Abstract

Indonesia as a multi-ethnic, cultural and religious country is a necessity that cannot be denied by anyone. Diversity in this country is no reason for division. The basis for the existence of religion and belief means that every religion believes in the support of the state to carry out its own worship. This can be found in the concept of the Indonesian motto, namely Bhineka Tunggal Ika, which has different meanings but has one goal. The research method is carried out through library research or library research. The purpose of this study is to determine the integration of religion in pluralism. Our findings show that in Indonesia's many different cultures, adherents of different religions can also show mutual tolerance, upholding each other's cultures without demeaning other cultures.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the role and implementation of the padlet application as a discussion platform media in Islamic education learning in the 4.0 era. Padlet as an online discussion medium used during this pandemic is quite effective in PAI. Padlets can be used as presentation media such as videos, document files, and so on. The advantage of padlet media is that it can work on any device, be it mobile phones, laptops and computers. The purpose of learning to use this media padlet is to train students in getting used to digital and using it wisely based on the values of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of educational technology in internalizing Islamic Religious Education in schools. The method used by the writer in this research is qualitative research with interview approach and literature study. The results showed that the role of technology is needed during a pandemic to become an intermediary or means of communication between teachers, students and parents. With technology, it can simplify the learning process without having to meet face to face. The delivery of material can be given through the platform used for learning, such as one of the firsttier schools in Batur Banjarnegara using the WhatsApp platform, google meet, google classroom, zoom cloud meeting and other platforms.

Abstract

The learning approach with the STAD type cooperative learning model (Student Teams Achievement Divisions) is a learning concept that helps teachers relate the material being taught to students' real-world situations and encourages students to make connections between their knowledge and its application in their lives as family and community members. With this concept, learning outcomes are expected to be more meaningful for students. The learning process takes place naturally in the form of student activities working and experiencing, not transferring knowledge from teacher to student. A learning strategy is far more important than a result. The purpose of this classroom action research (CAR) is to find out the extent to which student learning outcomes in Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) are improved by applying the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions) cooperative learning model. In this classroom action research (CAR), it is carried out in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it is proven to be able to improve student learning outcomes by achieving ideal standards. From 75% in the first cycle, it can increase in the second cycle to 87%. The results of this action research indicate that the application of learning with the STAD type cooperative learning model (Student Teams Achievement Divisions) can increase student learning mastery in Civics lessons with completeness reaching 87%.

Abstract

Sorong serah aji krama is one of important traditional wedding ceremonies in Lombok, Indonesia. This paper investigated the illocutionary speech acts of Pembayun in sorong serah aji krama at sasak traditional wedding in Bonjeruk village. This study designed as descriptive qualitative research. The data source of this study was collected through video recording, interview, and note-taking. The result of the study shows five types of illocutionary speech acts: assertive, directive, commissive, and expressive. There are no data shows the existence of declarative illocutionary act in this research. Therefore, the percentage of speech act found: assertive 57.14%, directive 14.28%, commissive 4.76%, expressive 23.80%, and declarative 0%.

Abstract

The issue of security and order in an area is very important, therefore, the role of babinsa in maintaining security and order in the Babakan Village area is very important to study. From this background, it is necessary to formulate a problem, namely how effective is the role of Babinsa in maintaining security and order in the Babakan Village area. The study used a qualitative approach. From the results of the research, the authors show that the effectiveness of the Babinsa's role in maintaining security and order in the Babakan Village area is based on the Regulation of the Army Chief of Staff Number 19/IV/2008 dated April 8, 2008 by implementing several tasks, namely: anjangsana to all houses in the area. assisted villages so that Babinsa is known to the public, participates in all activities in the community, helps communities affected by disasters, participates in religious and regional arts activities, actively participates in siskampling activities with the community, teaches UN to students, residents and village youth groups and teaches people to evacuate if there is a disaster and determine the place of refuge.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in MTs. NW Mamben. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. The research sample is class VIII even semester students of 2021-2022 MTs NW Mamben. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes, especially in student activities. The students' activities that increased the most were group discussion activities when completing projects and answering questions. This shows that learning with the PBL model has a positive impact on improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived price, quality, promotion, and distribution on purchasing decisions Laka-Laka mineral water. Based on the results of the t test, it shows that the perception of price has a significant influence on the decision to purchase Laka-Laka mineral water. The product quality variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions for the purchase Laka-Laka mineral water. Promotions variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions Laka-Laka brand mineral water. Variable distribution variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the F Test is Perception Price, Quality, Promotion and Distribution have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variables. Based on the result of coefficient determination that R square is 76,4. This show that the perception of price (X1), quality (X2), promotion (X3) and distribution (X4) have an influence on the purchasing decision variables at 76.4%. While the rest (100% – 76.4% = 23.6%) is influenced by other factors outside the research variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of parents in accompanying children in the learning process during the covid-19 pandemic era and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors that affect the learning process of children in the covid-19 pandemic era. In the study, the data obtained in the field used documentation and interview observation. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of parents in accompanying children in the learning process during the covid-19 pandemic and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors that affect the learning process of children in the covid-19 pandemic era. In the study, the data obtained in the field used documentation and interview observation. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach with data collection methods through two, namely primary data and secondary data, by collecting from journals, books, and archives related to the research objectives by accurate data. The results of research on the role of perents in the learning process of children at home during the covid-19 pandemic era show that parents are the main responsibility for their children’s education of their children. In the era of the covid-19 pandemic, currently parents have a very important role in providing motivation to children because in the teaching and learning process carred out online, the child becomes overwhelmed, coufused and sometimes the student experiences boredom.

Abstract

In this study the author tries to examine and explore supervision (principals) related to teacher performance, caused by: (1). There is a tendency to weaken teacher performance where based on the author's experience as a principal at SDN 3 Masbagik Timur, namely the existence of teachers who cannot carry out their roles and functions effectively, teachers who enter classes not on time, teaching teachers do not have teaching preparation, teachers do not have student absenteeism, (2) The implementation of supervision carried out by the principal has not been carried out as well as possible to the teacher. (3) The decline in teacher performance is one of the causes of the decline in student test scores at SDN 3 Masbagik Timur. The purpose of this school action research (PTS) is to find out the extent to which school principals develop in improving teacher performance through academic supervision. In this school action research (PTS), it was carried out in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it was proven to be able to improve teacher performance by achieving ideal standards. From the average value of supervision results 63.33 in the first cycle, it can increase to 83.00. The results of this action research indicate that coaching through academic supervision can improve teacher performance at SDN 3 Masbagik Timur with completeness increasing from 33% in the first cycle and 100% in the second cycle.
