Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis display produk, kualitas produk dan kelengkapan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Variable independen dalam penelitian ini adalah display produk, kualitas produk dan kelengkapan produk. Variable dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah keputusan pembelian konsumen. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan sekunder, diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner kepada para responden yaitu para pelanggan Alfamart Pucang Gading. Populasi pada penetilian ini dihitung dari pelanggan Alfamart Pucang Gading. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 97 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan program SPSS 25. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa display produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.003 t table 1,1661, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,022 < 0,05 dan t hitung 2,330 > t table 1,661 sedangkan kelengkapan produk tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,315 > 0,05 dan t hitung 1,010 < t table 1,661. Hasil display produk, kualitas produk dan kelengkapan produk secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen dengan tingkat signifikansi F hitung 16,717 > F table 2,70.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe and analyze the influence of the work environment and work stress on work productivity through motivation. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of ASN Public Works Department of Highways and Spatial Planning Bojonegoro as many as 70 people. The sample size is also 70 people with total sampling technique. This study uses PLS-SEM analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that productivity, motivation and work environment were in the high category, only work stress was in a fairly high condition. Work environment has a significant positive effect on employee motivation. Work stress on motivation does not have a significant effect. Work environment has a significant influence on productivity. Work stress has no significant effect on productivity. Motivation on Productivity has a significant influence. Work environment on Productivity through Motivation has a significant influence. Work stress on productivity through motivation has no significant effect.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze influence of quality motivation, career motivation, economic motivation and social motivation on accounting students interest in taking professional accounting education (PPAk). The dependent variable in this research is Accounting Students Interest in Pursuing Professional Accounting Education. The research uses primary data origionating from distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were accounting students at STIE Pelita Nusantara Semarang. The sampling technique used was census and the sample size was 68 students. The data analysis method uses the SPSS 26 program. The results of this study indicate that social motivation has a positive and significant effect on accounting students' interest in pursuing professional accounting education with a significance level of (0.002), while quality motivation, career motivation, economic motivation do not have a positive and significant effect on accounting students' interest in pursuing education. Accounting profession with a significance level of quality motivation of (0.349), career motivation of (0.466) and economic motivation of (0.105). The results of quqlity motivation, career motivation, economic motivation and social motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on accounting students interst in pursuing professional accounting education with a significant level of (0,000). Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and job insecurity on turnover intention through work engagement. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of the Al-Fatimah Bojonegoro Modern Islamic Boarding School with a total of 120 people using a simple random sampling technique, a sample of 92 people was obtained which was calculated using the formula developed by Slovin with an error rate of 5%. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and documentation were then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study state that Job Satisfaction is in the very good category. While Job Insecurity, Work Engagement and Turnover Intention are in the good category. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on Work Engagement, Job Insecurity has a significant effect on Work Engagement, Job satisfaction and Work Engagement have a significant effect on Turnover Intention, Job Insecurity has no significant effect on Turnover Intention, Job satisfaction has no significant effect on Turnover Intention through Work Engagement. Job Insecurity has a significant effect on Turnover Intention through Work Engagement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Promotion and Consumer Trust on Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable in the shopee application, and to determine the effect of Promotion, Consumer Trust, and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty. The research method used in this research is Path Analysis. The population of this research is the consumers of Stie Pelita Nusantara Semarang students. The sample of this study was 120 people using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach, namely the researcher chose a purposive sample subjectively. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires via the Google form. The type of data used is primary data. The results of this study indicate that Promotion has an effect on Customer Satisfaction and Consumer Trust has an effect on Customer Satisfaction. Promotion has no effect on Customer Loyalty, while Consumer Trust has no effect on Customer Loyalty. Promotion and Consumer Trust have an effect on Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable in the shopee application. Abstract

The purpose of carrying out this research is to describe motivation, organizational climate, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior of employees at the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office. To analyze the influence between motivation and organizational climate on job satisfaction. To analyze the effect of motivation, organizational climate and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior. To analyze the effect of motivation and organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior of Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office employees through job satisfaction. This research is included in the category of quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of the Education and Culture Office of Pasuruan City, totaling 55 people. The sample was determined as many as 55 people with a sampling technique using total sampling. Data analysis technique was the Path Analysis Structural Equational Modeling (SEM) technique using the Smart-PLS software. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that motivation, organizational climate, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior of employees at the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office are all in good condition. Motivation has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational climate has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational climate has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Motivation has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction. Organizational climate has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze whether there are differences in financial performance before and during Covid-19 at the Central Java Puskoppolda 3KG LPG Agent in the period 2016 – 2021. The population in this study is the Central Java Puskoppolda Subsidized 3KG LPG Agent and the sample that has been determined in this research is namely sales data, profit and loss data and balance sheets from the financial section of the Subsidized 3KG LPG Agent Puskoppolda Central Java in the observation period, namely 2016-2018 before the pandemic and 2019-2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of data used in this research is comparative quantitative data by using a different test sourced from company publication documentation in the form of financial reports for the Subsidized 3Kg LPG Agent Puskoppolda Central Java. The findings in this research are that there is no significant difference between the financial performance of the 3kg LPG Agent before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in the current ratio (CR), there is no significant difference between the financial performance of the 3kg LPG Agent before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in total asset turn over (TATO), there is no significant difference between the financial performance of the 3kg LPG Agent before and during the covid-19 pandemic in debt to equity ratio (DER) and there is no significant difference between the financial performance of the 3kg LPG Agent before and during the covid pandemic -19 on return on assets (ROA). Abstract

This study aims to determine the training of regional property management related to school assets and inventory based on SIMBADA application in improving the performance of administrative staff in infrastructure affairs at SMA Negeri 22 Surabaya. In this study using qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used are interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results showed that the SIMBADA application training proved to be very effective in contributing and supporting the improvement of the quality of regional goods management to accelerate and facilitate the use of goods, and was able to support all employee activities, especially goods administrators or administrative staff in infrastructure facilities in carrying out administration of regional goods management as much as possible and much better.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the work environment, work discipline, work motivation and performance of employees of the Panggungrejo District Office, Pasuruan City, in addition to testing and analyzing the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance through work motivation. The population of this study were all employees of the Panggungrejo District Office, Pasuruan City, totaling 44 people. The sample in this study was the entire population, namely 44 using total sampling. The results of the study concluded that the work environment, work discipline, work motivation, and employee performance in the Panggungrejo District, Pasuruan City, were in the high category. The work environment has a significant influence on work motivation. Work discipline has a significant influence on work motivation. Work environment has no significant effect on performance. Work discipline has a significant influence on performance. Work motivation has a significant influence on performance. The work environment has a significant influence on performance through work motivation. Work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance through work motivation.

Abstract

Grogol Village, Tulangan District, is one of the districts in Sidoarjo that has received a Village Fund budget of Rp. 1 billion more than the 2021 State Budget (APBN). Grogol Village, Tulangan District, is in Sidoarjo Regency, East Java, Indonesia. Village funds are used for village development and can solve poverty problems in rural areas. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how the financial management of village development funds is managed in Grogol Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency and to find out how the positive impact of village development funds is in Grogol Village, Tulangan District, Regency Sidoarjo. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, data sources used are premier and secondary data. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. In the steps of analyzing the data, namely collecting data, summarizing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. The results showed that the financial management of village development funds in Grogol Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency in the process of managing village funds there are three stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the reporting and accountability stages have been quite effective where the funds budgeted for village development in Grogol Village have been properly realized so as to have a positive impact on the people of Grogol Village in the form of increasing the welfare of the community as a whole.
