Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this study is to improve early childhood numeracy skills through Media Abakus Group B TK PGRI 2 Mataram in the 2021/2022 school year. The subjects of this study were 19 students of group B TK PGRI 2 Mataram, consisting of 8 female students and 11 male students. This research uses action research in two cycles consisting of four stages, namely: design, activity and observation, reflection. From all the action research activities of group B TK PGRI 2 Mataram students, namely being able to understand the ability to count addition and subtraction carried out in three cycles, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of students in the BTK PGRI 2 Mataram group in the 2021/2022 school year, using the Abakus media can improved by the final result of the study is the average value of the class before the action is 63.79 or classical completeness 52.63%, becoming 69.16 or classical completeness 68.42% in the first cycle, increasing to an average of 72.00 or 78, 95% in the second cycle and increased to a test average of 82.53 or 100% in the third cycle.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) To find out the use of letter card media in learning Indonesian can improve the reading skills of grade I students at SD Negeri 30 Cakranegara; 2) To find out the improvement of speaking skills in learning Indonesian through the media of letter cards for first grade students of SD Negeri 30 Cakranegara. This research was designed using Classroom Action Research. The subjects in this study were the first grade students of SD Negeri 30 Cakranegara, totaling 29 people, consisting of 17 female students and 15 male students. While the research procedure goes through the stages of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The results showed that the application or use of letter card media in Indonesian language learning can improve student learning outcomes, when teaching and learning activities take place, namely from the number of students, namely 29 people, whose scores are equal to or more than the KKM totaling 27 people, and if the percentage is 93, 10%. This shows that there is an increase from the initial conditions and the first cycle, namely from the number of students who completed as many as 19 people 65.56% then to 24 people 82.76% and increased again to 27 people 93.10%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that learning Indonesian by applying or using letter card media can improve the reading skills of first grade students at SD Negeri 30 Cakranegara.

Abstract

This study aims to review how the role of teachers and GPK (special assistant teachers) when dealing with ABK students (Children with special needs) at SDN Cimone 7 Tangerang City. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, 1 teacher in charge of inclusion and 1 GPK (special assistant teacher) were used as research subjects. Data collection techniques through direct observation, interviews, and documentation. The data results are analyzed using data condensation steps, presenting data (data display), and drawing conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing and verification). The results showed that the teacher had carried out adaptive learning for students with special needs (children with special needs) by adjusting the conditions of each of these students. These adjustments relate to methods, strategies, materials and learning media.

Abstract

The implementation of inclusive education in Indonesia aims to provide educational facilities and services for children with special needs (ABK). The implementation of inclusive education has been implemented in elementary schools throughout Indonesia, especially big cities, but in its implementation found many problems. This study aims to describe the problems in the implementation of inclusive education at SDN Pinang 7. Special (GPK) SDN Pinang 7 Tangerang City. The method used is descriptive qualitative which aims to describe "what is" about a variable, symptom or situation. Data collection techniques in this study in the form of interviews, documentation, and observation. The results showed that there were various problems encountered related to the components of educators, students, school management, curriculum, learning processes, cooperation and lack of infrastructure that supports the implementation of inclusive schools, and the incompatibility of infrastructure facilities owned by schools with the needs of children with special needs. In addition, these problems also arise due to the lack of cooperation from various parties, for example with the government and parents and guardians of students.

Abstract

Children with special needs are children who have their own individuality in terms of types and characteristics, which distinguish them from normal children in general. Learning difficulties are more related to psychological disorders such as frustration, anxiety, adjustment barriers and emotional disorders, so learning difficulties can be related to psychological factors, especially personality, adjustment disorders and self-confidence. This study aims to determine the learning difficulties experienced by students with special needs. The method used is descriptive using qualitative data analysis so that it becomes an easy-to-understand data exposure. The selection of research subjects consisted of one classroom teacher, one GPK teacher, and one student with special needs. The results showed that there were students with special needs who were categorized as slow learners. Students experience difficulties during the learning process such as difficulty recognizing letters and numbers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that cause slow learning children, especially on reading barriers in the Inclusive School at SDN Cipete 4 Tangerang City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research approach with data collection methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that there are 7 students who are slow learners, especially in reading barriers. The factors that cause slow learners to learn are very broad, more or less the same answer as the factors that cause special needs, but in this slow learner it enters the realm of intelligence barriers where children become slower to process incoming information. The cause can be pre natal (before birth) natal (birth process) post natal (after birth), and environment.

Abstract

Education can shape and develop the skills, attitudes, and intelligence of children to become intelligent, skilled and noble human beings. However, there are still many children who have not received proper education due to physical and mental limitations. One of them is autism, which is a serious developmental disorder that interferes with the ability to communicate and interact. The problem in this study focuses on the language skills of one of the Autism level 1 (mild) students at SDN Perumnas 5 Tangerang City. The purpose of this study was to describe Autism and learning in language skills from the learning strategies used by Special Guidance Teachers (GPK) at SDN Perumnas 5 Tangerang City. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research site is at SDN Perumnas 5 Tangerang City. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique of this research uses the theory of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusions/verification. To test the validity of the data by using triangulation. The results of research conducted by observing and interviewing Mrs. Yanti as a Special Advisor Teacher (GPK) at SDN Perumnas 5, researchers are interested in examining language skills and learning strategies in level 1 autism students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of learning in mentally retarded children at SDN Petir 3 Tangerang City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach and the instruments used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were homeroom teachers for grade 1, accompanying teachers for children with special needs (inclusion teachers), and school principals. The results show that SDN Petir 3 Tangerang City in implementing inclusive education has done well by ensuring that all learning runs properly and optimally.

Abstract

Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder ADHD is a child who has a disorder that attacks children and makes it difficult for the sufferer to focus on one thing at a time. The role of parents and teachers is needed for children with special needs and is a supporting factor for the success of children with special needs in inclusive education. The involvement of parents in education is a driving and determining factor in the development of inclusive education. This study aims to determine the role of teachers and parents in children diagnosed with ADHD at SDN GONDRONG 4. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods so that the data exposure is easy to understand. The selection of research subjects consisted of one classroom teacher, one GPK teacher, (special assistant teacher), and one student diagnosed with ADHD. The results of the study indicate that there are students with special needs who are categorized as ADHD. Students who have ADHD have difficulties during the direct learning process such as difficulty concentrating and recognizing letters.

Abstract

Inclusive education is an ideology, system and or educational strategy where all children from various conditions can attend education in an educational environment together, with an educational service system that is tailored to the needs of each child. This study aims to describe the curriculum and evaluation in inclusive education in elementary schools. This type of research is qualitative research. Through the use of data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The samples of this study were special assistant teachers (GPK) and students with special needs at SDN Pondok Bahar 03. The results of this study were . The process of implementing inclusive education at SDN Pondok Bahar 03 is in accordance with the indicators of success in implementing inclusive education. The curriculum used at SDN Pondok Bahar 03 uses the inclusive curriculum and the K 13 curriculum in the learning process in the regular class. The evaluation in inclusive education at SDN Pondok Bahar 03 is carried out like evaluations in regular schools, such as daily tests, Mid-Semester Assessments (PTS) and Final Semester Assessments (PAS). The evaluation that runs at SDN Pondok Bahar 03 is appropriate because if there is a program that is not suitable, it will add a program or plan a reprogram all depending on mutual agreement
