Abstract

The study aims to test and analyze the impact of promotions, prices and the quality of products on the batik madura purchase decision on the charm fisheries. The study is using a predictive quantitative approach, the population in this study is the customer who used to buy batik madura at the charm gallery of the banker. With as many as 60 respondents taken using sampling techniques. Data collected using a questionnaire. The tools of analysis in the study employ instrument testing, classic assumptions test, data analysis (linear regression analysis berganda, test t, test f and r2's coefficient determinations). The results of the data prepared in SPSS 23 result in that promotion is partial to positive and significant to purchase decisions, prices are partial to positive and significant to purchase decisions and product quality. Based on the simultaneous promotion of f, prices and quality products have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of Taman Wisata Laut Labuhan, about the work culture, and interpersonal communication that occurs in members of the pokdarwis payung kuning and SMEs. The method used in this research is descriptive with an interpretative qualitative approach, while the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Then to test the validity of the data using source triangulation, triangulation techniques, and time triangulation.The results of the study indicate that the management of the Taman Wisata Laut has been running in accordance with mutually agreed rules. The Pokdarwis Payung Kuning as the manager has good planning for the development of tourist sites. The work culture of the Pokdarwis payung kuning is by prioritizing togetherness with mutual agreement and enthusiasm and unyielding in carrying out work in accordance with the positions and duties of each member. Coordination that runs smoothly with related institutions and agencies in the management of existing facilities and infrastructure, as well as intense interpersonal communication makes the management of this Taman Wisata Laut become responsive in solving problems that occur in the management of Taman Wisata Laut.

Abstract

This research aims to determine green marketing which consists of product, price, place and promotion on the decision to purchase Sephora products (Study of Trunojoyo Madura University Students) in 2017 to 2020. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that green marketing which consists of product, price, place and promotion on the decision to purchase Sephora products has a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty, and the product, price, place and promotion variables have a partial significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Advertising, Sales Promotion and of Mouth on purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously. This research uses quantitative description method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, in order to obtain a sample of 96 people and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion from this research is that advertising partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, sales promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, word of mouth partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and advertising, purchase promotion and word of mouth simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the promotional mix consisting of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations and direct marketing affects purchasing decisions. The research method used in this research is mixed methods, which is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The data collection strategy used sequential explanatory, namely research with two stages. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results show that in quantitative research all each variable consisting of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations and direct marketing has a significant effect on purchasing decision variables and this quantitative research is supported by a qualitative approach, namely in the form of a promotional mix applied to dealers. Abstract

The use of biopharmaceutical plants as traditional medicine in Madura has been going on for quite a long time, because medicinal plants and spices as raw materials for the traditional medicine industry are available in quite a lot in four districts in Madura. Traditional medicine SMEs have made many innovations to attract customers, one of which is by making packaging designs. In addition to innovation in terms of packaging design, the use of the internet is carried out to market Madura herbal herbal products. This method is called E-commerce. Data collection uses primary data and secondary data.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative research by exploring both primary and secondary data. Its used  direct interviews to the owner of UD. Rembulan Printing and the five people have had appointed to be informants. The results showed that there are 4 strategies to improve the employees performance. Growth strategy (SO) It means that the interpersonal relationships can help the harmonize relationships between employees so that they comfortable and last long in the company. The good services and knowledge sharing can maintain the good relationships with consumers and suppliers (of raw materials). Diversification Strategy (WO)  The good recruitment and chancing for fresh graduates who’s expert in financial reporting and good administration. Good relationships between employees can provide motivation and solutions for employees who want to get out of the company. Influencing and providing the best advice to prevent employees for leaving the company. Differentiation Strategy (ST)  Management and the employees must be a harmonize relationships for maintaining human resources who experts in printing. And Defensive Strategy (WT) It means the management must improve the quality of human resources.

Abstract

This study takes an the property company, PT. Surya Persada Sentosa is one of the companies implementing a fairly strict reward and punishment system. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a survey of the respondents from employees of PT. Surya Persada Sentosa. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling method with 48 respondents which is analyzed using Path analysis. The results of this study are (1) Reward partially (individually) has a significant effect on the employee performance which can be seen at a significance value of t α, that is (0.001 0.05). (2) Punishment partially (individually) has a significant effect on employee performance which can be seen at (0.009 0.05). (3) Reward partially (individually) has a significant effect on productivity which can be seen a significance value of t α, which is (0,018 0.05). (4) Punishment partially (individually) has a significant effect on productivity with a significance value of t α, which is (0,032 0.05) (5) productivity partially (individually) has a significant effect on the employee performance that is (0.000 0.05). (6)Reward through productivity  simultaneously (together) has a significant effect on employee performance which can be seen with a significance value of t α, that is (0,000 0.05 ) (6) Punishment through productivity  simultaneously (together) has a significant effect on employee performance which is (21,228 2,82) with a significance value of t α, that is (0,000 0.05)

Abstract

In a business, fixed assets are very important for a company, fixed assets in the company are usually used as an investment for the long term. In addition, the most important thing in a company is fixed assets as a working capital for the survival of the company. The choice of financing alternatives will affect the decision making in the procurement of fixed assets. The purpose of this study is to determine which source of funding is the most efficient in the procurement of fixed assets among leasing, long term debt, and common stock capital at PT. Blue Bird Tbk in 2019. This study uses a descriptive research method that compare   net present value of the three funding alternatives. The result of study shows that long-term debt has a smallest net present value compared to leasing and common stock capital so that it is most efficient when used in the procurement of fixed assets in PT. BIue Bird Tbk.

Abstract

CV. Pesona Sakti is a company in construction services. It has a very tight competition, CV. Pesona Sakti has had commitment and powerd by improving the employees performance. This study analyzes the effect of the work environment, motivation, and selfefficacy on employees performance during the covid-19 pandemic. The independent variables are work environment, motivation and self-efficacy and the dependent variable is employees performance. The data collection method uses a questionnaires and the data analyzes using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that the work environment has a  positive and significant effect on the employees performance with a value is 2.517 and the significance value is 0.015 0.05. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the employees performance with a value is 4.120 and the significance value ois 0.000 0.05. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employees performance with a value is 2.109 and the significance value is 0.040 0.05. Simultaneously, the work environment, motivation, and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on the employees performance with a value is 44,4692.81 and the significance value is 0.0000.05.
