Penulis harus menyatakan bahwa artikel yang dikirim ke Jurnal JIBE tidak dikirim atau dipublikasikan ke jurnal lain. Penentuan artikel yang dimuat di Jurnal JIBE melalui proses review oleh tim dewan redaksi Jurnal JIBE dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain: terpenuhinya persyaratan baku publikasi jurnal, metode riset yang digunakan, signifikansi, dan kontribusi hasil penelitian terhadap keilmuan manajemen perekonomi islam/ konvensonal.

Abstract

Employees who are engaged, committed, passionate, and passionate about their work exhibit high levels of job involvement. In this article, the literature on employee engagement is reviewed using studies from academic and corporate sources. The definition of employee job engagement, how it is assessed, how often it occurs, the consequences of disengagement, the business benefits associated with positive engagement, and changes that might be made in the workplace to promote engagement are some of the areas of concern. Employers are now aware that they can develop a more effective and productive workforce by concentrating on employee engagement. Without intentional involvement and engagement of the workforce, no improvement initiative launched by management can succeed. The results show that a workplace behavioral health approach that targets supervisory communication, job design, resource support, working conditions, business culture, and leadership style can promote job involvement in increasing the profitability of a company. In a case study of an organization that tracks employee engagement and uses data to improve workplace culture, employee talent and employee performance can increase company profitability so the implications for improving behavioral health offerings and employee assistance providers can be optimized

Abstract

Bitcoin merupakan salah satu Cryptocurrency yang nilainya paling tinggi di antara mata uang kripto yang lain. Namun legalitas Bitcoin sendiri belum diakui oleh Indonesia dan banyak negara lain sebagai alat bayar yang sah, namun diperbolehkan untuk dijadikan sebagai aset investasi. Di tengah harga Bitcoin dan popularitasnya yang sangat tinggi, tiba-tiba terjadi penurunan pasca temuan varian virus Covid-19 yang baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang sebab jatuhnya nilai Bitcoin setelah ditetapkannya varian Covid-19 baru Omicron sebagai varian yang harus diwaspadai oleh seluruh negara di dunia. Penelitian ini berjenis Library Research dengan sumber data berupa pemberitaan yang dimuat oleh CNBC Indonesia pada tanggal 5 Desember 2021, menggunakan metode analisis isi (Content Analysis). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah jatuhnya harga Bitcoin disebabkan oleh ketakutan para pemegang saham dan aset-aset beresiko tinggi lainnya karena adanya pemberitaan tentang kemungkinan terjadinya lockdown di berbagai negara, sehingga para investor tersebut melepas aset-aset beresiko yang mereka miliki, termasuk Bitcoin sebagai aset baru yang masih mengalami volatilitas sangat tinggi sehingga dianggap beresiko

Abstract

Improving employee performance is one of the efforts made by every company or organization to achieve a goal. In a company there are factors to improve performance, one of which is work motivation and work discipline. This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) the effect of work motivation on employee performance, (2) the effect of work discipline on employee performance and (3) the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Department of Industry and Trade of Malang Regency. This research is a quantitative study using the SPSS version 23 data processing program. The sample in this study was 56 employees. In analyzing the data using descriptive analysis method, multiple linear regression analysis, using the t test and F test. The results showed that partially or simultaneously work motivation and work discipline affect employee performance. In the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) a value of 0.548 is obtained. This shows that the magnitude of the influence of work motivation and work discipline is 54.8%.

Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu kelemahan koperasi pada umumnya adalah minimnya peran keseluruhan anggota dalam koperasi tersebut, minimnya peran yang dimaksud disitu adalah minim peran dalam mengemukakan pendapat, minim peran dalam ikut serta mengembangkan koperasi serta minim peran dalam mendapatkan informasi. Usaha solusi yang dilakukan koperasi dalam mewujudkan partisipasi aktif anggota dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan sistem tanggung renteng karena sistem ini memuat semangat berat sama dipikul dan ringan sama dijinjing yang artinya adalah kebersamaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan terdiri dari wawancara dan pengamatan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa manfaat tanggung renteng pada sistem tanggung renteng yang diterapkan oleh KSPP Bumdesma Ngajum diantaranya meliputi tanggung jawab, kedisiplinan dan keberanian mengemukakan pendapat, semuanya merupakan implementasi dari nilai –nilai yang terkandung dalam ekonomi Islam yaitu prinsip tauhid yang dijabarkan diantaranya adalah kepemilikan, keadilan dalam berusaha dan kerjasama dalam kebaikan. Tanggung renteng mampu membawa solusi bagi permasalahan internal koperasi serta dapat mencetak karakter positif untuk anggotanya. Kata Kunci : Tanggung Renteng, Ekonomi Islam , bumdes

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing Deposit to Ratio (FDR), Operating Costs and Operating Income (BOPO) on profitability at BRI Syariah banks. To achieve these objectives, this research uses quantitative research using secondary data from IDX. Multiple linear regression as an analytical tool. The data obtained shows that it is valid and reliable. The results showed that the CAR and BOPO variables partially had a negative and significant effect on the ROE variable, while the FDR variable had a negative and insignificant effect on the ROE variable. Suggestions for research partners to increase profitability need to pay attention to the influence of the level of risk of financing (BOPO). And suggestions for future researchers to be able to add or use other variables not examined in this study and can also add samples, this aims to increase the accuracy of the data

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on teacher performance in early childhood education in Sumberpucung District, Malang, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was a quantitative method through an associative approach. The sample selection method in this study was a saturated sample (census) of 50 teachers. Data analysis techniques using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Work motivation and work environment simultaneously influence teacher performance. 2) Partially, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. 3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of delegative leadership style, workload, and compensation on employee turnover intention at pt. Medion ardhika bhakti branch of Kediri. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The sample in the study was 40 people from PT. Medion Ardhika Bhakti Kediri Branch. Data obtained through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The data measuring tool used is a Likert scale. The analysis technique of this research uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that the delegative leadership style variable does not have a partial significant effect on the turnover intention variable. Meanwhile, the workload variable has no partially significant effect on the turnover intention variable, and the compensation variable has a partially significant effect on the turnover intention variable. Delegative leadership style, workload, and compensation have a significant effect simultaneously on turnover intention variable

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on Firm Value in the Basic Material company sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. Price Earning Ratio (PER) is a ratio commonly used by investors to analyze whether the company is good or not in the future. The type of data used is using secondary data in the form of financial reports of Basic Material sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The population and samples in this study amounted to 8 companies with the 2017-2020 time period with 32 financial reports obtained. The analysis technique used in this study uses Panel Data Regression Technique. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, the results obtained Price Earning Ratio (PER) has a significant effect on firm value. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on firm value. Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) has a significant effect on company value. The results of the analysis simultaneously Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) affect the value of the company. Abstract

This study aims to predict the level of bankruptcy of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Altman Z-Score method. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The sampling method is purposive sampling as many as 14 companies. Secondary data is in the form of financial statements of companies in the plastic and packaging sub-sector for the period 2017 to 2019. The level of bankruptcy is shown through 3 zones, namely the dangerous zone, the gray area, and the healthy zone. There were 21% of plastic and packaging companies classified into the dangerous zone (bankrupt) in 2017 and 2018, increasing to 29% in 2019. There are plastic and packaging sub-sector companies classified as gray area in 2017 to 2019 at 57%. And there are plastic and packaging sub-sector companies that are classified as healthy zone categories in 2017 and 2018 by 21% and decreased in 2019 by 14%. So, it can be concluded that plastic and packaging companies experienced a stable condition in the year of the study, the increased potential for bankruptcy is due to debt greater than capital so that it will produce a minus value or in other words can bring losses to the company if debt and capital are not balanced. Strategies and suggestions for companies are to improve financial performance by conducting periodic evaluations.

Abstract

PeneIitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel kecerdasan emosionaI dan kecerdasan intelektual baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja pengurus Pergerakan Mahasiswa lslam lndonesia (PMll) Komisariat Raden Rahmat MaIang. Metode uji yang dipakai pada peneIitian ini ialah metode kuantitatif. Adapun data yang digunakan dalam peneIitian ini ialah data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari pengurus PMll Komisariat Raden Rahmat MaIang melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian: uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menerangkan yakni kecerdasan emosionaI tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja karena diduga pengurus PMII lebih banyak mengandalkan kecerdasan intelektual dalam proses menyelesaikan program kerjanya saat penulis melakukan penelitian, sehingga dalam hal ini kecerdasan emosional tidak menjadi bagian yang mempengaruhi kinerja pengurus PMII Komisariat Raden Rahmat, sedangkan kecerdasan intelektual secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pengurus PMII komisariat Raden Rahmat Malang. Kemudian dari hasil uji secara simuItan dan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosionaI dan kecerdasan intelektuaI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja sebesar 36,4%
