Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi UMKM adalah lemahnya strategi pemasaran dan branding, terutama pada produk berbasis kearifan lokal seperti minuman tradisional. Banyak produk berkualitas sulit dikenal konsumen karena ketiadaan identitas merek yang kuat serta pemanfaatan media digital yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi pemasaran dan branding pada Bandrek Jahe Merah Andaliman Ilham, serta mengidentifikasi peluang pengembangannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha dan observasi langsung. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini menerapkan strategi branding dengan memposisikan produk sebagai minuman tradisional premium khas Sumatera Utara, mengusung identitas merek yang mencerminkan lokalitas, serta menggunakan kemasan cup modern dengan warna hangat dan sentuhan etnik. Inovasi penambahan rempah andaliman menjadi nilai diferensiasi utama yang membedakan dari kompetitor. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah bahwa strategi pemasaran berbasis kearifan lokal yang dikemas secara modern dapat menjadi model pengembangan bagi UMKM sejenis dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan memperluas jangkauan pasar di era ekonomi digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of mobile coffee vendors in Central Jakarta. The research background is strengthened by the increasing number of mobile beverage vendors but not accompanied by stable performance. The research approach uses quantitative methods through a survey of 80 mobile coffee vendors. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of mobile coffee vendors, with discipline being the most dominant variable. This study broadens the context of research on motivation–discipline on performance in the informal sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and work motivation on the performance of Polsuspas members at the Class IIA Narcotics Prison in Jakarta. Human resources play a crucial role in achieving organizational goals, particularly in public sector institutions where performance issues are still frequently encountered. Competence and work motivation are considered key factors affecting employee performance. This research employs a quantitative approach using survey methods, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to Polsuspas members. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS, including classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing.  The results indicate that competence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination shows that 96.7% of performance variation can be explained by competence and motivation variables, while the remaining 3.3% is influenced by other factors. Furthermore, work motivation is found to have a more dominant influence compared to competence. In conclusion, improving employee performance requires strengthening both competence and work motivation. Organizations are encouraged to develop integrated human resource management strategies to enhance employee capability and motivation, thereby achieving optimal performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of Occupational Safety and Health on Employee Performance at PT. Ellipse Projects Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with the variables Occupational Safety (X1) and Occupational Health (X2) as independent variables, and Employee Performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a sample of 84 respondents. The research results show that: Occupational Safety has a significant influence on Employee Performance with a contribution of 84.8%, Occupational Health has a significant influence on Employee Performance with a contribution of 29%, Simultaneously Occupational Safety and Health have a significant influence on Employee Performance with a contribution of 84.9%, while the remaining 15.1% is influenced by other factors not researched.

Abstract

Dalam era digital, transformasi teknologi informasi telah mempengaruhi praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan kinerja karyawan secara signifikan. Meskipun banyak Penelitian menunjukkan hubungan positif antara sistem informasi SDM dan kinerja, belum banyak yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan multidisipliner yang menggabungkan aspek teknis dan manajerial secara empiris di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh penggunaan dan kualitas Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia (SISDM) terhadap kinerja karyawan di organisasi Indonesia, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). Sampel terdiri dari 350 karyawan dari berbagai sektor organisasi, yang diambil melalui stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur variabel kualitas SISDM, tingkat adopsi, kepuasan pengguna, dan kinerja karyawan, serta dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan pengujian model struktural. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kualitas SISDM secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan (β = 0,45, p < 0,001), dengan pengaruh mediasi melalui tingkat adopsi dan kepuasan pengguna. Secara khusus, peningkatan kualitas fitur sistem dan integrasi data meningkatkan efisiensi proses SDM dan motivasi kerja, yang berdampak positif terhadap kinerja individu dan tim. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa implementasi SISDM yang berkualitas tinggi dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara signifikan di Indonesia. Kontribusi utama Penelitian ini adalah pengembangan model empiris yang menggabungkan aspek teknis dan manajerial, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi organisasi untuk memaksimalkan manfaat teknologi dalam meningkatkan kinerja SDM di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work ethic on work productivity at the Office of Warehouse Receipt System Development and Commodity Auction Market Office of the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (BAPPEBTI). The phenomenon underlying this study is the discovery of employees with a level of work productivity that is not optimal. In this study the author used quantitative research. The population in this study was 145 employees. In this study the author used a sampling technique using the Slovin formula for 59 people. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program version 20. The results of the study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the influence of motivation and work ethic has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. This study emphasizes the importance of being able to follow up with appropriate policies in order to be able to increase work productivity optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job rotation and communication on employee performance at the commodity futures trading supervisory agency. The underlying phenomenon of this study is the discovery of employees with suboptimal levels of work performance. In this study, the author used quantitative research. The population in this study was 156 employees. In this study, the author used a sampling technique using the Slovin formula for 112 people. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program version 20. The results of the study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the influence of job rotation and communication has a positive and significant effect on work performance. This study emphasizes the importance of being able to follow up with appropriate policies in order to be able to improve work performance optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work quality on employee performance at the commodity futures legislation bureau with warehouse receipt system and commodity auction market. The phenomenon underlying this study is the discovery of employees with suboptimal work performance levels. In this study the author used quantitative research. The population in this study was 65 employees. In this study the author used the sampling technique used in this study was total sampling. With the total sampling technique, a sample of 65 employees was taken at the commodity futures legislation bureau with warehouse receipt system and commodity auction market BAPPEBTI. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program version 20. The results of the study showed that partially and simultaneously, the influence of training and work quality had a positive and significant effect on work performance. This study emphasizes the importance of being able to follow up with appropriate policies in order to be able to improve work performance optimally.

The results of the study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the influence of leadership style and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. This study emphasizes the importance of being able to follow up with appropriate policies to be able to optimally increase employee organizational commitment.
