Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis peran edukasi pertanian dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) untuk mendorong praktik ekonomi berkelanjutan di tingkat sekolah dasar. Dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), penelitian ini menelaah tujuh artikel ilmiah terbitan tahun 2024 yang diperoleh melalui pencarian menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish dengan kata kunci “edukasi pertanian”, “pembelajaran IPA”, dan “ekonomi berkelanjutan”. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa integrasi edukasi pertanian dalam pembelajaran IPA, melalui kegiatan kebun sekolah, hidroponik, peternakan lokal, hingga penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Artificial Intelligence dan pendekatan STEM, dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, membentuk kesadaran ekologis, serta menanamkan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan dan tanggung jawab sosial. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan kontekstual yang berbasis potensi lokal dapat menjadi strategi transformatif dalam mendukung tujuan pendidikan nasional dan agenda global SDGs, khususnya ketahanan pangan (SDG 2), pendidikan berkualitas (SDG 4), dan konsumsi-produksi berkelanjutan (SDG 12).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil belajar Peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pancasila di Sekolah Dasar yang dipengaruhi oleh model pembelajaran Inquiry berbantuan video animasi interaktif. Pendekatan ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan desain quasi experimental dan metode desain grup kontrol yang tidak setara. Subjek penelitian adalah 30 peserta didik kelas VA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 30 peserta didik kelas VB sebagai kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen diberi perlakuan dengan model pembelajaran Inquiry yang didukung oleh video animasi interaktif sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Pretest dan Posttest, yang merupakan bentuk tes hasil belajar sedangkan angket digunakan untuk mengukur respons Peserta didik terhadap model pembelajaran. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan signifikan dalam hasil belajar Peserta didik di kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Nilai post-test kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol. Dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05), uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan adanya pengaruh nyata dari model pembelajaran Inquiry terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar. Kelas eksperimen memiliki rata-rata N-Gain sedang, yang menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar yang cukup baik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Inquiry dengan bantuan video animasi interaktif membantu Peserta didik belajar lebih baik tentang Pancasila.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang integrasi nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam dalam model klasikal untuk pengembangan motorik anak usia dini di RA Menara Taufiq Bandung, Diwek, Jombang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif yang berlandaskan pada paradigma post-positivisme yang digunakan untuk meneliti kondisi objek alam, dimana peneliti merupakan instrumen kunci dalam penelitian ini. Adapun fokus penelitian dari penelitian ini yaitu mengintegrasikan nilai pendidikan agama islam untuk pengembangan motorik anak usia dini, menstimulasi perkembangan motorik yang terintegrasi dalam nilai-nilai pendidikan agama islam dalam model klasikal, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stimulasi pengembangan fisik motorik. Pendidikan agama memiliki peran sentral dalam membentuk karakter anak sejak usia dini yang mengintegrasikan pembelajaran keimanan, ibadah, dan akhlak dengan stimulasi motorik kasar dan halus. Melalui kegiatan seperti bermain bola, gerakan sholat, menulis huruf hijaiyah, dan kegiatan sehari-hari lainnya, anak tidak hanya dilatih secara fisik, tetapi juga ditanamkan nilai-nilai kesabaran, tanggung jawab, dan ketekunan. Guru-guru secara aktif mengamati dan mendukung minat dan bakat anak dalam suasana bermain yang edukatif. Perkembangan motorik halus anak juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti genetika dan gizi, serta faktor eksternal seperti pola asuh, kondisi sosial ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, kolaborasi antara orang tua, pendidik, dan lingkungan sangat penting untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar holistik yang sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak, guna mendukung kesiapan akademis dan sosialnya di masa depan. RA ini berhasil mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keimanan, ibadah, dan akhlak dalam stimulasi motorik kasar dan halus anak melalui kegiatan seperti bermain bola, gerakan sholat, dan menulis huruf hijaiyah. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya mengembangkan kemampuan fisik, tetapi juga menanamkan nilai kesabaran, tanggung jawab, dan ketekunan. Faktor internal (genetika, gizi) dan eksternal (pola asuh, lingkungan) turut memengaruhi perkembangan motorik. Kolaborasi antara guru, orang tua, dan lingkungan sangat penting untuk menciptakan pembelajaran holistik guna mendukung kesiapan akademis dan sosial anak di masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students’ critical thinking skills in solving trigonometry problems using a qualitative case study approach. The participants were 29 twelfth-grade students from SMAN 1 Kadipaten. Data were collected through classroom observations, students’ written responses, and semi-structured interviews and were analyzed using NVivo 14 software. The findings revealed that only a small proportion of students demonstrated adequate critical thinking indicators, particularly in the areas of interpretation, analysis, inference, and evaluation. While 69% of students were able to construct appropriate mathematical models, only 31% correctly applied relevant formulas, and merely 3% succeeded in accurately stating the final answers. The interview results supported the analysis, indicating that many students faced conceptual misunderstandings, procedural difficulties, and lacked reflective thinking in validating their solutions. These findings underscore the need to enhance students’ critical thinking skills through visual learning tools, reflective discussions, and contextual problem-solving exercises. This study contributes to the development of diagnostic assessment instruments and the design of adaptive instructional strategies in mathematics education, particularly for complex topics such as trigonometry.

Abstract

Siswa menunjukkan hasil belajar yang buruk, jadi pembelajaran matematika harus diubah guna peningkatan kualitas dan maknanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna peningkatan hasil belajar matematika( berhitung ) siswa kelas 1 di SDK Wolowio secara menggunakan pendekatan TaRL (Teaching at The Right Level) yang dikombinasikan secara penerapan media konkret yakni kantong bilangan. Metode yang dipakai untuk penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas.  Studi ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dengan masing-masing empat langkah: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data yang diperoleh meliputi hasil belajar siswa dari tes serta data observasi tentang bagaimana guru dan siswa berinteraksi selama pelaksanaan pembelajaran.  Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwasanya dalam siklus I, tingkat keberhasilan belajar siswa yang tercapai merupakan 39,5 % secara kategori kurang. Tetapi dalam siklus II, indikator keberhasilan dicapai secara tingkat ketuntasan klasik 74,0%, yang merupakan kategori baik. Akibatnya, pembelajaran di siklus II dalam pemenuhan indikator keberhasilan secara ketuntasan belajar klasik yang minimal. Temuan tersebut mengindikasi bahwasanya penerapan pendekatan TaRL (Teaching at the Right Level) yang dipadukan melalui media kantong bilangan mampu membuat peningkatan hasil belajar matematika (berhitung ) siswa. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa penggunaan media kantong bilangan sangat membantu dalam pembelajaran matematika terkait perhitungan. Temuan yang lain yakni siswa menjadi lebih percaya diri dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran, siswa lebih aktif saat pembelajaran dan siswa juga dapat memahami konsep abstrak matematika dengan lebih konkret.

Abstract

Siswa dengan gangguan Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam pembelajaran yang memerlukan bimbingan khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bentuk bimbingan belajar yang diberikan kepada siswa ADHD di SDN 20 Mataram serta mengidentifikasi kendala dan cara mengatasinya. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dilakukan terhadap satu siswa ADHD kelas IV, guru wali kelas, dan kepala sekolah melalui observasi non-partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman dengan triangulasi teknik dan sumber untuk memastikan kredibilitas data. Bimbingan belajar diimplementasikan melalui tiga pendekatan: bimbingan individual di luar jam pelajaran reguler, bimbingan kelompok dengan penempatan strategis siswa ADHD bersama teman yang suportif, dan kolaborasi intensif sekolah-orang tua. Kendala utama meliputi ketiadaan guru pembimbing khusus, keterbatasan pelatihan guru, kesulitan siswa menjaga konsentrasi, dan keterbatasan anggaran. Sekolah telah mengembangkan strategi adaptif dalam memberikan bimbingan belajar meskipun menghadapi keterbatasan sumber daya. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman praktik pendidikan inklusif untuk siswa ADHD dalam konteks sekolah dengan sumber daya terbatas.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in economic development, yet many struggle with poor performance due to inadequate strategic management capabilities. This study examines the relationship between strategic management training and firm performance among SME managers in South-East Nigeria. The objectives are to assess the extent of strategic management training received by SME managers in South-East Nigeria, evaluate the impact of strategic management training on the performance metrics of SMEs in South-East Nigeria and identify the challenges encountered by SME managers in applying strategic management principles after undergoing training. Te study adopted a correlation analysis while simple regression was used to test hypotheses. A quantitative research design was employed, utilizing a survey method. Data were collected from 300 SME managers using structured questionnaires. The instrument was validated through expert review and reliability was confirmed using Cronbach’s alpha. Descriptive and inferential statistics, including regression analysis, were used for data analysis. The findings reveal a significant positive relationship between strategic management training and firm performance, with improvements observed in growth, efficiency, and profitability. The study concludes that structured strategic management training enhances SME performance, recommending targeted training programs to improve managerial capabilities. Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of transformational leadership in primary schools within the Lindi Region of Tanzania, emphasizing on teacher’s engagement on enhancing Pupils academic performance. Grounded in pragmatism, the research employs a mixed-methods approach, integrating qualitative and quantitative data gathered through questionnaires and interviews, to provide a comprehensive understanding of leadership practices in educational settings. A total of 360 participants, including 356 primary school teachers and 4 key informants, were involved in the study, representing a diverse range of perspectives on leadership effectiveness. Findings revealed a noteworthy perception among educators regarding the role of head teachers in fostering a collaborative and motivating environment. A significant 75% of respondents acknowledge that transformational leadership principles, such as inspiring and empowering teachers, are effectively integrated into school management practices. However, despite these positive perceptions, a critical gap is identified in the practical implementation of teachers’ engagement and parental involvement, with only 37.36% of respondents strongly agreeing on the effectiveness of these efforts. Data analysis indicates that head teachers frequently engage in school activities and focus on motivating teachers, crucial for cultivating a culture of respect and collaboration. The findings further highlight the necessity of enhancing capacity building among school leaders to translate transformational leadership style ideals into practices. The study underscores the significance of ongoing professional development and the establishment of comprehensive frameworks that facilitate stakeholder engagement in school governance. Overall, the findings illustrate the transformative potential of effective leadership practices in primary schools in Lindi region and Tanzania as whole.

Abstract

Learning English syntax is crucial for language learning. This qualitative study explores the experiences of English major students in learning syntax. The study utilized a case study approach incorporating the Sharan B. Merriam technique and data triangulation method. Through the interviews with the twenty English major students enrolled in one of the private schools in Pagadian City, categorization was utilized to categorize and identify the sub-categories that emerge. The findings reveal that students engaged in activities such as sentence structure identification, sentence tree diagramming, board activities, assessment-based activities, and interactive activities. The primary challenges included difficulty with parts of speech identification, struggle in sentence structuring, challenge in syntax rule application, and problems with complex sentence structure. To cope, students relied on memorizing and familiarizing, studying independently, collaborating in groups, and seeking guidance from teachers. While students found syntax challenging and time-consuming, they acknowledged its importance in language proficiency. The study highlights the need for supportive instructional strategies to enhance student engagement and comprehension.

Abstract

Translation is a crucial ability for those pursuing linguistics, especially in relation to English. The swift advancement of 4.0 technology and the proliferation of various artificial intelligence apps have conferred signigicant benefits upon language learners. Translation encompasses more than only changing a sentence from one language to another; it involves effectively conveying the speaker’s point to the listener. Consequently, the barriers encountered by learners, alongside elements pertaining to vocabular, semantics, and culture which is considered as the initial obstacle faced by translation learners is the gramatical disparity between the source language (SL) and the target language (TL). This study utilizes a mixed-method approach, integrating the quantitative method via a mini test and survey and the qualitative method through semi-structured interviews, to identify the types and frequency of grammatical errors commonly made by Vietnamese translation learners; to comprehend learners’s perceptions regarding the significance of grammar in translation; and to investigate the grammatical challenges faced by translation learners. The research findings indicate that learners acknowledge the importance of grammar and the grammatical obstacles to producing a natural translation, as well as the prevalence of specific types of grammatical errors occurring more often in Vietnamese – the learners’ first language (L1) and English (L2) translaitons compared to L2 to L1 translations.
