Abstract

Students as agents of change need to be encouraged to engage in entrepreneurial activities. The first step that can be taken is to grow their intention in the world of entrepreneurship. This activity can be done by providing entrepreneurial knowledge in college. This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy and locus of control on students' entrepreneurial intentions. The population in this study were students at private universities in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling method, namely selecting samples that matched the criteria used for the study. The criteria for the sample taken are students who have taken or are currently taking entrepreneurship courses. While the data collection method using a questionnaire. The number of respondents who were selected as samples was 101. The data analysis used in this study was multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy and locus of control had an effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of organizational commitment and empowerment on employee performance. The population in this study were civil servants at the Ternate City Agriculture Service. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire which was distributed to 55 respondents who worked as employees at the Ternate City Agriculture Service. The results of this study indicate that; (1) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the higher organizational commitment, the higher the performance produced by employees, (2) empowerment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the higher the empowerment, the higher the performance produced by employees, (3) organizational commitment and empowerment have a positive effect simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Agriculture Service Office of the City of Ternate. The test tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) 25.0 as the test tool.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal and analyze the income of traditional fishermen in Labuhan Bilik Village. The research methods used are surveys, interviews, and data analysis. The data collected includes fishermen's income, sources of income, equipment used, and challenges faced. The research results show that traditional fishermen's income comes from several sources, including fish catches, seafood, and side jobs such as agriculture. Although fishermen's income varies throughout the year and is influenced by weather factors, fish catches remain their main source of income. The main challenges traditional fishermen face in this village include climate change, declining fish stocks, and competition with commercial fishermen. It provides a basis for developing policies that support the fisheries sector in the region.

Abstract

The development of the culinary business in Indonesia is increasingly rapid and diverse in meeting the increasingly complex needs of society in line with changes in life style. Companies/MSMEs are required to be able to fulfill consumer requests or desires, so that they can compete, efforts need to be made to increase product quality and variety (horizontal diversification of products) in order to produce products that consumers are interested in. This research aims to find out how the horizontal product diversification strategy is implemented at CV.Bolu Ketan Minister of Forestry and to determine the increase in CV's competitiveness. Minister of Forestry's Sticky Rice Bolu after implementing a horizontal product diversification strategy. Therefore, a qualitative approach is used to determine the condition of natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument. The results of this research show that CV. Bolu Ketan Mendhut has implemented a horizontal product diversification strategy so that it has many flavor variants in its products and various sizes to meet consumer demand and from implementing this strategy it has apparently increased its competitiveness among its competitors.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and explain effective communication, work motivation and work discipline which simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity. This type of research uses quantitative research. The data sources in this research use primary and secondary data. The sample in the research was 40 employees of MSMEs Emping Blinjo using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination (R2) test using the SPSS version 25 program. Research results partially the effective communication variable has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, and the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Simultaneously the variables of effective communication, work motivation and discipline work has a significant effect on employee work productivity at Emping Blinjo MSMEs.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of MSME Owner Leadership and Motivation on Employee Productivity. Case studies were conducted on MSME owners located in urban areas. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires. The sample studied in this research was 35 respondents. Data analysis techniques: Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of this research show that (1) The results of hypothesis testing prove that MSME Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Productivity in the Weaving MSME Business Environment in Bandar. (2) The results of hypothesis testing prove that motivation has no significant effect on employee productivity in the MSME Weaving Business Environment in Bandar. (3) The results of hypothesis testing prove that MSME Owner Leadership and Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Productivity in the Weaving MSME Business Environment in Bandar.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine effectiveness customer satisfaction in mediating service quality and customer value in building repurchase intention Grab transportation service for Brosem SMEs, Batu City. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this research is members of Brosem SMEs Kota Batu who use Grab transportation services with a sample of 76 respondents. Sample size guidelines using saturated samples. Data analysis in this research used descriptive statistical techniques and inferential statistical analysis with the SPSS application. The results of this research show that service quality proven to have no effect on customer satisfaction but it has been proven to have an effect on repurchase intention, either directly or through mediation customer satisfaction. Where as customer value proven to have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and its influence on repurchase intention with mediation customer satisfaction. However customer value has no effect on repurchase intention directly.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of green accounting on competitive advantage with business ethics as a mediating variable. The variables used are Green Accounting (X), Competitive Advantage (Y), and Business Ethics (Z). The data collection method was through a questionnaire distributed to the material and financial procurement section of Batik Kediri MSMEs. The samples taken were 40 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this research is SmartPLS. The research results show that Green Accounting does not have a direct positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage in Batik Kediri MSMEs, Green Accounting has a positive and significant direct effect on Business Ethics in Batik Kediri MSMEs. Business Ethics does not have a direct positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage of Batik Kediri MSMEs. Business Ethics is able to mediate green accounting well against competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study analyses the effect of brand experience and service quality on brand loyalty mediated by brand trust. This type of research is explanatory research and primary data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used stratified proportionate random sampling method. The number of samples was 127 respondents who were Umrah pilgrims of PT Al Madinna Mutiara Sunnah. The data was processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software.  The results showed that Brand Experience and Service Quality each had a significant effect on brand trust. Brand Experience has a significant effect on brand loyalty, while service quality has no significant effect on brand loyalty. Brand trust significantly mediates the relationship between brand experience or service quality variables on brand loyalty.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to determine which of perceived utility, perceived usability, and website content has an impact on Love, Bonito's customers' intention to make a purchase. Additionally, it will investigate whether these three variables will have an impact on customers' intentions to buy. Data were gathered by questionnaires and the convenience sampling method as part of the quantitative data analysis method used in this study. Following the use of the Lemeshow formula, responses from 97 respondents were received. The outcome of the hypothesis test demonstrates that while website content has no influence on customers' intentions to make a purchase, perceived utility and perceived usability do. However, all three criteria simultaneously affect a customer's intent to buy.
