Abstract

Online food ordering has taken a huge place in the e-commerce sector, one of the essential parts of our daily lives. nowadays it is becoming the new way for the current generation especially with the new technology and the easy online access, people can easily order their food from any restaurant through a web page or an app. Creating a whole new market with a brand-new opportunity for entrepreneurs and for restaurants to reach the customers not only through actual restaurants where people go for food and services but to the comfort of their homes. Talabat is one of the biggest online food delivery company in the Middle East with more than 4000 different restaurants available for customers, as it grows and expands to 7 countries it faces a variety of problems that weakens the company’s share in the market allowing new entrants to have a competitive advantage and for talabat to lose customers. Abstract

The tourism industry is currently experiencing significant progress as can be seen from the number of annual tourist visits that has increased. The number of tourists visiting the city of Manado in 2015 was 1,103,081 tourists, in 2016 it was 1,531,505 and in 2017 it increased to 1,786,499 tourists. The increased number of tourist visits will certainly have a positive impact on economic growth and social welfare. The tourism industry is said to be successful if the number of tourist visits increases. With the increase in the number of tourist visits, the economy and welfare of the people will also increase. The longer tourists stay, the more money they spend on shopping. Seeing the potential of the tourism industry, it is necessary to identify the existing potential objects and tourist attractions so that tourists who visit have a variety of tourist attractions offered. In addition, it is also to maintain the environmental sustainability of Bunaken tourism objects from the pressure of the number of tourist visits that exceeds the carrying capacity limit. The utilization of the potential objects and tourist attractions, starting from natural, artificial, historical, artistic and cultural tourism must be carried out optimally. The assessment of the potential of the tourist objects and attractions is carried out by using the table of assessment criteria for potential objects and natural attractions of the Department of Forestry.

Abstract

Visiting a mall nowadays become popular activities that many people do to entertain themselves, family or friends. With so many malls around, each visitor must have one favorite mall he or she preferred to go to. Some customer preferred to go to one mall and other customer preferred other mall. This study aims to analyzed if the customer loyalty to a preferred mall was because the effect of the mall’s brand personality and customer satisfaction. The study took place at Botani Square Shopping Mall, Bogor City. Method analysis used on this study is a multiple regression analysis. The Result of this study conclude that the study of the effect of Brand personality and Customer Satisfaction to Customer Loyalty clearly shows that brand personality and customer satisfaction have an influence on customer loyalty to visit Botani Square Shopping Mall, Bogor City. Abstract

The study is about the Al kazemi Group in Kuwait. It is a large group and well knowned in service sector of the Kuwait. They are currently involved in the businesses related to shipping and logistics, travel and tourism, real estate, hospitality and FMCG (Fast moving consumer goods). N travel and tourism business they are working as the sales agents for many transportation companies like Royal Air Maroc, Aegean Airline and Egypt Air. In hospitality business they have established two hotels named as New Park Hotel and Latif Hotels. These hotels are considered among very top rated hotels in Kuwait. In the project the discussion is about the launch of bus service for the tourist in Kuwait. They could offer this service to the guests that stay in their hotels. They can make this service popular among the guests and the local citizens by providing it free of cost initially. The Al Kazemi group is already very famous in Kuwait and have very strong market position. They can bear the cost or expenditures incurred on the startup of this bus service. In this study, there is a complete discussion about the target market for this new idea in the business and there will be a complete analysis of economic, social, political and environmental effects of this new business idea. According to the analysis of external factors, it has been analyzed that these all are favorable in this business to accept the new idea as there is capacity for starting this unique service to enhance the productivity and the profitability of the recent business. According to the technological environment, it is analyzed in this study that these are also favorable as the transport industry of Kuwait is outstanding. There are some risks to start this new idea in the business which includes the threat for failure and the low acceptability from the customer side. With the failure of idea, there is a risk for losing the huge amount of capital which is a great loss to the company. This idea is sensible as it is the demand of the customers of this organization as it has been providing tourism services to the customers and with the introduction of transport facilities to its customers, there will be increasing attraction as the customers do not have need to go for finding another company to get the transport services for the tour in Kuwait and in its popular places. As the concluded remarks, it has been analyze that this business idea is sensible and most suitable for this organization as it has the positive results for organization.

Abstract

The project is about a case study on TGV Cinemas Sdn Bhd. TGV Cinemas is one of Malaysia’s premier film exhibition companies and established its name as a pioneer of cinema industry. We focus on the issues faced by this company which are inefficiency of customer services such as call centre and online movie ticket purchase, employees’ services, unreasonable food and beverages prices and maintenance of hall. The methodology that we employed to conduct this project is by interviewing the employees, distributing questionnaire among random people and online research. This study will discuss the solutions that can be implemented by the company to solve these problems which are improving their website system, expand employees’ skills, adjust their prices for foods and beverages and perform regular inspection. Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between the workplace environment and employees’ satisfaction; to what extent can the workplace environment affect job satisfaction? The study used past research and interviewing an employee on job satisfaction and so was able to come up with reliable conclusions. The results showed a positive and strong correlation between workplace environment and job satisfaction. This study enhances the understanding of job satisfaction which can be used by managers to create a better workplace environment and boost employee performances.

Abstract

McDonald’s is one of the most successful fast food companies around the world. It has approximately 32,000 outlets located in 119 countries. Being a global and modern fast food company, McDonald’s has a clear vision, “to be the world’s best quick service restaurant experience”. This paper presents the contributing factors which drive McDonald’s success being a global and modern fast food company. McDonald’s top management believes that job satisfaction and motivation are the contributing factors to the success of McDonald’s. McDonald’s has won many awards over the years for its employees’ engagement programs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide solutions to existing problems in SME Fried Onion in Sidoarjo Region on the process of frying still conventional. The method used is to utilize technology TTS (Temperature, Timer, Speed Control) on the onion parser to produce fried onions with good quality and stable cooking temperature. The expected result is to improve the quality of fried onion productivity up to twice which initially only able to fry onion as much as 2 kg, can become 4 kg in one process of frying

Abstract

Food safety and food quality are important issues in the food industry. The food manufacturers are responsible to provide a high quality, clean and safe food to consumers. Mismanaging food safety and food quality may potentially lose the food’s nutritional value and bring harm to consumers’ health and put the food manufacturers’ reputation at risk. Nestle is one of the world largest food and beverage companies located in 190 countries and offers more than 2,000 brands to their customers. One of the many reasons behind the success of Nestle is their strong leadership, with their vision and strategies, making a long-term commitment to the health and well-being of their customers. Nestle constantly identifies ways to improve the nutritional profile of their foods and ensure the food safety and food quality are their top priority concern. The paper presents the factors affecting food safety and food quality in Nestle. The paper also discusses how Nestle improves the food safety and food quality.

Abstract

The Case Study aims to get a viable solution on real corporate challenges that Asian companies face in the development of their commercial activities. For this scenario, the company to be taken into consideration will be “Go-Jek”, an Indonesian company based in Jakarta, which focuses its primary activity in ride-hailing (carpooling) using motorbike taxis, it offers 18 app-based on-demand services; Go-Jek, nevertheless, encounters challenges regarding its regulation and acceptance by independent motorbike companies. Based on the previous statement and due to the lack of laws regulating the business, Go-Jek has an uncertain future of developing its commercial activities to a broader market share. Correspondingly, the case study will be focused on proposing a viable solution for reducing frictions and possible accidents between the company and conventional taxis or any private transportation system already implemented.
