The Asian Journal of Management Analytics (AJMA) is a journal focused on the theory and application of data analytics and its applications in contemporary business, economics, and management disciplines. These disciplines include accounting, finance, management, marketing, economics production/operations management, and supply chain management. The connectivity, interdisciplinary, and interface between data analytics and various business disciplines are of particular interest for this journal. Research methods that are expected to be implemented in this journal include, but are not limited to, empirical research, data analytics, big data analytics, data science, operations research, management science, decision science, and simulation modeling. Abstract

The title of this research is CV Tirta Sasmita Pamulang's bottled water marketing strategy (AMDK). This study aims to find out how the marketing strategy implemented by CV Tirta Sasmita Pamulang increased sales. The data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative. The sources of data used are primary and secondary. The methods used in collecting the required data are observation, Interview, documentation, and Literature Study. To find out how the strategy is used SWOT Analysis Method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was found that the position of the CV Tirta Sasmita bottled water business has opportunities and strengths so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be applied in this situation is to support an aggressive growth policy.

Abstract

Organizational culture has an important role in shaping patterns of behavior within the company. Organizations need to pay attention to the ongoing culture and carry out developments so that they can control the culture to continue to run positively and profitably for the organization. The purpose of writing this article is to examine the literature on corporate culture. The writing uses the literature review study method or literature review related to organizational culture to then be read and studied so as to provide an overview and literature about organizational culture.

Abstract

Based on the results of the analysis carried out in this study, the results show that awards have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Natura Nuswantara Nirmala with the results indicated by a significance value of t of 0.025 which is smaller than a = 0.05 (0.025 <0.05) with a regression coefficient of 0.343. Work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Natura Nuswantara Nirmala with results indicated by a significance value of t of 0.000 which is smaller than a = 0.05 (0.013 <0.05) with a regression coefficient of 0.535. Appreciation and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Natura Nuswantara Nirmala with results indicated by a significance value of F of 0.000 less than a = 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) and is able to contribute to the employee performance variable of 0.800 or 80%. The remaining 20% ​​is influenced by other variables not listed and examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at Golden Tulip Jineng Resort Bali. A good work environment can make a positive contribution to employee performance, while a bad work environment may decrease employee performance. The number of samples in this study was 57, using the saturated sampling method. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 27 statement items. The data analysis techniques used were simple linear regression analysis, t-test, and the coefficient of determination, which were processed with the SPSS version 29 for Windows program. The results of this study indicate that the work environment contributes to employee performance by 76.9%, while the remaining 23.1% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. The companies are expected to pay more attention to the work environment to improve the performance of employees.

Abstract

Hotel competition during the COVID-19 pandemic has encouraged hotels to maximize their marketing strategies to influence consumer behavior. This study was conducted to determine the direct effect of the promotion mix on purchase intention and the indirect effect mediated by the brand awareness variable at the Aloft Hotel Bali Seminyak which has a new existence. The method used is quantitative and distributes questionnaires to 100 respondents who are determined through the unknown population formula. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The researcher found that the promotion mix and brand awareness had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, the promotional mix had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness.

Abstract

With the increasing number of passengers boarding airplanes, the government is trying to increase the capacity of Indonesian aircraft. The business world has entered a globalization era, meaning that competition is getting stronger, not only for domestic companies but even for multinational companies. The purpose of this research is to determine the satisfaction of airplane passengers with the work environment and the performance of employees at Minangkabau International Airport. The population in this study were passenger passengers who had traveled through Minangkabau International Airport, with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis results from the questionnaire were processed using quadrant analysis with the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. The results of the data analysis show that, overall, passengers are satisfied with the performance provided by the airport.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of PSAK No. 45 financial reporting to non-profit organizations in achieving transparency and accountability at Yayasan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Amungme dan Kamoro (YPMAK) in Mimika Regency. The type of research used is a descriptive-qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and foundation documents. The research results show that YPMAK has implemented PSAK No. 45 concerning the financial reporting of non-profit organizations in terms of format and structure in the preparation of financial reports. However, it does not fully implement PSAK No. 45, where YPMAK does not record funding activities in the cash flow statement and does not explain restrictions on donor resources. Meanwhile, transparency in the use of funds and accountability in YPMAK's financial reports have been transparent and accountable both in the presentation and submission of financial reports, so that the foundation has carried out financial reporting in a transparent and accountable manner according to the principles of professional financial management.

Abstract

The Internet economy plays an important role in the development of the country's economy. In fact, more than 60% of customers worldwide cite price as the first reason for visiting an e-commerce website. The purpose of this study is to discuss the pricing strategy of the four current leading e-commerce marketplaces in Southeast Asian countries (SEA). The methodology used for this research was descriptive analysis, adapting and modifying the work of Rekettye & Liu (2018) and Skripak et al. (2018). It was found that the top four e-commerce companies use a strategy of market penetration and flexible pricing to compete and maintain their business in the market region.

Abstract

This study intends to evaluate the perceived benefits and challenges that these technologies offer in the context of digitalization, to one of the most suitable professions for the particular procedure; the audit profession.  A qualitative study was conducted to gain a better grasp of the implications of digitalization on audit tools in the audit profession. This is accomplished by conducting ten (10) semi-structured interviews with professional auditors, emphasizing interpretation. It has been found that this study backs up some of the conclusions of prior research on the issue of digital auditing. Conclusively, the empirical findings of this study support the assumption that auditors believe digitalization will become even more popular in the future and that it will not result in job losses, as prior studies have suggested.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interest-to-EBITDA ratio on interest expense restrictions. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data, namely financial statements obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study is the IDX Quality Index 30 and there are 20 companies as research samples. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling technique with Purposive Sampling method. The data analysis method in this study uses simple linear analysis using Excel and SPSS 20 applications. The results of this study show that the interest-to-EBITDA ratio has no effect on tax avoidance.
