Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-wom and perceived value on consumer decisions to shop online at Shopee on fashion products for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trunojoyo University, Madura in 2017 to 2020. The sampling of this study used purposive sampling with a total of 100 respondents. , with data analysis techniques using multiple linear analysis.The results of this study are: 1) E-wom influences consumer decisions to shop online at Shopee on study fashion products to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Trunojoyo Madura (2) Perception of value affects consumer decisions to shop online at Shopee on fashion products. study at the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Trunojoyo Madura.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the satisfaction of Halal Tourism and Puncak Ratu Tourism Creative which is spread in the community or visitors in the development of Wsiata in Pamekasan Madura. This research was conducted using a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The sampling technique of this research is field research with the sampling technique used is accidental sampling. (1). In the perception indicator of facilities and infrastructure, there are several items that have not been maximized, namely, physical condition, cleanliness condition and satisfaction in use. (2) Perception indicators on tourism infrastructure have points that according to some informants have not been met, namely communication networks and waste disposal systems. Several informants also said they were satisfied. (3) Activity comfort indicators have points according to some informants that have not been fulfilled such as services, but other informants also said they were satisfied. (4) Satisfaction indicators for tourism activities according to some informants have points that have not been met, such as prayer facilities, but some informants also said they were satisfied with these indicators. Visitors stated that they were quite satisfied with all of the items offered on the tour, although there were some visitors who stated that they did not enjoy the Puncak Ratu Tour optimally. This does not prevent tourists from enjoying the panorama presented by Puncak Ratu Tourism.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on the profitability, liquidity, and activity ratios of retail trade sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2020. This research data was obtained before and when the covid-19 pandemic occurred. The data was processed using the Wilcoxon test. The population in this study were 25 retail trade sub-sector companies. By using purposive sampling, the number of samples is determined to be 24 companies in the retail trade sub-sector. The results of this study indicate that there are significant differences in company profitability before and when the covid - 19 pandemic occurred. Meanwhile, in liquidity and activity, there were no significant differences before and during the covid - 19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Social eWOM on Brand Image, determine the effect of Social eWOM on Purchase Decisions, determine the effect of Brand Image on Purchase Decisions, and determine the influence of Social eWOM on Purchase Decisions through Brand Image on Lazada users at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trunojoyo University Madura.The sample used in this study were 97 respondents who had shopped at Lazada. The sample was selected by purposive sampling method. The analytical techniques used were descriptive analysis, validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and path analysis.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Social eWOM (X) has a significant direct effect on Brand Image (Z) (2) Social eWOM (X) has a direct significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y) (3) Brand Image(Z) has a direct significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y). (4) Social eWOM (X) has a significant indirect effect on Purchase Decisions (Y) through Brand Image (Z). The results of the path coefficients show that there is a significant relationship between (X→Z) Thus, it can be stated that Social eWOM (X) indirectly has a significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y) through Brand Image (Z) with an effect of 0.266 or 26.6%

Abstract

Many investors are interested in financial investment as a means of developing their own funds. Investors make investments with the aim of obtaining maximum dividends with minimal risk, namely by compiling a portfolio. Determining the optimal portfolio can be done using the Markowitz method and the Sharpe method. This study is to determine which stocks are included in the optimal portfolio using the Markowitz method and the Sharpe method on the shares of Infrastructure, Utilities and Transportation Companies in 2019. Based on the results of research conducted at Infrastructure, Utilities and Transportation companies in 2019. The optimal portfolio proportion using the Markowitz method was obtained by 7 companies, namely PGAS (proportion 82.32%), POWR (proportion 12.11%), TLKM (proportion 72.74%), TCPI (proportion 43.48%), TPMA (proportion 90.46%), GHON proportion (75.03%), and JSMR (proportion 57.50%). Meanwhile stocks classified as optimal portfolio based on the Sharpe method include PGAS (proportion of 57.91%), TLKM (proportion of 10.41%), TCPI (proportion of 13.09%), TPMA (proportion of 62.50%), SOCI (proportion of 4.45%), GHON (proportion 8.63%), and JSMR (proportion 18.64%). The calculation results show that out of the total of 21 companies, it is recommended to invest in 6 companies that have equally positive values based on the two methods such as PGAS, TLKM, TCPI, TPMA, GHON, and JSMR. By compiling a portfolio can optimize the level of profit to be achieved and minimize the level of investment risk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram social media on buying intention in Ukir Pecah products among Trunojoyo University students, Madura. The method used in this research is to use a quantitative approach, the subjects in this study are students of Trunojoyo University, Madura. Sampling in this study using accidental sampling with a total of 99 respondents, and analysis using simple linear regression analysis. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire technique, and after the data was collected, the researchers processed the data and the results from the calculated data, the authors drew conclusions. The results of this study are used to explain the influence of Instagram social media on consumer buying interest. The hypothesis in this-study is that-social-media Instagram has-a-significant-effect-on the Buying-Interest of Carving Broken consumers. It was found that the variable (X) namely social-media had a value of tcount ttable (20,0671,987). The-results of this study prove that the-independent variable, namely-the promotion in social-media-variable,-has-a-positive influence on-the dependent variable, namely the consumer buying interest variable.

Abstract

This study discusses the problems that exist in the Batik Business, Tanjung Bumi District, which are related to authoritarian leadership, work environment, and work motivation that can affect the performance of craftsmen. This study aims to examine the formulation of the problem. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 96 craftsmen. Data obtained from the interview process and distributing questionnaires to respondents, the data were analyzed using multiple regression with SPSS to answer the hypothesis. Based on the results of the analysis, partially authoritarian leadership and work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on work motivation with each tcount value of authoritarian leadership above 4.074 with a significant level of 0.000 0.2 and a work environment above 2.772 with a significant level of 0.007 0.2. The variables of authoritarian leadership, work environment, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of craftsmen with each tcount value of authoritarian leadership above 1.338 with a significant level of 0.184 0.2, work environment above 4.931 with a significant level of 0.000 0.2, and motivation work above 1.616 with a significant level of 0.000 0.02. Based on the intervening regression analysis, it is known that authoritarian leadership and work environment have a positive and significant impact on performance through work motivation with an indirect coefficient of 0.087061 for authoritarian leadership and the results of the Sobel test with a t value of 2.4647066253 t table 0.67717 with a significant level of 0 ,2, and motivation of 0.047965 and the results of the Sobel test with a tcount of 2.5484676708 ttable 0.67717 with a significant level of 0.2.

Abstract

Research based on the lack of content provision and the provision of extensive information on social media is the main reason between the onslaught of competition and the use of social media that can be used to increase interest in visiting Setigi tourism objects. The aim was to determine the level of interest in visiting Setigi tourism objects based on the results of using and obtaining information from the social media Instagram and the presence of electronic word of mouth. The variables in this study is social media Instagram and electronic word of mouth variables, which became independent variables, while the dependent variable was interest in visiting Setigi Gresik tourism objects. This study uses a quantitative approach method using SPSS statistical calculations with a total of 99 respondentsThe results that have been found based on the existing problems are that there is a significant influence between Instagram social media variables on visiting interest, the electronic word of mouth variable has also had a significant influence. significant to the interest in visiting, as well as the simultaneous influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable.

Abstract

The people of Mrandung has plunged into of business shrimp farmer, mostly the type of shrimp chosen is vannamei shrimp ( Litopenaeus vannamei ), the aim of this study is to find out and to analysis of the distribution channel governance chain value in Mrandung, the method that used in this study is a qualitative research, and the conclusion in this study is that indigenous people lack of knowledge in governance and the value chain of the vannamei shrimp distribution channel so that many farmers suffer losses due to unknowledgeable. But on the other hand there is a company namely PT. TBAI (Tanjung Bumi Indonesian Aquaculture) that engaged in vannamei shrimp farming and the company has been already using good corporate governance and the distribution channel value chain, making it is quite maximum for the company's value. The results of this study show governance on company farms vannamei shrimp was very good, the value chain of distribution channels has been using are already managed well with using three distribution channels more widely, while the governance from distribution channels chain vannamei shrimp farmer I use two distribution channels more simple than others and shrimp vannamei farmer II uses one distribution channel chain more complexly than I.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential and problems experienced by Eduwisata Garam Madura. These potentials and problems can be analyzed using a SWOT analysis. from the analysis, it can be found strategies that can be applied in Eduwisata Garam Madura. Strategies that can be applied include utilizing the concept of edutourism by making the destination attractive to visit and providing river crossing facilities and adding instagramable selfie spots so that consumers are loyal, utilizing the e-salt concept by providing affordable prices to attract the attention of new visitors, and completing area facilities. ample parking and transportation to minimize customers switching to new competitors and visitors can visit Eduwisata Garam Madura.
