The Asian Journal of Management Analytics (AJMA) is a journal focused on the theory and application of data analytics and its applications in contemporary business, economics, and management disciplines. The connectivity, interdisciplinary, and interface between data analytics and various business disciplines are of particular interest for this journal. Abstract

icient in varioThis study aims to determine the significant influence between variables, following the hypothesis in this study. This research has both theoretical and practical benefits to the world of education, especially concerning marketing strategies and visiting decisions in educational tourism. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research methods. The population in this study were all visitors to the Kampung Coklat educational tour whose numbers were not known with certainty while the sample used in this study was 222 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is classified as a non-random / non-probability sampling method with incidental sampling. The results showed that there was a direct and significant positive influence between Marketing Strategy on Visiting Decisions. In addition, there is a direct and significant positive influence between Digital Literacy on Visiting Decisions. The ability to use technology and information from digital devices is very helpful to be more effective and effus tourism marketing contexts that collaborate with YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Furthermore, there is a direct and significant positive influence between Marketing Strategy on Social Media Marketing. In addition, there is no influence between Digital Literacy on Media Social Marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Timur. Metode survei digunakan dengan responden dari karyawan aktif. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja berhubungan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Budaya organisasi dan komunikasi memegang peranan dominan dalam membentuk komitmen. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya penguatan budaya positif dan komunikasi efektif dalam meningkatkan komitmen karyawan. Implikasi manajerial dan rekomendasi bagi praktisi disajikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan kerja dan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of employee competency, job placement, and career development on employee performance at the Medan Belawan Pratama Tax Service Office. The survey method is used to collect data from respondents who are tax officials. The results of multiple regression analysis show that employee competency, job placement, and career development have a significant influence on employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of competency development, appropriate placement, and career development programs in improving employee performance in government institutions. Managerial implications and recommendations for future research are also discussed.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of work facilities, supervision and compensation on employee performance at the Lubuk Pakam Pratama Tax Service Office. The survey method was used with an active sample of respondents. The research results show that work facilities, supervision and compensation significantly influence employee performance. Adequate work facilities increase productivity and job satisfaction. Effective supervision promotes responsibility and accountability. Fair compensation provides motivation and loyalty. The practical implication of this study is the importance of good human resource management in improving organizational performance. Suggestions for future research include involving more variables and larger samples for higher validity.

Abstract

Competence and entrepreneurial orientation are key factors in maintaining the resilience of SME businesses. Specifically this study has the following objectives; (1) to identify the effect of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) on the performance of SME companies, (2) to identify the effect of entrepreneurial competence (EC) on the performance of SME companies (3) to identify the effect of EO on the performance of SME companies with external integration moderation variables (ExIn), (4) to identify the effect of EC on the performance of SME companies with external integration moderation variables (ExIn). The population and sample of this study are small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in several districts/cities in the province of Bali with respondents owners/leaders of SMEs several 150 people. Data analysis using SEM approach and processing with the help of Smart PLS 3.2.2. The results showed; the first hypothesis that entrepreneurial orientation (EO) has a positive effect on the performance of SME companies (FP). Based on the test results obtained the first hypothesis is accepted. The results of the second hypothesis test that entrepreneurial competence (EC) has a positive effect on the performance of SME companies (FP). The second hypothesis was rejected. Hasip tested the third hypothesis that external integration can moderate (strengthen) the influence of entrepreneurial competence (EC) on the performance of SMEs. The third hypothesis (H3) was rejected.

Abstract

Its goal is to assess the impact of Leadership and Competency on Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)hraser!. This research is a case study of the Boalemo Regency Regional Government. The population in this study were all employees from the entire Boalemo Regency Regional Government with a total population of 1,569. Then it was simplified using the Slovin formula so that the sample was 236 and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results show that: 1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 2) Competence has a positive but not significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 3) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance, 4) Competency has a negative and insignificant effect on performance. 5) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on Performance, 6) Leadership through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on Performance, 7) Competence through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a negative and insignificant effect on performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of adaptive leadership, work incentives and work rotation on employee performance through work morale. This research data uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The sampling method based on the Hair Sampling formula obtained a sample size of 135 respondents by determining respondents using Purposive Sampling with the criteria that the respondent was a permanent employee and had a minimum work period of 2 years. The data analysis used in this research is the Structural Equation Model. The results of this research state that adaptive leadership and work incentives have a positive and significant effect on work morale, work rotation does not have a positive and significant effect on work morale, adaptive leadership, work incentives, work rotation and work morale have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This paper aims to identify research trends on values and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and their effect on employee performance globally. The Method used in this study is qualitative research with literature review. As for the data found, 109 documents were obtained and analyzed 2014-2023. This dataset was converted to CSV format andfor Bibliometrix in the analysis using VOSviwer. The study included publication distribution year, country, keywords, and authors. This study's findings show that the research trend from 2014 to 2023 indexed by Scopus has increased. 2020 became the year with the highest number of research publications on Citizenship Organizational Behavior and Employee Performance. Indonesia was identified as the country that contributed the most to the publication of this research, with studies in Citizenship Organizational Behavior, Job Rotation, and Physical Work Environment. This paper reveals the research trends and areas of Citizenship, Organizational Behavior, and employee performance. The results help scholars quickly understand the research of Citizenship Organizational Behavior
