The quality of services in Islamic banking in minority areas greatly affects its ability to survive. This study aims to analyze the service quality of Bank Muamalat in Manado using the IPA (importance-performance analysis) and CSI (customer satisfaction index method) methods. The data sources in this study were Bank Muamalat Manado customers with a population of 2,000 customers and a sample of 95 Bank Muamalat Manado customers in 2018/2019 using data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires. The method used is a descriptive quantitative method, Cartesian interest-performance analysis using the Kolmogrov-Smirnov technique, and this data is processed using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that the service quality at Bank Muamalat KC Manado is "very good ". The results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination (R2) show the coefficient between the variables X (service quality) and Y (customer satisfaction) and the Katresius analysis diagram, which has four quadrants and mostly appears in quadrant II (maintaining achievement) which means the attributes in the Quadrant is considered very important by customers, and the service is very satisfying, so the company must maintain its performance. On the other hand, Y (customer satisfaction) obtained results from CSI (customer satisfaction index) of 99.28%, and this shows that the performance of Bank Muamalat KC Manado has reached customer expectations.

Kubu Raya Regency, which is one of the areas that participated in the contested regional elections in 2018. The defeat in the 2013 regional elections did not dampen the spirit of Muda Mahendrawan to continue his struggle in the 2018 Kubu Raya elections to win the regional elections with his deputy, Sujiwo. This study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method to analyze the political strategy used by the Young Mahendrawan-Sujiwo couple to win the 2018 Kubu Raya Regent and Deputy Regent Election. The data were obtained from interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study found that there were two strategies used by the Young Mahendrawan-Sujiwo couple in winning the 2018 Regional Head Elections for the Regent and Deputy Regent of Kubu Raya, namely an offensive strategy and a defensive strategy. The offensive strategy or attack strategy is carried out by forming a team of volunteers so that they move militantly and carry out closed and open campaigns that socialize the vision, mission, and innovative work programs that are attractive to the community. The defensive strategy or defensive strategy is carried out by going to the field face to face to defend the people who have the potential to vote and maintain a positive image in stemming the negative campaigns that arise.

Abstract: Local and foreign cosmetic companies are currently targeting Indonesia as their market share. For women today, cosmetics are a vital and main part of their daily lives, in order to obtain and maintain their beauty from time to time. Every cosmetic created and manufactured certainly has its own distinct advantages to be able to fulfill the desires and needs of its consumers. In Indonesia, various brands are now available from foreign and local cosmetic manufacturers. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of customer service on the loyalty of cosmetic customers at the Kita Pontianak Store, to determine the effect of price on the loyalty of cosmetic customers at the Kita Pontianak Store and to determine the effect of product completeness on the loyalty of cosmetic customers at the shop Kita Pontianak. This research method is associative. Data collection techniques: questionnaires and documentary studies. The sample taken was based on the research criteria, namely the respondent had at least 2 purchases of cosmetics at the Kita Store Pontianak on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman with purposive sampling. The results showed from the data analysis carried out with multiple regression that there was an effect of customer service, price and product completeness partially on cosmetic customer loyalty at Toko Kita Pontianak.

This study aims to describe changes in the settlement pattern of Sungai Kunyit Laut village after the construction of an international port and the impact of changes in community settlement patterns on socio-economic life. This research is a qualitative analysis research using descriptive method. The results of this study indicate a change in the settlement pattern of Sungai Kunyit Laut village after the construction of an international port in Mempawah Regency. From a physical point of view, the settlement pattern has changed from an elongated pattern along the coastline and roadside to a settlement pattern that spreads and clusters and is far from the coast. The resulting impact is a negative impact, namely the narrowness of the fisherman's space so that the level of income decreases and the occurrence of conflicts between the implementing parties and the community who are not satisfied with the results of compensation for land acquisition for buildings and gardens. While the positive impact is that international ports will be integrated with Special Economic Zones (SEZs) to encourage and accelerate West Kalimantan's economic growth by utilizing existing potential.

The purpose of this study is first to find out what skills graduates of Islamic banking study programs must have in order to be able to face the competition in the era of digitalization transformation, secondly to find out the impact of digitalization transformation on the workforce of graduates of the Islamic Banking study program. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through a tracer study. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Informants in this study found 53 respondents. From the results of the study, it was found that the skills of graduates of the Islamic Banking Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business Pontianak in the aspect of integrity (ethics and morals, expertise based on the field of science, use of technology and information, communication skills and teamwork in teams are mostly good and very good. While the skills of graduates of the Islamic Banking Study Program of the Pontianak Islamic Economics and Business Faculty in the foreign language (English) aspect are still not good. Meanwhile, the digital transformation carried out by various sectors has an impact on the employment of graduates of the Sharia Banking Study Program, Pontianak Sharia Economics, and the Faculty of Business. The absorption rate for graduates of the Islamic Banking Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Sharia Business, Pontianak, both in the government and private sector and particularly in the banking industry sector, is still very small. Cause Proximity (X) has a significant effect on Corporate Image (Y1) or Citra Bank Kalbar. The first hypothesis is proven or accepted. Thus a positive assessment of Cause Proximity CSR implemented by Bank Kalbar will increase the positive image of Bank Kalbar. Corporate Image (Y) has a significant effect on Purchase Intention Intention to Become a Customer of Bank Kalbar (Y2) in Pontianak. The second hypothesis is proven or can be accepted. Thus, the more positive the assessment of the Corporate Image (Y) will increase the intention to become a customer of Bank Kalbar. Cause Proximity of Bank Kalbar's CSR activities (X) has no significant effect on the intention to become a customer of Bank Kalbar. The third hypothesis is unproven or unacceptable. Thus, the proximity of the customer to the area where the Bank Kalbar social program is implemented does not affect the intention to become a customer of Bank Kalbar

Import tariff of Indonesian-Australian wheat flour has been changed from 4% to 0% have implications for wheat flour prices in both countries. This research aims to determine the import tariffs effect on the price of Indonesian-Australian wheat flour and the CIF price of wheat flour. Descriptive quantitative is applied in this research method, with the approach of Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) and Granger Causality Test. The Granger Causality Test results analysis showed that there is a unidirectional causality relationship between HEI with HEA, HEA with KURS, TARIF with HEA, and TARIF with KURS. VECM’s results showed the import tariffs had a significant positive effect of the Indonesian-Australian wheat flour price and the CIF price in the long run. The Impulse Response Function (IRF) results analysis for the next 20 periods show that the highest responses given by HCIF, HEA, HEI, and TARIF is responses by variable itself and the highest responses given by KURS is TARIF. The Variance Decomposition results analysis for the next 20 periods show that the largest contribution given to HCIF, HEA, HEI, and TARIF is the variable itself and the largest contribution given to KURS is TARIF.

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menelaah penggunaan kartu kredit Hal ini telah menjadi kebiasaan yang umum di masyarakat. Namun untuk memberikan rasa aman dan transaksi tanpa riba, maka diterbitkan lah kartu kredit berbasis prinsip syariah. Hal ini dilakukan karena merupakan himbauan dari Dewan Syariah Nasional-Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI) telah mengeluarkan fatwa DSN No 54/DSN-MUI/X/2006 mengenai syariah card. Dalam fatwa tersebut menjelaskan bahwa syariah card adalah kartu yang berfungsi mirip dengan kartu kredit pada umumnya. Namun hubungan antara para pihak terkait diatur berdasarkan hukum Islam dan prinsip syariah. Sebagimana dianjurkan dalam fatwa MUI tersebut dan kartu bahwa kredit syariah menerapkan prisnsip yang sesuai dengan syariat Islam agar nasabah pengguna terhindar dari riba. Di dalamnya juga menerangkan, penggunaan kartu kredit syariah tidak boleh digunakan untuk pembelian produk non halal. Simpulan hasil penelitian ini semata-mata mengaja para pengguna kredit syariah menerapkan prisnsip yang sesuai dengan syariat Islam agar nasabah pengguna terhindar dari riba

The problem that often arises in an educational institution such as a vocational school is the lack of complete digital literacy knowledge about web design and creation through training. So that students lack competency in designing and building a web technology. In fact, the training conducted is a way to increase the competency of SMK students and female students to be able to have expertise in building websites according to the needs of both static web needs and dynamic web needs. Website technology is a new way of facilitating the process of conveying information which is a logical consequence of the current developments in information and communication technology on the internet. In building a website there are many frameworks that can be used, one of which is bootstrap. Bootstrap is a free and open source CSS framework for designing websites and web applications. This framework contains HTML and CSS-based design templates for typography, forms, buttons, navigation, and other interface components, as well as optional JavaScript extensions.

The development of Information and Computer Technology (ICT) has had a broad impact on various sectors of life, including the education sector and ICT mastery. Through formal education, students are equipped with insight from an early age which becomes the basis for continuous learning and developing problem-solving skills. However, in Bengkayang District, West Kalimantan, the ICT education program has not yet reached students in several rural schools, including SDN 08 Sungai Ruk, where students are not familiar with computers both in terms of hardware and software. In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on education. Since March 16 2020 in Indonesia, students have been studying from home through an online system to prevent the spread of the virus. Nonetheless, the government continues to encourage teaching and learning activities even though remotely. Based on these problems, Quizizz is implemented for students of SDN 08 Sungai Ruk so that elementary school students have knowledge and skills in operating computers both in terms of hardware and software, and increase learning motivation. This implementation provides an introduction to computer introduction material regarding computer basics such as computer components and their functions. Followed by a Fun Game that aims to break the ice. And finally an interactive quiz was held using the Quizizz platform which was based on the material previously presented.
