Abstract

This research aims to identify and explore the application of the role of personal selling in maintaining sales of Samsung SEP Madura during the COVID-19 pandemi. This type of research uses qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this study are RSMO Madura, TL Pamekasan, SEC SEP Pamekasan, TL Bangkalan and SEC SEP Bangkalan. The data collection technique used in this study was to make observations, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique was done by reducing the data, presenting the data and then drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that there are many changes in adapting to a pandemi by Samsung personal selling, either to increase sell out or increase sell in, with the aim of improving the growth of Samsung Madura.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the ef ect of liquidity, leverage, profitability and activity on financial distress at Matahari Department Store companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. This research was conducted descriptively and quantitatively. This research was processed using SPSS IBM 25. This research was conducted by analyzing financial statements, based on the application using the Z-score method. Descriptive data analysis techniques, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are partially liquidity and leverage ratios have a negative and insignificant ef ect on financial distress, profitability ratios have a positive and insignificant ef ect on financial distress, while the activity ratio has a positive and significant ef ect on financial distress

Abstract

The number of cooperatives in Bangkalan Regency continues to decline because there are many cooperatives that do not operate indicating that the cooperative management is not doing well, one of which is a cooperative with a savings and loan business in Bangkalan District. The performance problems of saving and loan cooperative managers occur because of the influence of personality factors such as self-efficacy, self-esteem, and internal locus of control. This study uses quantitative methods using multiple regression analysis and the sampling technique is simple random sampling. The total population was 65 people and the number of samples used was 56 people. Partially and simultaneously self-efficacy, self-esteem, and internal locus of control have a positive and significant effect on the performance of cooperative managers and self-efficacy is a dominant variable with the highest beta.

Abstract

The purposes of this studyare: 1) To determine whether self-efficacy has a positive and  significant  effect onemployees performance 2) To determine whether Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction 3) To determine whether job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on  employees performance, 4) To  determine whether  Self-efficacy  have a positive and significant effect on employees performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Based on path analysis, it found that Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employees performance with a standardized coefficients betais 0.432 or 43.2%,  Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a beta standardized coefficients value is 0.857 or 85, 7%, Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employees performance with a standardized coefficients beta value is 0.534 or 53.4%,  Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on   employees  performance  through   job  satisfaction  as  an  intervening variable by the value of standardized coefficients beta (self-efficacy on employees performance)and the effect of self-efficacy on job satisfaction is 0.857 x 0.534 = 0.457 or 45.7%.

Abstract

Technological developments in the industrial era brought many changes, especially in the world of work. This study aims to determine the impact of the industrial revolution 4.0 in the company's operational changes to the development of human resources in the production division of PT. Gunung Agung Sentosa (Luckystar) The resource person in this study is the head of the production division. Researchers used 10 research items to see how the impact of the 4.0 industrial revolution that occurred in the company's operational changes on the development of human resources in the production division of PT. Mount Agung Sentosa (Luckystar) Gresik. The data collection technique used in this research is to make observations, interviews, and documentation. What is done indirectly is the researcher with the head of the production division and the state of human resources in the production division environment considering the conditions of the covid-19 pandemic that occurred. The results of this study indicate that the impact of the industrial revolution 4.0 provides negative and positive changes with the development of technology given to the operations of the production division of PT. Mount Agung Sentosa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study wa to determine the conditions of working capital, accpunts receivable, and profitability management at PT. Benny Surabaya Trans. The subjects used in this study were companies engaged in shipping services throughout Indonesia, namely PT. Benny Surabaya Trans. The object of this research is to analyze working capital management, accounts receivable management, profitability management during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research is descriptive quantitative. The calculation of wprking capital turonover accurs as a result of instability due to descreasing current liabilities so that it is not effective for working capital. The receivable turnover calculation id accordance with the company standard which is set twice a mont for receivables turnover so that it is effective and runs well. The calculation of return on assets is volatile due to increases and decreases in net income which are not considered by rhe manager so that it is ineffective, which means that profitability management is also closely relates to working capital management and receivables management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, features, and price perceptions on purchasing decisions with a case study on Xiaomi smartphone consumers in Lamongan Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with primary data through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The sampling technique in this study is the Accidental Sampling technique, which is a sampling technique based on coincidence, namely consumers who coincidentally/incidentally meet with researchers in the population, which then obtained 96 samples. The results obtained from the research conducted indicate that brand image has a negative effect on purchasing decisions, this is inversely proportional to other results that features have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, price perceptions have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. price perception has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

The objectives of this study are to determine 1) the responsibility has a positive and significant effect on employees performance, 2) the mutual contributions has a positive and significant effect on employees performance, 3) the ability has a positive and significant effect on employees performance, 4) the responsibility, mutual contributions, and ability have  effect on employees performance simultaneously, and 5) the variable that effect dominantly on employees performance. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that the responsibility has a positive and significant effect on employees performance with a standardized coefficients beta value is 0.57, mutual contributions has a positive and significant effect on employees performance with a standardized coefficients beta value is 0.707, the ability has a positive and significant effect on employees performance with a standardized coefficients beta value is 0.475. Simultaneously, the responsibility, mutual contribution, and ability have significant effect on employees performance with a significant level is 56,8%. Then, mutual contributions has effect dominantly on employees performance with a value is 0.388.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the potential and discuss the marketing strategy applied at The Legend Beach. This research was conducted at The Legend Beach, Padelegan Village, Pamekasan Regency. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data collected through the process of observation, interviews, and documentation. The analytical tools used are SWOT analysis tools and 7P marketing mix which are then analyzed using Miles and Huberman model analysis techniques. Based on the SWOT analysis, there are several potentials that can be developed at The Legend Beach, including edutourism, mangrove ecotourism, cultural tourism, and the use of The Legend Beach as a promotional tool for the superior products of Padelegan Village. Marketing mix analysis resulted in marketing strategy recommendations, including equipping facilities at The Legend Beach, implementing 5S, providing souvenirs to tourists, setting new rates, improving road access to The Legend Beach, adding road signs, using promotional mix, improving quality and insight of Human Resources, clear division of teams and work, expanding parking areas, arranging uniforms for managers, increasing the number of pine trees around the beach.

Abstract

The   Covid-19   pandemic made    capital market    players     feel afraid to carry  out trading activities, especially after the announcement of the initial entry of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The study is to learn the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia against IDX Composite. The sample used in this study is the IDX Composite  for 10 days before  and 10 days after the implementation of the policies implemented by the Indonesian government. This type of the data is a comparative quantitative where the data is processed using the SPSS applicatin. The results of study show that there are differences in IDX Composite during Covid-19 pandemic period in Indonesia.
