Abstract

The increasingly widespread spread of COVID-19 requires that learning in schools becarried out online. The problem that has arisen due to Covid-19 is the operational costs ofschools, this also occurs at RA PERWANIDA WONONOSOBO, as a private educationalinstitution. They rely on fees from their parents for school operational costs. When manyparents stop working or their income drops, it is possible that they do not pay tuition feesto school. In a situation like this, schools don't get income so they can't afford teachers'salaries, this becomes a big problem.This research is a qualitative research. Collecting data using interview, observation anddocumentation methods. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Dataanalysis used a description technique with the Miles and Huberman interaction analysismodel with the flow including data collection, data reduction, and data presentation.With that, the head of RA PERWANIDA WONOSOBO builds cooperation with severalguardians of students to meet the salaries of teachers and employees, includingcollaborating with several guardians of students who will later use the sales proceeds forcapital and part of the income for school operational costs, as well as cooperation withothers, this is done to fulfillment of school operational costs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the STAD model assisted by tangram media onthe understanding of mathematical concepts in fourth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah Integratif Dukun, Magelang Regency.This research is a type of pre-experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. The research was selected by saturated sampling. The samples taken were 19 students. The method of data collectionis done by using a description test. The validity test uses the product moment formula,while the reliability test uses the Cronbach alpha formula which produces a reliabilityindex of 0.924. Data analysis used parametric statistical techniques, namely the PairedSample T-Test with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 25.00 program.The resultsof the analysis of the Data Test of Two Dependent Samples which were carried out usingthe Paired Sample T-Test with the t count > t table, namely 18.323 > 2.093 with the Asympvalue. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, thereis a difference in the average score of the mathematical concept understanding test, namelythe pretest average of 50.46, while the posttest average is 80.02. This shows that there isan effect of the STAD model assisted by tangram media on the understanding of themathematical concept of flat shape material in fourth grade students of SDMuhammadiyah Integratif Dukun, Magelang Regency, Academic Year 2020/2021.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Think Pair Share model assisted bytangram media on the ability to calculate the area and perimeter of flat shapes in fourthgrade students of primary school in Purworejo. This research is a type of pre-experimentalresearch with one group pretest-posttest design. Sampling was selected by saturatedsampling. The samples taken were 19 students. The method of data collection is done byusing a description test. The validity test uses the product moment formula, while thereliability test uses the Cronbach alpha formula which produces a reliability index of 0.945.Data analysis used parametric statistical techniques, namely the Paired Sample T-Testwith the help of the SPSS for Windows version 26.00 program. The results of the analysisof the Data Test of Two Dependent Samples carried out using the Paired Sample T-Testwith a t count > t table, which is 17.006 > 2.093 with an Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000< 0.05. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, there are difference in theaverage score of the ability to calculate the area and perimeter of plane geometry, namelythe pretest average of 48.1, while the posttest average is 76.8. This shows that there is aninfluence of the TPS model assisted by Tangram media on the ability to calculate the areaand perimeter of plane geometry in fourth grade students of primary school Academic Year2020/2021.

Abstract

SMP/MTs Muhammadiyah is a private school that is not given much attention by the government and its sustainability is very dependent on the foundation. The number of non-civil servant teachers causes the division of teaching tasks to be often not linear with the teaching field. This research was conducted in nine SMP/MTs Muhammadiyah Wonosobodistrict. This research is important to do in order to determine the effect of linearity ofteaching tasks on the performance of SMP/MTs Muhammadiyah teachers. Data collectionwas carried out using a questionnaire via google form because it was carried out duringthe Covid-19 pandemic. The data obtained were statistically analyzed using regressionanalysis techniques using the SPSS 2020 program. The results showed that the correlationcoefficient R was 0.434. The coefficient is significant after being tested using the F-test,the F value is 9.530 with a significance level of 0.004. Because of the significance of 0.004<0.05, it can be hypothesized that there is a significant positive effect of linearity ofteaching assignments on teacher performance. The results of this study are expected to beused to see the teacher map at SMP/MTs Muhammadiyah Wonosobo so that improvementscan be made in a better direction.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive research, by providing an overview of thecultivation of an entrepreneurial spirit in SD Negeri 1 Purwojati. The research techniquewas carried out in two ways, namely interview and documentation techniques. While thedata analysis technique with descriptive analysis. The result showed that the teachers ofSD Negeri 1 Purwojati instilled an entrepreneurial spirit by incorporatingentrepreneurial values into learning and providing some skills to make useful objectsfrom objects aroundthem. Abstract

This study was used to determine the real situation of classroom management at SD NegeriDawung, Tegalrejo, Magelang. The method used by the author in this study is a qualitativemethod. Data collection techniques aree interviewers, observation and documentation.Includes classroom management in the form of physical, including classrooms, table andchair arrangements, furniture and other learning tools and non physical related tostudents. Therefore educators have the main responsibility in schools, teachers are directlyinvolved in learning activities at the school, teachers have the task of shaping the characterof students in schools, helping students develop their talents and interests, and improvingthe quality of education in order to increase students motivation. Creative skilla in learningactivities during teaching and learning activities take place one way is by classroommanagement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the use of the RERIRO method can improvereading and writing skills in Slow Learners at SD N Keditan. This research was carriedout in one of the classes of SD N Keditan, namely class IV and apply experiments usingthepaper roll game Researcher's suggested that the RERIRO method can be used inteaching to improve reading and writing skills in children with slow learner. The resultsof the study indicate that there is an increase in the results of children in reading andwriting.Elementary school teachers to using the RERIRO method as a bridge in teachingreading and writing, especially in Indonesian subjects.It can make students moreinterested in learning activities that are being carried out.

Abstract

The study was conducted at SDN Kedungsari 4, the subjects of this study were teachersand third grade students at SDN Kedungsari 4. The number of students was 30 students,consisting of 22 male students and 8 female students. Data collection techniques usingobservation and tests. The research was divided into 2 cycles, namely cycle 1 and 2. Theresults were cycle 1 57% and cycle 2 79%. Based on the data exposure and discussionobtained from the research results, the conclusion that can be drawn from this researchis that the use of the learning model Card sort in science subjects for class III SDNKedungsari 4 can increase student activity.

Abstract

Character education is an effort to build character, supporting the social,emotional and ethical development of students assisted by parents,teachers, and communities that are essential in the development anddevelopment of character learners. Character education is still a topic ofinterest to this day. Education that must make the young generationintelligent and moral, is still, in fact, going to have to keep on striving tomake it happen. In times of the current pandemic, the potential for childrenmust be consistently polished and well socialized in order for every child'scharacter to form and fully develop. Learning is nowadays done online,requiring children to use digital media. Digital media not only has a positiveimpact but also a negative impact that is a duty to educators, parents andcommunities in guiding and monitoring the child's digital media as bestthey can and thus benefiting themselves and their lives.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how English learning can run well with a more effectivelearningmodelin accordancewith 2013 curriculum learning.Previous learning onlyrefers to teachers who make learning seem boring and students are not interestedin learning, for that teachers are required to make ways to make learning easier.learning is not monotonous and applies the 2013 curriculum with more modern,effective, efficient, and fun learning. Students have different skills and their owncharacteristics which of course affect learning in the classroom. In this study, it isknown that the selection of English learning methods using games can make iteasier for students to understand the material presented by the teacher. Thislearning strategy with games is suitable for encouraging students compared tousing the lecture method in general which seems boring and makes students lessunderstanding of the material. Learning with games, teachers must provide clearand concise instructions using demonstrations for students to understand theinstructions. Games can help students create a fun atmosphere, relax lessons,motivate and improve students' writing skills. The selection of games here usesSimon Says which can train students to communicate and be more active inlearning English inclass.
