Journal Islamic Business and Entrepreneurship (JIBE) / Jurnal Bisnis Islam dan Kewirausahaan diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Unversitas Islam Raden Rahmat - JIBE, secara berkala dua kali dalam setahun di periode April dan Oktober. Jurnal JIBE menerima kiriman artikel yang ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa Inggris, dengan tema riset: Manajemen Pemasaran, Manajemen Keuangan, Manajemen SDM, Kewirausahaan, Kewirausahaan Sosial, Manajemen Sistem Informasi, Ekonomi Islam, Perbankan Syariah/ Islam, dan Manajemen UMKM. Penulis harus menyatakan bahwa artikel yang dikirim ke Jurnal JIBE tidak dikirim atau dipublikasikan ke jurnal lain. Penentuan artikel yang dimuat di Jurnal JIBE melalui proses review oleh tim dewan redaksi Jurnal JIBE dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain: terpenuhinya persyaratan baku publikasi jurnal, metode riset yang digunakan, signifikansi, dan kontribusi hasil penelitian terhadap keilmuan manajemen perekonomi islam/ konvensonal.

Abstract

Human resources are an important aspect in running a business because quality human resources can produce significant results. Productivity is a key factor for the success of a business, with high productivity providing benefits for the company and employees. Therefore, entrepreneurs and company employees must strive to increase their productivity. Efforts to increase productivity include employee training and development, because improving individual quality can help overcome weaknesses and also improve skills which can ultimately be utilized optimally. In the context of an organization, human resource management places a high priority on employee training and development. The aim of this research is to disseminate the impact of human resource training on employee performance productivity at UPT PBAT SUKOREJO. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by applying the Interactive Analysis Model data analysis technique developed by Mills and Huberman. The research results show that the implementation of human resource training on employee performance productivity at UPT PBAT SUKOREJO is carried out optimally through participation in training programs provided by the organization.Keywords: Training, Performance, Productivity

Abstract

The study aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence 0f compensation, work involment, and inter-employee relations at perumda pasar joyoboyo, Kediri city. The method used in this study uses a quantitave method with a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample method with a population of 41 employees and a sample of 41 employees. The analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, T test (partial), F test (simultaneous), determinant coefficient test, (R2) wich are processed using SPSS. The research result show that compensation and job involment variables do not affect employee retention, while the variable of employee relationships affects employee retention, and simultaneously, the three variables affect employe retention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial management pattern of mosques that can be utilized for the economic empowerment of the congregation. A case study was conducted at Al-Ghufran Mosque to evaluate the impact of mosque-based entrepreneurship programs on the welfare of the congregation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The findings show that the synergy between infaq, alms, and waqf can create a strong ecosystem to meet community needs and enhance economic independence

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between employee welfare and employee performance at PT. PG Rajawali I Unit PG Krebet Baru, HR & General Affairs. Using a quantitative approach with a survey design, data were collected from 30 employees through a questionnaire that measures aspects of physical, mental, financial, and social well-being, as well as employee performance including quality, quantity, efficiency, and work attitude. Descriptive analysis shows that the majority of employees have a positive perception of their well-being, but there are several areas that require further attention. Inferential analysis, especially the Spearman correlation test, shows a significant positive relationship between employee well-being and employee performance. The results of this study confirm the importance of employee well-being as a critical factor that has a significant impact on performance, and provide insight for companies in improving employee well-being and productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at the Malang Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. To achieve this goal, this research uses quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that partially leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, partially organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, partially work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance, leadership style, organizational culture and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. employee at the Malang Regency Population and Civil Registration Service

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work period, work environment and employee engagement on the performance of non-medical employees at Aura Syifa Hospital Kediri. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The population and sample used in this research are non-medical employees working at Aura Syifa Hospital Kediri who are still actively working until 2022, totaling 55 people. The sampling method used in this research used saturated samples. Data processing in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and F test. The results of this research are that length of service has a partial effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.013 < 0.05. The work environment has a partial effect on employee performance with a value of 0.016 < 0.05. Employee engagement partially influences employee performance with a significant value of 0.030 <0.05. Years of work, work environment and employee engagement simultaneously influence employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of performance appraisal and transformational leadership style on employee performance. This research design uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods using questionnaires on Malang Regency Transportation Service employees with a sample of 50 employees. The analytical method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study show the influence of: (1) Performance appraisal directly has a significant effect on employee performance. (2)The transformational leadership style directly has a significant effect on employee performance. (3) Performance appraisal and transformational leadership style directly have a significant effect on employee performance. For this reason, if a leader wants to improve employee performance by paying attention to performance appraisals and leadership styles towards employees

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang manajemen sumberdaya manusia menegenai pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik, komunikasi, dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Wisata Kampung Lele. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampling jenuh dengan sampel 47 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji realibilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan Wisata Kampung Lele, hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan t sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Komunikasi secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Wisata Kampung Lele, hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan t sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Fasilitas kerja secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Wiasata Kampung Lele, hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan t sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik, komunikasi, dan fasilitas kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Wisata Kampung Lele, hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, location, and price on LPG purchasing decisions at PT. Jivantara Amarys Sumbersongo. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were consumers of PT. Jivantara Amarys Sumbersongo who are still actively purchasing LPG until 2022, totaling 3285 consumers. The sample in this study were consumers at PT. Jivantara Amarys Sumbersongo who made purchases until November 2022, totaling 97 samples. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling. Data analysis in this study includes validity test, reliability test, correlation test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and F test. The results of this study are that: 1). service quality has a partial effect on purchasing; 2). Location has a partial effect on Purchasing decisions; 3). Price does not have a partial effect on Purchasing decisions  and 4). Service quality, location and price have a simultaneous effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of leadership, competence, and work environment on the productivity of employees of PT Rascar Auto Sport Palembang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The technique of determining the number of samples used saturated sampling with a total of 90 respondents. Data analysis used data quality test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis with t-test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and R test. The results of the study show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of PT Rascar Auto Sport Palembang employees. Competence has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of PT Rascar Auto Sport Palembang employees. The work environment does not have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of PT Rascar Auto Sport Palembang employees. Leadership, competence and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of PT Rascar Auto Sport Palembang employees. The correlation value results for the variables Leadership, Competence, and work environment related to employee productivity (Y) were positive
