Abstract

Support from the social environment has a significant impact on the development of children with special needs(Efendi, 2017). ADHD or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is a neurobiological disorder that is common in children and can affect their ability to learn and interact socially. The way ADHD children interact is quite different from other people in general, because they have difficulty interacting with their environment, like to daydream, tend to move actively and cannot focus on listening or paying attention when other people are talking. This field research is qualitative in nature with a case study research design using interview and observation methods. Research subjects were chosen deliberately using purposive sampling. The origins of ADHD in a child often involve a variety of complex factors, and a lack of affection can be one of them. As time goes by, the subject is able to share with his friends and has quite good social relations. In addition, the ability to store their own things shows that they are making progress in aspects of daily life that reflect a growing level of independence. The results of this research are that social support, especially from peers and teachers in inclusive schools, plays a positive role in improving the socialization of children with ADHD.

Abstract

Blood clots in the body will disrupt human activities. Diseases related to blood activity include blood clots, atrial fibrillation, complications of artificial heart valves, and pulmonary embolism. Treatment that can be done is to take drugs that contain anticoagulants, one of which is warfarin. Method Warfarin is an oral anticoagulant compound that is still often used to prevent blood clots. Warfarin is formed by the synthesis of 4-hydroxycoumarin and benzalacetone. Warfarin inhibits vitamin K synthesis by converting glutamic acid residues to gamma-carboxyglutamic acid residues. However, not all drugs can be taken together with warfarin compounds. There are also some doubtful interactions between warfarin and certain drugs. Warfarin has a narrow therapeutic index so it cannot be given together with several other drugs such as anticonvulsants, NSAIDs , antibiotics, g libenclamide , a miodarone , and statins . It is hoped that with this article, knowledge of warfarin as an anticoagulant will be better in the treatment of diseases caused by blood clots. In this journal, the author uses the literature review method which involves searching and critical analysis of various relevant literary sources, including journal articles, books, and scientific publications related to the topic of discussion.

Abstract

As a newly established campus, Sunan Doe Institute possesses a lot of lackings; one of them is that there is no laboratory available for the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Tadris up until now. The unavailability of this laboratory has a lot of influence on the practicum skills and experience of science students, especially the students of Chemistry department and science department. Chemistry is a branch of science that studies concepts at the macroscopic, submicroscopic and symbolic levels. This characteristic reinforces that chemistry learning requires supporting facilities in the form of a laboratory. One of the materials that involves the comprehension of macroscopic, microscopic and symbolic material is the concept of acid-base titration. The unavailability of laboratories at Sunan Doe Institute requires lecturers to provide alternative learning media that can provide practicum experience in the laboratory. One of the media that can provide practicum experience and can give students active participation in its usage is interactive multimedia. This research used the 4D research and development model developed by Thiagarajan. The results of the product assessment by material experts obtained a percentage of 90.80% with a valid category and no need for revision. Media experts gave a score of 96.19% in the valid category and no need for revision. The results of the small group trial were 90.78% in the valid category and did not need revision. Based on these results, the interactive multimedia acid-base titration developed was declared valid and suitable to be used in learning activities.

Abstract

This study explores the role of innovation management in enhancing the marketing effectiveness of tourist destinations by analyzing the interplay between visitor satisfaction, Electronic Word-of-Mouth (E-WOM), and external moderators. Focusing on a rural village in Yogyakarta, the research evaluates how innovative digital marketing strategies such as social media marketing, SEO, and content marketing—can drive destination popularity through systematic innovation adoption. Employing a quantitative survey method, purposive sampling was used to select 200 respondents aged 20+ who visit the destination at least twice annually. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The findings reveal that nine of eleven hypotheses significantly contribute to positive outcomes: content marketing innovation strongly influences E-WOM and visitor satisfaction, while SEO innovation impacts E-WOM, satisfaction, and social media marketing. However, the moderating effects of external factors on E-WOM and destination popularity were negligible. These results highlight the strategic importance of innovation in tourism service design, emphasizing the need to align services with evolving tourist expectations. The study also proposes future research to investigate how service landscape innovation can further enhance visitor satisfaction, offering actionable insights for managing innovation in destination marketing.

Abstract

The German penetration into the hinterlands of Cameroon brought about urban dynamics in architecture in the city of Bamenda. This study seeks to explain the mutations that have taken place in the city of Bamenda from the colonial era which is 1884 to date. Our methodology used a qualitative approach to data collection and analysis. Techniques like; in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and photographs were explored. Our findings reveal that the inhabitants of Bamenda are copying and embracing Western models as time passes. The advent of modernity is pushing everyone to put up a self-content structure where he/she can live comfortably. Also, the old buildings are being demolished to erect new and befitting ones. The development of infrastructural projects has caused a rural exodus and there is limited land for construction, as a result of this, the inhabitants are forced to build story buildings to meet up with their construction demands hence leading to urban dynamics in architecture in the city of Bamenda. We also noticed that the culture of the Bamenda man is fast depreciating due to the introduction of modernity. The changes in architecture in the city of Bamenda have greatly improved the living conditions of the inhabitants.

Abstract

Gender issues are explicitly included in all existing government policies as part of Indonesia's goal to realize human rights. This is reflected in NAWACITA's second priority, which aims to increase women's participation and representation in politics and development. NAWACITA's eighth priority also includes the protection of children, women and disadvantaged communities. In this regard, the strategic issues to be addressed in the 2015-2019 development period are: (1) improving the role and quality of life of women in various areas of development; (2) protecting women from various forms of violence, including trafficking in persons (TPPO); (3) gender mainstreaming (PUG) and the institutional capacity of institutions to protect them.
