Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and supervision on employee productivity at PT Trijaya Lestari in Cikokol Tangerang, the method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing, the results of this study leadership have a significant effect on employee productivity is 46.9%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table or (6.972 > 2.004). Supervision has a significant effect on employee productivity by 36.6%, hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (5.634 > 2.004). Leadership and supervision simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity with the regression equation Y = 10.202 + 0.426X1 + 0.333X2 and an influence contribution of 56.5%, hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (35.035 > 2.780).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee job satisfaction at the Special Class 1A Tangerang District Court. The analytical methods used in this study are descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t test and F test. With a total sampling of 67 respondents. The results showed the results of a multiple linear regression equation of 10.927 + 0.366X1 + 0.830X2, meaning that job satisfaction even without being influenced by organizational commitment and OCB had an influence of 10.927. The result of this study is based on the value of the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.923 where the value (R) is between the value of the coefficient interval of 0.80-1.000. This means that the effect of the relationship between the variables of Organizational Commitment and OCB on Job Satisfaction simultaneously is very strong. The population in this study is employees of the Special Class 1A Tangerang District Court.

Abstract

This study aims to analyzethe influence of integrated marketing communications partially and simultaneously on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis using quantitative research. The results showed that advertising had a positive and significant effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a regression coefficient value of 0.196. Sales promotions have a positive and significant effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a regression coefficient of 0.173. Public relations and publicity have a positive and significant effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a regression coefficient of 0.186. Direct marketing and interactive marketing have a positive and significant effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a regression coefficient value of 0.169. Marketingword of mouth (WOM) has a positive and significant effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a regression coefficient value of 0.214. Personal selling has a positive and significant effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a regression coefficient of 0.204. Advertising, sales promotion, public relations and publicity, direct marketing and interactive marketing, marketingword of mouth and personal sales have a simultaneous effect on increasing visits to Aan Secret Waterfall with a contribution of 82.5%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of job training, financial compensation and career development on employee performance at the CV Best Indonesian Gift Company. The method for determining the sample in this research is using saturated sampling (census). The total sample was 36 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this research are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumptions, and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that job training (X1), financial compensation (X2), and career development (X3), is assumed to be equal to 0 (zero), then employee performance (Y) will increase. The results of this study indicate that job training (X1), financial compensation (X2), and career development (X3) is assumed to be equal to 0 (zero), then employee performance (Y) will increase. Test the significance of multiple correlation using the F test, simultaneously job training, financial compensation and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The significance test uses the t test, partially job training, financial compensation and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the CV Best Indonesian Gift Company.

Abstract

Secretary becomes an important role in a company, the secretary must master and understand the duties, responsibilities given by superiors. Starting from correspondence, archiving data, managing leadership schedules, as a liaison between leaders and external parties. The duties of the secretary are routine tasks, special tasks, special tasks, social tasks, data collection methods used in this study using library research, websites, and written sources both printed and electronic media, literature studies are carried out by reading literature books about secretaries, as well as books about the professionalism of secretaries, company management. A secretary must learn about the duties, functions, responsibilities and various types of secretaries in order to help superiors or leaders in a company.

Abstract

This writing aims to provide knowledge and understanding of office administration education in today's digital era. Especially related to the competence of managers in the field of office administration in the information age which is colored by digital technology. This study used a deductive approach. The method of discussion by observing the phenomenon of office administration activities that occur in the field then relates to the theory and various views expressed by experts in the field of administration and observers of technological developments, as well as training provided for employees, Office administration plays an active role in each organization because professional management of office administration will enable organizational leaders to get precise, accurate, and fast data, as a basis for decision making. The importance of the role of information in this digital era causing people to often refer to conditions like today as the information age. Departing from such a reality, every organization must position the field of office administration proportionally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Muslim Galeri Kota Tangerang Selatan. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 82,9 %, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (18,832 > 1,993). Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 53,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (9,148 > 1,993). Motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 4,780 + 0,799X1 + 0,131X2. Kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 83,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (184,681 > 3,125).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan self-efficacy terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada kantor pos Fatmawati secara parsial dan simultan. Responden yang digunakan berjumlah 80 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat bantu pengumpul data. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai t hitung 4,018 (tanda positif) dan tingkat signifikan yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Selain itu, self-efficacy berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,237 (tanda positif) dan tingkat signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05. Secara simultan kemampuan kerja dan self-efficacy perpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Hal ini dikuatkan dengan hasil uji F yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat loyalitas pada karyawan kantor pos Fatmawati dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan kerja dan self-efficacy.

Abstract

Analisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan stress kerja karyawan bagian produksi pintu tahan api PT. Innovasi Partisi Mandiri Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu dengan cara wawancara langsung terhadap karyawan bagian produksi pintu tahan api. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengalaman subjek penelitian terkait stres kerja yang dialami dan bagaimana mereka mengatasi stres kerja tersebut. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan pada karyawan bagian pintu tahan api PT. Innovasi Partisi Mandiri Kota Bekasi bahwa faktor-faktor penyebab stres kerja yang ditemukan meliputi beban kerja, lingkungan organisasi, komunikasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara menerapkan ilmu manajemen perkantoran dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan ilmu manajemen perkantoran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi Pustaka, mengumpulkan data melalui referensi buku, serta Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah mempelajari bahan ajar tentang ilmu manajemen perkantoran. di era industri 4.0 cara yang paling utama dengan memahami fungsi-fungsi dari ilmu manajemen perkantoran yaitu POAC (planning, organizing, actuacting, controlling), fungsi-fungsi tersebut dapat dijadikan indikator perubahan dalam dunia bisnis digital ini. Disamping itu kendala yang dihadapi karena kurangnya SDM dan pemahaman ilmu yang kurang menjadikan penghambat bagi kelangsungan proses penerapan manajemen perkantoran di dalam bisnis digital.
