Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the principal's visionary leadership has on the management of the school's vision and mission at SDI DAARUL HUDA in Jati Uwung, Banten. This research uses a literature study approach or can be called library research, with qualitative methods. Through research from various journals, it shows that the visionary leadership of the principal is an important factor that must be built together in an effort to achieve the management of the school's vision and mission, so that the synergy of the visionary leadership of the principal is expected to improve the vision and mission in elementary schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the learning contained in SD IT Istiqomah accompanied by a memorizing program of the Koran to create a golden and character generation. The method in writing is a qualitative descriptive method, then the search for the most relevant and main data related to the study of learning contained in SD IT Istiqomah is carried out through the memorization program of the Koran to create a golden and character generation. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning contained in SD IT Istiqomah accompanied by the Tahfidz qur'an program to create a golden and character generation. The method in writing is a qualitative descriptive method, then the search for the most relevant and main data related to the study of learning contained in SD IT Istiqomah is carried out through the memorization program of the Koran to create a golden and character generation. The results showed that the tahfidz qur'an program in SD IT Istiqomah was running well. The implementation of learning at SD IT Istiqomah is getting more quality with the addition of the tahfidz qur'an program, learning will be more interactive and with the tahfiz qur'an program also Islamic religious values will be embedded little by little in students at SD IT Istiqomah which will make them become generation of gold and character in accordance with Islamic values.

Abstract

Javanese traditional marriage is a form of syncretism of the influence of Hindu and Islamic customs. In Javanese tradition, offerings, calculations, taboos, and myths are still deeply rooted. Marriage according to the Javanese traditional community is a sincere love relationship between a young man and a woman which basically occurs because of frequent encounters between the two parties, namely a woman and a man. The Javanese proverb says "tresno jalaran soko kulino" which means that love grows because you get used to it. The rapid flow of globalization certainly affects people's lifestyles, including customary law communities. With the modernization process caused by the current of globalization, of course, it will also have an impact on the way of life of indigenous peoples, good culturalization will produce positive manifestations for these indigenous peoples. In the implementation of Javanese traditional marriages there are several stages, the first is the stage of the proposal. This stage is an activity carried out by a man who will propose to a woman, if in the mirror historically the stages of applying have the meaning of proposing because in ancient times between men and women who were about to get married sometimes they still did not know each other so the parents of those who were looking for them mate by asking someone whether or not their daughter has a potential husband.

Abstract

Physical education learning focuses on maintaining and improving physical fitness and movement skills in students during the learning process, also helping students to improve critical thinking patterns, maintaining students' emotional stability, and fostering good values contained in sports such as respect and sportsmanship. This study aims to determine the process of evaluating online learning PJOK for grade II students at SDN Poris Palawad 3 Tangerang City, using a qualitative descriptive method. Sources of information in this study were PJOK teachers. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Based on the results of the study, it shows that PJOK online learning uses applications such as whatApp (to collect assignments), zoom or Google meet for the learning process. The teacher presents the material and videos in the application using print media and audiovisual media. Constraints encountered in the online learning process in general are in the form of networks, gadgets/mobile phones, worksheets, and assessments.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out or describe the results of the analysis of open materials for Class V, whether they meet the requirements or characteristics of Class V students. The method we use is quantitative research. This study discusses the importance of teaching materials used in 5SD class. The mathematics teaching materials used in elementary school grade V are the book published by the Ministry of Education and Culture in the Revised Edition of 2018 "Happy to Learn Mathematics". From our analysis, it was found that the material contained in the book was in accordance with the mapping of the material in class V. In general, the material presented was more about finding the concepts learned by students, not finding the application of concepts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying religious cultural values in improving student achievement at SD Darul Hikam Bandung. The results of the research are expected to contribute to the development of the Management of the Application of Religious Cultural Values. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used the Iles and Huberman model analysis with the following steps: data analysis, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate that the application of religious cultural values at SD Darul Hikam Bandung can affect the improvement of student achievement, and has an effect on increasing student discipline and awareness in worship, as well as social attitudes and community harmony.

Abstract

In understanding the objectives of public training, regarding the public norms of training, school quality improvement is done in an efficient, arranged, quantifiable and maintainable way. With the goal that quality confirmation and satisfaction of schooling quality guidelines in essential training units can be completed more ensured and coordinated. This study plans to distinguish and depict the execution of the Interior Quality Confirmation Framework cycle in SD Istiqomah. In information assortment, the procedures utilized are: perception, meetings, and documentation studies. The consequences of this review demonstrate that, those executed through quality improvement exercises as per the phases of the SPMI cycle completed at Istiqomah Primary School include: one, school self-assessment in light of the training quality report card, second, quality improvement arranging through the foundation of a quality confirmation board of trustees and reanalyzing the outcomes. school self-assessment, third, use of value improvement, fourth, checking assessment and quality improvement results and fifth arrangement of value anticipating the approaching year. The execution of inner quality confirmation affects a more inventive growing experience, understudy accomplishment and school accomplishment. With the goal that eight public guidelines can be met as well as consumer loyalty both inside and outer schooling.

Abstract

This study was conducted to ascertain the challenges encountered by English teachers in Berlian Salon and Spa. One of the job training institutions in Central Lombok is Berlian Salon and Spa where this institution has been established since 2016 until now. This institution has several majors, including hospitality and spa therapist, which are currently the most popular majors. The institution always gets grants from the government to train underprivileged people to become entrepreneurs in the field of spa therapists. There are numerous challenges in learning English in Institution. The difficulties encountered were related to the status of the curriculum for English learning in institution, the students’ competency, and the students’ motivation regarding to the socioeconomic status of students and the family. Case study designs was chosen to help academics investigate, explain, characterize, assess, and speculate about complicated situations in context by answering a variety of questions about why, what, and how they happen. In -depth understanding of behaviors, processes, practices, and relationships in context can be gained through outcomes. Observation and interview were the instruments used by the researcher to collect the data.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability to recognize colors by using experimental methods. Children basically like to do new things and learn something interesting, namely by experimenting or experimenting, especially at the level of early childhood whose curiosity is very high. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) using qualitative methods. The research data were obtained by using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The increase in the color recognition of students is marked by the increasing number of positive columns filled in for each indicator set. The research obtained is (1) the indicator of "Mentioning Colors" from 28 students, 19 (68%) positive columns filled in the pre-cycle, 22 (79%) columns in the first cycle and 25 (89%) columns in the second cycle, (2) The indicator "Delivering Experimental Results" from 28 students, 12 (42%) positive columns filled in the pre-cycle, 17 (61%) columns in the first cycle and 24 (85%) columns in the second cycle, (3) The indicator "groups colors" from 28 students 15 (64%) positive columns filled in the pre-cycle, 15 (71%) columns in the first cycle and 26 (93%) columns in the second cycle. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of using the experimental method can improve the ability to recognize children's color in Class B RA NW Rensing Bat.

Abstract

Minister of Education Nadiem Makarim in 2021 has formulated the National Assessment Policy, this policy is a policy issued by the government in Indonesia a s a substitute for the national exam, which prioritizes reasoning abilities and the application of calculation methods, assessment and morality or character education. So that in the following year the national exams which are usually held in elementary schools, junior high schools and high / vocational schools no longer carry out national exams. The research method in this study is qualitative in nature, by collecting data as a reference source and further research data to describe the problems that occur in accordance with this research, namely the abolition of the national exam which is replaced by a national assessment system. The results of this study are that the policy of the elimination of the national exam greatly influences the final evaluation process of student education, where this abolition is intended to improve the quality of education, because the national exam is deemed less effective due to the lack of government coordination to optimize control of the distribution of questions from the center. The pros and cons of eliminating this national exam must be balanced with mutual support from various parties, so that it is hoped that this national assessment system will run well.
