Abstract

The Learning Model is a conceptual and operational learning framework that has names, characteristics, logical sequences, settings and culture. Each learning model chosen must express various realities that are in accordance with the classroom situation and kinds of views of life resulting from the collaboration of teachers and students and are a pattern or certain learning steps that are applied by the teacher so that the goals or competencies of the expected learning outcomes can be quickly achieved. achieved more effectively and efficiently. This school action research activity was carried out at PKK Teros Kindergarten, Labuhan Haji District, Odd Semester for 3 months, starting from July to September 2021 by going through cycle stages. The purpose of this school action research (PTS) is to determine the extent to which the supervision carried out by the principal followed by the provision of guidance/treatment to the target teachers can improve the competence of these teachers in implementing learning strategies in the classroom. In this school action research (PTS) it was carried out in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it was proven to be able to increase teacher competence by achieving completeness standards. In the first cycle, the increase in teacher competence after classroom supervision was carried out after coaching on the use of several new learning models reached around 33.33% in the second cycle, it could increase to 100%. The results of this school action research show that coaching principals through classroom supervision can improve teacher competence in implementing learning strategies in their respective classes.

Abstract

To be person with character, means become best person. Hence, grwoing up with character means develop with our ethic and intelectual potential. The maturity of people includes on capacity of loving and working. Then virtue as emphaty, affection, sacriface, loyaty, and forgiveness are our power to love while virtue as initiative effort, persistence of discipline, and diligence are our ability to work and become competent person on our tasks of life.To understand this way, work ethic and competency are not seperated from our character, however those things are part of us. Even, how good we do working, how is our accuracy and words to do a small or big work as one of mportant way to influence other people quality of life. Therefore, it is needed hard work to develop our talent so we can utilize to produce postitive different in the world. The method in this thesis used qualitative approach and data collection used obeservation, interview, and documentation.Pondok Pesantren Putra Al-IshlahuddinyKediri insists character values for santri through several ways and methods, like educating without dressing them down, giving them example, accustoming santri with al qur’an interaction, memorizing, dzikir, pray, habituating santri to behave well for everyday, both at home and in cottage. This program will be runned well because santri stays in dormitory of pesantren.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the financing model for BOS Funds and BOM/BOP in educational institutions that have been implemented in Indonesia. The research used descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, and document study. Research results (1). The education financing system in Indonesia is borne by the central government, regional governments and the community. The education financing models in Indonesia are sourced from a). Central Government and Local Government in the form of BOS Fund (School Operational Assistance), BOP (Education Operational Assistance) and b). Parents / Guardians of Students. The types of expenditures by parents/guardians for education include: 1) Base Fee, 2) Monthly Tuition / Tuition Fees, 3) Mid-Semester Examination Fees, 4) End of Semester Examination Fees, Extracurricular Activities Fees, 6) Practicum Activities Fees , 7) Purchase of Textbooks / LKS, 8) Purchase of School Uniforms, 9) Expenses for Field Trips / Mental Development / Retreats, 10) Social Donations, 11) Other expenses. (2) Analysis of education financing models that have been applied in Indonesia such as BOS/BOP and others. In the government regulations for the period of disbursement and reporting of School and Madrasah and PAUD BOS funds which the authors have classified, there are advantages and disadvantages in their implementation. In the initial period there was the involvement of Provincial and District BOS Managers so that in the process of filing the disbursement and reporting of BOS Funds they could be guided and supervised directly. Meanwhile, in the latest regulation, the process of filing for disbursement and reporting of BOS Funds is directly guided and fostered by the Central BOS manager.

Abstract

Every human being basically has potential, namely the ability to acquire "knowledge" without going through the sensory and intellectual processes. It's just that the potential is different for each person depending on the intensity of the syiddah and dhu'f that exist in him. In fact, that potential is often "hidden" in the corner of his unconscious, so that it cannot be actualized. Philosophers call it ontologie (the science of being), or metaphysics (which is behind the veil of reality). So the main humans are divided in looking for something that exists. One with a way of thinking, by writing to the exact sciences, logic and so on. And another by way of feeling, by way of zauq. Thanks to the sincerity of his heart, while the first group was still searching, which sometimes met the corners of the truth, and sometimes stumbled into other paths, the two contemplated in the realm of taste, and they were satisfied with that taste.

Abstract

In the teachings of Islam, the science of Sufism is an important thing to learn more about in lectures. Sufism is a process to purify oneself with the aim of knowing Allah (mak'rifat tullah). According to Al-Jurari, when asked about Sufism, he replied that Sufism is entering into all Sunnah (morals) (Ahl al sunnah wa al jama'ah) and getting out of low character. The concept in Sufism cannot be separated from the Qur'an and Hadith.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the relationship between labor and labor law. The research used descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, and document study. The results of the study (1) The term labor is very popular in the world of labor/employment, besides this term has been used for a long time even from the Dutch era also because the old laws and regulations (before Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower) used the term laborer. (2) The term labor law used to be called labor law which is a translation of arbeidsrechts, but both have different meanings in terms of substance. Employment Law is all legal arrangements relating to labor either before work, during or in an employment relationship, and after an employment relationship. (3) Employment relationship is a legal relationship carried out by at least two legal subjects, namely the entrepreneur and the worker/labourer regarding a job. (4) Islam as a religion of rahmatan lil alamen, is very concerned about workers. Islam is very concerned about human rights, even though he is a slave. The companions who had helped the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, both slaves and free people, were all satisfied with the good attitude he gave. This is an ideal portrait that can be used as an example of muamalah between employers and their assistants, between leaders and employees.

Abstract

Philosophy is the source of science and technology. Talking about philosophy will certainly never end. The book by George R. Knight which has the original title "Issues and Alternatives in Educational Philosophy" which is the main source in this paper is a survey of philosophy and philosophical issues that are relevant to the education profession. Starting from Knight's concern over the symptoms of "mindlessness" or what can be interpreted as narrow thinking, especially in the world of education. Knight's work became a mandatory book and the main reference in the field of educational philosophy. The philosophy of education will lead educational practitioners to interact directly with the problems that underlie the meaning, purpose of life and education. In this paper, we will focus more on philosophical issues in education. This is considered important because the existing philosophical issues will lead to the educational goals to be achieved.

Abstract

Integrated learning must be based on student learning needs, systematically in its development formative evaluation is needed to improve the quality of program instruction and be used as guidelines or materials to improve and refine or perfect the learning outcomes material. Implementation of formative evaluation at SDN Tangerang 3 on the subject of 25 students in learning mathematics, social sciences, natural sciences, etc. It is carried out with tests and non-tests, the test technique used is about multiple choice and explanations. The non-test technique uses a question and answer instrument, discussion and observation. The results of the research using formative evaluation in learning mathematics, social sciences, natural sciences, in 3rd grade elementary school proved effective based on the results of the pre-test and post-test.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to find out: 1) To find out the SAVI learning approach can improve Civics learning activities in third grade students of SD Negeri 2 Cakranegara in the 2019/2020 academic year; 2) To find out the SAVI learning approach can improve Civics learning outcomes in third grade students of SD Negeri 2 Cakranegara for the 2019/2020 academic year. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR), using two cycles through the stages of planning, implementing action, observing, and reflecting. The subjects in this study were third grade students in the 2021/2022 academic year with a total of 27 students, consisting of 15 male students and 12 female students. The results of this study indicate that the increase in student activity in Civics learning using the SAVI approach in class III SD Negeri 2 Cakranegara during cycle I to cycle II has increased. In the first cycle, the score of the improvement of students in learning is 66.67. In the implementation of the second cycle the score increased by 91.67, an increase of 25 points. The increase in teacher activity in implementing Civics learning using the SAVI approach in class III SD Negeri 2 Cakranegara during the implementation of cycle I to cycle II continued to increase. In the first cycle the teacher's ability to carry out learning is 73.68%. In the second cycle the teacher's ability to carry out learning increased by 100%. In the second cycle the teacher's ability to carry out learning increased by 26.37 points. Increasing student learning outcomes obtained the average PPKn learning outcomes from the initial conditions to the second cycle continued to increase. That the average student learning outcomes in the initial conditions was 74.33%. In the first cycle, it increased by 5.97 points to 80.30%. Then in the second cycle the average student learning outcomes increased by 19.70 points to 100%.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) To find out the application of the peer tutoring method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an of Grade VI students of SD Negeri 3 Cakranegara in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. (2) To find out the results of the application of the peer tutoring method in improving the ability to read Al-Qu'an for grade VI students of SD Negeri 3 Cakranegara in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The results showed that peer tutoring model learning had a positive impact in improving student achievement, which was marked by an increase in student learning mastery in each cycle, namely the first cycle (82.14%), in the second cycle to (100%). The peer tutor teaching model can make students feel that they receive attention and the opportunity to express opinions, ideas, ideas and questions. The application of peer tutoring model learning has a positive influence, which can increase student learning motivation.
