This research was conducted to find out how the creative behavior of employees in maintaining their performance in the new normal. The research method used in this research is to use qualitative methods using purposive sampling technique or taking informants with certain criteria. In this study, employees who work at PTPN X Tjoekir Sugar Factory are in the human resources division.The data from this study were obtained from direct observation, with in-depth interviews and documentation conducted on 5 selected informants to conduct interviews. Factors that encourage creative behavior of employees in improving their performance vary from one employee to another. There are two factors that encourage employees to perform creative behavior at work. Internal factors are factors that grow from within the individual, while external factors are factors that grow due to encouragement from the environment where the individual lives. Statements obtained from informants are mostly influenced by internal factors, the desire to get promoted, the desire to get more rewards and salaries, but there are also some that are influenced by external factors. So it can be concluded that the influence of internal factors is stronger than external factors because based on the five informants themselves, many of their statements indicate the influence of internal factors, and some of the external influences are encouragement from their own families.

This study aims to determine the promotional mix strategy. This research was conducted at PT. Queen Ice Asia Bangkalan Madura, as well as consumers and resellers in Kamal village, the implementation of this research was started from September 2020 to January 2021. This study used a qualitative descriptive research approach. The instrument used in this study was in the form of data from observations made by the researcher as the observer, then the researcher conducted interviews to get more accurate data and maximum results. The research is also equipped with documentation during the observation and interview process. After the researcher conducts observation and interview activities, it can be seen that there has been an increase and success in the promotion process by using the existing promotional mix. In addition, it can also be seen the advantages and constraints of using the company's promotional mix strategy.

Environmental pollution continues to increase every year and the beauty industry is one of the environmental pollution that we need to face right now. This research was conducted to determine the effect of green marketing on purchase intention through brand trust of environmentally friendly products.The research approach used is quantitative with an explanatory method. The population in this study are respondents who know about Love Beauty and Planet products. The results showed that there was a positive influence of green marketing on trust of environmentally friendly products, there was a positive influence of green marketing on purchase intention, there was a positive influence of trust in environmentally friendly product on purchase intention, and there was an indirect effect of green marketing on purchase intention through trust environmentally friendly product. In this study, brand trust for environmentally friendly products fully mediates the effect of green marketing on purchase intention.

The purpose of this study was to see whether the brand image, UKT and location had an effect both partially and simultaneously on the decision of students of class 2020 who chose Trunojoyo Madura UniversityThis research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were students of the 2020 class of Trunojoyo Madura University. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of investigating research show that brand image partially influences the decisions of students of class 2020 who choose Trunojoyo Madura University. UKT does not have a partial effect on the decision of the 2020 class students to choose Trunojoyo Madura University. Location partially influences the decision of students of class 2020 to choose Trunojoyo Madura University. Brand image, UKT and location simultaneously influence the decision of students of class 2020 to choose Trunojoyo Madura University.

This study aims to examine the effect of Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Current Ratio in the pharmaceutical companies listed in the Indonesia stock exchange In the period 2017-2020 The method used is purposive sampling and obtained as many as 8 company. Technical analysis used multiple linier regression. The results of this study indicate that Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Current Ratio together have a significant effect on the price book value with an R Square of 60.9%. While individually, Return On Equity has a negative and insignificant effect on price book value, while Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio have a positive and significant effect on price book value

This study aims to determine what strategies are used to increase the sale of keris weapons in the village of Aeng Tong-Tong Sumenep. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, descriptive research aims to collect detailed information by describing the situation in the field, data obtained through interviews with researchers from informants. From the results of research that can be obtained that the marketing communication mix that has been used by businessmen in the village of Aeng Tong-Tong Sumenep currently is Advertising, Sales promotion, Event and experiences, Online and social media marketing,interactive marketing, Personal selling. With the marketing communication mix relatively increased compared to before using only conventional sales methods.

Socah Village is located in Socah District, Bangkalan Regency. Housewives in Socah Village are very productive because so many home industries are developing, especially the production of snacks. One of them is Sewel. The advantages of Sewel Cinta are tasty with the addition of chili paste and peanuts. To achieve high employees performance, a non-physical work environment is needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Non-Physical Work Environment on the Employees Performance. It uses a quantitative approach, with the entire population as respondents as many as 25 employees. Using the multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that: 1) Supervision (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employees performance (Y). 2) Work Atmosphere (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employees performance (Y). 3) Reward System (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employees.. 4) Good Treatment (X4) has a positive and significant effect on employees performance (Y).. 5) Safety (X5) has a positive and significant effect on employees performance (Y 6) Supervision (X1), Work Atmosphere (X2), Reward System (X3), Good Treatment (X4), and Safety (X5) have a simultaneous effect on employees performance (Y).

In the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, CV. Buana Tengka Garment Bangkalan experienced a decline in employee performance and K3 due to employees doing work activities side by side with work machines and equipment. The purpose of this study is to identify the magnitude of the influence of K3 on employee performance in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic on CV. Buana Tengka Garment Bangkalan. The method used is a survey research method using descriptive and inferential quantitative statistical analysis techniques assisted by SPSS version 22 software. The findings and implications are that work safety affects employee performance which can be seen at the t value (3.106 1.673) with a significance value of t ( 0.003 0.05); Occupational health has an effect on employee performance, which can be seen from the t value (7.861 1.673) with a significance value of t (0.000 0.05); Leader or owner of CV. Buana Tengka Garment Bangkalan is advised to continue to develop K3 through training and socialization so as to improve the performance of employees.

This study aims to reveal and analyze the effect of information quality and trust on consumer purchase intentions mediated by psychological distance and moderated by sense of power (Study on Shopee application users in Surabaya City). This study uses quantitative methods with primary data and secondary data as supporting data. The writer's sampling technique used simple random sampling. In order to obtain data, the authors distributed questionnaires or questionnaires to Shopee application users in the city of Surabaya as many as 100 respondents who had made purchases through the Shopee application via the Facebook group.The data analysis technique of this research uses path analysis using SEM AMOS version 25.00 and SPSS version 25.00. The results of the study show that the quality of information has a positive and significant effect on trust, psychological distance has a positive and significant effect on trust, information quality has a positive and significant effect on trust, trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intentions and psychological distance mediates the relationship between information quality and trust. and a sense of power moderates the relationship between information quality and trust.

The purposes of this study are to identify the biographical characteristics variables which include age, gender, marital status, number of dependents and tenure that affect the performance of the written batik craftsmen in Paseseh village partially and simultaneously. The hypotheses are (1) to determine whether the age variable has a positive and significant effect on the craftsmen's performance (2) to determine whether the gender variable has a positive and significant effect on the craftsmen's performance (3) to determine whether the marital status variable has a positive and significant effect on the craftsmen's performance (4) to determine whether the variable number of dependents has an effect positive and significant impact on the craftsmen's performance (5) to determine whether the variable of tenure has a positive and significant effect on the craftsmen's performance (6) to determine whether the variables of biographical characteristics (age, gender, marital status, number of dependents, and tenure) have a simultaneous effect on the craftsmen's performance.The results of the F test showed that the biographical characteristics (age, gender, marital status, number of dependents, and tenure) have an effect on the craftsmen's performance with the results of Fcount (26.706) Ftable (3.13) and then R Square is 0.641 (64%).
