents from a total population of 100 people. Based on the analysis carried out, the first conclusion is obtained, there is a significant influence of socialpreneurship and technopreneurship simultaneously on product development; secondly, there is a significant influence of socialpreneurs on product development; thirdly, there is a significant influence of technopreneurship on product development

Abstract

The background of this research is because the traditional market and Toko Kita have decreased in the number of consumers, the longer the market is getting quieter so the authors want to know whether price, service quality and promotion affect purchasing decisions at traditional markets and Toko Kita in Pringu Village. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The population used are traders and visitors at traditional markets and at "Toko Kita" provided that they have shopped at the place at least once. Respondents in this study were 100 people with the provisions of simple random sampling. The data analysis technique uses validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and F test using the help of SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that price and service quality affect purchasing decisions. while promotion has no effect on purchasing decisions at traditional markets and supermarkets "Toko Kita"

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, (2) the effect of the work environment on employee performance, (3) the effect of compensation on employee performance (4) the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is the employees of Hotel Insumo Palace Kediri as many as 60 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% indicate that: (1) there is no partial and significant influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. The sig value is 0.064 > 0.05. (2) there is a partial and significant influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance. The value of sig 0.000 < 0.05. (3) there is a partial and significant effect of compensation on employee performance. The value of sig 0.000 < 0.00. (4) the simultaneous influence of Working Period, Work Environment and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance. The value of sig 0.000 < 0.05. the regression equation is obtained with the value of Y = 4.249 +(- 0.384)X1 + 0.93X2 + 1.595X3

Abstract

In this research activity, measurement of financial performance is carried out using ratio analysis including liquidity, solvency and profitability. Data was collected at the Kerto Mulyo Women's Group Cooperative from 2015 - 2019. The research approach used quantitative methods, data sources and research objects were obtained based on the annual report of the Kerto Mulyo Women's Group Cooperative. The results of the analysis that has been carried out are obtained by measuring the financial performance of Cooperatives for Liquidity Ratios through current ratios and cash ratios. Measurement through the current ratio gives financial performance results in a very healthy condition, while measurement through the cash ratio is in an unhealthy condition. Furthermore, for the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is obtained a measure of the Cooperative's financial performance for the Solvability Ratio through Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Asset (DAR). Performance measurement through Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) results are obtained in a healthy condition, while measurements through Debt to Asset (DAR) are in a healthy condition. Furthermore, the financial performance of Cooperatives for Profitability Ratios is measured through Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Assets (ROA). Measurements through Return on Equity (ROE) obtained healthy financial performance conditions, while measurements through Return on Assets (ROA) were in fairly healthy condition. Measurement through Net Profit Margin (NPM) is in very good condition.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the influence of leadership and career development on employee performance, both directly and indirectly. The design of this study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods using a questionnaire on employees of PT Pindad Enjiniring Indonesia with a sample of 56 employees. The analytical method in this study uses path analysis (Path Analisys). The results in this study indicate the influence of: (1) leadership has a significant direct effect on career development. (2) leadership is not directly significant to employee performance. (3) career development directly has a significant effect on employee performance. (4) Leadership indirectly has no significant effect on employee performance through career development. For this reason, if a leader wants to improve employee performance by paying attention to employee career development.
