Abstract

In addition to examining the mediating role of green disclosure, this study also examines how social performance and good corporate governance (GCG) influence green disclosure and budgeting effectiveness (ROA). Using secondary data from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and analyzed using Eviews 12, this study takes a quantitative approach. The results show that social performance and GCG have no effect on green disclosure, and GCG has no effect on budgeting efficiency. On the other hand, although green disclosure has no effect and is unable to mediate the relationship between the variables, social performance has a positive impact on ROA. These results confirm that environmental disclosure is still not a primary factor in determining financial performance. Therefore, businesses must integrate sustainability.

Abstract

As the transition towards a sustainable economy continues, this study examines the influence of green finance and good corporate governance (GCG) on Indonesian banking valuation (PBV), with profitability (ROA) as a mediating variable. Based on panel data from 15 commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) (2021–2025) and a random effects model (EViews) analysis, the results show that green finance, good corporate governance, and profitability have no significant effect on the valuation of Indonesian banks. company value, both partially and simultaneously. The low adjusted R-squared indicates the dominance of external factors outside the model, while the mediation test confirms that ROA does not act as an intermediary. This reflect that integration aspect sustainability in assessment investors Still limited, so that required harmonization ESG reporting standards and fiscal incentives so that green practices can contribute significantly to market valuation premiums

Abstract

This study aims to develop and empirically test a comprehensive model integrating coral reef ecosystem quality, tourism carrying capacity, stakeholder participation, and tourist environmental awareness as determinants of marine ecotourism sustainability in Gili Matra Marine Protected Area (MPA), with tourist satisfaction as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with purposive sampling of 110 tourists who engaged in snorkeling and/or diving activities at Gili Matra MPA during March–April 2026. The results indicate that coral reef ecosystem quality does not directly and positively influence sustainability; however, it exerts a significant positive indirect effect through tourist satisfaction as a full mediator. Tourism carrying capacity shows no significant effect on sustainability either directly or through mediation, attributed to the severely deteriorated overtourism condition prevailing in the area. Stakeholder participation positively and significantly influences sustainability directly, but not through tourist satisfaction as a mediator, as its impact operates at the structural governance level rather than at the level of individual tourist experience. Tourist environmental awareness emerges as the strongest determinant in the model (β = 0.368; F² = 0.490), positively and significantly influencing sustainability both directly and indirectly through tourist satisfaction as a partial mediator. Tourist satisfaction itself positively and significantly influences marine ecotourism sustainability (β = 0.266; p = 0.020), confirming its role as the central psychological mechanism linking destination conditions to tourists' loyalty behavior and conservation support. The model demonstrates strong explanatory power, with an R² value of 0.728 for tourist satisfaction and 0.692 for marine ecotourism sustainability.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in economic growth, job creation, and income distribution. However, their increasing number is not always matched by improved financial performance. This study examines the effects of financial inclusion, human resource competency, and e-commerce adoption on the financial performance of Muslim MSMEs in Jepara, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with 140 respondents and multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that all variables have a positive and significant impact. Collectively, they explain a substantial variation in performance. The findings highlight the importance of financial access, skill enhancement, and digital adoption in strengthening MSME competitiveness and sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between financial and non-financial variables in corporate sustainability practices using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. A total of 60 articles from reputable journals were reviewed to identify research trends, findings, and contributions from previous studies. The results indicate that non-financial variables such as green leadership, sustainability accounting, ESG disclosure, and institutional factors significantly influence corporate sustainability performance. Meanwhile, financial variables including profitability, market valuation, and cost efficiency serve as sustainability outcome indicators. This study confirms that integrating sustainability strategies based on non-financial values can improve both financial and social performance in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the wage gap between female and male workers (gender pay gap) in the millennial generation in Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara. The analysis is carried out both from the aspect of human capital, such as education and work experience, as well as discrimination and socio-cultural factors. This research method uses the Blinder-Oaxaca decomposition approach to distinguish the portion of the presentation caused by observable characteristics (explained) and the portion that cannot be explained (unexplained) which is often associated with discrimination. The results of the study are expected to provide an in-depth understanding of wage inequality in the local labor market, considering that West Nusa Tenggara Province recorded the highest Gender Inequality Index (IKG) value in Indonesia in 2023. The main conclusion of this study is directed at formulating targeted policies in an effort to create a fair wage system for the millennial generation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of production capacity, the number of industrial workers, production efficiency, and the price of tobacco raw materials on the level of employment opportunities in East Lombok Regency in the Paok Motong Tobacco Factory Agglomeration (APHT) area. The study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. The data used are time series data for the period 2023–2025 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), KPPBC TMP C Mataram, and field observations. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of the EViews application. Before the regression analysis was carried out, the model was tested using classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests to ensure the model meets the Best Linear Unbiased Estimator (BLUE) criteria. The results show that production capacity has a negative but insignificant effect on the level of employment opportunities. This condition indicates that the increase in production capacity is achieved more through operational efficiency than the addition of new workers. Meanwhile, the number of industrial workers, production efficiency, and the price of tobacco raw materials have a positive and significant effect on the level of employment opportunities in East Lombok Regency. Simultaneously, all independent variables significantly influenced the employment rate. The research findings indicate that the presence of the Paok Motong APHT area makes a significant contribution to employment and regional economic development. Therefore, the local government needs to encourage the development of labor-intensive industries, improve workforce skills, and stabilize the supply of raw materials to increase employment opportunities sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Strategic Human Capital Management (SHCM) in increasing competitive advantage in the fashion industry, especially in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The research is motivated by the development of the fashion industry which is increasingly competitive due to globalization, digitalization, and changing market trends that require business actors to have competent, creative, and innovative human resources. In this context, human capital is seen as a strategic asset that plays an important role in creating product differentiation and increasing business competitiveness. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type to gain an in-depth understanding of human resource management practices, human capital conditions , and their contribution to the competitive advantage of fashion businesses. The research subjects are small and medium-scale fashion entrepreneurs who are selected purposively . Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using an interactive analysis model that includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was tested through source triangulation, technical triangulation, and member checking . The results show that fashion entrepreneurs have a high attention to human resource competency, especially in the recruitment and employee development process. SHCM practices have been implemented simply through competency-based recruitment and on -the-job training . Human capital , particularly in the areas of technical skills, creativity, and innovation capabilities, has been shown to play a crucial role in creating high-quality, innovative, and market-trend products. These competencies are key factors in creating product differentiation and enhancing the competitive advantage of fashion businesses. However, research also found limitations in HR management, particularly related to suboptimal and formally structured compensation and reward systems. This research confirms that the implementation of Strategic Human Capital Management (SHCM) supported by strategic human capital management can sustainably enhance the competitiveness of the fashion industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion and education on public interest in choosing Islamic banking services, especially at Bank Syariah Indonesia in Bima City. The study uses a quantitative approach with an associative design to test the causal relationship between variables. The study population was 1,000 active customers of BSI KCP Bima Kartini, with a sample of 286 respondents determined using purposive sampling techniques and the Slovin formula with a 5% error rate. Data collection was carried out through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using inferential statistical techniques. The results showed that promotion had a positive and significant effect on public interest with a regression coefficient value of 0.421 and a significance value of 0.000. Education also had a positive and significant effect with a coefficient value of 0.368 and a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, promotion and education had a significant effect on public interest with a calculated F value of 58.421 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.612, which means that both variables were able to explain 61.2% of the variation in public interest. These findings indicate that promotion acts as an external factor driving initial interest, while education serves as an internal factor shaping public understanding and trust. Therefore, integrating promotion and education is a crucial strategy for increasing public interest in Islamic banking. This research implies that strengthening Islamic financial literacy and effective communication strategies are necessary on an ongoing basis to optimize the development of the Islamic banking industry at the local level.
